The research was conducted for the sole purpose of knowing the legality of establishing a foundation as a legal entity operating in the social, religious, and humanitarian fields, in this case the foundation was founded by foreigners. This research uses a method with normative research in addition to legislation is used as an approach, in addition to facts and conceptual analysis used as an approach in this research method. The results of the study indicate that the legali ty of the establishment of a foundation by foreigners in Indonesia has now been determined in Law Number 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations where foreigners in this context have more opportunities to set up a foundation. Regulations on foreign foundations are related to their establishment which are further emphasized in Government Regulation Number 63 of 2008 concerning the Implementation of the Law on Foundations as an implementing regulation that provides legal certainty to foreigners in establishing a foundation. as well as the nation, and the State of Indonesia.

Medical records are an important part of reporting and recording as well as assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients, one of which is a summary form for discharge patients, which includes all services that have been provided to patients. It was found that there were still medical records that were not 100% complete according to service quality standards at the Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .

This paper was compiled and created to study and analyze the implementation process and religious values ​​contained in the jeguran tradition at the first syuro night commemoration in Kajen village, Kab. Pati. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and interviews. The research subject is the jeguran tradition at the first syuro night commemoration in Kajen village, District Pati. The object of research is the people in the village of Kajen, District Pati. The results in this study found that this tradition had prior preparation in its implementation. Preparation begins with a committee meeting, reading prayers, and draining the pond which is used as a ritual place to be filled with clean water. The World Health Organization (WHO) names the new virus as corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19), that health workers, both doctors, nurses and hospital administration staff, need legal protection from the government. Health workers are willing to devote themselves to serving public health and even sacrifice their lives and those of their families to tackle the spread of Covid-19. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is legal protection for health workers and the Covid-19 acceleration task force? and How is the form of guidance and supervision of the implementation of Covid-19 prevention services, the method used is a normative juridical approach. The work safety of health workers due to the Covid-19 pandemic has not been carried out properly as mandated in laws and regulations, in the implementation of the rights of health workers During the Covid-19 pandemic, it is still neglected and has not been fulfilled. Therefore, the role and responsibility of the government is needed to fulfill the rights of health workers as the frontline.

The health protocol is one way to control the COVID-19 disease. In other ways such as vaccination. This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

Elderly is a man or woman who has entered the age of 60 years accompanied by various declines in physical condition, decreased function of the body's organs, and decreased function of the brain. The elderly population is increasing globally. Service activities aim to empower the elderly through elderly gymnastics as an effort to improve physical health in supporting the Tangguh elderly. The method of activity in this service involves 5 students of midwifery Akbid Batari Toja. The service implementation adopts action research steps which consist of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Evaluation of the results of the conclusion, namely the implementation of community service with a series of activities, namely checking blood pressure and exercising for the elderly. Before being given information regarding elderly exercise, all 28 elderly participants did not know about elderly exercise movements. After being given information on elderly gymnastic movements, as many as 25 elderly people followed the gymnastic movements and did them correctly. Based on the results of blood pressure checks, it was found that 7 elderly people had high blood pressure ≥ 140/100, the community service team recommended carrying out examinations at the nearest health center, advising them to consume lots of vegetables and fruit and routinely doing elderly exercises.

Rare diseases present a significant challenge in diagnosis due to their low prevalence and the limited awareness among healthcare professionals. The emergence of genomic technologies, particularly Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), has revolutionized the diagnosis of rare diseases by enabling the identification of genetic variations associated with these conditions. This technology offers improved accuracy and speed compared to traditional clinical diagnostic methods, which are often time-consuming and insufficient for rare genetic conditions. This study explores the application of genomic technology in identifying rare diseases in Indonesia, highlighting its effectiveness, accuracy, and the challenges involved in its implementation. The research employed genomic testing techniques, including whole-genome sequencing (WGS), to identify genetic mutations associated with rare diseases in patients. The findings of the study demonstrate that genomic technology significantly reduces the time required for diagnosis, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the genetic conditions. Diseases such as Diphyllobothriasis and Sparganosis, which are rarely diagnosed through traditional clinical methods, were successfully identified using genomic technologies. However, challenges persist in the implementation of genomic technology in Indonesia, including limited infrastructure, high costs, and a lack of specialized training for healthcare professionals. Despite these barriers, the findings underscore the potential of genomic technologies to improve the diagnosis and management of rare diseases in Indonesia. The study concludes by recommending further investments in infrastructure, the training of healthcare professionals, and the development of supportive policies to facilitate the widespread adoption of genomic technologies in the healthcare system, particularly for the diagnosis of rare diseases.

Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Broadly speaking, the components that must be discussed in the regional macroeconomic analysis concern economic production and income, growth, unemployment, inflation, employment, external trade relations, financial institutions, regional finance, and poverty or social welfare. The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. Realizing the quality and competency of people who can assist in the success of development is one of higher education's key roles. Graduates of high school, vocational school, or madrasah aliyah programs might choose to enroll in classes, work, pursue further education, or remain unemployed. They lack knowledge about scholarship information, tuition funding plans, or higher education. The implementation of this community service program aims to raise student motivation about the value of higher education for the growth of self-potential, careers, and standards of living in all facets of society. It also aims to increase knowledge, insight, understanding, and awareness about the importance of continuing education. The delivery of the subject takes the form of lectures and discuss, as well as practice sessions and individual work.

This devotion aims to investigate the effectiveness of the activities of the Ampar Buku through the library around in growing reading interest in children in the Community Reading Center. The method of implementation used in the activities of the community to the community is with a participatory approach. The program results show that the activities of the Ampar Buku through the bookmobile have a positive impact in increasing reading interest in children. Children show high enthusiasm to this activity and look more active and excited when the activity is implemented. In conclusion, the activities of the Ampar Buku through the bookmobile has great potential in increasing children's interest in the reading of the Community Reading Center and also recommends to expand and continue the program to achieve a significant impact in the development of child literacy.

This community service activity aims to enhance the skills of the residents of Lekis Rejo Village, Lubuk Raja Subdistrict, through macrame craft training. The training was motivated by the community's need for alternative household economic improvement, especially in the post-pandemic period. The implementation method included planning, theoretical and practical training, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The results showed increased motivation and skills among participants in creating functional products such as pot hangers and mask connectors. Moreover, the training sparked entrepreneurial interest among the participants. Thus, this macrame training has proven to make a real contribution in fostering entrepreneurship and improving family income at the village level.

The concept of the smart city has emerged as a strategic response to rapid urbanization, increasing population density, and escalating environmental degradation. It is designed to create more efficient urban management through the integration of information and communication technologies, with the primary goal of enhancing public services, optimizing resource use, and improving citizens’ quality of life. One of its most significant promises is its potential to mitigate ecological challenges, particularly in monitoring and reducing air pollution levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of smart city implementation on urban ecology and quality of life, focusing on air quality as a key indicator. A quantitative comparative approach was applied, using both primary data from air quality measurements PM2.5, CO₂, NO₂, and AQI and secondary data from government reports, environmental agencies, and academic publications. The research was conducted in five major Asian cities recognized for adopting smart city initiatives. The results reveal varied outcomes: Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur demonstrated substantial improvements in air quality and livability, while Beijing and New Delhi continued to struggle with severe pollution. Jakarta showed partial progress, though improvements remain limited. These findings indicate that while technology is critical, it alone does not ensure ecological sustainability. Effective governance, public participation, and context-based strategies are equally crucial. This study highlights the need for smart city policies to prioritize ecological resilience and human well-being as central elements of sustainable urban development.

This study examines the effectiveness of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education in enhancing problem-solving skills among high school students. With the increasing demand for critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the workforce, STEM education has become a crucial approach to preparing students for future challenges. The study aims to evaluate how project-based STEM curricula impact students' creativity, analytical skills, and overall problem-solving capabilities. Using a quasi-experimental design with a control group, the research was conducted with high school students who participated in STEM-based lessons involving the 5E instructional model. Data collection involved pre- and post-tests, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews to measure changes in student skills. The findings indicate that students exposed to STEM education demonstrated significant improvements in problem-solving, creativity, and analytical thinking compared to their peers in traditional lecture-based classes. The study highlights the advantages of project-based learning in promoting active student engagement and fostering skills necessary for addressing real-world problems. These results suggest that STEM education can be more effective than traditional methods in cultivating essential 21st-century skills. The study recommends the broader implementation of STEM strategies in secondary education and further exploration of the long-term impact of STEM learning on various skills required in the professional world.

An adequate and modern curriculum system is needed to support quality education. So that the learning process can form and develop students to be skilled and have good character education. This research was conducted because it has the aim of knowing comprehensively about the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 1 Kota Serang. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, it is hoped that students will be more enthusiastic about learning so that the process carried out can run optimally. SMAN 1 Serang City Can become a superior school that can produce outstanding students who are ready to be competitive in the national or international arena. By applying the 2013 curriculum appropriately, it can build a conducive learning environment and can add to students' understanding when studying in class. The process of implementing a good and clear curriculum requires formulating goals, organizing learning experiences, organizing materials, needs, and developing evaluation tools. Thus, it will be easier to implement the curriculum at SMAN 1 Serang City to become a quality superior school to help students who will later enter college get good grades. Because if seen from the truth, the 2013 curriculum has a very significant role because it can help students learn to ask questions during learning related to the learning conveyed by the teacher, have objective reasoning power, make observations, and be able to present the results of their learning to the teacher by good for good results.

The purpose of the community service activity with the theme Training in skills to maintain mental health through psychoeducational strategies for adolescents at the Putri Aisyiah II Kadipiro Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta is to equip knowledge and skills to maintain mental health so that they live happily. The target of this community service activity is the realization of mental health skills guidelines that can be used by young members of the Kadipiro Aisyiah II Putri Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta, to realize and maintain a healthy mentality so that they become productive members of society. This community service is carried out by applying the Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question and answer method, Exercise method and Case studies so that the material is easily accepted by members. The activity was carried out for one month with a frequency of once a week, the place of implementation was at the Kadipiro Aisyiah II Putri Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta. Through this activity the members have the knowledge and skills to maintain mental health, so that they can strengthen the young girls who are members of the orphanage and ultimately the young women become strong and productive members of society. The output of this community service is the publication of scientific articles in journals with ISSN.
