This research investigates the relationship between fiscal decentralization, economic growth, and income inequality (measured by the Gini ratio) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in regencies and cities within Bali Province during the 2013–2023 period. Human development is a crucial indicator of regional welfare, and understanding the factors that shape HDI is essential for designing effective regional development policies. A quantitative approach was employed through panel data regression, utilizing secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The findings indicate that fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant effect on HDI, suggesting that greater regional fiscal authority can improve public service delivery and social welfare. Conversely, economic growth demonstrates a significant negative relationship with HDI, which implies that growth alone does not automatically translate into improved human development, particularly when it is unevenly distributed. In addition, income inequality shows a negative and significant effect on HDI, confirming that disparities in income hinder broader improvements in welfare. Collectively, these variables significantly explain variations in HDI across regencies and cities in Bali. The policy implications emphasize the need to strengthen regional fiscal capacity, reduce income inequality, and encourage inclusive economic growth to ensure that economic progress contributes effectively to enhancing human development.

Organizational culture plays a very important role in determining the level of educational productivity, especially in Islamic educational institutions which have distinctive characteristics in fostering students. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture consisting of the SAKTI values (Salafi, Active, Creative, Taqwa, and Innovative) on educational productivity at MI Ma’arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Mojokerto. The SAKTI values are believed to create a conducive, harmonious, and motivating work environment, so that educators can work optimally in supporting the achievement of educational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all 32 teaching and educational staff as research respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on educational productivity. The results of the study show that the SAKTI organizational culture has a significant influence on educational productivity. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.650, which means that 65% of the variation in educational productivity can be explained by organizational culture. Meanwhile, the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the t-count of 10.211, which is greater than the t-table of 2.042, indicate that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. These findings confirm that the higher the implementation of organizational culture with SAKTI values in madrasah, the higher the level of educational productivity achieved. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to continuously instill, internalize, and strengthen organizational culture based on SAKTI values in order to improve the quality of educators and encourage the creation of more effective, efficient, and competitive education.

This study proposes the integration of a Hybrid Recommendation method (combining Content-Based and Collaborative Filtering) with Random Forest Regression (RFR) to improve the accuracy of stay duration prediction in web-based boarding house booking systems. The main issue in online boarding booking systems is the inaccuracy of predicting user stay duration, affecting room allocation efficiency and customer satisfaction. The dataset was sourced from the hotel sector due to its attribute similarities and data validity. The research process includes data preprocessing (missing value imputation, normalization, and one-hot encoding), temporal and contextual feature engineering, hybrid recommendation system construction with CBF and CF score weighting, and RFR model training optimized through Grid Search and 10-fold cross-validation. Evaluation was conducted using MAE, RMSE, R² metrics, as well as recommendation metrics such as Precision@5, Recall@5, and Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR). Results show that this integrated model achieved an R² of 0.7239 and an MAE of 1.0537 days, as well as a Precision@5 of 0.9636. This integration proves effective in improving prediction accuracy and recommendation relevance and contributes to the development of AI-based intelligent systems in the accommodation domain.

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and company size on the share prices of companies that are members of the Investor33 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, so that 17 companies out of a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria are obtained. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the IDX's official website. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software version 25. The results of the analysis show that the leverage and profitability variables have a significant effect on the stock price, which indicates that the company's capital structure and ability to generate profits are important factors in the investor's assessment. In contrast, the liquidity variables and company size do not show a significant influence on the stock price, which means that the company's ability to meet short-term obligations and operational scale are not the main determinants in the formation of the stock price on the index. These findings provide implications for investors and company management to pay more attention to profitability and leverage aspects in financial strategies and investment decision-making. This research can also be a reference for further studies related to the analysis of financial ratios and capital market dynamics in Indonesia.

The rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia presents both an opportunity and a challenge in increasing company value amidst the dynamics of an increasingly digital and competitive capital market. This phenomenon demonstrates that strong operational performance does not always translate into high market value, making it crucial to identify internal factors that influence company value, particularly in the pharmaceutical subsector, which plays a strategic role in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, Liquidity, and Profit Growth on Company Value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. The research method used was quantitative with an explanatory approach. The sampling technique used total sampling, with a sample size of 10 companies. Secondary data, in the form of financial statements, were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that only Cash Turnover significantly impacts company value, with a negative effect, while Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, and Profit Growth do not. These findings suggest that efficient working capital management and consistent profit growth play a crucial role in increasing the value of pharmaceutical companies. This research is expected to be a reference for management in strategic decision making and for academics for further research.
