The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has brought major changes in the world of accounting, both in terms of work processes and the professional competencies needed. This Community Service activity aims to improve the digital competence of Vocational High School (SMK) students in the field of accounting, especially in understanding and adopting the role of technology and AI wisely. The activity was carried out in the form of an educational seminar at SMK Al Fatah Banjarnegara involving 100 students majoring in Accounting. The material includes the transformation of the accounting profession due to digitalization, the introduction of AI-based accounting software, and the importance of data literacy and critical thinking skills. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the role of AI in accounting, as well as the formation of a mindset that AI is a tool, not a substitute for the human profession. This activity has a positive impact on fostering digital awareness, readiness to adapt, and student learning motivation. Potential future development includes practical training and replication of similar activities in other vocational schools. With the right approach, vocational school students can be prepared to become a superior and relevant vocational workforce in the era of digital transformation.

Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) masih menjadi permasalahan sosial yang signifikan di Indonesia, tak terkecuali di Kelurahan Sawah Besar. Minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang bentuk-bentuk KDRT serta jalur pelaporan dan perlindungan korban menjadi faktor pendorong tingginya angka kasus yang tidak terungkap. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi warga Kelurahan Sawah Besar terkait pencegahan, pengenalan, dan penanganan kasus KDRT melalui pendekatan edukasi partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi serangkaian lokakarya interaktif, penyuluhan berbasis komunitas, dan pembentukan kelompok dukungan dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat setempat serta ahli dari bidang hukum. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang KDRT, membentuk jaringan relawan pendamping korban yang terdiri dari 25 kader terlatih dan mengembangkan sistem pelaporan kasus berbasis komunitas yang terintegrasi dengan dinas sosial setempat. Simpulan dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis partisipatif efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif dan menciptakan sistem dukungan bagi korban KDRT. Model edukasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat direplikasi di kelurahan lain sebagai upaya strategis pencegahan dan penanganan KDRT berbasis komunitas

Budget management is an important component in ensuring the success of government programs, such as Technical Guidance (Bimtek) at the NTB Provincial Cooperative and SME Service. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effectiveness of budget management related to the implementation of Bimtek activities in the field of cooperative development during the 2021–2023 period. The methods used include interviews with service employees, collection of budget and realization data, and comparative analysis related to planning and implementation each year. The results of the study showed a discrepancy between the planned and realized budgets, which was caused by problems such as late disbursement, codification, and complexity of the reporting system. Although most activities were successful with a success rate of 90%, especially in 2021 and 2023, there was a significant decline in efficiency and productivity in 2022. As a result, real-based planning, improved administration and reporting systems, and coordination between parties are essential to improve the effectiveness of budget management in ensuring the smooth implementation of Bimtek activities.

Psychological assessment plays a crucial role in guidance and counseling by providing a deeper understanding of an individual’s psychological state however, it must be conducted in accordance with professional ethical standardsto protect the rights and dignity of clients. This article explores core ethical principles in psychological asseeement-such as informed consent, confindentiality, profesional competence, and the appropriate use of valid instruments. Based on recent literature, this paper highlights thataderece to ethical assessmens the counselor-client relationship and enhances psychological intervention outcomes.

This study aims to examine and describe the extent to which the optimization of public services in the transportation sector is implemented by the Gorontalo Regency Transportation Agency. The approach used is qualitative research with descriptive methods, in order to deeply understand the practices of transportation policies at the regional level. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of the activities and policies implemented. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of public services in the transportation sector has been taking place progressively based on three main indicators. First, service effectiveness is reflected in the implementation of regulations in accordance with the law, such as controlling private vehicles parked haphazardly to reduce congestion and routine inspections of public vehicles to ensure safety aspects. Second, efficiency is achieved through technical supervision of vehicles that are not roadworthy, including brake conditions, tire wear, and completeness of route permits, as part of efforts to reduce operational risks and improve service quality. Third, productivity increases through the use of digital technology in socialization activities and the provision of supporting infrastructure such as bus stops, terminals, adequate roads, and traffic signs. These findings indicate that the Gorontalo Regency Transportation Agency has implemented a transportation service optimization strategy that is adaptive and oriented to community needs.

Psychological assessment is an important part of guidance and counseling services because it helps counselors understand the conditions and needs of their clients more accurately. However, its implementation must adhere to ethical principles, such as maintaining confidentiality and being objective in assessment. This article aims to discuss the importance of ethics in the psychological assessment process, particularly in the context of guidance and counseling services in schools. Using a literature review method, this article examines various literature related to ethical codes, assessment principles, and challenges frequently faced by counselors. The findings indicate that counselors must understand the boundaries of their authority in using assessment tools, maintain the confidentiality of clients' data, and continuously develop their professional competencies. By applying appropriate ethics, assessments can be conducted fairly, accurately, and maintain clients' trust in counseling services.

This study discusses the importance of Guidance and Counseling (BK) activities in schools, which must be carried out by competent BK teachers or counselors. Referring to the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 111 of 2014, the presence of trained BK teachers is vital in helping students overcome academic and emotional challenges. This research aims to explore the practices of BK teachers in maintaining the confidentiality and objectivity of psychological assessment results, as well as to identify the obstacles they face. The method used is qualitative research through literature review, with data collection conducted purposively and using snowball techniques. The results indicate that ethical principles such as confidentiality, voluntariness, and openness are applied by BK teachers at school, creating a safe environment for students. However, BK teachers with non-BK educational backgrounds still have limited understanding of the code of ethics. These findings emphasize the need for enhancing BK teachers' competencies to provide more effective services in shaping students' ethics and morals and supporting their character development.

Desa Kemuning merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kec. Ngargoyoso, Kab. Karanganyar Jawa Tengah. Desa Kemuning mempunyai potensi dalam bidang pariwisata yang dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Dalam proses pengembangan desa, salah satu permasalahan yang ada pada Desa Kemuning adalah kurangnya perhatian masyarakat tentang pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dalam proses konstruksi. Sehingga Dosen Program Studi Teknik Sipil Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian yang berlokasi di Desa Kemuning yang berupa penyuluhan terkait pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dalam proses pembangunan dan pengembangan Desa Kemuning. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah survei untuk mengetahui kondisi masyarakat dan lingkungan, analisis mengenai penyuluhan yang terkait pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), penyusunan materi tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), serta melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Desa Kemuning. Berdasarkan hasil dari proses kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Kemuning yang berupa penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) untuk pelaksanaan konstruksi, dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan dan peningkatan sikap kehati-hatian dalam bekerja dibidang konstruksi dan warga semakin tahu item-item yang wajib digunakan dalam memenuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).

This study aims to identify the determinant factors in implementing innovation in the field of education in Makassar City, using qualitative research. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary. Data obtained through interviews with the education office and principals, while secondary data is data obtained from various literature such as books, laws and other related sources. The results of the study indicate that there are 3 main determinant factors in implementing innovation in the field of education, namely a). Leadership that plays an important role in implementing innovation wisely and encouraging the enthusiasm of teachers, students and stakeholders, with the commitment of visionary leaders playing a very important role in building a culture of innovation in the midst of educational transformation. Leadership can ensure that schools face future challenges and maximize technology to improve student learning outcomes. b) A conducive school culture is important for innovation and technological development in the world of education, school culture is interpreted as the quality of school life that continues to grow and develop based on a hard work ethic and certain values ​​​​held by the school. c) Resources as the fulfillment of the need for adequate resources are important so that innovation can be implemented effectively. Educational innovation strategies involve collaboration and involvement of stakeholders, such as teachers, students, parents, school administrators, and policy makers.

Corporate crime in the environmental sector is one of the biggest challenges in law enforcement in Indonesia. Companies that pollute or destroy the environment are often difficult to hold criminally liable due to the impersonal nature of their legal entities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against corporations that commit environmental crimes and the obstacles faced by law enforcement officials in proving and imposing crimes against corporations. The method used is normative juridical with a legislative approach and case studies. This research found that although there is already a fairly strong legal framework, such as in Law No. 32 of 2009 and the new Criminal Code, implementation in the field is still weak. Some of the inhibiting factors include the difficulty of proving the responsibility structure in the corporation, the lack of investigator capacity, and the influence of economic power from corporations. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, apparatus capacity, and corporate criminal accountability mechanisms that are more adaptive and firm.

Islamic family law is one of the crucial fields within Islamic law in the lives of Muslims, as it regulates family relationships, such as marriage, divorce, maintenance, child custody, inheritance, and guardianship. In the dynamics of Muslim life, family law is not only about matters of worship and social ethics but also related to justice and the protection of individual rights within the family sphere. Thus, a comprehensive approach is needed in the study of Islamic family law that is not only based on textual evidence but also on fiqh principles that can serve as a foundation in establishing Islamic law. The purpose of this research is to examine the specific fiqh principles in the field of Islamic family law, which include concepts, application examples, and the role of these fiqh principles in the context of Islamic family law. This research uses normative legal methods in qualitative form, with data obtained through library studies followed by content analysis to draw research conclusions. The research findings indicate that specific fiqh principles in the field of Islamic family law play an important role in establishing laws and resolving various issues within the family context.

This study aims to identify how the use of leadership styles in the Field of Metrology. The Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Nunukan Regency is one of the local government agencies engaged in the field of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade, including formulating policies based on their scope, implementing policies according to the scope below, and carrying out monitoring, evaluation and reporting according to their scope, carrying out service administration according to their scope and carrying out other functions given by the local government related to their duties and authorities. The Metrology Division is responsible for implementing policies that focus on the implementation of metrology in terms of calibration and recalibration services, metrology supervision and investigation activities, facilities and infrastructure and presentation of data and information in the field of metrology. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. This approach aims to explain and describe the problems faced while offering solutions to the issues raised. Data were collected through questions and answers and observations to understand the use of leadership styles in government institutions in the region. This study took five respondents who worked in the Metrology Division. The results of the study showed that 4 (four) types of leadership models were obtained which were used in the Metrology Section, namely directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented leadership, with the participative leadership model as the most dominant.

The education system in Indonesia comprises a series of interconnected components and educational activities aimed at achieving national education goals. With the growing demands for educational reform, policies related to education have undergone several modifications. Every individual in the country has the right and obligation to attain a decent life; however, in reality, many are still unable to experience genuine well-being. This situation arises because the government and leaders tend to prioritize rights over fulfilling their responsibilities. The methodology employed is qualitative, The research findings indicate that the education policies implemented have not yet fully reached all segments of society, particularly vulnerable groups, despite the presence of public participation in forums such as Musrenbang. Moreover, the success of implementation largely depends on effective coordination between central and regional governments, as well as adequate socio-political support.

This study aims to strengthen industrialization in the livestock sector to increase productivity and investment at the district and city levels. The use of modern technologies, such as digital livestock management systems, sensor-based animal health monitoring, and automated feeding systems, has increased in recent years in response to the need for efficiency and improved production outcomes. Data were collected from various livestock units, ranging from small-scale to large-scale farms, through surveys and observations over a two-year period. The analysis results show a significant positive relationship between the level of investment in livestock technology and productivity improvements, both in terms of livestock population growth and production outputs (meat, milk, eggs). Higher investment in technology tends to result in better operational efficiency, lower animal mortality rates, and improved product quality. These findings indicate that accelerating the adoption of technology in the livestock industry can be an effective strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the national livestock sector.

The implementation of this service aims to improve the skills of employees of the Social Service of Central Lombok Regency in making video documentation of annual activities and field activities using the CapCut application. using the CapCut application. Effective video documentation is the main need in conveying information and activity reports to the community and stakeholders. This training was designed in several stages, namely identification of needs, module development, implementation of theoretical and practical training, and evaluation of participants' skills through the pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in significant improvement in participants' skills, especially in the aspects of video editing, use of transition features and visual effects, and systematic narration. systematic narration. The impact of this training is expected to improve efficiency in the documentation process, reduce reliance on external services, and strengthen the transparency and accountability of the Social Affairs Office, as well as strengthen the transparency and accountability of the Central Lombok Regency in delivering information to the public.

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the education sector has undergone major changes. These changes bring great opportunities to change the learning process to be more personal, effective, and inclusive. The purpose of this journal is to analyze the potential and challenges that need to be faced in the application of AI in education so that it can run optimally. The method used in this study is the literature review method of various recent studies that discuss the use of AI in education, The results of the study show that AI has great potential to improve the personalization of learning and educational efficiency. However, there are number of significant challenges, such as limited infrastructure, privacy and data security issues, resistance from educators and students, and the digital divide that still occurs in several regions. Therefore, a strategy is needed that includes a academic laziness that reduces learning motivation, constraints on AI contextual knowledge, Inability to process complex information, loss of literacy skills, amd the risk of addiction to AI technology. With a planned and sustainable strategy, AI has great potential to improve the quality of national education and also reduce the dangers that may arise from the modern technological era.

This study aims to identify the optimal model in the integration of philosophical disciplines in the structure of the educational program of “Public Administration” students, as well as explore the features of the management of educational strategies suitable for the training of civil servants. The main focus of this research is: 1) academic management strategies to overcome curriculum overlap due to the dominance of philosophical disciplines in public administration study programs; 2) adaptation of educational programs for public administration students to be in line with the needs of the world of work, both at national and international levels; 3) characteristics of internationalization of public administration education programs, especially in the context of academic mobility and adaptation of the Indonesian public administration system to global standards. This research uses the cultural-historical analysis approach, comparative method, structural-functional method, and expert evaluation to explore and analyze problems and develop solutions. The research findings show that the dominance of traditional philosophy courses in the curriculum is often ineffective in shaping the competencies needed in the world of work. The research identified three main challenges: saturation of the curriculum with theoretical courses, lack of connection between the curriculum and the practical needs of the working world, and low use of English in teaching key courses. To address these issues, this research proposes restructuring the curriculum through the integration of three disciplinary groups: applied logic, cultural studies, and applied political science. In addition, the implementation of a contextualized bilingual learning model is also considered as a solution to improve the relevance of the curriculum. The uniqueness of this article lies in its approach that combines philosophical studies with managerial strategies in curriculum design, complemented by empirical experiences from international and cross-institutional cooperation. This article offers a reinterpretation of the utilization of philosophy as a tool for the development of professional competence in public administration education, not just as an abstract worldview.

The role of school administration is very important in carrying out the basic functions of Islamic educational institutions. School administration as the center for managing teaching and learning activities also covers various fields ranging from resource management, financial management, to planning and implementing academic policies. This research aims to identify the role of school administration in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research, which aims to collect, analyze and compile information from various literary sources in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the topic being researched. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative, with the aim of describing and interpreting information obtained from the literature. This research shows that the role of school administration is very important in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. Good administration includes technical management, creating an environment that supports the moral and spiritual development of students. With effective implementation, it is hoped that schools will be able to provide Islamic education that is not only of academic quality, but can also shape students' character in accordance with Islamic values. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for policy makers and Islamic education practitioners in formulating better management strategies, so as to improve the overall quality of Islamic education.

Rupture of the perineum is one of the common complications in vaginal delivery that can increase the risk of postpartum hemorrhage, infection, and maternal death. One of the factors that contribute to the occurrence of perineal rupture is the baby's birth weight. Babies with a birth weight of ≥4000 grams can cause greater pressure on the mother's birth canal, increasing the likelihood of tearing of perineal tissue. In Indonesia, 75% of mothers who give birth vaginally experience perineal lacerations, and postpartum bleeding is still the leading cause of 40% of maternal deaths. This study aims to determine the relationship between infant birth weight and the incidence of perineal rupture in normal childbirth at the Lusi Marbun Independent Midwife Practice, Simalungun Regency in 2022.This study uses an observational analytical design with a case control approach. A sample of 30 maternity mothers was selected using the total sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between birth weight and perineal rupture. The results showed that the majority of babies had a birth weight of <4000 grams (63.3%) and the majority of mothers experienced a second degree perineal rupture (70%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between birth weight and the incidence of perineal rupture (p-value = 0.000). There is a significant relationship between birth weight and the incidence of perineal rupture. The greater the baby's weight, the higher the risk of perineal rupture in the mother during childbirth. It is important for health workers to carry out early detection of fetal weight, provide nutrition education during pregnancy, and prepare for the delivery process optimally to minimize the risk of complications.

Kegiatan perawatan pelampung suar di wilayah kerja Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas I Tanjung Perak memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, mengingat aktivitas ini melibatkan pekerjaan fisik berat serta kondisi lapangan yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA), yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya serta menetapkan langkah pengendalian yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif observasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden, yang dipilih berdasarkan teori Arikunto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 jenis potensi kecelakaan kerja selama proses perawatan pelampung suar berlangsung. Dari jumlah tersebut, 9 termasuk dalam kategori risiko tidak diinginkan dan 4 lainnya dalam kategori dapat diterima dengan kontrol. Pengendalian risiko dilakukan melalui penerapan rekayasa teknik, pendekatan administratif, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), serta eliminasi bahaya langsung dari sumbernya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis risiko merupakan bagian penting dalam sistem manajemen keselamatan kerja di bidang navigasi laut.
