This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology (fintech), and financial inclusion on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung City. Financial literacy is an important factor that allows MSMEs to understand financial products and services effectively. Meanwhile, fintech provides easy access to various financial services, which are expected to improve MSME operations. Financial inclusion, which involves accessibility of financial services for all levels of society, plays an important role in supporting the development of MSMEs.This type of research uses quantitative research with an ex-post-facto approach . The population of this study is MSME actors in Bandar Lampung City with a sample size of 106 MSME actors. The location of the study is in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The validity of the instrument using the Person Product Moment correlation resulted in 53 items being declared valid. The reliability test of the instrument used Alpha Croncah ( α > 0.60), the results showed that all variables were declared reliable. The prerequisites for the analysis were tested through normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis using multiple linear regression was used to test the effect of independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable.         The results of the study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is quite large, namely if every 1 unit increase in financial literacy can increase MSME performance by 0.528 units . (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the FinTech variable on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is quite large, namely if every 1 unit increase in the adoption of financial technology has the potential to increase MSME performance by 0.518 units. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on the financial inclusion variable on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is smaller, namely an increase of 0.204 units . (4) There is a simultaneous and positive influence of financial literacy, fintech, and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City at a confidence level of 99%.

The fitness supplement industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth due to increasing public interest in healthy lifestyles. In this competitive market, the Evolene brand faces the challenge of maintaining customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on customer loyalty to the Evolene brand. The research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased Evolene products. The results showed that the three variables price, product quality, and promotion had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has the greatest influence compared to other variables, followed by product quality and price. In addition, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments have been tested using outer model analysis, which shows valid and reliable results. Limitations of the study include sampling limited to Evolene customers as well as external factors such as market trends that cannot be fully controlled. This study recommends companies to integrate competitive pricing strategies, maintain product quality, and optimize digital promotions to strengthen customer loyalty.

The pillars of marriage as a requirement for the validity of a marriage, include fundamental elements that must be present in the marriage contract process. The four major schools of thought in Islam, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hambali, have different views even though the basic principles of the pillars of marriage are generally different. This difference arises due to differences in the ijtihad method and the social context faced by each school of thought, although all are based on the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijma' (consensus of scholars) which have been widely accepted in Muslim society. This study focuses on a comparison of the pillars of marriage according to the four main schools of thought in Islam. The research method used is library research. Based on this study, the results obtained are that the pillars of marriageaccording to 4 schools of thought are: first, the Hanafiyah school consists of ijab and qabul. Second, the Malikiyyah school consists of the woman's guardian, dowry, the husband is not in ihram, the wife is not in ihram and is not in the 'iddah period, and shigat. Third, the Syafi'iyyah Madzhab consists of a husband, wife, guardian, two witnesses, and sighat. Fourth, the Hanabilah Madzhab consists of husband and wife, consent and qabul.

The position of the guardian in the marriage contract is a very important aspect in determining the validity of a marriage contract between a male and female couple. What is meant by guardian in marriage is someone who acts on behalf of the bride in a marriage contract. Indeed, there is not a single verse in the Koran that clearly (explicitly) explains the existence of a guardian in a marriage contract. To realize this goal, there are the pillars of marriage, namely the groom, the bride, the guardian, two witnesses and the consent qobul. There is a very striking difference among the scholars of the four two pillars of marriage, namely: guardian and two witnesses. Some of the four school of thought scholars include it as a pillar and some do not include it as a pillar; some say it is a valid requirement and there are also those who say it is only a complement. Departing from this background, there is a question, what is the position of guardians and witnesses in marriage according to the four schools of thought? Answering this question, the number of ulama argued that guardians and witnesses are one of the pillars of marriage and are a benchmark for the validity of a marriage. Hanafiyyah ulama said that guardians are only complements. The Malikiyyah ulama place witnesses under Sunnah law, but require the presence of a guardian when having intimate relations. Then the age limit for marriage in Islam was analyzed by sectarian scholars. To find out what the age limit for marriage is in Islam, it was then analyzed by Islamic school scholars. Islam itself does not limit the ideal age for marriage. However, in general, what is commonly known is that they are baliq, have good sense, are able to distinguish between good and bad so that they can give consent to marriage, when the time has come for someone to get married (buluq an-nikah), with the word "rusyd". The fuqaha have different opinions regarding the age limit for marriage, where the Shafi'i and Hanbali schools argue that the ideal age for marriage is 15 years, while Abu Hanifa believes that the age of maturity comes at 19 years for women and 17 years for men, others Likewise, Imam Malik believes that the ideal age of maturity is 18 years for both men and women.

This research aims to determine the analysis of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Tingkir Type A Terminal, Salatiga City. In this research, the objects taken were service users at the Tingkir Terminal. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 service user respondents at Tingkir Terminal. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = 2,637 + 0,170.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,180.X3 + 0,179.X4 + 0,171.X5 + μ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Tangible Variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.170 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Reability variable (X2) has a tcount of 0.203 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Responsive Variable (X3) has a tcount of 0.180 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The variable Emphaty (X4) has a tcount of 0.179 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Assurance variable (X5) has a tcount of 0.171 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn from multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding independent variables (Tangible, Reability, Responsive, Emphaty, Assurance) has an influence on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction).
