In the realm of education, which prioritizes the holistic development of students' potential, extracurricular activities play an indispensable role. They not only complement the academic curriculum but also serve as effective avenues for shaping character, honing skills, and unearthing students' talents beyond the classroom. Through in-depth analysis of extracurricular activities, we can gain a better understanding of their contributions to students' potential development. This research aims to provide insights into how extracurricular activities play a crucial role in shaping the character, skills, and talents of students at MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal.This study employs a qualitative approach with a focus on phenomenology. The research location is at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal, located in Sumatra Utara. Data were obtained through interviews with the school principal, teachers, and members of the change agents. The implementation of extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents requires careful planning. Discussions on the analysis of extracurricular activities at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal encompass various aspects, ranging from the types of activities, student participation, influence on character formation, to skills and talent development.Extracurricular activity supervisors play a vital role in planning activities and ensuring their implementation aligns with the intended goals. The success of extracurricular activities heavily relies on collaboration among the school principal, activity supervisors, and students. With extracurricular activities in place, MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal has witnessed significant developments in students' interests and talents, providing positive impacts not only for the students themselves but also for the educational institution and the surrounding community.   Keywords: , , , 

Education serves as the main pillar in the effort to develop human resources, continually evolving in line with the progress of time. Within the realm of education, English language learning plays a crucial role. However, the process of English language learning often faces challenges, including low levels of student motivation. This research explores the use of gamification with integrated chatGPT as an innovative solution capable of boosting student motivation and making learning more engaging and effective. Adapting previously proposed methodologies, this application is web-based, developed using Laravel, and tested using Likert scale. The testing yielded a satisfactory average result of 83%, with a 15.64% increase in user scores. The findings of this research provide a positive contribution to enhancing the quality of English language education in Indonesia, particularly at the Junior High School level.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of fostering correctional children in LPKA Class 1 Kupang in an effort to prevent recidivism. The research method uses a qualitative method with an empirical legal research approach, sources and types of data in this study, namely primary data obtained from interviews and observations at LPKA Class 1 Kupang and secondary data obtained from literature studies, then processed by checking and correcting, then analyzed descriptively qualitative. Research results obtained: The optimization of the implementation of coaching for correctional foster children at LPKA Class 1 Kupang in an effort to prevent recidivism is carried out through personality coaching including spiritual guidance and counseling, fostering the nation and state, fostering arts and sports. While fostering independence is carried out through educational coaching, and skills coaching. In addition, reintegration and integration coaching is carried out including assimilation, conditional leave and parole. The implementation of the coaching process carried out on foster children at LPKA Class 1 Kupang is not free from various inhibiting factors including: infrastructure facilities and lack of quality human resources. Suggestion: It is expected that the LPKA Class 1 Kupang needs to improve adequate infrastructure, prepare the quality of human resources with various expertise that supports the implementation of the coaching process and cooperate with stakeholders and outside agencies, both government agencies and non-government agencies so that the coaching process can run optimally so that it can prepare foster children before returning to society. 

Single parents face stressful challenges that detrimentally affect individual well-being and disrupt family dynamics. This research reveals various strategies for coping with stress, including emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, and seeking social support. Through a qualitative approach, interviews with six single parents uncovered diverse strategies, such as emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, engaging in positive activities, participating in spiritual practices, and relying on a strong community role. Their perseverance in meeting family needs, providing quality education, and maintaining well-being demonstrates inspirational determination. The research highlights the crucial role of social support and perseverance in responding to the impact of stress on single parents, influencing overall family well-being.

The role of the younger generation in improving quality in the agricultural sector has a very crucial role. However, nowadays soil fertility in Indonesia is decreasing day by day as agricultural land use becomes more intensive. So that young people's insight regarding environmentally friendly cultivation techniques through organic farming needs to be added and strengthened to create progress in the fields of agriculture and food security. The aim of this service activity is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding of organic farming through counseling and creating demonstration plots for organic vegetable cultivation using vegetable pesticides and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to increase agricultural products and stabilize the economy of the surrounding community. The activity method is carried out through counseling, socialization and direct practice through making demonstration plots. Counseling about organic farming and its impact on the environment. The demonstration plot focused on the correct working methods and techniques in organic farming through the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and vegetable pesticides. Following this community service activity program, it shows that the knowledge and skills of the younger generation of farmers have increased regarding organic vegetable cultivation and the impact of organic farming on the environment. fine motoric development is the development of motion that includes small muscles with eye-hand coordination. Fine motor development in children is related to the movement of the body, namely, muscles, nerves, and the brain each have a very important role. To determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use with the tendency to nomophobia. This study is a type of quasy experiment with a pretest-postest quasy experiment research design with a sample of 16 respondents. Based on the results of research that has been done that the influence of lego game intervention on the development of fine motoric TK Miftahul Az-zahra desa cihea. In addition, how to give lego games for 4 days with a duration of 30 minutes. Statistical test results based on the results of collecting data on fine motoric development are summed into a MAP (Mean Arterial Preasure) so that it can be concluded a significant effect on the provision of intervention lego games with p-value 0.000 which means p-value <0.05, therefore Ho rejected and Ha accepted that there is an effect of giving lego games on fine motoric development of children in kindergarten Miftahul Az-zahra cihea village. From this study shows the effect of lego play treatment to increase fine motoric development in preschool children P-Value = 0.000 t test. Which means that Ho is rejected and the sample supports the existence of a meaningful influence.

This research aims to identify and describe the impact and benefits of the role of companion on the development of MSMEs in Kabonena Village. The role of MSME assistants will be analyzed using the four roles and skills presented by Jim Ife and Frank Tesoreiro (2006), namely the facilitative role, educational role, representational role and technical role. The type of research that the author uses in this writing is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely: observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies related to the research problem. The results of the research found that through a facilitative role, MSME actors will have the enthusiasm to run a business, the group is facilitated through various ideas and concepts in running a business, and there is a personal approach for each group member when there are problems within the group. In an educational role, the mentor will increase the awareness of all group members regarding the importance of the business they are running and provide information that is important for the development of their business. The third, in the role of accompanying representation, will help the group in using the right media in developing their business, building working networks with other parties, and sharing knowledge and experience. And finally, the role and technical skills, the assistant helps the group to use computers, and make verbal and written presentations, in running and developing their business.

According to several researchers, the trigger factors for gout show that the interaction between environmental and genetic factors plays an important role. Genetic factors that play a role in the occurrence of gout arthritis and the severity of gout arthritis are smoking habits, silica inhalation, bacterial infections, viruses, mycobacteria and the hormone estrogen. The aim of this activity is to understand gout and administer bay leaf decoction to determine the efficacy of bay leaf decoction in gout patients. Health education about gout and boiled bay leaves can increase the knowledge of Kalibuntu Village residents to make all efforts to treat gout using traditional medicine. This outreach to residents can increase residents' knowledge and skills in using traditional medicine in a simple way.

This study explores the impact of religious values on Muslim consumers' behavior toward green financing and eco-friendly products within the framework of Islamic economics. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method, surveying 250 Muslim consumers from urban areas in Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was employed to measure religiosity and eco-friendly purchasing behavior. The multiple regression analysis showed that religiosity significantly influences green purchasing behavior, with higher religiosity scores correlating with greater engagement in environmentally conscious purchasing decisions. Additionally, the t-test and ANOVA revealed significant differences between Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia-compliant groups, with the Sharia-compliant group exhibiting stronger eco-friendly purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that Islamic principles related to environmental stewardship, such as Khalifa (guardianship of the earth) and Israf (avoiding wastefulness), play a significant role in shaping consumer attitudes toward sustainability. The study concludes that religious values are a crucial determinant of green purchasing behavior and that incorporating these values into sustainability initiatives can effectively promote eco-friendly behavior, especially in communities where religion plays a central role. Policymakers and educators can leverage religious frameworks to foster sustainability and encourage more responsible consumer behavior in Muslim-majority communities.

Mercer's theory is an example of a middle range theory, it has a lower abstraction that is derived from other theories so that it can be applied to more specific areas of nursing. A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. So that the mother can provide good care for the baby and the baby can be fulfilled in psychosocial terms.

This research explores the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The findings show that the bank has succeeded in establishing a strong corporate governance structure, with the active involvement of the supervisory board and audit committee, which reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability. Bank management is considered as a reliable agent, in accordance with the principles of Agency Theory, creating positive tendencies in policies that support the interests of shareholders. In the dimensions of Stewardship Theory, banks actively integrate the interests of customers, employees and society into their GCG policies, showing the importance of a corporate culture that supports management's stewardship role. The success of GCG implementation is realized in achieving compliance with regulations and standards, with transparent financial reports. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat, through its GCG practices, has a positive impact on shareholders and other stakeholders.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global business entites, organizational effectiveness plays an increasingly crucial role. The success or failure of an organization is heavily dependent on the quality of human resources, recognized as the most vital organizational assets. This research aims to measure human resource accounting and explore the concept of behavioral accounting in two critical contexts: human resource accounting (HRA) and social accounting. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on past and current phenomena. Findings indicate that, from a conventional accounting perspective, human resources have not been fully recognized as assets. Human resource accounting is a novel concept in financial accounting, requiring further research. This understanding emphasizes that employees are considered organizational assets through a cost or human value approach. The implication is the need for integrating behavioral dimensions in human resource management and social aspects in accounting decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness holistically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral accounting theory and practice, providing insights into the role of accounting in social and human resource contexts.

The aim of this study is to examine the interconnection between financial distress, audit tenure, and profitability concerning the endorsement of the going concern audit opinion, with earnings persistence serving in a moderating role. The method applied in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with a numerical methodology. The findings of the research suggest that the duration of audit tenure and the level of profitability negatively exert an impact on approval of the going concern audit opinion. Conversely, financial distress has been demonstrated to possess a substantial impact on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. Furthermore, the persistence of earnings intensifies the impact of financial distress and profitability on the approval of the audit opinion regarding the entity's ability to continue its operations, whereas it diminishes the impact of audit tenure on the approval of the going concern audit opinion.

Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a very important role and must have the ability to maximize the potential for movement and function within the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative scope. Therefore, it is proof that physiotherapy not only plays a curative and rehabilitative role but also plays a big preventive role. Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Providing exercise therapy in the form of Free Active Movement can reduce complaints of neck pain.

Teachers who are trained and assisted in the use of technology can create learning content that is more interesting and interactive. In addition, technology also gives students the freedom to organize their own learning and choose learning resources according to their individual interests and learning styles. This research provides great benefits for teachers and students in elementary schools. This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.
