Regional development is usually a manifestation of the desire of the people in a region to grow and develop in the economic, political, social, cultural and security fields, in geographical dimensions. The level of regional development can be seen from the ratio of the built-up area to the total area. The greater the ratio, the higher the level of regional development. Regional expansion, or rather dividing an autonomous region into several regions, aims to bring closer and optimize government services to the community, accelerate development growth in order to improve the welfare of the people in the area. Regional expansion is a phenomenon that accompanies the implementation of regional government in Indonesia. This study is motivated by the study of prophetic traditions on fasting on Friday, there is also this study means to pursue how the traditions of the prophet will fast on Friday and also the explanation of the traditions of the prophet on fasting on Friday. Because again many believers do not understand if fasting 1 day specifically on Friday is prohibited and allowed if accompanied by 1 day before and 1 day after the same as contained in the traditions of the Prophet. In this study, the observer used a type of library research by accumulating data directly from the library or from romances related to the essay's subject by direct methods. In contrast, the type of study used in this study is a qualitative study by observing the procedures for understanding the conversations of the apostle by considering various thoughts or by general methods, which is a science that discusses the methodological principles (methods and procedures) of understanding the conversations of the apostle as a result of which the apostle's conversations can be understood by suitable methods. The explanation of the Prophetic traditions on fasting on Friday uses a contextual approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of Believers avoid fasting on Friday. Not only that, in the conversation of the apostle the Apostle also ordered his people to fast on Friday accompanied by 1 day before or 1 day after which is found in the narration of Sahih Bukhari: meaning “None of you should fast on Friday but accompanied by one day at a time before or after it”.

This research explores the use of the Paylatter system (instalmental payments) from a hadith perspective in an effort to understand its relevance to Islamic religious principles. The Paylatter system is a payment method that allows buyers to pay for goods or services in several installments, which is developing rapidly in the modern era. The aim of this research is to find out explanations of the hadiths that explain the paylatter system and to find out how to thematically understand the hadiths that explain the paylatter system. The research method used in this study is literature study, which involves searching, analyzing and synthesizing scientific literature relevant to the topic. The results of this research reveal various views from scholars and researchers in existing literature. This study discusses various arguments that have emerged in the literature about whether the use of paylatter systems is in accordance with the principles of hadith and Islamic ethics. From the research results, it is known that there are elements of benefit in the form of processes and procedures that are fast and more useful, have varying time periods, and also have various attractive promotions. As for the detrimental elements, there are additional fees and interest, causing users to feel addicted and losing money, and can tarnish credit reputation and tarnish BI checking. The paylatter system uses a qardh contract which is permitted in Islam if it meets the pillars and conditions. Some scholars allow paylatter as long as there are no additional late fees, others prohibit it because there are many disadvantages.

. The preservation of static archives in the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal and administrative evidence of marriage for the community. However, many marriage records created between 1978 and 2002 at the Office of Religious Affairs of Medan Labuhan Subdistrict have experienced physical deterioration due to age, storage limitations, and environmental factors. Based on archival observations, out of 51 archival bundles (2,550 records), 76.4% were categorized as damaged, while only 23.5% remained in good condition. This condition highlights the urgency of implementing a systematic digitalization strategy as an effort to preserve static archives and ensure long-term access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marriage archive digitalization as a preservation strategy and to examine its effectiveness in maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of archival records. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, documentation analysis, and field-based data interpretation. The findings indicate that digitalization contributes significantly to minimizing physical handling, preventing further deterioration, improving retrieval efficiency, and strengthening archival security. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of standardized procedures, and human resource constraints. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technological transition but a strategic preservation effort that requires institutional commitment, proper archival management standards, and sustainable planning. By integrating digital preservation practices into archival governance, the Office of Religious Affairs can enhance the protection of marriage archives as static archives and ensure their continued legal and administrative value for future generations.

The Social Cognitive Theory proposed by Albert Bandura emphasizes that learning occurs largely through the process of observation. Teachers play an important role as models who provide direct examples so that students can understand and imitate a particular action or skill. This study aims to describe the implementation of Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory through modeling strategies in Islamic Jurisprudence learning on the material "Ablution Procedures" in class IA MI Al Ikhlas. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subjects being Islamic Jurisprudence subject teachers for class I and 25 class IA students. The research objects include the application of Bandura's modeling theory in Islamic Jurisprudence learning and students' abilities in practicing ablution procedures. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of modeling strategies in Islamic Jurisprudence learning consists of three stages, namely: (1) the planning stage, where the teacher prepares a learning plan; (2) the implementation stage, which includes four core processes, namely attention (students pay attention to examples from the teacher), retention (students record information in memory), reproduction (students practice ablution procedures), and motivation (the teacher provides reinforcement in the form of praise or rewards); and (3) the evaluation stage, which is carried out through written, oral and practical tests. The application of this theory has proven effective in improving students' ability to practice ablution correctly.

This meta-analysis examined the relationship between social support and medication adherence among multiple sclerosis (MS) patients through a synthesis of 47 studies (N=12,356). The findings confirmed a significant positive correlation (r=0.42, p<0.001, 95% CI [0.38, 0.46]) with substantial heterogeneity (I²=84.0%). Contrary to Cohen et al.'s (2019) finding that informational support was the strongest predictor, our moderator analyses revealed emotional support as the most robust predictor (β=0.39, p<0.001). Furthermore, this research demonstrated that the effects of social support on MS medication adherence were stronger among women (β=0.18, p=0.023) and patients with longer disease duration (β=0.24, p=0.009), extending Franqueiro et al.'s (2023) findings regarding gender differences in social support effectiveness. Family support showed the largest effect (r=0.48, p<0.001), followed by friends (r=0.40, p<0.001) and healthcare providers (r=0.35, p<0.001). Moreover, mediation modeling revealed a significant role of self-efficacy (indirect effect=0.21, 95% CI [0.17, 0.25]), expanding upon Bandura's (2018) model. Supporting Lavorgna et al.'s (2018) findings, our results confirmed that online social support proved equally effective as offline support (Q=1.87, p=0.171). These findings demonstrated robustness through sensitivity analyses and trim-and-fill procedures, confirming resilience against publication bias (adjusted r=0.39, 95% CI [0.35, 0.43]). The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive identification of key moderators and underlying mechanisms in the social support-medication adherence relationship and the first empirical testing of an integrated mediation model incorporating social support, self-efficacy, and medication adherence in the MS context.

Projects run by a company or organization often fail or do not achieve the planned goals, this is not uncommon due to errors in carrying out the project., Regarding the existence of financial losses of the State, in the legal dimension of the State administration is in principle oriented towards the recovery of these losses, and can be applied cumulatively with other sanctions, namely: administrative, criminal and civil witnesses. The purpose of this study is for the Mechanism for Returning State Financial Losses Due to Failed Projects. This type of research is a normative research approach to legislative research (Statute Approach) and through primary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the study, if the settlement of regional loss cases by deliberation for consensus is not reached, then the local government should be able to do other ways in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Presidential Regulation on Government Procurement of Goods/Services, namely through arbitration, alternative dispute resolution or court in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Alternative dispute resolution is an out-of-court dispute resolution institution through procedures agreed upon by the parties, consisting of negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and expert assessment. Therefore, local governments should seek to recover regional losses by means of asbitrase and alternative dispute resolution first, before handing over the case of regional losses to APH.

This research discusses the Problems of the Existence of Swallow's Nests and the procedures and permits for their establishment in Gorontalo Regency. The method used in the research is empirical, with qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes and describes data and field facts. The results of the research show that the problems with the existence of swallow nests in Gorontalo Regency consist of; Neighbors' rights were not fulfilled when the building was erected, because the swallowtail bird's nest building, apart from being erected without the permission of the closest neighbors, was also located right near a residential area. The noise from recorded bird calls can disrupt people's activities, and the presence of bird nests does not rule out the possibility of carrying various types of diseases. The lack of permit processing, where the construction of swallow nests in the Gorontalo Regency area has not yet fully obtained a building permit, because for the construction of swallow nests there were no proposals received by the government. Triggering conflict, where it is feared that building swiftlet nests could develop bird flu, cause odors caused by swiftlet feces, the smell of rubbish used as additional food for swiftlets, disrupt air quality, and pollute residents' reservoir water. Apart from that, this conflict can occur because the owner of the swallow's nest building is not domiciled on the premises, so it becomes a problem in itself. The construction of swallow's nests in Gorontalo Regency does not comply with the procedures and permits for establishment as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 71 of 1999 concerning Guidelines for the Management and Business of Swallow's Nests, where Chapter III Article 4 is managed with the permission of the Regional Head. Apart from that, it is not yet based on Law Number 28 of 2009 regarding Regional Taxes and Retributions, as well as Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2020 concerning Swallow's Nest Tax in Gorontalo Regency. This is due to weak awareness of environmental law, the community does not understand the procedures for establishing wallet bird nests and local government outreach has not been optimal.
