This study aims to determine the form of students' worship practices and how they understand and appreciate the worship they do. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques include the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing is carried out through triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the worship taught and accustomed to students includes prayer, fasting, daily prayers, and reading and memorizing the Qur'an. Students have understood the laws of worship such as obligatory, sunnah, sin, reward, heaven, and hell. However, their understanding of the goals and benefits of the worship they carry out is still limited. The practice of worship has become a daily habit and shows a good level of obedience, indicating that the practice of worship has formed a personality (moral actions). However, the aspects of understanding (moral knowledge) and deep awareness (moral feelings) still need to be improved.

Jombok Village is one of the villages that receives assistance from the Family Hope Program in Ngoro District, Jombang Regency, with a total of 245 families distributed every two months based on predetermined criteria. The majority of people's work is as farmers and traders because it suits the skills of the local community. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the validity of scientific crime investigation as evidence in the process of proving murder cases and what are the advantages and disadvantages of using the scientific crime investigation method in crime scene processing carried out by forensic laboratories. Then the method used in this research is the normative legal research method. The results of the study show that the scientific crime investigation method, which is expressed in concrete form through forensic laboratory examinations and information from police forensic experts, is the central point. In connecting the relationship between the perpetrator, victim and evidence with the crime scene, the construction of evidence for a criminal act becomes stronger and can give confidence to the judge in deciding a case fairly and in accordance with the actual facts. In the case of the crime of murder with poison, the statements of the witnesses and the statements of the two defendants were linked and interconnected with each other after the scientific crime investigation method was applied; The advantages and disadvantages of using scientific crime investigation methods in crime scene processing carried out by forensic laboratories include. The advantages and disadvantages of using scientific crime investigation methods in crime scene processing carried out by forensic laboratories include: (1). The advantage of implementing scientific crime investigation is that uncovering cases using old methods full of violence, intervention, etc. has been abandoned. (2) Fast, precise and accurate inspection supported by special tools that have been internationally standardized, (3) Minimizing errors made before SCI implementation (manual patterns replaced with digital patterns). Meanwhile, the weaknesses are: Internal side of the SatKer (Work Unit): the number of human resources who supervise and understand the use of Special Tools (Alsus) is limited, the special equipment, both primary and secondary, is expensive. If we look at the human resources that this country has, it should be enough to assist the Forensic Laboratory team in supervision and are people who understand the special tools that support the performance of the Forensic Laboratory. Apart from that, the government should be more respectful of the procurement of these special tools, even though not everyone has to always use these special tools. However, these tools are very useful for the smooth running of investigations and/or investigations. Because the resulting examination data is much more detailed and accurate.

Dengue fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This disease is a major health problem in many tropical countries, including Indonesia. Identification and classification of DHF patients is very important to prevent further spread and to provide appropriate medical treatment. In this study, the classification of DHF disease is carried out using the K-Means algorithm, which is one of the methods in machine learning used to classify data based on similarity of features. This study aims to apply the K-Means algorithm in classifying DHF cases based on data on symptoms that appear in patients, such as high fever, joint pain, skin rashes, and others. The data used includes patient medical records that record various clinical and demographic parameters. The K-Means algorithm is used to group the data into clusters that describe the severity category or potential risk of dengue disease. The results showed that the K-Means algorithm can be used to cluster DHF patients well, with the division of groups that can describe the severity of the disease. Evaluation was conducted using metrics such as silhouette and cluster validity to assess the effectiveness of the algorithm in performing classification. This model is expected to help medical personnel in decision-making, provide early warning, and improve rapid response to dengue cases.

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the realm of law, especially civil contracts. Electronic signature is one of the important innovations that offer efficiency, flexibility, and convenience in contract transactions in the digital era. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of electronic signatures in civil contracts, especially in terms of legal validity, security, and acceptance by the public and business actors. The results show that electronic signatures in Indonesia have been legally recognized based on Law Number 19 of 2016 amending Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). However, while e-signatures have great potential to speed up the contracting process, several challenges remain, such as security concerns and resistance among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Security issues are a major concern, given the risk of cybercrime such as hacking and digital identity forgery. In addition, low digital literacy in the society hinders the widespread adoption of e-signatures.

Probative value refers to the extent to which the evidence provided is able to prove the facts being disputed. Evidence may be relevant in the sense that it relates to the case at hand, but relevance alone does not guarantee that the evidence will be well received or considered to have a significant influence. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study show that the process of proof in criminal law plays a central role in upholding substantive justice. Evidence not only functions as a mechanism to test the truth of claims or accusations brought in court, but also as a tool to protect the human rights of the accused by ensuring that everyone is considered innocent until proven otherwise. Failure to assess probative value can lead to serious injustice in the form of wrongful conviction or wrongful acquittal. To address this problem, it is necessary to increase technical literacy among legal practitioners, as well as the application of more careful procedures in testing the validity and reliability of evidence.

The amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia brought significant changes to the structure of state institutions, particularly in the separation of powers. The Constitutional Court, as an institution holding judicial power, has the authority to conduct judicial review based on Article 24 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution. The Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 sparked polemics because it was considered a positive legislative decision, which shifted the Court's role from negative legislator to positive legislator. This has created a new phenomenon in the Indonesian constitutional law system, especially regarding the position of the Constitutional Court and the validity of the constitution. This research aims to analyze the effect of the decision on the state institutional system in lawmaking. Using a normative legal approach, this research finds that the decision shows the weakness of the checks and balances system and legalizes a new norm regarding the age of presidential and vice-presidential candidates that does not reflect the interests of society. As a result, the expected substantive justice is not achieved, loosening democracy, and undermining the authority of lawmaking institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to review the authority of the Constitutional Court to prevent abuse of power.

This research aims to find information about whether members are satisfied with the service provided at the Bumara mini soccer field in the city of Palembang, South Sumatra. In this research, the method used is correlational. In this study, the population was 76 Mini Soccer Bumara members. Before carrying out the analysis test, a number of requirements tests were first carried out to determine the suitability of the X and Y data. The requirements test included several test stages using the following formula: f test, validity test, test simple linear regression. Based on data analysis from research on the influence of Mini Soccer Bumara member satisfaction, there is a significant relationship, namely showing an fcount value of 319.663 with a significance level of 0.001. The significance value is smaller than 0.05. Thus fcount> ftable (319.663>3.12) which means that the hypothesis in this research has a positive effect on customer loyalty.
