This research discusses the human resource management of librarians at the North Sumatra Provincial Library and Archives Office. The purpose of this research is to know the management and obstacles in human resource development at the Library and Archives Office of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely describing and describing the data and then analyzing the data obtained from the field so that the data and information obtained are explained without any engineering. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study amounted to 4 people which consisted of librarian functional HR empowerment section, library material development and processing section, expert level librarians and skilled or supervisory level librarians. The results showed that the recruitment and selection process of human resources in the library of the North Sumatra Provincial Library and Archives Office was regulated by the BKD (Regional Personnel Agency) and the one who determined employee acceptance was the BKN (State Personnel Agency), the suitability of organizing management in the placement of each employee according to their expertise, There are efforts to increase the participation of all group members in cooperation in order to realize the objectives of a plan through family gathering activities and rewards in the form of TPP (Additional Employee Income) and activities carried out in accordance with existing plans, namely the attitude and discipline of librarians who are in accordance with the rules that apply in the library of the library and archives office of the province of North Sumatra and there are several corrections such as S. O.P. librarian performance. O.P librarian performance that has not been implemented but replaced with S.O.P excellent service only. The obstacles in fostering librarians are the less communicative communication process and the limited budget.

Adolescent nutritional status is one of the determinants of the quality of human resources, if deficiencies will cause very serious effects such as failure of physical growth and not optimal development and intelligence. Based on the health profile of North Sumatra Province in 2019, the prevalence of nutritional status in Simalungun district was very thin at 4.12% and obesity at 2.19%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with nutritional status in adolescents at SMP Muhammadiyah 21 Serbelawan.The research design used in this research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a population of 523 students and a sample size of 84 students selected by proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between the pocket money factor (p value = 0.000 <0.05), food intake (p value = 0.000 <0.05), physical activity (p value = 0.000 <0.05) with nutritional status. So that the results showed that there were 10 (11.9%) students with thin nutritional status, and 33 (39.3%) students with fat nutritional status.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between pocket money, food intake, physical activity with the incidence of nutritional status. It is expected for respondents who have less pocket money and nutrient intake to be able to familiarize a healthy diet, by consuming diverse and nutritious foods.

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

The Livestock Service Office playsan important role in livestock management and services in the Regency area. Its main mission is to ensure animal welfare, increase livestock productivity, control animal diseases, and manage other aspects related to livestock activities. However, data management still often relies on manual methods or the use of Microsoft Excel is deemed less effective and efficient. An information system is required to address this issue manage employee data quickly, accurately and can be updated easily. The research aims to design and execute a website-based information system for data collection for employee of the Nabire Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The research methods used include data collection through field studies, interview and literature studies, as well as system development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of this research include system design through Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and user interfaces. System testing is conducted using the black box method method to ensure the system functions as expected. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that employee data management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service will become more efficient and accurate. This system makes it possible to carry out data collection, editing and deletion of employee data more easily and quickl. In conclusion, this system makes a significant contribution in improving operational efficiency and human resource management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service.

The independent curriculum is the curriculum that is considered the most humanistic among the previous curricula. The birth of the independent curriculum is adapted to current developments which have entered the era of society 5.0, where technology is very closely linked to the lives of every individual at any age, from birth to the elderly. Therefore, the learning process must also undergo changes, by innovating each lesson. Based on this, it requires every educational institution to develop the potential of each human resource. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to facilitate early childhood educators throughout the world to develop their potential in making innovations in learning according to children's current needs. The final result of this PkM is that all educators in the early childhood education unit receive information or curriculum updates, and are able to innovate the independent curriculum in accordance with the culture of their respective school environments.

Village Government as a government entity at the local level has an important role in community development and empowerment. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the village government system in Indonesia with a focus on the organizational structure, policies and challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation and study of related documents. The results of the analysis show that the Village government system in Indonesia has various components, including the Village head, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and other Village officials. However, there are still several challenges that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of Village government. Factors such as limited resources, lack of access to information, and regulatory complexity are the main obstacles in carrying out the duties of the Village government. In addition, community involvement and the role of women in village decision making still need to be improved to ensure fair representation. This research also highlights the importance of improving central government policies related to Village funds and increasing human resource capacity at the Village level. Recommendations for improvement involve a holistic approach involving relevant parties, including the central government, regional government and local communities.

Elidar Midwife Clinic Southeast Aceh Regency provides health services located on Jl. Hero of Simpang Empat Village, Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of patient visits at this clinic tends to stagnate and decline. The research aims to determine the internal and external marketing environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) as well as marketing strategies and increase the number of patient visits at the Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency. Qualitative research method. purposive sampling was used for research subjects. The results of the research analyze the internal environment which includes the strength of service facilities, human resource capabilities, promotion, and tariff setting as well as weaknesses such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient human resources, and organizational and financial management that has not been managed well. While external environmental analysis has opportunities in terms of community needs, clinic development, and collaboration with BPJS, there are also threats including doctors on duty who are often empty, limited income, and the presence of competitors such as community health centers, private doctors' practices, midwives, and nurses. The Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency is in the growth quadrant. The strategy that must be implemented is an active growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy). The company maximizes its strengths and takes advantage of existing opportunities to compete with competitors. This strategy can be formulated through the S-O strategy (Strength-Opportunity Strategy), namely a professional implementation system, increasing human resource education/training programs, expanding market share, and strengthening cooperation.

This research motivation is the low of tourist attractions development shown by Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Service at Pincuran Tujuh Bath in Sijunjung Regency. The research purpose is to formulate a way for developing the tourist attraction of Pincuran Tujuh Bath in Sijunjung Regency using SWOT analysis derived from internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). Overall, the results showed that Pincuran Tujuh Baths has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may be identified for development. Development strategies that can be proposed involve: 1) Development of tourist attractions such as swimming pools for adults and flower gardens or photo areas, by maximizing the utilization of available land. 2) Improving accessibility through the creation of road signs, as well as involving community participation in the road sign creation project. 3) Improved facilities with a focus on safety, comfort, and capacity expansion in the toilet area, rinse room, and parking lot, as well as cooperation with the government for the expansion of existing facilities. 4) Optimal availability of information, security, and promotion centers by utilizing human resources to provide clear information and make visitors feel comfortable while in Pincuran Tujuh Bath.

This activity aims at empowerment and development of snack business based on local potency. Mitra is a group of Micro small and Medium Enterprises community of Ganesha (KUB Bahtera) Purworejo and culinary group of Angudi Laras Purworejo (KBU Satu Hati). There are 8 participants. Problems faced by partners include: Lack of marketing access, low production capability, low access to capital for funding, Low financial management capability and business accounting administration, Limited human resources marketing and Production. To solve these problems, the program solutions offered are: 1) Increased marketing access, 2) Improvement of product processing techniques, 3) Strengthening of loan access to various funding sources, 3) improvement of financial management and business administration, and 4) Strengthening Partnership. The method used is training and mentoring. The results achieved are: the increasing ability of participants in the field of online marketing, enhancement of capabilities in designing product packaging, increasing sales through the implementation of online marketing, and strengthening the partnership relationship between groups.Keyword: snacks, business groups, online marketing

One of the government's efforts to overcome ongoing social protection problems is to encourage the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The development of MSMEs, especially in Jambi City, has experienced a very large increase, namely 47,813 in 2021 and increased drastically in 2022, namely 50,747. This means that the development of MSMEs in Jambi City has increased by 6.13%. This increase is an effort by the Jambi Provincial Government to encourage the development of MSMEs by synchronizing MSME empowerment programs in each district and city. This research aims to determine the role of Bank Indonesia Jambi Regional Representative Office (Kpw) in implementing inclusive finance in Jambi City MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a type of analysis that produces findings that cannot be obtained using statistical methods or other quantitative techniques where Jambi City MSMEs are the object of this research. The research results show that the role of Bank Indonesia KPw Jambi in implementing inclusive finance for Jambi MSMEs is providing information and facilitators in the socialization of inclusive finance, providing knowledge in inclusive financial education and monitoring and evaluating socialization and education activities. Meanwhile, Bank Indonesia KPw Jambi's obstacles in implementing inclusive finance for Jambi MSMEs consist of unequal reach or accessibility and Human Resources (HR) and understanding of the audience.

Community Empowerment Institutions are village government development partners to create prosperity for village communities. This task is stated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2018 concerning Village Community Institutions and Village Traditional Institutions, Article 7 Paragraph 5. However, what has happened is that the implementation of this policy has not been carried out well, as evidenced by the phenomenon of the community not understanding the duties of Community Empowerment Institutions which ultimately results in misappropriation of duties that are not in accordance with the guidelines. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2018 Article 7 Paragraph 5. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and documentation. Determining informants used snowball sampling with five informants and data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model. This research resulted in the non-implementation of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2018 regarding the duties of Community Empowerment Institutions, as evidenced by the implementer's understanding of policies, quality of human resources, socio-economic and political conditions, communication and coordination, institutional characteristics, and non-compliance of Minister of Home Affairs Regulations with Regional Regulations.

This study explores the strategic management approach in developing globally competitive Islamic educational institutions. The research aims to analyze how effective strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation can enhance the quality, sustainability, and competitiveness of Islamic education in the global era. Using a literature review method covering studies published between 2010 and 2023, the analysis focuses on leadership, curriculum innovation, human resource development, technological integration, and global collaboration. The results reveal that applying strategic management principles enables Islamic educational institutions to balance modern educational demands with Islamic values, fostering institutions that are adaptive, innovative, and competitive. Leadership with a global vision, technology-based learning strategies, and collaboration with international partners are identified as key success factors. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic ethics in management practices strengthens institutional identity while promoting global engagement. In conclusion, strategic management is not only essential for improving institutional performance but also for ensuring the holistic development of Islamic education that upholds faith-based values in the global context.

this study focuses on Human Resource Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resource Development Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. The misalignment of the employee with his area of expertise and skills can have a significant impact on which agency to hire in the future.

The National Police Research and Development Center (Puslitbang Polri) is a police institution that operates in the field of research, especially those related to the performance of police and community organizations. Supporting elements in the fields of research, study, implementation and development at the National Police Headquarters level which is under the National Police Chief. In the development process, competent and always motivated Human Resources (HR) are needed, one solution is to create a computerized system to increase employee motivation, namely the best employee assessment decision support system. The process of evaluating the best employees at the National Police Research and Development Center is still carried out conventionally so it is less objective and effective. To overcome this problem, a good system is needed. The aim of this research is to make an assessment of the best employees at the National Police Research and Development Center, because there is no system that can help the Head of the National Police Research and Development Center and the Head of the Human Resources Subdivision to determine the best employee assessment. This research aims to find out the best employees using data from 8 employees at the National Police Research and Development Center. The method used is Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) with 4 attributes. The results of the research were that 1 was selected as the best employee and received a salary bonus.

The population used in this research is traders who have MSME businesses whose business locations are in the West Ungaran District area who are domiciled in the Ungaran District area. The population was taken using data from BPS Semarang Regency in 2020, from this population a sample of 278 MSME traders in 2020 was obtained. West Ungaran District. This research method uses quantitative methods. The results of this research are that business capital, human resource performance, the role of government and technology have an important role in the development of MSMEs in West Ungaran District.

This research discusses the readiness of Tanjungpinang city in developing a smart city. The objective is to understand and describe the preparations made by Tanjungpinang city in developing a smart city and to identify inhibiting factors influencing the implementation of a smart city in Tanjungpinang. A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews with the City Planning and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of Tanjungpinang, observations, and secondary document analysis to reinforce research data. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and thematic analysis techniques. The research used 10 criteria for the readiness of developing countries in implementing a smart city to measure the obstacles faced by Tanjungpinang in becoming a smart city. The results indicate that Tanjungpinang has prepared itself to become a Smart City through various efforts but still faces significant obstacles. Critical obstacles include technological illiteracy, a lack of skilled human resources in IT, suboptimal technological infrastructure, insufficient basic infrastructure, and adequate financial support. Solutions require strategic steps, close collaboration, and a holistic approach. Education and training are necessary to address technological illiteracy, investments in IT human resources, optimization of technological infrastructure, improvement of basic infrastructure, and the search for sustainable financing models. By overcoming these obstacles, Tanjungpinang can realize effective smart city solutions, improve the quality of life for its citizens, and achieve sustainable development goals.

The development of modern companies often leads to overlapping functions between departments, such as the dualism of functions between Human Resources (HR) and financial accounting. This creates serious challenges in resource management and accounting that can impact the overall performance of the organization. Issues faced include overly simplistic financial recording due to HR's lack of expertise in accounting, as well as the risk of errors and data inaccuracies. This research aims to provide in-depth insights into the impact of HR and financial accounting dualism at PT. Segi Muda Bertiga and identify solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of resource and financial management. The research method employs a qualitative approach, analyzing five main theoretical studies, including cash sales accounting systems, payroll and wage analysis, cash receipts, inventory, and purchases. Data is gathered through interviews, literature reviews, and document analysis.

A startup is a start-up business that creates new products or services and is founded by a group of individuals to find a new business model or service in the dynamics of a developing market. Indonesia is a country with a world startup ranking percentage that occupies 6th position, but data shows that the startup failure ratio is very high. Based on the phenomenon of startup problems that occur, systematic steps are needed in developing startups so that research is prepared in the form of designing startup development strategies through business incubators. The method used in this report is a qualitative method which is descriptive and analytical. To collect data in this research, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods, while the data analysis techniques used in this research were; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The strategy prepared by the IBTI Maleo Techno Center to encourage startup development by using targeted steps also looks at several aspects, namely development/management capability aspects, financial aspects, marketing aspects and human resource aspects. This is planned to create long-term business success.
