This study discusses the key concepts in Islamic teachings related to social and political ethics, including hospitality, silaturahmi (maintaining family ties), amanah (trustworthiness), and justice, referring to verses from the Qur'an and the hadith of Prophet Muhammad sallallāhu ‘alaihi wa sallam. The concept of hospitality is emphasized as a positive attitude towards guests and maintaining family relationships, which should be preserved even in cases of severed ties. Furthermore, the importance of silaturahmi in Islam is also a focus, where treating relatives well and maintaining good relations is an obligation, as reflected in the teachings of the Prophet. In the aspect of amanah, Islam teaches that every individual, especially leaders and judges, must carry out their duties with responsibility, honesty, and integrity to establish justice in society. The concept of justice is also discussed in QS. An-Nisa' (4:58), which emphasizes that fair decisions must be made according to the applicable norms and ethics. According to Quraish Shihab in his book Wawasan Al-Qur’an, politics in Islam involves not only legal decisions but also incorporates principles of justice and ethics that must be applied by every leader or judge. Overall, this research shows that integrity, ethics, and justice are fundamental values in Islam that must be applied in social and political life to create a just, peaceful, and prosperous society.    

This article explores the challenges facing marriage in the context of rapid social change, with a focus on contemporary family perspectives. Today, marriage is not only seen as a sacred bond, but also as an institution that must adapt to ever-changing social, economic, and cultural dynamics. Factors such as women's independence, shifting sex roles, and the influence of technology contribute to changes in partner selection patterns and family structures. Women's increased independence has caused many women to postpone marriage to pursue education and careers, which has implications for declining marriage rates. In addition, this article discusses how advanced couples seek to balance traditional values with the demands of today's life. Through this analysis, this article aims to provide insight into how contemporary families are facing these challenges and how they can build harmonious relationships in the midst of the changes that are occurring. This research is an empirical legal research based on events that occur in the field and research conducted directly. The sources of research data are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. The analysis of legal materials uses analysis to test data from specific to general which is carried out in a juridical-qualitative manner and presented in a descriptive form. The results of the study show that: (1). Community participation is the active participation of community members as individuals, groups, or communities in joint decision-making, program planning and implementation, as well as the process of community development inside and outside the community. The basics of emotional awareness and responsibility. (2). internal obstacles to community participation in the formation of Oeletsala Village Regulations, related to low knowledge and education factors and community work factors that take up a lot of time, external community participation in the formation of Village Regulations, namely related to the role of the Oletsala Village government in building relationships with the community.

Schools play a strategic role in developing students’ potential and preparing them to face the challenges of a dynamic life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational management at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The objective is to understand the processes of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating school management. The findings indicate that school management organization is carried out by emphasizing the role of the principal as the main leader and coordinator. This is demonstrated through efforts to effectively allocate resources, conduct teacher training, develop student socialization activities, and establish constructive relationships between the school and parents. The results show that good management positively impacts creating a conducive learning environment and achieving educational goals. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the importance of systematic and sustainable school management.

The article highlights how internal and external factors affect the company's performance, customer relationships, and competitive positioning. By analyzing these factors, companies can better understand the dynamics of the marketing environment and develop strategies to remain competitive in a complex market.  

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a humanitarian organization that is important in providing public services. This research analyzes the role of PMI Public Relations in conveying information to the public. Through interviews with three sources, namely Headquarters Public Relations, Blood Donor Unit Public Relations, and PMI Clinic Public Relations, and using observation, interview, and documentation methods, this study identified the role of PMI Public Relations as an expert advisor, communication facilitator, problem-solving process facilitator, and technician. Communication. These various roles help PMI Public Relations maintain a positive image of the organization, and strengthen relationships with the community while providing solutions to problems that arise, ultimately increasing public trust in PMI services.

This research employs a qualitative literature approach to explore the meaning and significance of honoring parents in contemporary contexts. An analysis of theological, sociological, and Christian ethical literature demonstrates that honoring parents is not only a religious obligation but also contributes positively to the well-being of families and communities. This value helps maintain intergenerational relationships, strengthens family bonds, and supports social stability. In the modern era, challenges such as individualism, globalization, and technological advancement often affect the interactions between children and parents. Nevertheless, the essence of respect as a moral and social responsibility remains significant. This study also highlights how the principle of honoring can be adapted to modern conditions without losing its original meaning. Such respect encompasses care, attention, and appreciation, which continue to be relevant in contemporary contexts.

Love relationships during adolescence cannot avoid problems, the problem that most often occurs is misunderstanding in a situation. Communication is the process of conveying messages or symbols between the communicator and the communicant through a medium with a specific purpose. Selfishness is the majority of respondents' answers to communication barriers that influence conflict in relationships. Environmental influences: External factors such as peer pressure or certain social norms can be a barrier to maintaining good communication in a romantic relationship. Relationships that exist require effective communication from both parties, especially for teenagers who are still unstable in controlling their emotions.

Personal development in the context of modern life requires emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) to face increasingly complex challenges. This research aims to explore the future principles oriented towards EQ and SQ and identify the role of both in improving the quality of life of individuals. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with individuals who are known to have high levels of EQ and SQ. The results of the study show that individuals with balanced EQ and SQ have high self-awareness, are able to build meaningful social relationships, and have a vision of life oriented towards spiritual values. The implications of this study suggest that the integration of EQ and SQ can help individuals face change more resiliently, make informed decisions, and achieve more holistic well-being. Findings.

This research reviews the Friday ngandang tradition in the Waringinkurung area. This research aims to discuss friendship and kinship found in this tradition. This research uses qualitative methods and the research instruments are observation and interviews. The data sources for this research are the results of interviews from several Waringinkurung residents and previous research journals. The result is that in Waringinkurung, the Ngandang Friday tradition is a way to apply Islamic values about friendship and kinship. After Friday prayers, this ritual is carried out by sharing prayers, shaking hands and eating together. This tradition has spiritual meaning and helps strengthen family relationships that are often broken due to daily activities

The development of the financial sector in Indonesia encourages companies to  enhance their value through optimal dividend policies. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, investment opportunity set, and free cash flow on dividend policy among banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Utilizing a literature review method, this research examines 40 articles and journals published between 2019 and 2024 to explore the relationships between these variables. Based on agency theory and signaling theory, dividend policy is influenced by internal factors such as profitability and free cash flow, as well as strategic decisions related to leverage and investment opportunities. The findings indicate that each variable affects dividend policy differently, depending on the company’s circumstances and management strategies. These insights are expected to serve as a reference for future studies and as guidance for corporate management in effectively managing dividend policies to attract investors and enhance company value.

This study examines the effects of TikTok app use on marital fidelity, highlighting the challenges couples face in the digital age. The method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach, which aims to collect and analyze various relevant sources regarding the impact of social media, particularly TikTok, on marital relationships. The results show that the use of TikTok can reduce interaction between couples, exacerbate tensions, and neglect family responsibilities, potentially leading to relationship dissatisfaction and even divorce. TikTok, as an engaging entertainment platform, can exacerbate communication problems in marriage, increase the temptation to have an affair, and negatively affect self and spousal perceptions. In addition, the study also examined the views of the biblical teachings and Canon Law of the Catholic Church on marital fidelity, which emphasize how important it is to maintain commitment in the conjugal bond as part of the Christian vocation. Based on these results, the study provides practical recommendations for couples to maintain marital harmony, including improving open communication, setting firm boundaries in the use of social media, and strengthening relationships based on faith values. The results of this study show that with a thoughtful approach, the use of social media can help couples maintain marital harmony.  

Istiqlal Mosque, located in Jakarta, is an important symbol of Indonesian independence and the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. Designed by architect Frederich Silaban, the building combines modern architectural design with traditional Islamic elements. The mosque's main function is as a place of worship for Muslims, but it also has important social, religious and educational roles. With a capacity of more than 200,000 worshipers, the mosque is not only a place for congregational prayers, but also a center for activities such as recitation and celebrations of Islamic holidays. The mosque's spacious and open design allows for strong interaction between worshipers, creating social bonds that strengthen their spiritual connection. Apart from being a place of worship, Istiqlal Mosque also reflects a symbol of Indonesia's unity and national identity. Its location next to the Jakarta Cathedral Church illustrates the importance of interfaith tolerance in Indonesia. The mosque is also a center for da'wah and Islamic studies that invites many visitors from various backgrounds to exchange knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islam. As a religious tourism destination, the mosque attracts many tourists who want to experience peace and learn about its history and symbolism. Through its various functions, Istiqlal Mosque not only acts as a place of worship, but also as a social space that strengthens relationships between its users, reflecting the spirit of nationality and deep spirituality.

Human relations or relationships between people are one of the important elements in the success of an organization. This concept includes communication, social interaction, and effective leadership within the organization. This journal aims to review the importance of human relations in increasing employee productivity and welfare, based on an analysis of several scientific journals. Based on existing literature, the implementation of good human relations contributes greatly to creating a positive work environment and increasing team effectiveness.

Creating a positive work environment through effective conflict management plays a crucial and important role in fostering a productive and harmonious workplace. It was found that conflict resolution techniques such as mediation, negotiation, and a collaborative approach can reduce tension and strengthen relationships among employees. Open communication also proves to be a key factor in managing conflicts constructively, with companies that have transparent communication policies being more capable of creating a harmonious work atmosphere. A proactive approach by managers in handling potential conflicts, as well as ongoing training in conflict resolution, also plays a significant role in creating a healthy and productive environment.

The method used is a participatory approach that involves children in fun game activities, so that they can learn to manage emotions in a more adaptive way. The results showed that children who previously showed maladaptive and aggressive behavior began to understand the importance of emotional regulation, such as holding back when angry and seeking help from adults. The snakes and ladders game activity not only created a relaxed atmosphere, but also provided space for children to learn cooperatively and build positive relationships with peers. Although this intervention was successful, there were some limitations, such as the constraints of setting children in a crowded environment and the short implementation time. This study concludes that a game-based approach can be an effective tool in improving children's emotional intelligence, especially in communities with limited resources, and emphasizes the need for ongoing support from parents to strengthen emotional regulation at home.

This article's goal is to investigate the Qur'anic verses related to the quality management of Islamic education. This study employs a literature research method, which involves reviewing various journals and relevant reference books. The findings of his research indicate that quality education is an essential aspect in Islam. Such quality education functions it is not just for the transmission of knowledge, but also for the advancement of positive character and morals. Quality management in Islamic education is very important, especially in building a generation of noble and quality character. The Qur'an, which is the main guide for Muslims, contains quality management principles such as focus on customer satisfaction, leadership based on the example of the Prophet, Process-based approaches, integrated managerial systems, thoughtful decision-making and mutually beneficial relationships, can all be applied in Islamic education to ensure the quality of continuous and ethical learning. With the implementation of this quality management, Islamic education is expected to create a conducive environment for learning, improve the quality of educational outcomes and produce a generation that is prepared to contribute positively to society. Sari Medika Ambarawa Clinic is a company in the health sector with service as the key to company performance. Problems that occur at the Sari Medika Ambarawa Clinic include difficulties in determining the next budget period, resulting in shortages of medicines and goods which can reduce the profits of the Sari Medika Ambarawa Clinic. Apart from that, another problem is the lack of cooperation between employees which causes relations between employees to become less solid and harmonious. Training on budget preparation and collaboration between employees is training that is right on target in solving problems that occur at the Sari Medika Ambarawa Clinic. There are four stages in this training, namely the lecture stage, question and answer stage, discussion stage and simulation or practice stage. The results of the training showed that employees from division nine were able to make a budget per division for the next period. Meanwhile, the results of collaboration training between employees have made Sari Medika Ambarawa Clinic employees more enthusiastic about working and relationships between employees have become solid and harmonious.
