Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

This study aims to examine the effect of giving fairy tales on the emotional regulation of kindergarten-aged children. The research method used was pre-experimental with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were children aged 4-6 years at the UNP Padang Laboratory Development Kindergarten. The treatment in the form of giving fairy tales was carried out for 4 consecutive days, with pre-test measurements before treatment and post-test after treatment. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale formulated positively and negatively to measure children's emotional regulation. The results of the study showed that there was significant development in children's emotional regulation after receiving treatment in the form of giving fairy tales. This can be seen from the difference in pre-test and post-test results which show an increase in scores on the Likert scale. Evaluation of children's emotions is carried out after each storytelling session to monitor the development of their emotional regulation. Researchers also gave rewards to children as a form of appreciation for their participation in the research. This research contributes to the understanding of the influence of fairy tales on the emotional regulation of kindergarten-aged children. The implication of this research is the importance of paying attention to environmental factors and learning methods that can influence children's emotional development. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a basis for developing better educational programs to improve emotional regulation in early childhood.

The research method used is development research with the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was only carried out up to the third stage, namely development, due to limited time and funds. Validation of the Android-based Flip PDF Professional involved one material expert and two media experts. Data collection was done through a questionnaire that included material validation, media, and Flip PDF user responses. The data analysis technique was quantitatively descriptive. The results showed: The results of the development of Flip PDF Professional are in the form of online links that include Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated very feasible with an average of 81%; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing media in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated feasible with an average score of 74%; and user response, namely grade XI students of SMKN 8 Surabaya (majoring in culinary expertise) obtained an average score of 92% with very good interpretation. This shows that the development of Android-based multimedia through Flip PDF on Indonesian Traditional Cake Processing material can be used for learning traditional cake material.

Assessing speaking ability is a complex task, more difficult than assessing listening, reading, or writing abilities. This is because what is said when speaking is quickly forgotten, so evaluation requires sufficient time to pay attention to the speaking process, not just knowledge of the material being discussed. To carry out this evaluation, the research method generally used is a review of related literature. This research involves collecting information related to a specific topic. In order for a speaking ability evaluation to be carried out successfully, it is necessary to properly understand the basic concepts, learning processes, evaluation techniques, as well as planning and implementation procedures.

Training on cooking palm sap with the addition of red ginger juice, turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass and producing a finished product in the form of spiced ginger flavored palm sugar in one drink portion size. The training participants are partners of the Service Team who are SMEs palm sugar producers.  The training method uses the participatory learning and action (PLA) method. Participants are actively involved in training activities. The training consists of stages of pre-training evaluation activities, presentation of material, explanation of the tools and materials needed, demonstration of making products, discussion of training production results and post-training evaluation. The training activity ran smoothly from start to finish. It is hoped that the results of the training will continue so that partners will be interested in continuing production and making it a commercial business that is more profitable than producing palm sugar traditionally. After the training activities, the service team is still providing assistance so that the results of the partners' independent production are better. Assistance continues with consultations from partners regarding the net weight of the product and determining the selling price, and how to market the finished product to a wide audience. This positive partner response will be interesting to continue providing services to the community with other themes that are in line with the service roadmap in managing SMEs, such as assistance with attractive product packaging, business legal aspects, and digital-based marketing.

The aim of community service (PKM) is to increase students' financial literacy through training and mentoring by providing Basic Accounting material. The material presented is the basic equation of accounting and financial reports. The form of presenting the material is conveying concepts and followed by practical work on solving case study questions. There is also additional material in the form of an introduction to Spreadsheets/Excel computers (accounting data). The material presented is a suggestion from the service partners considering that students do not fully understand this material in class learning and this material is important for participants, because according to data on accounting learning results for class XII IIS for the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, it has only reached 87%. Participants are class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Demon Pagong whose address is Jalan Pati Beda, Demon Pagong District, East Flores Regency. Methods for implementing activities include 1) Training, namely presenting material on basic accounting concepts and financial reports. 2) Mentoring, namely assisting participants in completing case study questions based on the concepts that have been presented. 3) Evaluation, namely using an instrument in the form of practice questions on preparing financial reports, then the results are analyzed using qualitative analysis to determine students' financial literacy related to participants' understanding of accounting learning, both in the basics of accounting and financial reports. The results show that the average score obtained by students in preparing financial reports is around 75-85. This indicates that students' understanding of the material and assistance regarding the basics of accounting to financial reports reached 80%. Participants who experience difficulties in preparing financial reports are due to incorrectly calculating the nominal amount in the account because there are too many numbers and the calculations are done manually, they easily forget accounts and their placement mechanisms, they have difficulty identifying the elements included in the financial reports and they lack interest in studying accounting.

(3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure.
