This study aims to analyze the relationship between Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands on Employee Resilience, with Job Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on employees of multinational companies in Semarang, utilizing a quantitative approach with regression analysis to evaluate direct, indirect, and interaction effects among the variables. The findings reveal that Authentic Leadership does not significantly influence Employee Resilience directly, though it demonstrates a positive trend, indicating its potential role in creating a supportive work environment for resilience development. Similarly, Organizational Support shows no significant direct effect on Employee Resilience, suggesting that individual perceptions of organizational support may be influenced by other unexamined factors. Job Demands, while having a positive relationship with Employee Resilience, are also not statistically significant, implying that well-managed work demands may positively contribute to resilience without imposing excessive stress.Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable does not significantly explain the relationship between independent variables and Employee Resilience. Additionally, the interaction effects between Job Satisfaction and the independent variables (Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands) are not significant. These findings suggest that while Job Satisfaction remains essential, its mediating or moderating role in this context is limited.Nevertheless, the overall regression model, which incorporates all variables and interactions, is statistically significant (F = 16.369; p < 0.001), indicating that the combination of these factors collectively influences Employee Resilience. This highlights the importance of considering multiple organizational factors to enhance employee adaptability and productivity.

This study focuses on analyzing the impact of accessibility, facilities, and experiences on the community's interest in visiting the Wonosari Village Hall in Grujugan, Bondowoso. The research employs a qualitative method based on a literature review, integrating various previous studies that have explored the community's interest in visiting the Wonosari Village Hall. Additionally, quantitative data were obtained through interviews with village officials and several local residents. The village hall itself plays a crucial role in supporting various administrative activities, including agendas related to both sub-district and district-level governance. The findings indicate that each variable significantly influences the community's interest in visiting the village hall. Accessibility contributes to the ease with which residents can reach the village hall, while facilities and experiences are closely linked to the satisfaction levels following their visit. Those three plays a key role in determining the extent of the community's reliance on the village hall services, particularly in the context of technological advancements that allow for the use of social media and the internet. This aims to contribute to the fields of education, social sciences, and environmental studies, and serve as a reference for other researchers interested in further exploring the Wonosari Village Hall.

Stunting is a major health problem in Indonesia which affects physical, cognitive growth and future disease risk. This study aims to analyze the effect of drinking water source quality on the prevalence of stunting in Gorontalo Province. The research is a quantitative research. The source of data in this study is secondary data with a target number of 208,303 households who are couples of childbearing age, pregnant women, and families with children 0-59 months in Gorontalo Province. Analysis result showed that there is a significant influence between drinking inadequate water and the risk of stunting with a sig value. 0.003, and the value of R = 0.956 and R² = 0.913, which means that 91.3% of the drinking water variable affects the level of stunting risk.  Inadequate water increases the risk of infections such as diarrhea, which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Providing clean water should be a priority to reduce stunting. However, this intervention needs to be complemented by improved sanitation, community education, and improved child nutrition. This study is expected to be the basis of strategic policies to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of income, financial literacy, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on the consumptive behavior of students who use Shopee from an Islamic perspective. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Shopee-using students, utilizing a Likert scale of 1–5. The sampling technique applied is accidental sampling, and data analysis is facilitated by SPSS software. The results reveal that the Adjusted R Square value of 13% indicates that income, financial literacy, and FOMO explain 13% of the variance in students' consumptive behavior, while the remaining 87% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. Simultaneous testing shows an F-value of 5.420 with a significance of 0.002, confirming that the three independent variables significantly affect students' consumptive behavior. Notably, financial literacy and FOMO have significant impacts on students' levels of consumption. This study contributes to the literature on consumptive behavior in the context of Islamic values and provides practical guidance for students to manage their consumption wisely. Additionally, the findings offer valuable insights for e-commerce platforms to design more responsible marketing strategies aligned with Islamic principles.

This research investigated the biomechanical variables of movement analysis and its essentialcomponents for handball players at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al-MustansiriyaUniversity, during a league match and university qualifiers. The data was analyzed using binary logisticregression, a mathematical model that defines the link between a dependent variable, which takes the valueof one when a goal is scored against the opposing team and zero when no goals are scored, and independentfactors. The bird swarm algorithm will be used in this research. It is one of the artificial intelligencealgorithms that rely on the intelligence of living flocks by monitoring their movements, such as birds, bees, cats, chickens, and many other swarm algorithms. The conclusions we reached from this study are as follows: When using logistic regression, we foundonly four explanatory variables that affect the dependent variable. They are detailed as follows: The twoexplanatory variables (The maximum height of the hip and Flight time until leaving the ball) and thedependent variable (shooting) have an inverse relationship and affect it. The two variables (Knee angle at themoment of thrust and The instantaneous speed of the ball) have a positive relationship with aiming and affectit. When we used the Bird Swarm algorithm, we found that all the explanatory variables included in thestudy had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The variables (Knee angle at the moment of thrust,Rising angle, Flight angle, The instantaneous speed of the ball, and the horizontal distance of theperformance) have a positive relationship, with the dependent variable (shooting). In contrast (The maximumheight of the hip and Flight time until leaving the ball) have an inverse relationship with the dependentvariable.Using the logistic model helps sports coaches and researchers to estimate and predict models, especially when the dependent variable takes values (one or zero). In contrast, we noticed that the resultswere more accurate and objective when using the bird swarm algorithm. It further helps academics, thoseinterested in sports, and coaches benefit from these results.
