The focus of this paper is the theme of the Mission of Moses to Free the Israelites from Egyptian Slavery Exodus 6:1-12. The salvation of the Israelites is inseparable from the struggle of Moses who was blessed by God. But with God's word to Moses all problems were resolved with an outstretched hand. The purpose of this paper is to discover the location of God's role for the Israelites who were enslaved by Egypt at that time. The methodology used is the exegesis methodology. There are 6 analyzes used, namely analysis of Story, Structure, Syntax, Semantics, Context, and Theological Reflection. The six analyzes have been done on separate sheets and are summarized in this article. The findings obtained from this writing include: First, God's inclusion in Moses, who struggled with a lack of self-confidence. Second, God's inclusion appeared in Moses when Moses freed the Israelites from Egyptian slavery. Third, God always accompanies those who rely on God in their work. Thus Christians are invited to always rely on God in their life journey.

For explain connection in a way direct between X1, X2 and X3, and Y against Z with analysis regression double as well as Outer Model use calculation of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, and Inner Model with calculation of T statistics, R-square, f-square, and VIF with the help of SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4.0.9.3. This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

The study was conducted to see and collect data on how leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. The research I conducted used quantitative methods and descriptive analysis. For this study, data were collected online through a randomized method through a likert scale questionnaire 1-5 to 190 respondents who met the following criteria: they are over 18 years old and have worked or participated in an organization, team, or company. For data analysis, the SmartPLS application is used to perform inner measurements, reliability values, discriminant validity, Cronbach's Alpha, and exterior measurements. The outer measurements also use T-test calculations, determinacy coefficient, f-square, and VIF. The main purpose of this study is to prove that leadership style contributes positively to employee performance, work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of learning motivation and style in learning on learning outcomes. The type of research that will be carried out is using quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from one to five for 100 respondents with the criteria being students aged 18-22 years. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is the Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with T statistics, R-Square and VIF calculations using SmartPLS 4 tools. The results of the research show that learning motivation influences learning achievement because of the accuracy factor in collecting assignments, this has high motivation. Learning style has no effect on learning achievement because it is caused by the very minimal study time that students spend. Apart from that, learning motivation and learning style together influence student learning achievement.

This research aims to determine the influence of learning independence, learning motivation and social support on the learning outcomes of Office Administration Education Students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University. The population in this study were Office Administration Education Students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University. The research sample was taken from 101 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) is used to calculate data analysis in this research. The Outer Model includes Convergent Reability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reability, and Cronbach's Alpha calculations, while the Inner Model includes T-statistics, R-Squares, F-Squares, and VIF calculations. The findings of this research state that: 1) learning independence has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 2) learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 3) social support has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 4) learning independence , learning motivation and social support simultaneously influence the learning outcomes of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya which includes the impact of employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya, as well as supporting factors that support the achievement of optimal work productivity. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the work productivity of employees at CV Griya Alam Mulya is quite good. Although there are several obstacles that can hinder work, high morale and collaboration between employees helps overcome these obstacles and keep productivity high. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by CV Griya Alam Mulya, and the various factors supporting its work productivity.

Nowadays, there are many Christians who only listen to God's word but do not do it or who are said to be more concerned with their fleshly desires, one of which is: slandering fellow humans, rather than doing what God wants them to do. This article aims to explore the meaning of the writing in the letter of James about hearing and doing the word of God. This research uses a qualitative approach, by analyzing various sources such as books, novels, and updates related to the topic of this article. The results of the analysis see the importance of a servant of God interpreting the call to serve God for a positive impact on Christians today. A servant of God must be a blessing and an example in all aspects of life so that the congregation truly becomes a listener and doer of God's word and also believes that there is a God. The contents of this article are presented to make readers aware, especially God's servants, to serve God wholeheartedly and be role models for the congregation, not with other motivations but for the glory of God in enriching themselves to be true and good listeners and doers of God's word.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of ease of use of the application and customer experience on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace for students of the Faculty of Economics, Toraja Christian University of Indonesia. Data collection procedures from this study are: observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The results of calculations with the F test obtained the results of F count, 80.828 with F table 3.959. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the ease of use variable, the results of T count (1.351) < T table (1.989) and on the customer experience variable, the results of T count (6.565) > T table (1.989). The conclusion of this study is that the ease of use variable does not affect purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace for students of the Toraja Christian University's economics faculty and the customer experience variable influences purchase decisions

This research aims to analyze document management in the Marketing Department of Kompas Gramedia using the case study method and qualitative approach. By collecting primary data from observations, interviews and documentation, as well as secondary data from literature studies, this research identified a number of relevant findings. The research results show that the Kompas Gramedia Marketing Department has successfully implemented an organized document storage and archiving system, both in physical and digital form, with clear labels and categories. This has increased operational efficiency, collaboration and productivity within the department. However, research also reveals several obstacles in document management, such as data input errors, inappropriate document placement, and an excessive number of documents. The proposed solution includes training, system optimization, clear division of tasks, and capacity management to overcome the problem. By implementing these solutions, the Marketing Department can increase the effectiveness of document management, reduce related errors, and maintain smooth operations. In order to increase understanding of the effectiveness of document management in organizational environments, this research provides valuable insights. In addition, the research results can contribute to the field of archives and information management and provide guidance for other organizations facing similar challenges in document management.

This study aims to determine how the process of planning facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by analyzing the problems and data found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through journals, articles, and previous research related to the research topic. This research design is based on a qualitative approach and takes several samples. Respondents of this study are employees involved in facilities and infrastructure at the research site. Planning of facilities and infrastructure is carried out so that all office facilities and infrastructure can run well, so that employees in the office can utilize them optimally, can also support employee performance and smooth work so that maximum final results can be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning of facilities and infrastructure in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan Central Jakarta.

This research aims to determine the influence of Income Expectations, Entrepreneurship Education, and Family Environment on students' Entrepreneurial Interests. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of students from various universities taken randomly (Random Sampling). The maximum number of respondents obtained was 200 people. Data analysis was carried out using an outer model (Outer Model) which includes calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, as well as an inner model (Inner Model) which involves calculating T, R-Square and f-Square statistics. For data analysis, the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tool version 4.0.9.3 was used. The research results show that Income Expectations (X1) have a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). Entrepreneurship Education (X2) also has a positive influence on Entrepreneurship Interest (Y), while Family Environment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurship Interest (Y). Apart from that, together, Income Expectations, Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment have a positive and significant effect on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. There were four informants for this research, consisting of three general staff and one administrative staff. The main objectives of this research are to find out employee performance programs that have been implemented to improve PT Tri Digi Fin, find out about continuous training and development to improve their performance, and find out how employees improve their work performance. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding employee performance. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that our program performance includes regular assessments based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that help identify areas for improvement. This finding is reinforced by interview results which show that employees who cannot adapt to change or are open-minded to new ideas and improvements can perform less well in a dynamic environment.

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the variables of leadership style, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of organizational members. This type of research is carried out using quantitative methods accompanied by descriptive analysis. The technique used in collecting data for this research was obtained online using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire to 100 respondents with criteria of >15 years and who had worked or participated in a team/organization/company. Data analysis was carried out using external measurement techniques, discriminant validity, reliability value measurement, Cronbach's Alpha and internal measurements by calculating the T test, coefficient of determination, f-square test, and VIF using the SmartPLS application. The purpose of this research is to prove the relationship between 1) leadership style has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 2) compensation has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 3) job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members.

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation on the results of TBS PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. Secondly to know the constraints and problems on the results of TBS employees in PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. This research was conducted at PT Pinago Utama Kebun Inti 2 regency of Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera Province which lasted for 1 (one) month from 1 December 2023 until January 10, 2024. The research method used is descriptive method. Research respondents were 66 people harvesting employees, 10 people harvesting mandates, 6 person division assistants calculated using Slovin formula. For a total of 82 people selected based on the technique by taking a selective person or object of research and have specific characteristics (purposive sampling). The instruments used are job satisfaction, work morale, reward, sanction, education, salary, and FFB result. Data analysis using cobb douglass regression analysis technique. The results of this study found that: first there was no significant effect of job satisfaction on FFB results. Second there is a significant influence of morale on the FFB result. The three significant effects of rewarding FFB outcomes. The four significant effects of sanctions on FFB outcomes. the five significant educational influences on TBS outcomes. The six significant effects of salary on FFB outcomes. Thus, job satisfaction is insignificant due to heavy workloads using BJR's system (average weighted weight) with fixed tonnage basis, but morale, reward, sanction, education, significant salary as firms pay attention to awarding in the form of rice and cooking oil and the appropriate salary UMR Musi Banyusian area.

The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

The aim of this research is to determine the office equipment at PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta which includes the various equipment used and the condition of the equipment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. The subjects of this research are four employees of PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta in the accounting, general and service departments. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the PT Pertamina City Central Jakarta office has equipped various types of equipment ranging from computers, printers, photocopy machines, telephones, and small equipment such as hvs paper, pens. With all the machine equipment, there are only a few pieces of equipment that are damaged, such as computers and printers, this can have an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, complete office equipment also really supports employee comfort in working, not only employees but also every guest or member of the public who visits will feel comfortable too.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training and compensation variables on employee performance variables. The type of research used is quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online in the form of a questionnaire with the help of the Microsoft Forms application using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 32 respondents with the criteria of office workers or employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with the calculation of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, VIF and Inner Model with calculations on R-Square, Adjusted R-Square, and f-Square hypothesis testing on the calculation of T statistic, P-Value, and Original Sample using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4. The results showed that: 1) Employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t test results of 3,774, p-value 0.000, and positive Original Sample. 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-test result of 3.454, p-value 0.001, and positive Original Sample. 3) Employee training and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square result of 0.650 or 65% influence. Recommendations from this study are to add independent variables and expand the population area for better results.

The purpose of this research is to find out the process, obstacles, and solutions of career planning at PT XYZ. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by analyzing and interpreting the problems found in a narrative manner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books and previous research journals related to the research. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that PT XYZ has implemented career planning for employees through assessment and career development once a year. In addition, there are also obstacles that occur in employee career planning, namely the lack of seriousness of employees in participating in career planning activities on the grounds that time clashes with deadlines for employee tasks. The solution carried out by PT XYZ is to continue to provide a mindset for them to be a good employee and organize a more effective employee career planning schedule.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.
