The rapid development of technology will obtain excellent effectiveness and efficiency from sources of electrical energy owned by a company or agency. With the progress of the industrial world today, the development of digital technology which ends in computer systems indirectly makes control technology involved as part of this progress. The availability of a power source is a very important aspect in the midst of technological developments. However, because the system is very complex, starting from the power plant to distribution to consumers, there is a high possibility of disturbances that can cause the flow of electrical energy to consumers to be cut off. There are certain places including factories, offices, banks, campuses, hospitals, airports and other places that could potentially endanger one's safety or drastically disrupt the course of the economic cycle. The flow of electrical energy must not be interrupted for a very long time because it can hamper the production process. and others, so that additional supply is needed to anticipate when the electricity is cut off from the National Power Plant source.

This community service is carried out at GKSI Elohim Tumbang Koling Village, which is located in Tumbang Koling Village, Central Kalimantan. The methods used are observation, investigation and study. The implementation of the activity aims to form an understanding of faith in God and at the same time guide the spirituality of the congregation, teenagers and Sunday school children of the Tumbang Koling Village congregation, how important worship fellowship is. The PKM implementation was motivated by the GKSI Elohim congregation not caring enough about worship, this can be seen in the small number of congregations who attend every Sunday service, and often when the service is in progress only a few people participate. In fact, the GKSI Elohim congregation consists of approximately thirty people, members of the congregation and young people. Referring to this problem, this service is therefore present as an alternative form of solving this problem. The ideas offered are: 1) supporting and motivating each other in love. 2). Be diligent and persistent in worship, 3) advise each other to be more active in worship; the solution offered in the book of Hebrews 10:24-25. The results obtained are that the congregation at GKSI Elohim really understands the importance of worship fellowship

This study employs promotional videos as a strategic tool for shaping personal and corporate identity. Focused on Agen46 BNI, the design objective is to create a compelling promotional medium leveraging the musical drama concept to heighten public awareness and educate the audience on the benefits of Agen46 BNI. Utilizing the 4-D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), and employing the 5W+1H data analysis method, the design process ensures alignment with specific campaign needs. The resulting promotional video for Agen46 BNI in the Padang Region takes the form of a musical drama, progressing through creative stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. The primary outcome is a promotional video, serving as the main media. To amplify its impact, supporting media such as t-shirts, calendars, posters, notebooks, QRIS stands, and X-banners. This strategy aims to not only enhance public awareness but also educate the audience on the distinct benefits of Agen46 BNI, establishing a comprehensive and engaging promotional campaign.

In this modern era, of course, technology is developing rapidly and increasingly sophisticated which produces various innovations in various aspects of life, including the industrial sector, it is possible in the electrical and electrical fields. The main form of the application of technology is as a driving force for the progress of science and technology and the development of the times, in making work easier and more efficient. The research was conducted to analyze the wiring process on the low-voltage connection panel (PHB-TR) at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa using PLN standards. Based on field observations, there are still many students who have low learning motivation. However, there are quite a few who have high motivation to learn. Here the researcher analyzes 1). What makes learning motivation decrease? The second 2). How to increase learning motivation. The researcher's aim is to find out how much influence learning motivation has on students' futures. Researchers use quantitative methods in carrying out their analysis and observations. One of the reasons for the progress of a country is that it has high learning motivation, such as Finland. Hopefully the publication of this journal can increase student learning motivation, especially at my research site, Sukamanah Middle School. And schools everywhere can benefit. Also, high motivation to learn can increase one's electability and make the nation's children smarter.

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by an increase in blood sugar due to decreased insulin secretion by pancreatic beta cells or insulin resistance. Difficulty controlling blood sugar levels is a problem experienced by every person with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Several reasons cause uncontrolled blood sugar levels, such as the patient not wanting to exercise, poor diet and negligence in treatment. Management of diabetes mellitus can be done with non-pharmacological therapy in the form of physical exercise. Physical activity will make the body's metabolism work more optimally which will result in blood glucose levels being controlled so that holistic treatment is needed. One of the non-pharmacological physical exercise therapies that can be given to diabetes mellitus sufferers is progressive muscle relaxation techniques. Research method: Implementing Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients to reduce Blood Glucose Levels. Research results: The results of implementation and evaluation for 3 days with Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy intervention showed objective and subjective changes in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients as well as changes in blood glucose levels before and after being given Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy. Conclusion: There is a decrease in Blood Glucose Levels after Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy.

The alpha generation is the generation born in 2011 and is expected to end in 2025. This generation is also called the digital generation. This alpha generation was raised in the technological era and also has a very important influence on the progress of the times. His upbringing must also receive special attention, especially from those closest to him, namely parents. Ideal parenting for the alpha generation needs to be implemented by parents. The type of research we use is qualitative research. Where data is collected by means of interviews, documentation and observation. And then conclusions are drawn regarding ideal parenting for the alpha generation. The results of this research show that there is a very close relationship with ideal parenting and the alpha generation. This is shown by the results of interviews that we have conducted that many parents complain about their children's attitudes, and parents lack understanding about parenting.

Education and human life cannot be separated, because education as a determinant of the direction of human life, the higher human education will show the higher quality of human life and vice versa. In line with the development of education, however, there are still people who reject the progress of education because they believe that the development of the times is not a guarantee for the realization of independence and peace of mind. This research aims to raise the issue of education development in Baduy community of Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The Baduy community consists of groups, Inner Baduy, Outer Baduy and Muallaf Baduy, the three of them have their own uniqueness, for the Inner Baduy community they reject various forms of modernization, while the Outer Baduy community they accept although there is still a classification between what is accepted and what is rejected, while the Muallaf Baduy community totally accepts the development even their lifestyle is not like the lifestyle of urban communities, in terms of their children's education some of them have enjoyed higher education.

The birth ball is a physical therapy ball that helps mothers in the first stage in the progress of labor and can be used in various positions. One of the movements is sitting on the ball and rocking back and forth which makes you feel comfortable and helps progress labor by using gravity while increasing the release of endorphins because the elasticity and curvature of the ball stimulates the receptors in the pelvis which are responsible for secreting endorphins (Kurniawati, 2017). This research aims to determine the effect of using a birth ball on the progress of labor among women in the first stage of labor at the ST Fransiskus Assisi Pratama Clinic, Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2024. This type of research is research using a quasi-experimental research method (quasi-experiment) with a pretest-design. posttest. The population and sample are all pregnant women from TM III Kenangan Health Center, Medan Denai District, Medan City in 2024 in May-June, as many as 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique using the Chi Square statistical test. It was concluded that based on the results of the Chi Square test analysis, a significance value of 0.018 was obtained. Based on this value, because the p value <0.05, it could be concluded that the birth ball had an effect on the progress of labor in mothers in the first stage of labor at the ST Fransiskus Asisi Pratama Clinic, Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, Year 2024

Human resources who have knowledge, skills and attitudes that are in accordance with the needs of the organization will encourage creativity and new innovations so that they become a source of unique competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate. Thus, human resources as an asset in an organization must be managed effectively so that they are useful and effective in realizing organizational goals. Employee performance can be used as a benchmark to assess the progress of an organization. Performance measures can be seen from the number and quality of certain aspects according to the standards set by the organization or company, the form can be tangible (the measuring instrument or standard can be determined) or intangible (the measuring instrument or standard cannot be determined), depending on the form and process of implementing the work. This study aims to determine the level of work competence and work motivation as an effort to improve the performance of employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City. This study uses a descriptive survey method, namely research that seeks to collect data, critically analyze the data and conclude it based on facts during the research period. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data processing used SPSS version 20. The results of the study were obtained from the results of testing with multiple linear regression tests showing that competence had an effect of 48.3%, and work motivation had an effect of 44.5% on performance partially, overall both variables had an effect of 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% was influenced by other factors.

Currently, almost everyone must be able to master technology, especially information technology. The progress of information technology is increasingly rapid, nowadays humans are expected to be able to use computers, laptops, gadgets in everyday life. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance and training in word processing applications (Microsoft Word) and presentation processing (Microsoft Power Point) to Nurul Ikhsan SLB children, because their existence in society is often underestimated. The methods used are introduction, implementation and evaluation. The introduction was carried out by conducting observations and interviews to obtain a general overview of Nurul Ikhsan Ngadiluwih SLB with its various activities. Implementation was carried out by providing training and mentoring to SLB students. After this training the students were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic because our presence was able to provide a different color, their computer training activities were only carried out with limited time in the life skills activity agenda, computer life skills were also very limited because their computer staff and infrastructure were also very limited. There were no obstacles experienced during this service, because they were very welcoming of our presence, and hoped that there would be training on other occasions.

This study examines the strengthening of regional disaster management governance through a risk-based policy framework, focusing on the role of local governments in disaster-prone areas. The object of the study is the disaster management system implemented by the Dumai City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which faces various potential natural and non-natural disasters. Although national and regional regulatory frameworks are in place, disaster management practices at the regional level still tend to be reactive, partial, and not fully based on comprehensive risk analysis. Therefore, this study aims to identify key issues in regional disaster management governance and analyze the role of risk-based policies in strengthening institutional effectiveness, cross-sectoral coordination, and disaster preparedness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with BPBD officials, relevant stakeholders, and community representatives in disaster-prone areas, supported by field observations and documentation studies of policies, disaster risk assessment documents, and institutional reports. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis methods to identify patterns related to governance structures, policy implementation, and disaster risk management practices. The study results indicate that disaster management governance in Dumai City has shown progress in regulatory aspects and emergency response capacity, but there are still weaknesses in the integration of risk into development planning, inter-agency coordination, community participation, and mitigation and prevention efforts. This study concludes that the implementation of a risk-based policy framework can encourage more anticipatory, integrated, and sustainable disaster management governance, and provides important implications for the formulation of public policy at the regional level.

This study examines the progress made and the ongoing barriers to achieving gender equality in secondary school enrollment worldwide, with a focus on countries with high gender disparities. By analyzing policies, cultural factors, and economic barriers that hinder girls' access to secondary education, the research highlights the complex challenges that persist despite improvements in global enrollment rates for girls. Findings suggest that while progress has been made, there are still significant obstacles, such as child marriage, cultural expectations, and lack of educational resources, which prevent many girls from completing secondary education.

Environmental degradation and poverty remain pressing challenges in Indonesia, exacerbated by rapid economic growth and resource exploitation. The increasing demand for sustainable development has highlighted the need for alternative financial models that integrate both economic growth and environmental protection. Sharia-based green investments have emerged as a promising solution, offering a framework that aligns ethical considerations with sustainability goals. This study examines the impact of Sharia-based green investments on social welfare and environmental sustainability in Indonesia, with a focus on reducing income inequality and fostering community development. Using a mixed-method approach, including quantitative analysis of secondary data on green investment performance and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, the research evaluates how these investments contribute to enhancing income equality, providing access to renewable energy, and promoting sustainable economic activities. Findings show that Sharia-based green investments not only improve income distribution, especially in rural areas and small businesses, but also contribute to environmental sustainability through renewable energy projects and eco-friendly infrastructure. The study also compares the environmental benefits of Sharia-based investments with conventional models, emphasizing their superior alignment with long-term sustainability goals. The research underscores the potential of Sharia-based green investments as a model for inclusive economic growth and environmental protection, supporting Indonesia’s progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Regulations in the history of Village regulation, starting with the establishment of regulations regarding Villages, namely the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, have given new enthusiasm to the community who have sometimes been spectators in development in the region. The community is given the authority to recognize their rights of origin (recognition), determine local scale authority and make local decisions for the benefit of the village community (subsidiarity), diversity, togetherness, mutual cooperation, kinship, deliberation, democracy, independence, participation, equality, empowerment and sustainability. In its implementation, especially regarding, among other things, the position of customary law communities, democratization, diversity, community participation, as well as progress and equitable development, there are still shortcomings, giving rise to disparities between regions, poverty, and socio-cultural problems that can disrupt the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, becoming an issue that interesting. This research method is a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. In the current era of globalization, technological developments are progressing rapidly, one example is accounting information systems, the large amount of expenditure for production and operational costs means that companies must be able to pay attention to this so that the desired things do not happen. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods based on library research. The results of this research indicate that PT. PP (Persero) Tbk (Trans Sumatra Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road Project) has been implemented systematically and in accordance with the accounting system, as well as the cash disbursement accounting recording system which is effective and efficient. The company's internal control system for cash disbursements has been implemented well, and everyone in each unit has worked together to improve the cash and disbursement systems after the finance department discovered recording errors. This shows that there is a strong level of internal control implemented in each department, making it difficult to misappropriate and embezzle funds.

In this article, the author will elaborate on the governance of facilities and infrastructure within the school environment. The management of facilities and infrastructure emerges as a crucial aspect in the realm of education. Every activity within the school necessitates facilities and infrastructure, directly or indirectly, to support the smooth progress of the learning process. The significance of managing facilities and infrastructure significantly contributes to the achievement of educational objectives. The educational environment can be influenced both positively and negatively by the maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure. Effective management of infrastructure serves as the key to success, although there are still some areas that have not been fully optimized. Therefore, the author compiles this article with the hope that it can serve as a crucial reference in the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the educational context.

This research aims to analyze the character values ​​in the Tabut ceremony tradition in Bengkulu City. The research method used is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this research used interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model and interviews. The results of the research describe the values ​​contained in the Tabut tradition in Bengkulu which is oral literature which contains local wisdom values. The Tabut tradition is legendary, not only locally but internationally. The values ​​contained in the Tabut ceremony procession include community behavior such as mutual cooperation, concern for others, and mutual help. The religious value in the Ark procession contains the meaning that all humans are from the land and will return to the land and pray to Allah SWT. The values ​​and meanings contained in the Ark tradition continue to become oral literature that must be protected so that they are not lost and eroded by the progress of globalization. Today's young generation is more inclined towards increasingly sophisticated technological advances so that if the Ark tradition is not cultivated it will be neglected.
