Research to determine the description of children's social emotional development and its implications for group guidance services at Ade Irma Suryani I Kindergarten, Pantai Cermin District, as well as the methods applied in this research, namely qualitative research and a field study approach. The method used for data collection was observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the principal, teacher, and 2 young children at the Ade Irma Suryani I Pantai Cermin Kindergarten.The results of this research show that the description of children's social emotional development and its implications for group guidance services implemented in schools greatly influences the process of forming social emotional development in early childhood. The implementation of group guidance in this school is focused on group guidance methods and materials. The group guidance method used is by using the group guidance method. Meanwhile, group guidance materials use loose parts materials. Supporting and inhibiting factors for early childhood social emotional development depend greatly on the environment and the role of parents. The implications of group guidance in shaping the social emotional development process of early childhood show changes, where children can achieve self-understanding and relate to other people, take responsibility for themselves, and can demonstrate good social behavior.  

This study investigates effective strategies for fostering religious discipline and filial piety in children through family-based education. Employing a qualitative research design, data were obtained via observation, in-depth interviews, and a comprehensive literature review. The findings reveal that consistent reinforcement of religious values within the family setting plays a pivotal role in shaping a child’s moral and spiritual character. Children raised in households that model regular worship practices and demonstrate respectful interpersonal behavior are more likely to exhibit strong religious commitment and courteous conduct toward their parents. These results underscore the importance of integrating religious values into daily parenting practices and offer practical insights for educators, parents, and policymakers seeking to strengthen character education in the home environment.

Adolescent identity is formed through complex interactions between various factors, in which school plays a crucial role. Schools not only serve as places of academic learning, but also as social arenas where adolescents develop interpersonal skills, values, and behavior.  Factors such as relationships with peers, support from teachers, participation in extracurricular activities, and curriculum implementation all contribute to the identity formation process. This article highlights how a positive and supportive school environment can help teenagers discover their identity, build self-confidence, and develop their potential optimally. By understanding this role, it is hoped that a holistic and inclusive educational ecosystem can be created, which supports the development of adolescents towards a healthy and constructive direction. Context has been identified as an important factor in adolescent identity formation. Education plays a very important role in shaping an individual's ethics, responsibility and intelligence. An effective educational process is expected to develop students' attitudes, knowledge and skills so that they can adapt optimally to their social environment. In this context, social interactions in the school environment, especially with peers, teachers and school staff, greatly influence the formation of adolescents' self-identity. This identity formation involves a dynamic interaction between internal and external factors, where the school environment plays a significant role in shaping teenagers' thought patterns, values, attitudes and behavior. Peers serve as social references that influence adolescents' self-confidence and self-esteem, while relationships with teachers provide emotional guidance and character formation. Apart from that, social media also influences the way teenagers present themselves in the digital world. The formation of a healthy self-identity in adolescents is very dependent on an inclusive, supportive environment, as well as cooperation between schools and parents. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of social interactions in the school environment as a factor that supports the development of a positive identity in adolescents and prepares them to face life challenges in the future.

This article discusses the ability of Accounting students of Medan State Polytechnic in managing personal finances which include five main aspects: spending money according to needs, paying obligations on time, planning finances for the future, saving, and setting aside money for personal and family needs. Most students show good ability in financial management, although some still face challenges, such as difficulty saving and managing expenses. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the majority of students are in the good to very good category in financial management. This finding reveals that although some students have large pocket money, their financial management behavior is not yet completely ideal, so it requires more awareness in acting financially. The influence of family, environment, and education plays an important role in shaping students' financial habits, where parents are the main factors.  

Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Children's emotional development during childhood is a very important basis in forming attitudes, values ​​and behavior in the future. Parenting styles play a very important role in the formation and emotional development of children. This research examines various types of parenting patterns applied by parents and their impact on children's psychological well-being. Based on literature analysis from ten journals, it was found that positive parenting styles, such as authoritative, can support the development of children's emotional regulation and self-confidence. On the other hand, authoritarian or permissive parenting can actually hinder a child's ability to express emotions in a healthy way. The results of this study show that early social experiences and a positive family environment greatly influence children's emotional development, which ultimately has an impact on their success in the future. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause smoking behavior in class XI students at SMP X Surakarta. Smoking behavior among teenagers, especially in school environments, is a significant problem, because it can affect students' physical and mental health. This research uses observation and interview methods with students who are involved in smoking behavior. The results of the research show that the main factors influencing students' smoking behavior are the influence of peers, boredom during class, and the emotional pressure or stress felt by students. Apart from that, family factors also play a role in smoking habits, such as the presence of family members who smoke. Smoking intensity varied between students, with the most frequently chosen smoking areas being hidden areas at school and home. The impacts of this behavior include serious health risks and reduced quality of life. Therefore, this research suggests increasing health education in schools, providing education to parents, strict supervision in the school environment, and providing alternative positive activities for students. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into efforts to prevent smoking among teenagers and create a healthier environment.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media and explore how it influences the views and understanding of religious knowledge among Muslim youth. Using a qualitative approach, the study provides a detailed exploration of adolescents' perceptions of religious content accessed through social media and its impact on their understanding of Islam. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding among youth. The majority of participants access religious content through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with most feeling that this content helps them gain a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. This positive influence includes increased motivation to engage in worship and improve daily behavior in accordance with religious principles. However, participants also noted challenges related to the quality of information, which is often inaccurate or superficial. Nonetheless, social media fosters a strong sense of community through interactions in discussion groups and collaboration in religious learning. The study concludes that while social media has great potential to enrich religious knowledge among youth, it is important for adolescents to select credible sources, and for parents and educators to provide guidance on the wise use of social media.

The development of empathy character in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also socially sensitive. This study aims to explore effective learning strategies to instill empathy in students. The method employed is a literature review by analyzing various sources related to Islamic value-based learning strategies. The findings indicate that strategies such as project-based learning, simulations, reflective discussions, story-based learning, collaborative activities, and social actions effectively foster empathy. These strategies provide profound emotional and social experiences while aligning with Islamic teachings. For example, storytelling about prophets and charity activities effectively instill empathy through direct and contextual experiences. In conclusion, fostering empathy requires a holistic approach integrating practical experiences with Islamic values. Educators are advised to receive training on implementing these strategies, while parents should model empathetic behavior at home. Future research is recommended to empirically evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in various educational settings.

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in character development within the family, focusing on strategies for fostering faith, worship, and ethics in the face of the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The family, as the primary educational institution, plays a crucial role in shaping the character of children, encompassing spiritual, moral, and social development. In the modern era, external influences through social media and globalization present significant challenges to family education, particularly in maintaining faith, practicing worship, and developing noble ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach, using literature review and in-depth interviews with parents and Islamic educators. The findings indicate that the strategy for fostering faith is carried out through the teaching of religious values, such as discipline in worship, and strengthening the relationship with Allah SWT. Worship development is emphasized through the practice of congregational prayer and voluntary worship, while the formation of ethics is achieved through role modeling, positive communication, and the habitual practice of good behavior in daily life. However, families face considerable challenges in implementing these educational strategies, including the influence of foreign cultures, the misuse of technology, and the busyness of parents. Nonetheless, with the wise use of technology and consistent family-based education, the goals of character education based on faith, worship, and ethics can be achieved. This study provides recommendations for parents and educators to continue strengthening the role of the family in educating children by emphasizing the importance of Islamic values in everyday life and utilizing technology to support positive educational processes

In essence, technology has become an inseparable part of children's lives today. However, inappropriate use of technology can impact their development. The technology that exists today has a big influence on the progress of a nation and for this reason the role of parents and educators must be to be able to encourage and provide control and supervision to children so that they do not become addicted to technology. because technology can expand knowledge through the internet and digital devices, increase creativity to be creative in developing skills and can facilitate learning. However, current technology can also have negative impacts, such as children becoming dependent and spending time in front of screens, social interactions and even children having more fun in front of the screen than playing in the surrounding environment. In today's sophisticated era, being free from gadgets is difficult. Because gadgets are a major need for children and parents, because they can be used to communicate and carry out other needs. The aim of this research is to describe or describe in full the impact of gadget use on the social behavior of young children. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that will allow us to explore and analyze more complex problems, understand the perspectives of various stakeholders, and gain a deeper understanding of the context of the influence of devices on a child. The research hopes that the results obtained can be used as a benchmark for parents and teachers in controlling children's use of technology.

The aim of this research is to explore the role of parents in shaping the religious character of children through Christian Religious Education in the city. The type of research conducted is field research with a qualitative research model. The data sources used in this study include both primary and secondary data. The data collection methods employed are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis is carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that parents play a crucial role in shaping the religious character of their children through several approaches. These include educating through behavioral examples, implementing an early education system, establishing a system of habituation, fostering a culture of dialogue between parents and children, and applying principles of justice in managing available time. Behavioral examples provided by parents have proven to be highly effective in guiding children to become useful individuals. For these behaviors to be truly effective, they must be supported by consistent policies applied across all aspects of daily life.

This research aims to determine the role of school principals in improving Islamic character through the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro. The leadership of the school principal is the main factor in creating superior competitive schools, through good educational programs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data through interviews, direct observation, and necessary school documents. The research results show that a school principal who is effective in improving Islamic character through this program must have a strong commitment, good managerial skills and be able to build effective communication with teachers, students and parents. The morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro has succeeded in increasing student awareness and understanding of the character of Islam. Students who actively participate show an increase in more Islamic behavior. Researchers also found obstacles such as a lack of time given, and many students were still indifferent to this program. In this way, the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro is felt to have succeeded in increasing students' awareness and understanding of the teachings of Islamic character values. And it is hoped that all students can become a generation of people who care about the character of Islam in their daily lives.

Education is the main means for humans to develop and show their existence as humans. One of the factors that causes education in humans is the factor of parents. Children basically have habits (education) as well as the habits of their parents. As a child, of course, he will always follow the behavior of his parents, namely the habits of his parents. The purpose of education in the family is for children to develop well, covering all aspects of child development, namely intellectual, physical and spiritual. Another goal is to assist schools or other educational institutions in developing the personality of their students. Parents play an important role in shaping children's character. In this case, parents are an example for their children in behaving, behaving, and facing problems in their lives.  

The effects of digital media on children are unfortunate given how much of an impact they have on the world. Children who are exposed to violent media may act aggressively both physically and verbally. Either right away after media exposure or months and possibly years later, the behavior takes place. Children will act according to what they see for most of their lives, which means how much time they spend watching content that endangers their lives, such as hateful material about other children, peers, adults, or animals, inciting racism, or posting or disturbing images. Children become aggressive due to violent television shows. “Television can harm children by making them passive learners, distracting them from doing homework, teaching them models of violent aggression, and presenting them with an unrealistic world view.” A qualitative approach with a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) 2020 - based systematic review method is used in this study. The sample criteria used were derived from articles or journals that investigated the impact of media on aggressive behaviour in children aged 0-18 years. Children who spend 2-5 hours per day watching television can become aggressive. Violence-inducing television shows and online games, if consumed daily, will gradually lead to aggressive behavior, both verbally and physically. Social media will teach you to be verbally aggressive in the online world. Parents and teachers play an important role in children's development. Parents are expected to accompany their children to all home activities, while teachers are encouraged to educate students on the dangers of excessive digital media use.

This type of research is qualitative research. This research aims to examine the role of the environment on children's socio-emotional development. The method used in this research is qualitative research with interviews as a data collection technique which was carried out on Saturday 26 October 2024. This research was conducted in the village of Bandar Putih Tua, Anak Ratu Aji, Central Lampung with the research subjects being 5 children aged 7-10 the year that is the data source. The research results show that the family environment has a significant impact on children's emotional management, while the peer environment influences children's social behavior, both positively and negatively. The school environment, on the other hand, plays a role in shaping children's emotional stability and social skills through interactions with teachers and peers. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the environment plays a very important role in children's socio-emotional development, and the role of parents and the regulation of the social environment around children greatly determines their social and emotional development. It is hoped that this research will provide deeper insight into the importance of creating a supportive environment for children's socio-emotional development.

Corruption remains a major challenge in Indonesia. Education plays a crucial role in instilling anti-corruption values from an early age to shape individuals with integrity. One of the core values in anti-corruption education is hard work, which contributes to developing children’s character, fostering independence, discipline, and perseverance. This study aims to analyze how instilling anti-corruption values through hard work can shape children's character in elementary schools. This socialization activities employs a direct socialization method involving students at SDN 023 Samarinda Utara through various activities, such as counseling, simulations, and educational games. The findings indicate that students experience an increased understanding of the importance of integrity and hard work in daily life. Participants demonstrated positive changes in attitude and behavior, such as increased motivation to complete school assignments honestly and responsibly. Thus, instilling anti-corruption values through hard work proves effective in shaping children’s character with integrity. Therefore, the continuation of anti-corruption education programs in schools is essential, involving teachers, parents, and the educational community to create a corruption-free generation.

Problems that are often experienced by adolescents today are problems around sexuality, especially premarital sex The formation of premarital sexual behavior resulting in various impacts on health is influenced by several factors that affect sexual behavior in adolescents, especially in Indonesia. The techniques include a national and international litrature review through the use of key words and selections based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as 10 articles, 8 of which were published in national journal and 2 of which were published in international journals. The health behavior of a person or community is formed from three main factors, namely predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors, several factors that influence sexual behavior, namely knowledge, information media, parental attitudes, peers. that there are factors that influence the use of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Indonesia, many of which are influenced by predisposing factors, namely knowledge and attitudes, the second supporting factor is the role of parents and the third driving factor is the influence of peers.

We sought to investigate how families in Jorong Balai Panjang Nagari Saniang Baka, X Koto Singkarak District, Solok Regency, teach moral principles to their children. The author is interested in studying the role of parents in developing morals in children in the family environment at Jorong Balai Panjang Nagari Saniang Baka because they want to know about the younger generation who reflect superior ethics (morals). This research highlights several aspects of the depth of information collected from interviews and uses qualitative methods supported by field observation techniques. In District The leader or head of the jorong and friends act as informants to support the research. According to research, parents have a significant influence on the development of their children's moral principles (morals). This research highlights the important role of parents in shaping children's moral character in the family context. Parents play a number of roles, including modeling appropriate language and accent when speaking to their children, influencing their behavior and relationships, being role models and motivators, and teaching their children about religion. If these roles are fulfilled, it is likely that the offspring will have good morals. There are many things that are difficult for parents to regulate regarding children's behavior, such as contact with people outside the household, cell phone use, and the games they play. All of these obstacles lie within the child himself. If the child is willing to change and is willing to listen to the words of advice from his parents then these obstacles can be overcome.

Sexual behavior among teenagers in class VIII of Gajah Mada Middle School, Medan Selayang, many of them engage in sexual behavior. Sexual behavior in adolescent students of class VIII SMP Gajah Mada Medan Selayang is related to knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents in sexual behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents with sexual behavior among adolescent students in class VIII of SMP Medan Selayang in 2024. This type of research is descriptive analytical survey research with a research plan (cross sectional study). The population in this study were all teenagers in class VIII of SMP Gajah Mada Medan Selayang, totaling 50 students and a sample of 50 respondents. This data collection technique uses primary and secondary data. This data was analyzed using the chi square test with a knowledge level of 95%. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents and there is a relationship between sexual behavior in teenagers in class VIII of Gajah Mada Middle School Medan Selayang in 2024, that the more knowledge teenagers have can reduce sexual behavior in teenagers based on the results of the chisquare statistical test using The SPSS application obtained a p-value = 0.000, thus, p-value (0.000) <0.05. A meaningful conclusion can be stated that the knowledge and role of parents regarding sexual behavior has an influence on teenagers because teenagers who have good knowledge will make it easier for teenagers to get information about healthy sexual behavior.
