The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine whether or not there is a positive and significant influence of Class Management on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics in students; 2) to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on giving awards to students on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics on students; 3) to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on Class Management and Giving Rewards to students together on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics. The method used in this study is quantitative research method. The population is all grade XI Christian students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 78 people and 63 people were sampled using a crejcie table. Data was collected with a closed questionnaire of 65 items. The results of the data analysis showed that: a) the Fvalue of the class management table > the class management table on Christian education learning motivation and ethics was 27.110 > 3.15 thus it was known that there was an influence of class management on the learning motivation of Christian education and ethics of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka Central Tapanuli Regency which was 30.8%, b) Fvalue calculated > Ftable of awards for Christian education learning motivation and ethics which was 9.246 > 3.15 with it is known that there is an influence on the awarding of Christian education learning motivation and ethics of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 13.2%, c) F grades are calculated > F class management tables and giving awards to Christian education learning motivation and ethics which is 14,670 > 3.15 thus it is known that there is an influence of class management and awarding on Christian education learning motivation and student ethics Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 32.8%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

In this study there are two variables that influence each other, namely the independent variable, namely the Key Performance Indicator and the Work Environment. Which affects the dependent variable, namely Tazbiya Brands Employee Performance. Research using quantitative methods with saturated sampling of 40 employees as respondents. The Key Performance Indicator variable has a t value> t table (4.216> 2.026) with a significant 0.00> 0.05 so that the Key Performance Indicator has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a t value> t table (1.958> 2.026) with a significant 0.038> 0.05 so that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Key Performance Indicator and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the above analysis, it can be concluded that the Tazbiya brands company has performance appraisal indicators that need to be considered as evaluation material so that it affects employee performance and has a good work environment in the company.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of social factors on the purchase intention of imported second-hand clothing (Case study of Generation Z in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The influence of Attitude on Purchase Intention of Imported used clothing (Case study of Generation Z in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of imported used clothing with a sample size of 75 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that social factors have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.519 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.666. With P-values ​​0.006. Meanwhile, attitude also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention because the t-count or t-statistic value of 6.371 is higher than the t-table value of >1.666 with P-values ​​of 0.000. So social factors and attitude have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention by 82.3%.

The background in this study is the importance of self-confidence and self-adjustment for new class students in class X SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. The population in this study were students of class X at SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in the study amounted to 60 students. Retrieval of data using a scale of self-confidence and self-adjustment of students. Data analysis technique using rxy product moment. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment in class X SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. This is shown from the statistical results using the Pearson product moment correlation test to obtain results of (r) = 0.3254 rcount ≥ rtable or 0.3254 ≥ 0.254 when matched with the interpretation table showing that there is a relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment the strong one. The contribution of the self-confidence variable makes a significant contribution to self-adjustment, namely 302.54% and the rest is determined by other variables. While the significance value of 3.017 is greater than the ttable of 1.67155 indicating a significant relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment. Thus it shows that there is a relationship between the self-confidence variable and the self-adjustment of class X students of SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. Suggestions for students should have good self-confidence and self-adjustment in order to achieve optimistic and maximum results.

This research focuses on finding out how much influence promotions and prices have on house purchasing decisions at Permata Arco Residence. In this research, the model used is quantitative with Non Probability techniques using the Purposive Sampling method, namely having a specific research target, and the author conducted research by distributing questionnaires targeting 73 respondents in Likert scale units. Data processing used in this research is using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that promotion (X1) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.187 < t-table 1.993, however price (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. with sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 3.871 > t-table 1.993. Simultaneously promotion and price influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 16.271 > 3.19 F table.

The aim of this research is to find out whether the effect of increasing the learning activity of Christian religious education and the character of students who are taught using the sequential picture learning model (picture and picture) is higher than students who are taught without the sequential picture learning model (picture and picture) in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a Posttest-Only Control type experimental method. The population is all VII SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 235 people. The sample was determined using a technique taken deliberately (purposive sampling) with the specified conditions that the experimental learning material was in that class, namely 35 students in class VII-2 as the experimental class and 35 students in VII-3 as the control class. The research instrument used 30 closed numbers. The t test used is the Separated Variance t test according to the test analysis requirements, namely n1=n2 and the variance of the two sample groups is homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of t = 7.941> t table (α = 0.05; dk = n1 + n2-2 = 35 + 35-2 = 68) = t table 1.671, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research concludes that there is an increase in the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of students who are taught using the sequential picture learning model (picture and picture) which is higher than students who are taught without the sequential learning model (picture and picture) in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong Year Learning 2023/2024.

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the Discovery Learning Model on Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Simanindo Samosir Regency Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Discovery Learning Model on Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education in Class the calculated r value > r table is 0.641 > 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables significant between variables X and Y. 2) Effect test obtained: a) Regression equation test Ŷ=11.15 + 0.65X. b) Test coefficient of determination (r²) = 41%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain F count > F table namely 34.83 > 1.42. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The Depok City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency is a government institution that handles staffing within the Depok City Government. This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at BKPSDM Depok City Government. The population in this study was all BKPSDM employees, with a sample of 65 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. Data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews. This research uses data quality test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and determination test. The results showed that partial competence had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because t count (11.220) > t table (1.999) and significant values below 0.05. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because t count (4.802) > t table (1.999) and the significant value is below 0.05. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the two independent variables consisting of competence and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the BKPSDM Depok City Government with F values calculated at 397.866 > 3.14 while viewed from the significance values of 0.001 < 0.05.

Service quality is a benchmark for service success determined by the level of satisfaction of service recipients. While the level of satisfaction of the recipient of this service will be obtained if a recipient of the service gets the type of service in accordance with what they expect and need. Thus, the needs of service recipients must be met as much as possible in order to obtain satisfaction. The data processing was obtained from questionnaire data collection data distributed to 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion described in the previous chapter, the author draws several conclusions on the results of the analysis that based on the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, a t test was carried out and obtained the SPSS output showed a calculated t value of 0.812 with a Sig of 0.421. To determine the level of significance of the research model, the calculated t value is compared with the table t value. Based on the results of the analysis, the hypothesis that states service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurence, tangiable, emphaty) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the use of Parapat Khas Hotel services is empirically proven and acceptable.

This research aims to find out whether the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can influence the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangaribuan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class The positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.480 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=63)=0,244. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of t = 4.271 > t table ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=61)= 2,000. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="30","14"+0.37X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 23%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character in Class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all classes Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire totaling 36 items, of which 15 questionnaire items were for variables Christianity and Characteristics of Class Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 24.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=42-2=40) namely 12.83 > 1.92. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected where F calculated is greater than F table, then there is a positive and significant influence between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character of Class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the Learning Year 2022/2023 amounting to 24.3%.

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many cases or problems, namely the teacher does not appreciate students who have expressed their opinions so that these students lack confidence and enthusiasm in the learning process. This research is a correlational research with a tendency of quantitative data. The sample of this study was students of class X IPA SMA N 1 Sitiung, totaling 36 people, while the sampling technique used was random sampling. Before testing the hypothesis, the researcher first conducted a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test and homogeneity test. To then proceed to test the hypothesis using a simple linear regression test. From the results of this study, it shows the analysis and discussion of the research data from the results of testing the hypothesis from the coefficients table, the sig value is obtained. equal to 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the reinforcement skill variable (X) influences learning motivation (Y). it is known that t_count is 6.111 > t_table 2.035 so that it can be concluded that the variable of reinforcement skills (X) has a positive and significant effect on the variable of student learning motivation at SMA N 1 Sitiung by 52.3%. so it can be categorized as low

  "Mangga" Integrated Health Post is one of the Integrated Service Posts located in Tumpangkrasak Village, Jati Subdistrict, Kudus District. There are approximately 80 toddler members who participate in activities every month on the 25th. "Mangga" Integrated Health Post utilizes the home of the health worker as its location, equipped with basic tables and chairs. In broad terms, this dedication aims to (1) Improve services by providing information and education on stunting prevention through the use of a website and (2) Assist in providing facilities such as equipment for "Mangga" Integrated Health Post. The expected outcomes include (1) Publication of articles in a Service Journal. (2) Documentation of activities will be published in the online mass media Jawa Pos Radar Kudus. (3) Publication of photos and videos of activities to be uploaded on the institution's YouTube channel. (4) "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website www.manggahealthpost.com. With website management training, it is possible to enhance the skills of village health workers in developing the "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website, thereby educating residents of the village, especially parents with toddlers, and achieving the goal of stunting prevention.

This research aims to find out the influence of visual media on the learning activity of Christian religious education students in class V at SD Negeri 10 Hutagalung for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses quantitative descriptive statistical methods, with a population of 30 people and a sample of 30 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire instrument of 30 items, namely 17 items for variable X and 13 for variable Y which was tested on 30 students who were not research respondents. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of visual media on the learning activity of class V Christian religious education students at SD Negeri 10 Hutagalung, Harian District, Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year: a) the positive relationship test is obtained from (r_xy) = 0.748 > r_ (table (α=0.05,n=30))= 0.361. b. Testing a significant relationship obtained a t_(calculated) value of 5.978, it is known that t_(table) in α=0.05 n-2=30-2=28 is 1.701. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test Y ̂= 13.40+ 0.50x. b) Regression determination test (r^2)= 55.9%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test, obtained f_count > f_(table ) namely 35.04 > 4.24. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty at Logikaa Caffee House. Data were collected by  Questionnaire and Documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively with multiple linear regression. The sample used in this study consistof  95 respondents. T table (1.985), shows that product quality has no effect on consumer loyalty and Price Test Results on consumer loyalty T count (4.118 > T table (1.985), shows that product quality has no effect on consumer loyalty, price has an effect on consumer loyalty The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 16.610 with an F table of 1.985 showing that product quality and price influence consumer loyalty simultaneously.

The aim of this research is to determine mathematical literacy abilities in terms of Self-Esteem in Social Arithmetic material for class VII Pontianak Cooperative Middle School. The subjects of this research were 27 grade VII students at Pontianak Cooperative Middle School. Of the 27 students, they will be categorized based on each student's abilities. This research began by providing a self-esteem questionnaire, a test of mathematical literacy skills, and interviews to categorize students' ability levels. After that, proceed with analyzing and categorizing based on self-esteem and level of mathematical literacy ability to determine the research subjects who will be interviewed by selecting 9 subjects consisting of 3 students who have high self-esteem, 3 students who have medium self-esteem and 3 students who have low self-esteem. From the research results, it was concluded that students who have high self-esteem meet the indicators: Ability to read and understand mathematical information, such as tables, graphs and diagrams, ability to create and use mathematical algorithms to solve problems and obtain accurate results, ability to create and use models mathematics to solve real life problems and the ability to develop mathematical concepts that are important in everyday life such as proportion, percentage and ratio. Students who have moderate self-esteem meet the indicators: Ability to read and understand mathematical information, such as tables, graphs and diagrams, ability to create and use mathematical algorithms to solve problems and obtain accurate results, ability to create and use mathematical models to solve real life problems . Students who have low self-esteem meet the indicators of the ability to read and understand mathematical information, such as tables, graphs and diagrams.

Gadgets are electronic devices that are used as information media, learning media, and as entertainment. Another benefit of the gadget is that it can connect to the internet and students are familiar with the functions of the internet. This has resulted in many students misusing the use of the internet for negative things, so students must always be under the supervision of their parents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of gadget use and interest in learning on junior high school students' learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach, the nature of the data is ex post facto, namely a research conducted to investigate events that have occurred and then look back at past events to find out the factors that could have caused these events to occur. . The technique used by researchers in this study was to use a questionnaire to obtain data on the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This research was carried out with 20 students as research subjects and assisted by listening to teachers at Al-Azhar Middle School, Bekasi City. The results showed that the use of gadgets did not significantly influence student learning outcomes. There is a significant influence of the use of gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This can be proven by the strong value of Sig = 0.000 and F count = 12.788 F table = 3.591. So this can be said to be the value and F count > F table and Sig 0.000 > 0 ,05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at SMP AL-Azhar Bekasi City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, promotion and service quality on the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Kuala Simpang. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Kuala Simpang, which at the end of 2019 totaled 1242 customers, while the sample in this study totaled 93 people. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that the product influences the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Kuala Simpang. This is evidenced by the sig value of the product variable, namely 0.006 <0.05 (significance level) and the t-count value of 3.932 > 1.9869 (t-table). Promotion influences the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Kuala Simpang. Products, promotions and service quality simultaneously influence the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Kuala Simpang. This is proven based on the results of the F test obtained a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 (significant level α) and F count of 7.814 and it is known that df1 = k-1 = 4-1 = 3 and df2 = N-k = 93-4 = 89 ( F table = 2.71). So that F count > F table (7.814 > 2.71).
