Background: Pregnancy with less than 20 years of age is an important problem because it belongs to the high risk group. This is related to the increased risk of maternal complications during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as in the perinatal. From the preliminary study, the incidence of maternity mothers aged less than 20 years old at Buleleng Regency Hospital in 2021 was 7.3%. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to look at the picture of childbirth in mothers less than 20 years old. Method: This study used descriptive methods with a sample of all babies born to maternity mothers aged less than 20 years at Buleleng Regency Hospital for the period September - December 2021 as many as 236 study subjects. Results: The results of this study obtained an average maternal age of 17.2 years, an average gestational age of 36.9 weeks, an average birth weight of 2791.2 grams, a 1 minute 72% normal Apgar score, a 5-minute Apgar score of 76.7% normal, no incidence of congenital abnormalities, a stillbirth event of 4.2%, the distribution of events based on maternal age is more found in the mother's age is more found in the mother group aged 16-19 years. Conclusion: There are still many pregnancies in mothers less than 20 years old, there is no incidence of congenital abnormalities, still the incidence of stillbirth.

The aim of this research is (1) to describe the factors causing code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. (2) describe the function of using code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is speech events that occurred in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The object of this research is data containing code switching in speech events in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The technique used in collecting data uses non-participating listening and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with data transcription and data classification steps. The validity of the data is obtained through continuous data searching according to the facts, persistent observation techniques, and triangulation. The results of this study show two conclusions. First, there are five factors that cause code switching in Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge, namely the speaker, the interlocutor, the presence of a third speaker, the subject of discussion, and to evoke a sense of humor, and simply to have agency. The concept of Collaborative Government as an alternative basis is considered capable of realizing the acceleration and implementation of Tourism Areas. Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

. A work accident is an unpredictable event. When it happens, it is important to provide first aid in work accidents and to do it one must have knowledge. To increase knowledge about this first aid, it can be done by providing telenursing-based education. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident. This research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental one group pre-test and posttest design. The population as many as 40 people and sample amounted to 15 respondents which was taken using non-probality sampling technique. This research used Whatsapp application and data collection was done by giving questionnaires in the form of link to pre test and posttest. Then, the collected data was analyzed by a Wilcoxon statistic test. From the wilcoxon test, it was obtained that ρ value = 0,002 in which this ρ value < α = 0,05 meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident.    

This research is motivated by the performance of BUMDES marketing during the 4.0 revolution, entering the era of modern development of digital information and communication technology, especially the internet, which seems to be a primary human need and is almost involved in daily activities. In today's all-digital situation, the right promotion strategy is needed to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital entrepreneurship, marketing mix and technology acceptance models on the marketing performance of BUMDES Nerang Jaya. The quantitative method used is a technique of collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting and analyzing data in order to provide an overview of an event through the distribution of questionnaires which are carried out and expressed in the form of numbers, so that they can be measured and calculated. The number of samples used were 95 respondents. This study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program to process data.

A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

Discharge planning needs to be implemented from the time the patient enters the hospital until the day of discharge. Providing effective information can increase the knowledge and skills of patients and families to carry out independent care at home which is assumed to be ready for discharge so that it is hoped that rehospitalization events will not occur. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of Discharge planning model five on readiness to go home and family. The research design used a quasi experiment with a two group pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach carried out on inpatient students. The research instrument used the Readiness For Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Paired T test. The results of research on 30 respondents using the Independent T test on the average readiness to go home after (posttest) patients in the Intervention and Control groups obtained P value = 0.000 < ? (0.05) there was a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the control group. Based on this research, Discharge planning model five is able to increase patient readiness to go home and it is hoped that it can provide input to hospitals so that they can make Discharge planning model five as a method that can be given to patients when the patient is admitted until the patient wants to prepare to go home.

. Stunting is a condition of height according to body length below -2 SD. The short and long term impacts of stunting can affect the cognitive or affective abilities of toddler growth and development. Lack of knowledge on caring for mothers of toddlers related to fulfilling balanced nutrition, especially during the First 1000 Days of Life can have an impact on the occurrence of stunting. This community service is aimed at increasing mothers' knowledge regarding stunting incidents and optimizing 1000 HPK. Implementation of activities in the form of counseling and two-way interactive dialogue. The results of the implementation of community service showed an increase in the knowledge of the counseling participants after being given stunting counseling. Counseling participants looked enthusiastic and actively participated in the activity until the event ended. It is hoped that regular and scheduled counseling programs can further improve welfare and optimize the growth and development of toddlers.      

A disaster is an event caused by nature and humans. Disaster can result in victims of human suffering, loss of property, environmental damage, damage to facilities and, infrastructure, public facilities, and disruption of the life and livelihood of the community. The purpose of research was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of the community about the prevention of post-flood disease in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district. This research method uses the descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is 76 people using an accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that public knowledge of 76 respondents there are 65 respondents with good knowledge and 11 respondents with less knowledge and public attitudes. Of 76 respondents there are 70 respondents have good attitudes, and 6 have poor attitudes. The research concluded that the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about post-flood disease prevention in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district was in the excellent category.

Dengue Hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is caused by a dengue virus that spreads through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which breeds a lot in densely populated areas with humid and warm climates. Anti-mosquito drugs in the form of burns, sprays, lotions, or other types are already widely used, but these anti-mosquito drugs are not entirely beneficial. This research is purely experimental research with Post-test Only Control Group Design by making air spray solution products from noni leaf infusion and cananga flower, which are analyzed descriptively and analytically. Experiments carried out with Randomized Complete Design 1 time repetition to analyze effectiveness. The study used two factors: treatment (P) using infusion products while the control (K) using distilled water. From the results of mixing, it was obtained as much as 400 ml of infusion solution. Obtained in each measurement, there was a reduction in live larvae until the last measurement. Noni leaf contains five flavonol glycosides (flavonoid compounds) as respiratory poisons and a combination of saponins and tannins as stomach poisons that have the killing power against the death of Aedes aegypti larvae. Cananga flower extract itself can resist mosquitoes because of the content of linalool, geraniol and eugenol. This makes a change in the larvae's behavior, where the previously active movement will be slow and eventually will die.

Teknologi menjadi bukti kemajuan zaman yang pada hakikatnya diciptakan guna mempermudah aktivitas manusia. Salah satu aktivitas manusia yang biasa dilakukan adalah berbelanja. Aktivitas belanja ini dilakukan untuk menunjang kebutuhan hidupnya. Melihat adanya hal tersebut kini mulai banyak muncul inovasi pada bidang ini yang bertransformasi beralih menjadi versi digital atau dikenal sebagai e-commerce.  Dari banyaknya e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia shopee menjadi salah satu e-commerce yang banyak peminatnya, dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian yang berjudul “Korelasi Event Tanggal Kembar Terhadap Daya Minat Beli Masyarakat di Shopee” adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara program tanggal kembar yang diadakan shopee terhadap daya minat beli masyarakat. Dalam eksekusinya metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner model skala likert. Kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan ditujukan untuk seluruh masyarakat yang aktif bertransaksi menggunakan shopee. Dari penyebaran pertanyaan kuesioner didapat 31 responden sebagai populasi dengan uji sampel yang kami lakukan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.012, dimana nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0.05 yang digunakan sebagai indikator dalam penggunaan software SPSS sehingga ditemukan adanya korelasi antara variabel event tanggal kembar terhadap variabel daya minat beli masyarakat. Dalam proses pengolahan dan analisis data didapat juga hasil nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.446 yang artinya memiliki korelasi dengan derajat hubungan korelasi sedang dan bentuk hubungan kedua variabelnya adalah positif, yang artinya semakin sering diadakannya event tersebut berbanding lurus dengan minat beli masyarakat.

This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.

The purpose of this online social service is to present the importance of solidarity in economic principles for better prospective prosperity. This online social service has educational material based on the social teachings of the Church, Article Gaudium Evangelii and previous research from prof. Lazlo Zsolnai who stated that an economic system with spirituality has a solutive effect on the economic crisis. This Community Service emphasizes spirituality embodied in solidarity needs to be implemented. The background to this Community Service Event is that this was due to the emergence of a massive economic crisis during the pandemic since early 2020. Therefore, the need for scholars to try to overcome the structural causes of poverty. The results shows that 63% participants believe that  Spirituality, or love for God and others will trigger a love for life and an economic system that is in solidarity for the common good.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

Retirement is an important event that marks the change from adult life to old life.   One of the things that need to be prepared in facing retirement is to reduce the workload as retirement approaches.  The sociological transition theory developed by William Bridges, known as the "Bridges Transition Model," underscores the importance of understanding and managing change as a transitional process involving three main stages: suffix, neutral, and beginning, The theory of social capital proposed by Pierre Bourdieu can provide relevant understanding related to the phenomenon of teacher adaptation in retirement. This theory emphasizes the importance of social networks and relationships in the lives of individuals, and considers social capital as a valuable resource.  The study used a qualitative approach, which showed that teachers who had strong social networks during their careers were more likely to have social support and resources that could help them in post-retirement adaptation.  Teachers who have strong social networks during their careers are better able to cope with the challenges of post-retirement adaptation.  On the other hand, the results also show that teachers who lack social capital or have a more limited social network will have difficulty in post-retirement adaptation.

Teenagers experience problems due to not achieving needs, for example they want to be recognized as adults but their behavior still looks like children.  If adolescents fail to develop a sense of identity, then adolescents will lose their way and have a bad impact on their development. Frustration can lead the individual to aggressive behavior because frustration for the individual is an unpleasant situation and the individual wants to overcome or avoid it in various ways, notonly in an aggressive way.  The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing the emergence of prejudiced and frustrated relationships with aggressive behavior of adolescents.  This study utilizes the study literatur review. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the causes of adolescents to take aggressive actions are due to: (1) Internal Factors (a) Weak Self-Control can be difficult to control emotions, therefore a person who has  weak self-control will easily act aggressively on anyone. (b) The occurrence of frustration Because a bad event causes the subject to become frustrated with his current life. (c) Gender differences.

The practice of polygamy is a problem in the family that often occurs, in the Christian faith polygamy is in conflict with the principle of marriage. Family is God's creation since the beginning of the first human being, namely Adam and Eve. God first made humans a pair, so it is clear that in the event that the first humans had one husband and one wife, with this statement we can conclude that polygamy is not permitted by Christians and with polygamy is strictly prohibited in the Christian faith. The point of polygamy is to have more than one wife and that the Bible does not approve of polygamy happening. God does not approve of the marriage of more than one wife in Genesis 2:24 where it is very clear that a man will unite with his wife so that they become one flesh.
