Clandys Grosir, has a human resource management system plays an important role in improving employee performance. In addition, the human resource management function indicates the extent to which workers are able to complete tasks and have the necessary skills on the fields listed in Clandys Grosir. Respondents at Clandys Grosir Sejahtera numbered thirty people. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this study to measure the impact of one variable on another. Based on the results of research analysis using IBM SPSS 23, it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between employee performance and human resource development variables. The results of these data include validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. In addition, the test results of this study show that factors related to human resource development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the impact of zakat knowledge and trust of Bengkalis regional general hospital employees on interest in paying zakat on income with length of work as a moderating variable..This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were Bengkalis Hospital employees who were ASN and Honorary totaling 284 people. The sample in this study were Bengkalis Hospital employees, totaling 166 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results showed that knowledge of zakat had no effect on interest in paying professional zakat with an influence value of 0.12 and p-values of 0.889 (> 0.05). Trust has an effect on interest in paying professional zakat with an influence value of 0.615 and p-values of 0.000 (<0.05). Length of work has no significant effect on Interest in Paying Professional Zakat with an effect of -0.213 with p-values of 0.827 (>0.05). The length of work factor is not able to moderate the effect of zakat knowledge on interest in paying professional zakat with an effect of 0.078 with p-values of 0.488 (> 0.05). The length of work factor is not able to moderate the effect of trust on interest in paying professional zakat with an influence value of -0.065 with p-values of 0.524 (> 0.05).

This literature review explores strategies for teaching tolerance through Sufism moral (Akhlak Sufism) courses for future English teachers in the Islamic English Education Study Program. The morals of Sufism, as part of the Islamic tradition, emphasize the development of moral and spiritual character which is essential to forming a tolerant and inclusive attitude. In the context of teacher education, the integration of Sufism values ​​aims to increase the understanding and application of tolerance among prospective teachers, so that they can act as agents of positive change in a multicultural environment. This article reviews relevant literature to identify the methods, challenges, and impacts of implementing Sufism Morals in the English teacher education curriculum. Findings show that this approach not only enriches prospective teachers' pedagogical competencies but also shapes attitudes that are more inclusive and respectful of diversity.

Tunjungrejo Village is a clear example of how religious and cultural symbols can become the collective identity and existence of a community. This article describes how symbols such as the cross, coconut shoots, rice, cotton and mountains are not only the dominant manifestation of Christianity in the village, but also display the social dynamics and cultural diversity that exist. These symbols not only illustrate history and religious, economic traditions but also depict the values ​​upheld by society, such as tolerance and interfaith coexistence. Even though there is a Muslim minority in the community, the existence of these symbols reflects an effort to maintain collective identity and existence, while remaining open to interaction and integration with other groups in society. So that it can improve the economic level of village residents through the creative economy. Thus, Tunjungrejo Village is an interesting location to research in understanding the complexity of the relationship between cultural symbols, collective identity, and social dynamics in the context of rural communities.

This research aims to improve the English language skills of class 2 students at MIS Fathul Jannah using flipchart media, carrying out interactive learning methods, and evaluating the impact of using flipcharts on student understanding. The results show that using flipcharts effectively improves students' understanding, although it requires time preparation and reliance on teacher explanations. The advantages are material visualization, interaction, and flexibility. Disadvantages include time-consuming preparation, reliance on explanations, and space limitations. In conclusion, using flipcharts can improve students' English skills, but requires careful preparation and training for teachers. Integration with digital learning tools is also needed to increase its effectiveness. Although recommended as an effective learning method for elementary schools, further research is needed to improve the quality of its use.

With the open access to information in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the rapid development of technology, teachers are no longer the main source of learning. This requires teachers to use technology in the learning process. With the presence of gadgets that they carry everyday, they can be utilised for learning activities. The purpose of this activity is to improve teacher competence in developing digital classroom design using the google classroom application. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers, discussions, group practices, guidance services, simulations and group presentations. The results obtained show that the fourth grade teachers of elementary school in Burneh District as training participants have skills in developing digital classroom design using google classroom applications from the beginning of the learning process to learning evaluation

The Nusantara Module is one of the compulsory courses for students who take part in the Independent Student Exchange program. The content of the Nusantara module is social contribution, diversity, inspiration and reflection. The purpose of this research is to find out how tolerant and perceived Indonesian cultural diversity through Nusantara module activities for PMM 4 Inbound students of Jember University. The research method used is a qualitative research method, using the theory of symbolic interactionism of George Herbert Mead's thought. The results showed that the Nusantara Module course has a role in increasing the cultural tolerance attitude of inbound students of Jember University through; first, respecting and respecting diversity; second, preventing the emergence of ethnocentrism and in the Nusantara Module there are symbols used by Inbound students in interacting in order to implement tolerance attitudes and values.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, mobile banking services have emerged as one of the forefront innovations in the banking industry. This article discusses the importance of customer satisfaction through mobile banking services as a crucial banking service. Adopting a qualitative approach, this research utilizes data from 10 questionnaire responses to analyze the four dimensions of mobile banking quality: convenience, security, ease of use, and design. Additionally, the study considers aspects of communication and customer service. The results of the analysis indicate that customer satisfaction plays a significant role in building a strong relationship between banks and customers. By optimizing the quality of mobile banking services, including convenience, security, ease of use, and design, banks can ensure better customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. The interpretation of the data also provides personal recommendations as an additional aspect, emphasizing the importance of improving critical aspects of mobile banking services. These recommendations reinforce the conclusion that focusing on customer satisfaction will help banks achieve a competitive advantage in the current digital era.

Taxpayer non-compliance in carrying out their tax obligations is still a serious problem in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made and attempted by the government to increase taxpayer compliance, but the results obtained have not been as expected. This research aims to propose a conceptual model to determine the factors that influence taxpayer compliance in e-commerce businesses by connecting tax knowledge, tax sanctions and religiosity with gender and age of the business as moderators. It is hoped that the conceptual model from this research can provide useful information for the government and the wider public about the factors that influence taxpayer compliance so that in the future it can increase taxpayer compliance.

Indonesia is currently in a demographic bonus until 2035. Where the productive age shows that the number of young people in the age range of 15-29 in 2022 reaches 24.3 percent and this is the basic capital in development. There are several countries that have successfully managed the demographic bonus and become developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. Based on modernization theory that economic development will affect the value system of society that leads to gender equality. The Demographic Bonus is a golden opportunity for a nation if utilized properly. But the question is whether Indonesia is ready to seize the opportunity. The purpose of this paper is how to reveal facts, phenomena, variables. The research method uses a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method based on literature review. The results of the study are that there are several reasons that encourage someone to migrate with economic, family, education and work motives. Currently, Indonesia faces challenges in human development. The arrival of young migrants will lead to population growth and human resource development. The decision to migrate between men and women has different driving and pulling factors, women's participation to migrate where women's labor force participation is only 53.41 percent compared to men's 83.87 percent.

This article discusses the importance of building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an era of increasingly rapid digitalization, MSMEs need to adopt e-commerce platforms to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

This research aims to examine the effect of website performance on customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. E-commerce has become an important platform in e-commerce, and website performance has become a critical factor in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this research, the conceptual framework used includes three main constructs: website performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Website performance is measured along several dimensions, including access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality. Customer satisfaction is measured as the customer's perception of the quality of service and shopping experience on an e-commerce website. Customer loyalty is measured through repeat purchase intentions and recommendations to others. The research results show that website performance has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction in e-commerce. Website performance dimensions, such as access speed and reliability, are critical in creating customer satisfaction. Apart from that, customer satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Satisfied customers tend to have a higher intent to make repeat purchases and recommend a website to others. The practical implication of this research is the importance of improving website performance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. Business people should pay attention to aspects such as access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality in the development and maintenance of their websites. Apart from that, efforts to increase customer satisfaction must also be the main focus, because customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty.

. This study aims to determine the implementation of taharah learning at Pelita Al-Qur'an Junior High School Krasak Wonosobo by paying attention to the development of students' behavior before and after learning. This type of research is qualitative research, with field research methods. The subjects in this study were 7th grade students of Pelita Al-Qur'an Junior High School Krasak Wonosobo. The samples taken were students in grades 7A, 7B, and 7C. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Implementation of Taharah Learning is learning about the procedures for purification, removing impurities, purifying oneself from hadats. The research that has been done concludes that there is a change between students who have never learned about taharah and those who have learned taharah. The learning that is done also seems fun because there is practice in every material. It's just that the media and facilities available are inadequate so that children cannot understand optimally.

The utilization of mobile applications in the service sector has experienced significant growth, fueled by increased access to the internet and the use of smartphones. The M-TIX app, which provides online movie ticket booking services, is one example of an app that has become an important part of movie fans' routines. Despite its popularity, users have reported various issues related to usability and overall user satisfaction. In this study, we focus on the user experience of the M-TIX app by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user experience aspects. Through a structured qualitative approach, the UEQ enables an in-depth evaluation of six key dimensions of user experience, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The study involved respondents predominantly aged between 17 to 21 years old, with the largest group being 20 years old (15 respondents), and most of them (26 respondents) were students. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for improving the design and functionality of the M-TIX application, as well as increasing the understanding of the relationship between users' characteristics and their perceptions of user experience in the context of online movie ticketing applications. This research aims to address the existing problems and enhance user satisfaction by providing actionable insights.

The presence of Muhammadiyah in Indonesian history has been an important part of the journey of social progress, education and social welfare. This article discusses the significant role of Muhammadiyah in encouraging Indonesia's development from time to time. This research uses a historical approach to analyze Muhammadiyah's role in fighting for independence, building educational infrastructure, and promoting the values ​​of social justice and prosperity. Key words such as "Muhammadiyah", "history", "role", and "progress" are the main focus in this discussion. The findings show that Muhammadiyah is not only a religious movement, but also a social force that has played a role in changing the face of Indonesia. Through inclusive education, community empowerment, and justice efforts, Muhammadiyah continues to contribute to advancing this nation. The implications of this research provide deep insight into how religious organizations can become agents of positive change in building a more civilized and advanced society.

This article discusses the principle of justice in teaching and learning interactions (study of Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah Verse 8) and aims to find out the principle of justice in learning interactions according to Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah verse 8 and the relevance of justice in teaching and learning interactions according to Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah verse 8. Data is taken from books or scientific works related to the problems to be discussed in the form of tafsir, the Qur'an, education and justice. Tafsir tahlili is used to interpret the verses of the Qur'an by describing all aspects contained in the verses being interpreted and explaining the meanings included in it according to the expertise and tendency of the mufassir who interpreted the verses. Surah Al-Maidah verse 8 explains about a fair attitude in an effort to uphold the truth because of Allah SWT. In the educational process, educators have a very important role to provide teaching and learning to students. Learners deserve a proper education. Education that does not look at the social level that students have. As a mandate holder, educators are very responsible for educating their students fairly and thoroughly and educating as well as possible and paying attention to humanism values. Because later in time will be held accountable for his work.

Social, environmental, and governance issues are crucial for businesses today. Companies need to report their environmental concern activities in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports. This research aims to understand the implementation of ESG in infrastructure programs in Indonesia. It employs a bibliometric approach based on international publication data sourced from the Google Scholar database, accessed via Harzing’s Publish or Perish. The findings of this study indicate that ESG serves as a fundamental framework for infrastructure companies in Indonesia to guide sustainable business practices. By integrating environmental, social, and governance aspects, companies can act as agents of positive change in society.

This literature research aims to compile and describe the role of managers in improving employee performance. The method used is the library research method. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent errors in information in data analysis, cross-library checks are carried out and re-reading the literature and paying attention to the reviewer's comments. The results of this study show that the better the motivation provided by managers, the more significant it can improve employee performance.

Career development is the process of improving the performance capabilities of each individual taken by the organization to ensure that each individual in the organization has the right qualifications and experience available when needed. By referring to the work standards that have been set, performance is also interpreted as the result of employee work both in terms of quality and quantity. Career development is one of the variables that affect individual performance, such as motivating employees to do better work. This study aims to do determine the effect of career development on employee performance. This study used the literature research method and field research by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study show that career development has a significant influence on employees, companies are required to pay attentions to career development programs to increase the responsibility of each individual’s duties.

This study is to examine how interest rates and inflation affect the movement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) (BEI). An econometric technique was utilized to do regression analysis on monthly data spanning the years 2015-2017. The study's findings demonstrate how the interest rate variable and the composite stock price index (IHSG) are influenced by the inflation variable, represented as variable X1.
