Study This aim For describe aspect mental characters and the educational value of characters in fairy tales. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with content analysis method (content analysis). The literary psychology approach used is theory psychology David Krech. The research data sources are: (1) Text 5 Fairy Tales Children of the World by Dedik Dwi Prihatmoko, (2) relevant literature books. Technique collection data with technique read And technique write. Technique validation data with triangulation data And source. Technique analysis data with model analysis interactive. Based on results analysis can concluded that: (1) There is aspect mental in theory psychology literature that emphasizes the emotional condition of each character in the fairy tale child by Dedik Dwi Prihatmoko. The psychological theory used is theory according to David Krech which is divided into four, including emotions basic, emotions related to self-evaluation, emotions that related to sensory stimulation, and emotions related to person other. (2) 5 Fairytale Child World work Dedik Bi Prihatmoko load mark education character based on Profile Student Pancasila. Found mark moral glorious, diversity global, mutual cooperation, independent, creative and critical reasoning. (3) 5 World Children's Tales by Dedik Bi Prihatmoko worthy used by Teacher For develop students' reading ability and provide an understanding of emotions And mark kind.

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. The hope is that this research can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes as a whole.    

This article aims to explain and describe the role of peer counselors in dealing with child victims of sexual violence, especially in schools. The discussion of this article was obtained through a literature study from various reading sources such as journals and books used to describe theories related to child development, explore the impact of sexual violence on victims, and describe the role of social workers in dealing with the problem of sexual violence in children. The high rate of sexual violence against children shows the importance of handling child victims of sexual violence. In this case, peer counselors can provide support and motivation to children who are victims of sexual violence. In addition, counselors can be friends to tell stories from children who are victims of this violence. In this case, Peer Counselors can also conduct Counseling. Counseling is carried out by intervening negative thoughts of children that arise due to sexual violence in various ways, such as stopping negative thoughts. In addition, cognitive therapy can also be done by changing or exchanging thoughts, for example counselors help children to memorize short verses in the form of statements that are contrary to the concerns experienced by children. The child then repeats the verse to get rid of his worries.    

The aim of this research is to examine the differences in Indonesian poetry entitled Kangen by Ws. Rendra with a Chinese poem entitled Missing You in the Silent Night by Li Bai. Poetry is a form of literary work alongside prose and drama. Compared to other forms of literary work, poetry has a unique character, namely that it uses words that are considered to represent certain meanings, is dense, dominated by symbols, and has limited space. Comparative literature is the activity of comparing the literature of one country with the literature of another country or comparing literature with other fields as an overall expression of life (Endraswara, 2011:10). One of the poems known in Indonesian literature is the poem entitled "Kangen" by WS Rendra. This poem uses diction which needs to be studied in depth because it opens up various interpretations which produce various meanings, aka multiinterpretable. One of the works of comparative literature in general studies and in relation to history or other things is part of literature. In literary works, all of these things are responded to creatively so that a literary work needs to be compared in order to get a clearer picture of the similarities and differences in various cultures    

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. This research was conducted to examine the influence between leadership styles on employee work stress levels in several companies. The research method used is a literature review of several previous studies. Used 5 relevant literature that will be reviewed both nationally and internationally with a range of years 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. The results of this study can be a reference for related companies to study other factors that cause job stress.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work ethic and work stress variables on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 60 respondents in production at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.814 + 0.45X1 + 0.811X2 Work stress has a partially significant effect on employee performance, with a sig. 0.001 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work ethic and work stress have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung.

The emergence and development of information technology is changing people's behavior. These changes occur in human thought patterns, feelings and actions. Social media can clearly be used by the government to guide public opinion and influence political participation. In a democratic country like Indonesia, public opinion is very important because the government cannot function without public opinion. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research on the role of social media in the dynamics of public opinion and political participation in the digital era. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The data collection technique used was internet searching and documentation studies were used. In writing this scientific work, the first data analysis technique is data reduction, which means that the analysis is carried out to summarize the data, the researcher selects data that is really important to include in this scientific work and displays the data (data presentation). The research results found that in the current digital era, social media plays an important role in political participation and public opinion. Changes in the way people communicate, obtain information, and engage in politics are some examples. Social media influences public opinion and political participation. effects, both positive and negative. Of course, the government must monitor political activities amidst the development of social media in the modern era.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. This research utilizes the psychoanalysis method, namely to find out how the deviation in the character and what causes it. In this scope, the researcher took a study that focuses on one of the literary works entitled focused on one literary work entitled 00.00 a pair of wounds that ended in grief written by Ameylia Falensia that ends with grief written by Ameylia Falensia. The results of this study found that there were several cases of psychological and psychological violence. Where the victims generally get a sense of trauma and fear that can trigger a person to do activities that are not in accordance with a person's activity is not in accordance with his reasoning so that it always ends with murder.

This research was conducted to examine how the role of the job description on the performance of employees of a company.
