Posyandu is a form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed from, by, for and with the community, in order to empower the community and make it easier for the community to obtain basic health services. Improving the quality of health services can be seen from the ease of obtaining services, speed and accuracy of services and affordable costs. To fulfill the provision of good services is determined by the abilities, attitudes and behavior of service officers in their interactions with the community as service recipients. The implementation of the Posyandu program did not run smoothly due to a lack of participation from the community using the service. Adequate service facilities and facilities do not necessarily make residents active in going to Posyandu. Only a small portion of the healthy behavior of mothers and children in the community are willing to implement it and obtain it through Posyandu, so the role of cadres is very influential in increasing community participation through a pick-up system and going directly into the community

Family plays a strategic role as a source of aspiration for its members in shaping human resource quality and sustainable social development. However, various challenges remain, including limited understanding of the importance of emotional support, harmonious communication, and educational roles within the family. This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of the family’s role as a source of aspiration for family members in Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. A participatory approach was employed through socialization activities, interactive presentations, group discussions, and the development of informational media. The results indicate an improvement in community awareness and understanding of the importance of harmonious families, reflected in initial changes in attitudes and behaviors, increased support for family members’ education, and the emergence of community leaders and youth as local change agents. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the family’s role in human resource development, contributing to the potential for sustainable social transformation.

A pregnant woman is a woman who carries a fetus in her womb after being fertilized BACKGROUND by spermatozoa. Pregnancy is a special situation for a woman as a prospective mother, because during pregnancy there will be physical changes that affect her life. During pregnancy, many changes will occur, both physical, social and mental. Pregnant mothers must have adequate nutrition, because the nutrition they get will be used for themselves and their fetus. For pregnant women, basically all nutrients require supplementation, but what is often lacking is protein energy and several minerals such as iron (Pantiawati in Mulyani, 2017). Breast care is a health behavior. Health behavior (according to Skinner) is: "a person's response to stimuli related to illness and disease, the health service system, eating and drinking, and the environment" (Unimus, 2012). Becker describes health behavior into three domains, namely health knowledge, attitudes towards health, and health practices (Wikipedia, 2012). According to Lawrence Green (1980) in Notoadmodjo (2007) there are 2 factors that influence human behavior in terms of health, namely: internal factors which include knowledge, perception, emotions, motivation, socio-economics and culture, and external factors, namely the environment. So far, from the literature that researchers have examined, there have been many studies that discuss breast care behavior, both during the antenatal period and during pregnancy.OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between factors that influence pregnant women in carrying out breast care at the Pratama Nirmala Clinic in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted as a statistical test result of a significant relationship. RESULTS There is a significant relationship between the factors that influence pregnant women in carrying out breast care at the Pratama Nirmala Clinic in 2023. ADVICE is given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding breast care

The role of teachers in Christian-based character education is crucial in shaping individuals who are not only intellectually smart but also rich in values and ethics, especially amidst the challenges of globalization and rapid technological advancements. This research aims to develop teaching methodologies that can support Christian religious education teachers in their duties, specifically in designing and implementing an effective curriculum to help students understand and apply Christian values in daily life. The research method to be used is literature research, involving the collection of data related to the discussed theme from primary sources such as books, scientific journals, and others. The research findings indicate that Christian Religious Education teachers play a vital role in forming students' character to reflect the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ through the teaching of Christian values and by being models in behavior, attitude, and ethics. Effective character education requires support from a conducive learning environment, including the commitment of the school community, a curriculum that is integrated with values and ethics, visionary leadership from the school principal, and solid teamwork, despite challenges such as limited resources, lack of parental support, and apathetic attitudes from some parties.

At first, the Khawarij emerged on the scene of kalam thought from a political point of view, as they disagreed with Ali bin Abi Talib and Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan's approach to resolving Muslim disputes by arbitration (tahkim). However, later kalam thought developed in a theological direction. The Khawarij argued that resolving Muslim conflicts through tahkim violated God's law and was a great sin, so the blood of those who did tahkim was halal. Their attitudes and behavior were influenced by Khawarij teachings, including the issue of the position of caliph, mu'amalah among non-Khawarij Muslims, and zuhud and worship. In addition to beliefs such as understanding the nature of faith and tawhid, Allah's promises and threats, the Qur'an is a creature, and takwil and qiyas are also the basis of their actions. Historically, Khawarij split into various sects such as Azariqah, Shufriyah and Ibadhiyah. This paper will discuss the historical issues of the emergence of Khawarij, teachings and sects in Khawarij.
