This research uses the Fraud Control Plan (FCP) as a moderating variable to explore how human resource competency, internal control systems, and internal supervision affect regional government financial reporting. Due to financial reporting transparency and accountability issues, public sector corruption remains rampant, prompting the study. A quantitative approach was used using moderated regression analysis. Lampung Province's Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) accounting and reporting workers received questionnaires to gather data. The results show that human resource competency, internal control mechanisms, and internal supervision improve financial reporting. The Fraud Control Plan strongly moderates the correlations between human resource competency, internal supervision, and financial reporting quality, but not the internal control system. These findings imply that improving human resource competences, internal supervision, and fraud control may significantly enhance regional government financial reporting openness and accountability.

Laboratories play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety, with approximately 80–90% of clinical diagnoses relying on laboratory test results. Despite their importance, laboratory errors are reported to occur in about 0.012% to 0.6% of all tests conducted. Patient safety is fundamentally a managerial responsibility that can be improved through the implementation of robust systems aimed at detecting and addressing quality deficiencies. A reactive approach to this involves incident reporting followed by root cause analysis, which helps uncover and rectify weaknesses in existing policies and procedures. Alternatively, a proactive strategy such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) focuses on evaluating the entire testing process, anticipating potential adverse events, and taking preventive measures before such issues arise. This method is particularly effective for prospective risk assessment in high-risk procedures, thereby minimizing the likelihood of errors within laboratories and other areas of patient care.

This study analyzes the impact of sustainable tourism concept implementation on the community of Tobati-Enggros Village, Jayapura City. Using qualitative descriptive methods with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving 35 informants, this research evaluates three pillars of sustainability: economic, socio-cultural, and environmental aspects. The findings show that sustainable tourism implementation achieves a moderate effectiveness score of 2.7. Economically, tourism creates new employment opportunities and increases community income by 25%-400%, but benefits distribution remains unequal with 70% of profits controlled by 30% of residents. Socio-culturally, tourism helps preserve the unique "Women's Forest" tradition while causing erosion in traditional practices like gotong royong (community cooperation). Environmentally, significant ecosystem degradation occurs with water quality declining 56% and mangrove forest coverage reducing by 10%. The study recommends strengthening community-based tourism institutions, implementing comprehensive waste management systems, and developing community capacity building programs to optimize sustainable tourism benefits while preserving environmental and cultural integrity.

Digital learning applications like HeyJapan are increasingly popular. User reviews on platforms such as Google Play Store contain valuable information on user perceptions and experiences. To process this information systematically, this study employs a Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach to analyze sentiment toward the HeyJapan application. Data was collected using web scraping techniques with Python and the google play scraper library, resulting in 1,000 latest user reviews. The analysis included data collection, preprocessing, sentiment labeling using TextBlob, visualization, modeling with Logistic Regression, and evaluation. After preprocessing, 923 valid reviews were classified into three sentiment categories based on polarity which are positive, neutral, and negative. Results showed 71.4% of reviews positive, 26.1% neutral, and 2.5% negative. Visualizations in pie charts and word clouds provided an overview of user perceptions. Modeling with TF-IDF and Logistic Regression achieved 88% accuracy with the highest f1-score in the positive sentiment category. Evaluation indicates the model is fairly reliable in classifying sentiments, especially for positive and neutral categories, though negative sentiment classification needs improvement. This study shows the NLP approach can evaluate user perceptions of educational applications based on reviews and serve as a basis for improving foreign language learning app quality.
