This research aims to find out “Implementation of Waspada Online Media in Communicating Educational News (Case Study: Waspada Medan City Office)”. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with the form of dataresearch(field research). The results of this study are that 1. The role of alert online media in communicating educational news, it can be concluded that Waspada Daily uses marketing communications such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. 2. Waspada Daily prioritizes establishing good relations with consumers and the community in facing competition with online media. 3. Facing the development of journalism in the digital era like today. This issue is interesting considering that repeatedly world journalism experts predict the death of print mass media every time the onslaught of technological developments occurs from time to time. In the digital age, people who need certain information from all over the world can simply search for it on search engines connected to the internet network anytime and anywhere with sophisticated equipment that is currently growing rapidly.

The purpose of this service is to explore the local wisdom of Gusjigang towards Santri. The method used in this study is a case study aimed at revealing the reality of Gusjigang to Santri, hoping to reveal the benefits of Gusjigang to Santri and increase Santri's economic independence. Gusjigang, as an example of Santri's entrepreneurial spirit, must overcome the characteristics of capitalism that always pursue profits but sacrifice social ethics. The spiritual strength of the Santri community with the spirit of Gusjigang can enhance positive business ethics. Gusjigang local content has not been included in the curriculum of Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School, Sukoharjo, Central Java. One of the major challenges for the service team was to begin communicating the importance of the gusjigang spirit to students at Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo, Central Java.

The purpose of this study is to describe the spirituality of children aged 8-12 years in Aek Raja Village after the earthquake in 2022. The research method used is qualitative research. The informant determination technique is purposive sampling based on certain criteria that are in accordance with the research topic. The data collection technique for this study is using semi-structured interviews and documentation in the form of images. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted by the author, children in Aek Raja Village are increasingly active in participating in church activities after the natural disaster that occurred several years ago. Then they are more diligent in communicating with God through prayer. In the Christian faith, praying is not a spiritual activity that is done when someone has time to do it. Praying is also not done when someone has important needs or Likewise, children in Aek Raja Village have communicated with God the Creator through prayer. Children also believe in God. Likewise, children in Aek Raja Village, that they should be children of God always believe in God through the faith they have. Then children have love for others. Love for God is manifested through total obedience to His commandments and living according to His will written in the Word. This love for God becomes a solid foundation for love for others and love for oneself. Love is the essence of God, the nature of God, and the attributes of God. God has given His love to humans, therefore, humans are also expected to give love to Him and love one another. This is because only through mutual love between humans, love for God can be reflected well in human life. Likewise, the children in the village of Aek Raja that children already love others, especially their parents.

This study aims to identify and analyze ethical code violations among Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with a GC teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Balai. The results reveal several challenges in implementing the code of ethics, such as colleagues' lack of understanding about the role of GC teachers, difficulties in building cooperation with homeroom teachers and other subject teachers, and challenges in communicating with parents from diverse backgrounds. The study also highlights the importance of maintaining student information confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries in relationships with colleagues. These findings emphasize the need for more intensive professional ethics training for GC teachers and increased awareness of their crucial role within the broader school community.

This research aims to identify barriers to the use of Indonesian in the learning process in the Physical Education, Health and Recreation study program. To measure perceptions and experiences regarding the use of Indonesian in learning, especially in understanding technical content, providing teaching, and communicating between students. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires to third semester students. The research results show that the majority of respondents think that using Indonesian is effective in understanding basic concepts, but it is difficult to understand technical terms in foreign languages. In addition, misunderstandings often occur between instructors and students, especially in teaching practice environments. Another barrier identified was the lack of specific vocabulary in Indonesian to explain complex concepts in the fields of sport and health. The results of this research indicate that there is a need to adopt terminology in Indonesian that is easier to understand and improve instructors' abilities in creating teaching materials in language that is easier to understand.

Negative effects of social media use may include the emergence of consumerist tendencies and hedonism. Lack of knowledge regarding communication ethics on social media causes a lack of awareness of the importance of policies in social media. Several teachers also said that many Putra Bangsa Middle School students experienced complaints about using social media, such as receiving negative comments and not understanding how to respond to issues or content on social media. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to educate about the importance of communication ethics on social media. This research has important implications in shaping student character in the digital era. Increasing understanding of communication ethics can help students interact positively and responsibly on social media platforms. The hope of this research is that Putra Bangsa Middle School students can participate actively in implementing communication ethics in social media. In this way, it is hoped that they can become critical and responsible individuals in communicating not only in the real world but also in cyberspace. In conclusion, this counseling has a positive impact in shaping student character and reflects concern for the formation of a generation with character in Indonesia.

The ability to speak in public is an important competency required by village officials in carrying out leadership duties, communicating with the community, and delivering village development programs. This service program aims to increase the capacity of village officials in Margaluyu Village, Serang City, through public speaking skills training. This training is designed with a practical approach which includes communication theory, persuasion techniques, and simulations of speaking in front of an audience. Through this training, village officials are expected to be able to communicate more effectively, increase self-confidence, and strengthen community participation in various village activities. The evaluation results showed that after the training, participants experienced improvements in communication skills, message preparation, and how to interact with residents. It is hoped that this program can become a model for improving the quality of human resources in other villages.

The pedagogical competence of Catholic religious education teachers in implementing the School Literacy Movement (SLM) is crucial for enhancing students' literacy skills, which contribute to character development. This study aims to describe the implementation of the pedagogical competence of Catholic religious education teachers in the school literacy movement at SD Negeri 004 Datah Bilang Ulu. This qualitative study employed interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from 10 informants, consisting of Catholic religious education teachers, homeroom teachers, the principal, and students. The collected data were analyzed using interactive analysis, starting from data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the pedagogical competence of Catholic STRATEGI PEMASARAN YANG DILAKUKAN DI PLAZA TUNJUNGAN III SURABAYA DALAM MEMASARKAN SEMUA PRODUKNYA 2 Lumen - VOLUME 1, NO. 1, JUNI 2022 religious education teachers in SLM includes: (1) literacy guidance outside of school, (2) extending literacy learning to the home, (3) introducing basic literacy, and (4) using creative teaching methods. This shows that Catholic religious education teachers are capable of understanding students' learning characteristics, using diverse and adaptive teaching methods, and communicating effectively to facilitate efficient learning in supporting students' literacy skills. However, based on the evaluation results, the SLM program at this school is still in its initial implementation phase or habituation phase. This indicates that the school is not yet fully prepared to implement SLM comprehensively, primarily due to a lack of resources, the roles of teachers, the principal, and community participation that have not been maximized, as well as the need for increased government support. This means that while the school is committed, it has not yet implemented it according to the established guidelines and has not reached the stage of providing innovations and becoming a driver for advancing SLM.

This research aims to find out the marketing mix strategy for ornamental fish to increase sales volume at PT Agung Aquatic Marine, Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal environment. The results of this research show that an IFAS score of 2.87 indicates a strong internal position, an EFAS score of 2.59 shows that the company responds to existing opportunities in a good way and avoids threats in its industrial market. The Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in an aggressive state, which is very profitable for the company. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is that the company maintains and utilizes quality and varied products so that market segmentation becomes wider or increases, maintains consumer trust by being consistent in the performance provided and actively communicating to create mutually beneficial agreements.

Language disorders mean obstacles, obstacles, and something that causes a person's inability to pronounce articulation sounds, or words to express, say, and convey thoughts, ideas, and feelings. This study aims to describe language disorders in mild autistic children aged 13 years. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are the results of a 13-year-old conversation with a subject with mild autistic disorder with the initials "Y" and currently occupying a 5th grade school at the Special School in Lebak Bulus. The data in the study were collected using the engaged listening technique, recording technique, and note taking technique. Based on the results of the study, the subject has many language disorders which cause difficulty communicating, so that other people do not understand the language used, and the subject alternates phonemes so that the meaning of the words spoken are different from what should be said so that other people cannot understand.

This research aims to reveal strategies for developing public speaking skills and describe the impact of public speaking skills on students' self-confidence at MAN 1 Banda Aceh and MAN 4 Aceh Besar. In this research, the methodology used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research results show that: (1) The strategy for developing students' public speaking skills at MAN 1 Banda Aceh and MAN 4 Aceh Besar goes through several stages including: planning, methods, implementation and evaluation. (2) The impact of students' public speaking skills at MAN 1 Banda Aceh and MAN 4 Aceh Besar has provided significant results for students. The aspects that include include: being confident in your own abilities, being able to make your own decisions, having a positive feeling about yourself and having the courage to express your opinion to other people. Through this, students succeed in improving their public speaking skills. They are able to organize thoughts clearly, regulate the flow of presentations, and use effective communication techniques. This is related to the application of interpersonal communication theory and effective presentation theory presented in the training. Apart from that, students also succeeded in managing nervousness and anxiety when communicating. They gain a better understanding of the sources of nervousness and techniques for dealing with anxiety. Breathing regulation exercises, muscle relaxation, and other self-control techniques based on communication anxiety theory help students overcome these challenges.

This research aims to identify and interpret the visual signs in the Marjan Syrup advertisement Ramadhan Edition 1444H using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach to understand the message to be conveyed to consumers. The type of research applied is qualitative description. The data analysis process was carried out by applying Roland Barthes' semiotic studies, allowing the observation of three levels of meaning (denotative, connotative, and mythical) in several scenes, visual signs, symbols, colors, and compositions contained in the Marjan Syrup advertisement, Ramadhan Edition 1444H. The research results concluded that this advertisement can be considered an achievement in communicating complex and in-depth messages through visual media.

In today's digital era, social media has developed into a major platform for networking, sharing information and communicating. Toxic is behavior on social media that is described as destructive, hostile, and embarrassing. Conflict, societal divisions, and psychological harm can all result from this practice. This study uses a thematic method with a thematic approach. The results of this study discuss from the perspective of hadith which refers to the sayings and deeds of the Prophet Muhammad, there are guidelines and standards that can help individuals deal with harmful social media. This journal will look at the negative effects of social media from a hadith point of view, emphasizing the meaning and application of hadiths. In the results of his research, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the harmful effects of toxic social media and take steps to reduce destructive behavior and promote inclusive and healthy communication by taking into account the principles and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.

Communication is the main medium for conveying information or a message. Communication does not work well when an individual experiences communication disorders, for example, language disorders. Language disorders are disorders or damage that attack the brain in the Broca and Wernicke areas so that the language acquisition process is not optimal. One of these language disorders is called aphasia. This research aims to find out how people with aphasia communicate, especially when they have difficulty pronouncing certain words or letters. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using interviews and observations as research instruments. The individual who was resource person in this research was a woman who was diagnosed with aphasia as a result of an accident so she had to experience difficulties in communicating.

An arbitrary system of sound symbols that its members use to cooperate, communicate, and identify themselves is language. Language allows humans to express thoughts, concepts, ideas, and desires by communicating opinions and information. Language in daily life began to change and was replaced by the use of adolescent language known as slang. Slang continues to become more common due to advanced developments and easy access to different types of information. Therefore, this research was carried out through literature research to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the development of the Indonesian language. These data were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The national language of Indonesia was established in 1928 and reclassified as a national language in 1945. Indonesian is a cultural product, a tool for social efforts, and a language of communication. Indonesian is used in a variety of life situations. Indonesian is a national language that unites people from various social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. The role of the Indonesian language is the last communication tool that prioritizes national interests over the interests of regions, tribes, and groups. and communicate meaning effectively to the interlocutor. The good and correct use of Indonesian is based on general guidelines to improve Indonesian spelling. The development of the Indonesian language is very important for the future of society because it helps people understand concepts, opinions and feelings and plays a role as the national language of communication and information exchange.

Social skills are an important part of a humans ability to live, because social skills are very much needed in social life. Social skills are skills in interacting, communicating and collaborating with another people. Social skills also can be learned and developed through the learning process. With the increasing of social problems that occur, social skills are a very important skill to have. The aim of this research is to get an overview and analyze the development of students social skill levels through the implementation of the contextual teaching & learrning (CTL) model in Islamic Religius Education subjects. This research uses a qualitative field approach. The research location taken was SMP Negeri 2 Karangkobar Banjarnegara. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes the results of interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from documentation results. Using three data collection techniques, namely interview, observations, and documentation. Analyzing data is carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that trhough the use of the contextual teaching & learning model, students social skills have increased, although not significantly. This is because forming and changing human character requires quite a long process and time. However, by consistently and always developing the CTL learning model that is carried out, it is hoped that it will be able to help teachers in their efforts to improve social skills. Therefore, the use of the CTL model is considered effective in helping teachers in efforts to improve students social skills.

The use of language in life greatly affects articulation in communicating and interacting with humans. This interaction provides a unity in connecting a difference. Therefore, diversity in language becomes its own uniqueness in the field of communication. The important role of communication tools helps the articulation of social life. The use of language in educational institutions, is very vulnerable to be influenced by the surrounding environment. This causes the dialect mix used by the third Semester Indonesian education students is very unique and diverse. In general, this study aims to determine the diversity of languages used by various students in educational institutions and their environments, especially students of the third Semester of Indonesian Education Study Program specifically, the purpose of this article is made to (1) Describe the dialect of the speech of Indonesian students in the third Semester, and (2) describe the use of mixed code against Indonesian students in the third Semester. The study used descriptive qualitative methods as a research method and sociolinguistic approach. The research was conducted in order to solve problems that often occur in the field by using several stages of Data Collection (1) taking samples of language speech used by Indonesian students in the third Semester, (2) analyzing the use of dialect and coding against the language speech of Indonesian students in the third Semester. Thus, the results of the study showed that the proven use of dialect and mix code in communicating that is often used by students of the third Semester of Indonesian. This study also describes the linguistic behavior of the third Semester Indonesian students directly through oral.

Anxiety in interactive communication refers to an individual's negative reaction when communicating, especially in an interpersonal context, where individuals tend to avoid situations that trigger these negative feelings. Positive self-confidence allows a person to assess themselves and situations more positively, thereby reducing anxiety in interpersonal communication. This study aims to explore the relationship between self-confidence and interactive communication anxiety in female students living in dormitories. Data was collected using the Self-confidence scale and interpersonal communication anxiety scale, which have been well validated and have a high level of reliability. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant negative relationship between self-confidence and interactive communication anxiety (rxy = -0.608, sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the higher the female student's self-confidence, the lower the level of interpersonal communication anxiety. Descriptive analysis also shows that most of the female students in the dormitory have a moderate level of self-confidence, while most of them have a low level of interactive communication anxiety.
