The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 177 students and a sample of 43 people was determined using the Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 35 items, namely 17 items for variable Learning Interests of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) The results of data analysis show: a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.612 > rtable(=0.05,n=43) = 0.375. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.961 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=41)= 2.021. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="10.29"+0.84X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=21, dk denominator=n-2=43-2=41) namely 24.61 > 1.51. Hemorrhagic stroke is the rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in reduced blood flow (ischemia) and hypoxia. One of the disorders that can be diagnosed through sophisticated modalities is a CT scan, because it can be done quickly and accurately when evaluating bleeding in the brain. The slice thickness used in CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases is 5 mm-10 mm, carried out using a one range protocol, namely from the basic cranii to the vertex. Slice thickness is the thickness of the slice that can be selected according to clinical needs. The factors used to evaluate image quality are spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise. This research is quantitative by taking an experimental approach to analyze the effect of using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on image quality (spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise) on CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke of 10 samples. Based on the results of the research carried out, the researchers can conclude according to the overall results of the Friedman test that there is an influence on the image quality of CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on spatial resolution, contrast resolution and noise. So based on the results of the Friedman test per image quality, there is a difference in the image quality of CT scans of the head and cases of hemorrhagic stroke which use slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm. Based on the results of the mean rank of the Friedman test, slice thickness 5mm has a mean rank of 2.88 with the highest value. Based on the results of this study, researchers can recommend that CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke use a slice thickness of 5 mm with the aim that the image quality results in CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke look clear and good.

In class IV SDN Kutajaya I science, the purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of using audiovisual medium on student learning outcomes. A quasi-experimental research design was adopted for this investigation. All 124 fourth graders at SDN Kutajaya I were the population subjects for this study. Two classes of 62 kids were chosen as samples: class IV A, which served as the experimental class, and class IV B, which served as the control class. A multiple-choice test with 25 questions is used in the data collection process. A multiple-choice instrument with 25 trustworthy questions is used in the data gathering process. To test the pretest hypothesis in this study used the t test, from the results of the t test obtained control tcount = -1.12929 with a significant level of 95% (α = 0.05) obtained ttable = 2.0002 because -1.12929 < 2, 0002 (tcount < ttable) then H0 is accepted. As a result, there is no early learning difference between the experimental class and the control class in terms of student learning outcomes. The outcomes of a t test used to assess hypotheses at the conclusion of learning (posttest) in the experimental class and control class were tcalculate = 6.10834768 with a 95% confidence interval for significance ( = 0.05). obtained ttable = 2.0002 and H0 was rejected because 6.10834768 > 2.0002 (tcalculate > ttable). As a result, at the conclusion of the learning process, the experimental class and the control class had different student learning outcomes.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using monopoly media to increase students' understanding of material unity in diversity in the environment of grade 3 students at Sugutamu Elementary School. The type of research used is quantitative with research and development methods. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest. Therefore, the population used was all 3rd grade students at SDN development and pilot schools. This can be seen based on the average score obtained by students in the experimental class which was better than the control class, 78.39>71.61. Based on the results of the t-test using SPSS, the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05, so HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using monopoly media to increase students' understanding of the material unity in diversity in class 3 students' subjects, so that monopoly media can be used by teachers to increase understanding of the concept of unity in diversity.

For an agency or company, human resources are the main asset in every activity. Employees as human resources have great potential to achieve success in agency goals. The important role of human resources is that so that they can be used as effectively as possible, appropriate methods are needed to be able to move people or employees to work and use their abilities to the maximum. This goal can be achieved if the agency has good human resources and has high performance. This research aims to find out the influence of the level of discipline and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Jasa Raharja Office, Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test. The population in this study was all 35 employees and the sample used was 32 respondents because it used a purposive sampling technique. The results of research at the Kediri City Jasa Raharja Office show that the variables discipline (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) together influence the performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of the significance value of 0.000, where the significance value is smaller than 0.05.
