This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the Night Service in Bulak District. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach which produces data in the form of written words from interviews, observations and documentation. The focus of this study uses the suitability model of program implementation by David C. Korten. The results of this study indicate that the night service program has received a positive response by being the answer to public complaints so that public services provided by the government can be closer, easier, and less complicated. This is supported by the ability of officers in night services as a whole, the community of Bulak District responded positively. Because it is in accordance with what is expected by the community, namely providing services in a friendly, polite, fast, thorough, and informative manner, although there are still visible officers who look tired. Interestingly, the community is also involved in evaluating the performance of the implementers, namely the night service officers in order to improve service quality standards.

Learning outcomes refer to the successful attainment of educational objectives by students who actively engage in the process of learning. Nevertheless, it is evident that student learning outcomes remain subpar, hence necessitating the implementation of a learning model aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes. The Group Investigation (GI) Learning Model is an educational approach that has been shown to enhance student learning results. The primary objective of this study was to assess the impact of implementing the Group Investigation (GI) Cooperative learning model and the direct learning model on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP N 6 Tondano. Specifically, the study focused on the topic of straight-line equations. The research employed a Quasi-Experimental Design as its chosen methodology. The present study comprised two classes, namely class VIII B as the experimental group and class VIII A as the control group. The sampling methodology employed in this study was Cluster Random Sampling. The methodology employed in this study involves the utilization of written tests for the purpose of data collecting. Based on the findings of the study, the statistical analysis using the t-test yielded a t-value of 2.5709, while the critical t-value (t-table) was determined to be 2.0322. Consequently, the calculated t-value exceeded the critical t-value (t-count > t-table). This implies that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis (H1). Based on the findings, it can be inferred that students who were exposed to the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model exhibited superior learning outcomes compared to students who were subjected to the direct learning model. This observation was made specifically in the context of studying straight-line equations among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano.

To reduce the potential for transmission of Covid-19, the Indonesian government has implemented a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy and recommended physical distancing. This recommendation led to the closure of facilities such as schools or college so that students were required to carry out learning activities remotely. This makes students feel the impact on the implementation of PJJ. One of them is that students experience academic burnout. Therefore, self-efficacy is needed to reduce the increase of academic burnout in student. This study aims to test empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students who’re doing distance learning. The method used was quantitative method with 246 students as respondents and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was using the Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson. Based on this study, the results of a correlation coefficient of r = -0.343 with a significance value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.01) indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students doing PJJ. The higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic burnout

This research is a qualitative research using field research methods and literature review which aims to explore and analyze the contribution of the application of cybernetic learning theory in increasing student learning creativity in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Elementary School IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency. Cybernetic learning theory is an approach that sees learning as a system that is interconnected between existing elements, including students, teachers, the learning environment, and the interactions within it. This research involves a literature review process that focuses on studying cybernetic learning theory and its impact on increasing student learning creativity in the context of PAI subjects at SD IT Assajidin. Data and information were obtained through searches of related journals, scientific articles and other relevant literature. The results of the literature review show that the application of cybernetic learning theory has great potential in increasing student learning creativity in PAI subjects at SD IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency. The concept of interaction between learning elements in this theory is able to create an environment that stimulates the development of students' creativity through dialogue, reflection, and adaptation to their learning experiences. In addition, the observation results also reveal that the cybernetic approach can assist teachers in designing learning strategies that are more dynamic and flexible, so that they are able to overcome challenges that may arise in learning PAI subjects. Interactions centered on cybernetic learning can also encourage students to think critically, collaborate with others, and develop unique ways of understanding religious concepts. This study underscores the importance of applying cybernetic learning theory in the context of Islamic religious education at SD IT Assajidin, Sukabumi Regency.
