Growth and development is a continuous process that occurs from conception and continues until adulthood. The pre-school period is a golden age where stimulation of all aspects of development plays an important role in subsequent developmental tasks, where 80% of children's cognitive development has been achieved at pre-school age. However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. The objective of this study is to examine the financial and service performance of the K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Hospital in Semarang City, which has been utilizing the Regional Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern (PKK-BLUD) since 2007. By transitioning into a full (BLUD), the Semarang City RSWN has gained the ability to handle its finances independently, hence enhancing its performance and service quality. The present study incorporates quantitative research employing a time series methodology. The data utilized in this study consists of secondary data obtained from financial records and hospital management reports. The assessment of financial performance is conducted through the utilization of financial measures, encompassing liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. In the context of service evaluation, the measurement of service performance encompasses six distinct indicators. These indicators include the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Gross Date Rate (GDR), and Net Date Rate (NDR). The research hypothesis was examined by the application of Pearson correlation. The findings of the study indicate a significant correlation between financial performance, as assessed by the solvency ratio, and both the cost recovery rate and level of independence. The level of independence exhibits a significant link with service performance, as assessed by BTO.

This study pertains to the utilization of solar energy as a sustainable energy source, which exhibits considerable promise in Indonesia. The average daily solar radiation intensity in Indonesia is estimated to be approximately 4.8 kWh/m2. Nevertheless, the practical implementation of the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) presents several problems, including the need to improve the output power efficiency of the solar panels. This aspect offers the potential for significant enhancement. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of solar modules when equipped with reflectors, through a comparative analysis. In order to enhance the output power of the solar module, it is vital to augment the solar radiation received by this module. Based on the data acquired, it can be observed that the utilization of reflectors within the time frame of 11.00-12.00 WIT yields the maximum efficiency value.

So, this literature review aims to briefly review the diversity, chemical composition, and use of local legumes from the dry lands of ENT. Various studies reported that Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea, Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek, Cajanus cajan, Vigna unguiculata, Phaseolus lunatus, Vigna umbellata, Lablab purpureus (L.) Sweet, Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC, Phaseolus vulgaris L, Psopocarpus tetragonolobus (L.) DC, and Pueraria montana var. lobata (Willd.) Sanjappa & Pradeep nuts are commonly found in the ENT region, either cultivated by the local community or grown wild. Generally, local legumes in ENT have a relatively complete nutritional composition, which varies depending on the type of bean. The ENT's local people use local beans as a mixture of rice/corn and function as sources of protein. Future research is needed to explore the functional characteristics of each ENT local bean. In addition, it is necessary to develop formulations and other food products to utilize ENT's local legumes to diversify legume-based local food.

Cinangka Village is a village in the Cinangka District that has the greatest economic potential in the plantation sector, especially coconut production. The potential yield of coconut plants in Cinangka Village contributes to coconut production so that in 2021 Cinangka District can produce 1113.75 tonnes of coconut crops. The results of this coconut production are distributed to meet consumption needs in the tourism sector. The high consumption of coconut fruit has an impact on the high amount of coconut husk waste produced. The method for implementing these KKM-PkM activities uses participatory counseling methods, where this counseling is carried out by providing verbal and visual counseling. The results of KKM-PkM activities have had a positive impact, namely increasing public knowledge and awareness about the benefits of utilizing coconut husk waste into coconut husk powder (cocopeat) which is used as a planting medium using hydroponic techniques. Apart from that, if the utilization of coconut husk waste management is carried out on a massive scale supported by the use of coconut husk grinding machines, it can directly increase the income of the people of Cinangka Village.
