Measurement of firm performance becomes very important for management to evaluate and planning for future goals. Several factors can affect firm performance, including profitability, ownership structure, and company size. For that this study aims to examine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, company size on firm performance with capital structure as an intervening variable. Data obtained during the period 2016-2018 from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results in this study indicate profitability, ownership structure and firm size simultaneously (together) affect the capital structure. Profitability, ownership structure, firm size, and capital structure simultaneously (together) affect the firm's performance.

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

This paper develops a research model to examine the relationshipamong e-service quality, quality customer problem management, customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. Data from a survey of Bukalapakcustomers were used to test the research model. Confirmatory factoranalysis was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of themeasurement model, and the structural equation modelling technique wasused to test the research model. The analytical results showed that thedimensions of e-service quality, quality customer problem management,affect overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, thelatter in turn are significantly related to customer customer loyalty.

This research was motivated by the behavior of auditors in auditing the financial report of clients. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the bond financial interests and business relationships with clients, management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit, the competition of audit firm, size of audit firm, and size of audit fees received by audit firm toward auditor’s independence in Central Java.The population of this study is public accounting firm in Central Java that was registered in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) on December 31, 2015 .Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. The sample of this study was 14 audit firm (KAP) and the amount of respondents was 72. The primary data collection method were by a questionnaire method. Mail-survey were done to audit firms that were located in Purwokerto, while direct survey were done to audit firms that were located in Solo and Semarang.Data were analyzed using multiple linier regression model. The result reveales a positive significant relationship between the variables of; bond financial interest and bussiness relationships with client, size od audit firm, and size of audit fees received by audit firms to auditor’s independence, while management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit,and the competition of audit has no significant affect toward auditor’s independence.     Keywords:    The bond financial interests and business relationships with clients, management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit, the competition of audit firm, size of audit firm, size of audit fees received by audit firm, and auditor,s independence.

This study aims to determine the effect information technology capability and quality of management accounting informationwith technological uncertainty as moderating variable. The highest business competition requires companies to be able tooptimize their resources. Company with information technology capability will able to produce good quality of information.The existence of changes in the external environment related to the rapid development of technology and uncertain technologyrequire companies to be able to respond precisely. Thus, the existence of technological uncertainty will stronger therelationship between information technology capability and quality of management accounting information. Data werecollected from companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Respondent represented by accounting manager as of 95people were participated in filling out the questionnaire. Then, the data processed using SEM analysis technique. Thescreening stage of the data generated 94 responses that were used for decision making of the results study. Data processing hasbeen done using the software SPSS 16.0 and WarpPLS 4.0. The result of this study supports the hypothesis that states there arepositive effect of information technology capability toward quality of management accounting information. Whereas, thehypothesis that states technological uncertainty moderates the relationship between information technology capability andquality of management accounting information is not supported. This study is limited to the lack of connection between thevariables in the study due to the lack of the data and heterogeneous of the sample type selection.Keywords: information technology capability, technological uncertainty, quality of management accounting information

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness by contributing toward resource transformation, innovation and adaptation ability (Williams and Anderson, 1991). The number of employees in Poltekkes Surabaya who are divided into various divisions becomes a problem for human resources management. Therefore, Poltekkes Surabaya director’s managerial ability is greatly determined to organize human resources in order to create an effective and productive organization. In order to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior in Health Polytechnic of Surabaya. The research used cross sectional design with subject of Health Polytechnic of Surabaya employees. In order to examine Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the research instrument being used was The Origin Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Questionnaire by Morrison (1994) which already used by Muchiri (2002). Job satisfaction was measured by using Minnesota satisfaction questioner. Organization’s commitment is measured by using questioner which is presented by Allen and Meyer (1990); Panggabean (2004). The research showed that there was a relationship between job satisfaction with OCB with r=0,407; R2 = 0,165 and p Value = 0,000. There was a relationship between organization’s commitment with significant OCB with r =0,2888; R2 = 0,83 and p Value = 0,001. Therefore, there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior with r=0,441; R2 = 0,194 and p Value = 0,000. In summary, there was a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction with organizationalcitizenship behavior. Supply chain business network that explained as an organization network that involve supplier relationship upstream) and customer downstream). Effectivity of integration on supply will be the key factor for company to reach continuous improvement that make company became competitive.The difference result in applying integration pattern, could be seen at restaurant sector, dept food and beverage (hotel) and fact food restaurant. Theunderlined is that each sector are different in integration factor and the influence to company performance. Based on that problem, the research question is : how the integration pattern characteristic of supply chain and implementation ( direction and level) from each sectors. Sample amount of this research is 31 company that include of 15 restaurant, 10 dept food and beverage hotel and 6 fast food restaurant.Based on the result of regression equation knows that integration pattern supply chain management positively affecting dept food and beverage company performance in Semarang. Variation of variabel company performance that can be explained by variation of integration pattern supply chain management is 69% and the rest 31% affecting by another variable outside variable that used in this research.There is a significance difference between restaurant in Semarang that consist of restaurant, food and beverage division and fastfood restaurant with integration pattern supply chain management and company performance.
