The impact of sighar marriage on the younger generation from the perspective of Islamic law, social, and psychological. The main problem raised is the practice of marriage without dowry which places women as objects of exchange, thus ignoring their rights and causing the invalidity of the contract according to a number of scholars. The purpose of this study is to analyze the social, legal, and religious consequences of sighar marriage and its implications on the formation of children's identity and family resilience. The research method uses a literature study with a normative-comparative approach, referring to classical fiqh literature, hadith, and contemporary academic studies that compare the views of the Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali, and Hanafi schools. The results of the study show that nikah syighar has an impact on the neglect of women's rights, the normalization of objectification, household instability, the crisis of children's identity, and the weakening of family institutions. In addition, this practice is contrary to maqasid al-shari'ah, thus undermining the sacred value of marriage as worship and a means of moral development. These findings underscore the need for Islamic family law regulation and education to protect the younger generation from the practice of illegal and harmful marriage.

The KRI Nagapasa Class is a submarine of the Indonesian Navy that has the capability to deploy sea mines, launch anti-surface missiles, and release countermeasure torpedoes. However, to face the increasingly complex dynamics of the regional strategic environment, it is necessary to increase combat power through the installation of a Sub Launch Missile weapon system. Until now, the Indonesian Navy does not have a submarine equipped with this underwater missile, especially in the Chang Bogo class. This study aims to analyze and determine the most appropriate choice of Sub Launch Missile missiles to support submarine training and operations. The method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with a quantitative approach. The results of the ranking of five respondents showed that the SM-39 Exocet missile was in first place with a value of 0.46424 followed by the CM-708UNB with a value of 0.41461 and the UGM-84 Harpoon with a value of 0.12115. The SM-39 Exocet missile was chosen as a priority because it has technical specifications that best meet the operational needs of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), as well as significantly contributing to enhancing the deterrence effect and combat capability of the Nagapasa-class submarines.

As a maritime nation with vast sea territories, Indonesia faces significant challenges in safeguarding its waters, particularly in strategic regions such as the Natuna Sea. This area is vulnerable to various threats, including territorial violations, marine resource theft, and illegal underwater activities. This study aims to formulate a concept for the utilization of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) as an alternative solution to enhance underwater security systems in the region. The method employed is Research and Development (R&D), adopting model development steps and complemented by a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of AUVs in the context of Indonesian maritime defense. The research findings indicate that the main strength of AUVs lies in their technological capability to effectively detect underwater threats. Although they have weaknesses, such as high operational costs, dependency on imported components, and limitations in battery endurance and sonar capabilities, these factors do not significantly hinder AUV effectiveness. Major opportunities arise from global technological advancements, yet challenges remain due to insufficient government policy support. The threats faced include the risk of sabotage and extreme weather conditions. Therefore, the recommended strategies are to maximize the use of technology, strengthen supporting regulations, and address logistical and financial barriers to realize effective and sustainable AUV operations in the Natuna Sea.

This study discusses the concept of polygamy from the perspectives of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia, focusing on the principles of justice and its impact on women and families. Polygamy is one of the issues in fiqh munakahat that continues to generate debate because it is considered closely related to patriarchal culture, gender inequality, and violence against women. This study aims to analyze the legal basis of polygamy in the Qur’an, the views of scholars of tafsir and fiqh regarding polygamy, as well as the regulation of polygamy in Indonesian legislation. This study employs a library research method with a normative-sociological approach. Data sources were obtained from books of tafsir, fiqh, hadith, Islamic legal literature, and laws and regulations related to marriage in Indonesia. The findings indicate that Islam permits polygamy under very strict conditions, particularly regarding the husband’s ability to act justly both materially and emotionally. However, justice in emotional aspects and affection is considered very difficult for ordinary people to achieve, as emphasized in Qur'an Surah An-Nisa verse 129. In Indonesian positive law, the primary principle of marriage is monogamy, while polygamy is only permitted under certain circumstances with administrative requirements and court approval. This study concludes that the practice of polygamy in the modern era should be understood contextually by considering aspects of public welfare (maslahah), the protection of women’s rights, family justice, and the primary objectives of Islamic law in establishing a harmonious family characterized by sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah.

Sandwich composites are lightweight structural materials with a high strength-to-weight ratio and have potential as alternatives to conventional materials. This study aims to analyze the effects of core thickness variation and the number of skin layers on the bending strength of fiberglass-skinned sandwich composites with an A-flute cardboard honeycomb core. The research employed an experimental method using three-point bending tests in accordance with ASTM C393. Core thicknesses of 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm were investigated, while the number of fiberglass skin layers was varied at 1, 2, and 4 layers. Bending strength was evaluated based on core shear strength and skin bending stress, expressed in MPa. The results show that the highest average core shear strength was obtained at a core thickness of 10 mm with 4 skin layers, while the lowest value occurred at a core thickness of 30 mm with 1 skin layer. The highest skin bending stress of 43.40 MPa was achieved by the specimen with a 10 mm core thickness and 1 skin layer, whereas the lowest value of 11.83 MPa was observed at a 30 mm core thickness with 4 skin layers. These results indicate that increasing core thickness tends to reduce bending strength based on core shear strength, while increasing the number of skin layers enhances the bending performance of the sandwich composite, and an interaction effect between the two variables is present.

Literature reviews play a crucial role in scientific research because they serve to integrate previous research findings to build a conceptual framework that supports new research. However, in the practice of writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) articles, previous research is often presented descriptively without adequate conceptual synthesis. This study aims to systematically analyze the practice of citing prior research in the literature review of CAR articles as part of a systematic literature review. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, which include the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and literature synthesis. Literature sources were obtained from various academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Crossref using keywords relevant to classroom action research and literature reviews. Data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis to identify patterns and trends in the writing practices of previous research in the literature review of classroom action research. The results indicate that literature review writing in action research articles is still dominated by a descriptive approach that presents previous research sequentially without adequate conceptual integration and thematic synthesis. Furthermore, critical evaluation of prior research methodologies remains limited, meaning that literature reviews do not yet fully serve as a foundation for developing the theoretical framework of the research. The findings highlight the importance of applying a systematic literature review approach in writing PTK literature reviews to produce a more analytical, systematic, and integrated synthesis of the literature.

Within the framework of Islamic family law (fiqh munakahat), the issue of nusyuz plays a significant role, as it is closely related to maintaining harmony and stability in the marital relationship. Generally, nusyuz is often defined as a form of a wife’s disobedience toward her husband. However, Islamic jurisprudence acknowledges that nusyuz can also be committed by a husband if he fails to fulfill the rights, responsibilities, and obligations he owes to his wife, in accordance with the principles of Sharia. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept of nusyuz in the context of family life, from the perspective of fiqh munakahat. The discussion covers the meaning and characteristics of nusyuz, its legal basis in Islamic sources, the factors contributing to its emergence, its various manifestations in married life, its implications for family relationships, and existing methods for addressing this issue. This study employs a literature review method supported by a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing on relevant literature from classical and contemporary Islamic legal sources. The results indicate that resolving issues of nusyuz should be approached through a gradual and constructive process, including counseling, dialogue, mediation, consultation, and reconciliation. These steps aim to restore mutual understanding and strengthen family unity. Therefore, raising awareness of each spouse’s rights and obligations is crucial to preventing nusyuz and creating a household filled with peace, love, mutual respect, and intimacy.

Human rights are fundamental rights inherent to every individual from birth and are guaranteed under statutory laws and regulations. These rights are universal in nature, inherent to every person, and must be respected, protected, and fulfilled by the state as well as all elements of society. However, in practice, various conditions continue to trigger human rights violations committed by both individuals and state officials. This phenomenon indicates that the protection of human rights still faces numerous challenges in its implementation. This study aims to examine the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians, determine the extent to which the actions of law enforcement officers can be categorized as human rights violations, and analyze the mechanisms of oversight and accountability in handling cases of human rights violations. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under investigation. The data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians within the context of human rights protection. The findings reveal that power asymmetry is one of the main factors contributing to the abuse of authority by law enforcement officers. This condition subsequently increases the potential for human rights violations and underscores the importance of effective oversight and accountability in ensuring that law enforcement officers perform their duties and exercise their authority in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Nursing care in hospitals is still below the established standard of 80%, thus reflecting suboptimal nurse performance. This condition is thought to be influenced by factors such as rewards, workload, length of service and supervision. This study aims to analyze the relationship between rewards, workload, length of service, and supervision with nurse performance in the Inpatient Unit of Ratu Zalecha Martapura Regional Hospital. This study used a quantitative method with an observational analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 152 nurses selected using cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed a significant relationship between rewards and nurse performance (p-value=<0.001), workload and nurse performance (p<0.001), and supervision and nurse performance (p-value=<0.001). Length of service did not show a significant relationship with nurse performance (p-value=0,968). Multivariate analysis showed that supervision was the most dominant factor related to nurse performance. Thus, compensation, workload, and supervision are related to nurse performance, while length of service is not related to nurse performance in the Inpatient Unit of Ratu Zalecha Regional Hospital, Martapura.
