This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the implementation of employee performance in the office at PT XYZ which includes maintenance scheduling as well as obstacles and solutions in analyzing the implementation of employee performance in the office. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of employee performance at the PT XYZ office has performed well.

Social Sciences (IPS) is a science related to the social environment and a branch of science that studies human behavior as members of society. Social studies is studied at primary education, secondary education, and even tertiary level. In social studies, history, geography, sociology, economics, and so on are studied. In economics, there is discussion about the green economy. Green economy is an economic idea that aims to improve welfare and social equality, while reducing the risk of environmental damage. This research aims to analyze how a green economy can develop the spirit of green entrepreneurship, especially in elementary school students. This research uses qualitative methods and the data collection technique uses library research by collecting data sourced from books, journals or literature that discuss the problems discussed.

From the results of this research, it can be seen that procurement of office facilities and infrastructure must be carried out regularly so that work can run properly, and employees can work comfortably without any complaints when in the office.

In the context of effectiveness, a good level of understanding of the archive system can create improvements in employee work. This research provides insight for employees into the importance of understanding the archive system within the institution. In this way, there will be an improvement in the archive system in the institution as a whole.

The development of information technology is important, especially in the field of education, in supporting the learning process for the better. Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan, which carries the IT Based Paperless concept, is one of the campuses that supports the development of information technology. SI Lifeskills was introduced to record and integrate the development of students' academic achievements, where this system helps Life Skills courses to be more organized and effective. The system development demand was carried out in order to increase needs, especially in terms of user experience (UX). This service is carried out as a form of activity to increase comfort in learning services using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The evaluation stages carried out in this research used Heuristic Evaluation with 10 parameter aspects. The Heuristic Evaluation test results obtained Severity Ratings 0 with 8 points and Severity Ratings 1 with 2 points. The evaluation results show that the system is comfortable to use with problems that have minimal impact on the user so that repairs are not needed if time is limited.

This research discusses complex problems in child development psychology, especially those experienced in the family environment. Difficulty in educating children who do not meet expectations can hinder growth and development according to their age. The family environment has a crucial role as a good educator, meeting standards as a necessity for parents. Failure in this case has a serious impact on the psychology of child development, because of the close relationship between parents and children to support their future. The importance of the family environment, especially the role of parents, as the first education for child development psychology is the main focus of this research. The child's development process in language, physical-motor and emotional aspects requires critical support from the family environment as capital for the child's future life. Early childhood experiences a vulnerable phase called the Golden Age, where their development experiences a significant spike and does not repeat itself in the following age period. Developmental psychology is defined as qualitative changes in an individual's personality, more than quantitative changes. Child development includes physical, intellectual, social, linguistic, emotional, moral and religious aspects, all of which are integrated into one whole. This research describes the complexity of an individual's life personality development, distinguishing from various main aspects, including physical and motoric, intellectual, social, language, emotional, moral and religious. The findings from this research provide in-depth insight into how the family environment can play a critical role in shaping a child's development, with major implications for that individual's well-being and future.

Domestic violence occurs due to the mental and mental immaturity of each partner, so they do not really understand how to resolve the problems that occur in their household, so that the impact that occurs is physical, mental, psychological violence and so on. The aim of the community service implementation activity is to educate the importance of knowledge about domestic violence and early marriage in order to avoid or reduce domestic violence and early marriage in Pandan Kasturi Village.

In order for children with special needs to reach their full potential, it is important that they should be given support rather than ignored or ostracized.  Children suffering from physical or mental health problems should receive different care than other children.  Similarly, to improve learning achievement and, in particular, to give priority to the improvement of physical and mental growth they must be equipped with the necessary means and facilities for their activities.

Research conducted at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency aims to find out and analyze the actual value of advertising tax revenue with the aim of increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). This research also seeks to understand and analyze the causes of the decline in advertising tax revenues, as well as the factors that cause low taxpayer compliance. Using a descriptive approach, this research relies on interview findings and data regarding advertising tax targets and realization from 2014 to 2018. Data analysis involves surveys at research locations to collect information and draw conclusions, comparing identified problems with relevant theories to obtain support.The lack of contribution from advertising tax revenues to the Medan City Regional Tax Revenue and Retribution Agency is hampering the increase in PAD, due to low performance in achieving predetermined targets and the ineffectiveness of existing regulations. These regulations, especially those that limit the placement of advertisements, such as prohibiting sidewalks and roads and requiring the placement of advertisements on privately owned land, create obstacles for advertising businesses in obtaining location permits. The lack of taxpayer compliance is influenced by several factors such as weak enforcement and supervision of Satpol PP, limited awareness of advertisers, tax officers' inadequate efforts to interact with taxpayers, the large number of taxpayers who do not report, and public expectations regarding the solution. advertising tax arrears.  

Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. Interpersonal communication is a scientific discipline that is seen as capable of realizing a person's mental health, because within the scope of its study, interpersonal communication is dialogical in nature. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. The process of providing health information can be done using promotional media. The implementation of mental health promotion aims to be an important step in conveying a knowledge base that often arises so that it can be used in the form of effective practice in a regulation. Problems regarding the status of Village-Owned Enterprises (often called BUMDes) which were originally business entities changed to legal entities after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, but in fact there are still many BUMDes that have not been registered as legal entities due to a lack of knowledge from the village government itself or there is no desire to do so. BUMDes is a legal entity. The aim of this research was to analyze problems regarding BUMDes regulations which state they are legal entities and the legal consequences if BUMDes is not registered as a legal entity. The method used in this research is normative juridical, using a statutory and conceptual approach.

Numerous efforts have been made to improve English language learning in non-formal institutions. One of them is by developing interesting teaching-learning media. The learning media used in this program is a student final exam product which is assessed in the Intensive Reading Course, where students are asked to read continuously about one short story, then conduct it into literary elements such as characterization, storyline, etc. After this progress, creative visual learning media was created using materials like paper or cardboard equipped with attractive colors. The objectives of this program include several things; firstly, improving the English language skills of children in the Manggrove Leaf Community, secondly, through learning media, it can be integrated into mastering vocabulary and pronunciation, and thirdly, children can retell what they hear in their own words. It is hoped that the method applied will continue to increase children's efforts in creative and enjoyable learning processes in various non-formal institutions. Some things that are considered priority problems that must be resolved include first, increasing English vocabulary, second, pronunciation of English vocabulary, and third, increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning English. The solution offered is creative and fun English learning through visual learning media.

There are 7 components that need to be known in TPACK, including Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. Human life cannot be separated from economic problems that affect human relationships with other humans. These relationships must be based on Islamic religious norms which regulate all aspects of life, including those related to muamalah issues. As part of our efforts to develop an Islamic economic system, we are trying to find a concept of the main ideas of that time as inspiration and guidance. For this reason, the author tries to convey the main thoughts of one of the scholars, namely: Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taimiyah which relates to economic issues, he has very in-depth knowledge about Islamic teachings. Islam today requires a clear economic perspective regarding what is expected and how these things can be achieved. To achieve these rights requires freedom in the economy and property rights limited by moral law and supervised by a state that is just and capable of enforcing sharia law. All economic activities are permitted unless the activity is expressly prohibited by the Shari'a.

Water pollution in the Deli River refers to a situation where the quality of river water decreases due to the intrusion of pollutants from various sources. The Deli River, like many other rivers, can be polluted by various types of waste from industrial, domestic, agricultural and other human activities, thus exceeding the river's natural recovery capacity.
