Managing employee payroll is a crucial aspect in agency administration, including at the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center. The manual payroll system that is still used often causes problems such as calculation errors, late payments and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop a website-based payroll application to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in payroll management. This application was developed using the waterfall method with PHP and MySQL-based technology, and is designed to be accessed by administration and branch heads. The main features provided include managing employee data, automatic salary calculations, creating digital pay slips, and real-time payroll reports. Test results show that this application is able to reduce calculation errors and speed up the pay slip distribution process. With this application, it is hoped that the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center can manage payroll more efficiently and accurately, as well as becoming a reference for other agencies facing similar problems. This research contributes to the development of a website-based payroll management information system, both academically and practically.

Effective drug inventory management is essential for hospital pharmacy management to prevent stock shortages and waste due to expiration. Bina Kasih Hospital faces obstacles such as manual recording and reporting difficulties. This study designs a web-based drug inventory information system with waterfall methodology, using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap interface. This system allows real-time data access, stock tracking, automatic notification, and data integration. Testing using black-box and user acceptance testing showed increased operational efficiency, with a reduction in recording errors of up to 80% and an acceleration of reporting of up to 50%. This system supports auditing, reporting, and data integration. This solution is expected to optimize Bina Kasih Hospital's pharmacy management, with the potential for further development for integration with electronic medical record modules and procurement systems.

Usaha UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan singkong seperti Gethuk Crispy, Gemblong Cotot, dan Singkong Keju. Lokasi bisnis ini adalah di Dusun Krajan, Desa Doplang, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang. UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong menghadapi masalah dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan produk, memantau stok dan ketersediaan produk, dan membuat laporan dengan cara yang lebih konvensional atau berbasis kertas. Menurut pendapat kami, penerapan sistem informasi penjualan adalah langkah yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Sistem informasi ini berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.

Guava Komputer adalah toko yang menyediakan berbagai produk komputer dan laptop, termasuk laptop, desktop, aksesori, perangkat keras, dan perangkat lunak dari merek-merek terkemuka. Namun, dalam proses bisnisnya, toko ini menghadapi masalah dimana pelanggan sering kesulitan memilih laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, akibat banyaknya tawaran yang diberikan oleh pegawai toko. Selain itu, pegawai juga merasa kesulitan saat melayani banyak pengunjung. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), yang dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode AHP membantu dalam menentukan urutan alternatif dan memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif membantu pelanggan menemukan laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, dengan nilai tertinggi yang disarankan. Sistem ini diuji dengan skor validitas 4,63 (sangat baik) dan efektivitas 90% (sangat efektif), serta telah berhasil diuji oleh penguji internal dan eksternal, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini bekerja sesuai harapan dan memberikan informasi yang valid dan efektif.

Currently, stock processing and transactions at Aldi grocery stores are still done manually, making it inefficient. This situation sometimes causes Aldi stores to experience differences in data between the income and expenditure of goods. By creating this application, user errors in recording goods expenditure are minimized. This application has been successfully built using PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Visual Studio and XAMPP. This application aims to make it easier for users to record incoming and outgoing goods and ongoing transactions so that recording is made computerized, and based on the results of black box testing, this application works with the desired output. The use of information systems in the medical world is very much, but there are still some who have not utilised these information systems to help the work of a medical staff, especially in helping the development of mental health. The system used to help improve mental health at Dr Muhammad Zein Hospital is currently still conventional, namely face-to-face between medical personnel and patients, which makes adolescents who have problems with their mental health have various reasons not to visit a psychiatrist. This web-based adolescent mental health screening application is designed using the php programming language, MySQL database and a decision-making system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By implementing this Web-based Adolescent Mental Health Screening Application Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, it is hoped that it can help adolescents to know their mental health independently and provide information and education about mental health disorders.

The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The development of information technology today is much faster than in previous years, making business people required to follow developments by implementing technology and communication intensively in various sectors. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one important aspect in building good relationships between companies and customers.The aims of the study were  to design and implement a web-based CRM system that suits the needs of this company, a company that is engaged in the production and sales of furniture. The data was obtained through (1) field research, (2) library research, and (3)  The method used in the research is the waterfall system development method by using PHP and MySQL programming languages The results of the study indicate that this system has an average presentation value of 84.07%, indicating that the system is very feasible to implement. This system is able to increase interaction and communication with customers, which in turn significantly increases customer satisfaction and improves the quality of service overall. Thus, this system can be the right solution for this company in overcoming the challenges in the increasingly competitive business era and achieving competitive advantage in the furniture industry.

This study aims to design and implement a Village Information System (SID) in Bungko Village, Kotamobagu Selatan District, to improve administrative efficiency and public services. The developed system enables village officials to manage population data, process service requests, and generate financial reports more quickly and organized. Village residents can also access services online, submit requests, and easily monitor the status of their services. The SID implementation uses web-based technology, including PHP, and MySQL, ensuring data security and reliability. The results of this study show that the SID can enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in village governance. However, improving technology infrastructure, user training, and integration with other systems are essential for further development. This study is expected to serve as a model for other villages in implementing technology to advance administration and public services.

This research discusses the design of correspondence filing applications at the Subdivision of the Gerindra Faction of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD. The letter filing system that is still done manually causes various obstacles such as difficulty in finding documents, the risk of damage and loss of physical documents, and inefficiency in archive management. The purpose of this research is to design a computer-based application to optimize the process of filing incoming letters and outgoing letters. The system development method used is waterfall with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application is designed using PHP programming language and MySQL database to store mail data. The results showed that the designed application can facilitate the process of archiving, searching, and managing correspondence digitally and increase work efficiency in the Gerindra Faction Subdivision of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD. This system is also equipped with a security feature in the form of a user login to maintain document confidentiality.

Personnel Leave Application Information System Application: The Personnel Leave Information System at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital is an application built for the web-based leave application process. This research was conducted on the Staff Leave Information System at the Regional General Hospital of Batu Bara Regency using research methods, namely the Observation method, Library Research, Field Research, needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. This application was built using software, namely the PHP programming language, HTML, CodeIgniter, Composer database used by MySQL. The application built operates on the Windows Operating System. Based on the problems currently being faced by Vocational School Diponegoro Banyuputih, one of which is the problem of student savings, the system has been running for 4 years. In the current system, the student savings system at Diponegoro Vocational School is still done manually. If you remember the importance of processing data and information in this system, of course this is felt to be less effective and efficient in terms of problems that arise, so it is necessary to design a computerized system. The aim of this research is to ease the performance of savings administrators in processing data, recording data and making reports on this savings information system so that errors that are often experienced can be resolved, designing and building a financial recapitulation system that directly produces financial reports, creating a financial information system using the Cash method. A suitable base for daily management. System analysis and design is preceded by system development which includes system identification, data and information identification. This system development model is used to describe the system being designed, namely the actual situation. The resulting program was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with a MySQL database. It is hoped that the implementation of the resulting system will facilitate data management quickly and accurately and the preparation of financial reports

In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized.The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce.This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

This research aims to develop a web-based information system at the Kebondowo village office. This research was conducted by analyzing the extent to which the Kebondowo Village Office uses an effective information system. This system development uses PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages with the waterfall model method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study can be concluded that the Kebondowo Village Information System that can support activities in Kebondowo Village to the community. The Kebondowo Village website has been designed and implemented to improve the quality of public services by presenting information about profiles, announcements, and village activity agendas. This initiative makes it easier for Kebondowo Village Officials to deliver information directly without intermediaries, as well as providing convenience for residents to access and receive accurate information, including about social assistance programs and other activity agendas in the village.

SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

Perpustakaan di Jurusan Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Negeri masih menggunakan sistem manual termasuk pencatatan proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pendataan, hal ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu pengarsipan menjadi tidak teratur dan berantakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan Jurusan manajemen Informatika (PUSTAKA MI) sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan secara manual dengan menggunakan model Extreme Programming (XP) dalam pengembangannya. XP mengacu pada empat tahapan utama: perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Perencanaan melibatkan identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, dan penjadwalan. Perancangan meliputi pemodelan sistem, arsitektur, dan basis data. Tahap pengkodean dilakukan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing.  Berdasarkan hasil Pengujian Sistem black box testing menggunakan teknik Equivalence partition menujukkan seluruh Fungsional sistem bernilai valid yang berarti bahwa sistem telah berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional. Pengujian terhadap kepuasan  pengguna menunjukkan respon positif, dengan skor tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,52 menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Extreme Programming dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan, memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan dan penelusuran koleksi yang lebih reliabel.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.
