This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The policy evaluation theory used is William N. Dunn's model, which emphasizes six success criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed using interactive data analysis. The research results show that advertising policies have not been fully effective in achieving the expected goals, such as increasing regional income and arranging the aesthetics of the city. Findings indicate the existence of illegal advertisements that hinder tax revenues and public dissatisfaction with the government's response to their complaints. Even though the resource structure is in place, implementor skills need to be improved to achieve better efficiency. Licensing and supervision procedures are also considered inadequate, and policies do not provide equal opportunities for all business actors, especially small businesses. This research provides recommendations for improving future policy implementation, with the hope of increasing effectiveness and responsiveness to community needs.

The turret machine is one type of lathe that has The main characteristic is that the tool for sequential operations can be set in readiness for use in the appropriate sequence. This turret machine is intended for cutting, drilling and smoothing work pieces. The process of making this collar aims to find out what material is used and the function of the collar. In the process, the iron is clamped with a chuck then the drill which is located on the loose head is brought close to the workpiece then the chuck rotates so that the workpiece has a hole with an inner diameter of 11.2 mm, after that the workpiece is sprayed with bromus liquid to ensure that the workpiece does not rust easily and does not experience excessive heat which can damage the workpiece. Entering the next stage, the workpiece is cut to a length of 9 mm, and the next process is that the workpiece is placed in a jumper. The cumper process functions to smooth the workpiece so that it is not rough before entering quality control. After that, the object enters quality control. In quality control, the work object is measured using a jig measuring tool to determine whether the work object is OK or NG. The aim of this process is to make quality spare parts that are safe to use. Reproduction in plants from generative sex can occur with fertilization (amphimixis), or without fertilization (apomixis). Data were obtained through experimental experiments by observing under a microscope by observing the anatomical structure of the anthers and the structure of the flower ovary. Passiflora vitifolia is a species with bright red flowers that are between ten and fifteen centimeters in diameter when fully bloomed, the reproductive organs consist of stamens, pollen, pistils and ovaries. Gymnosperms are a group of open-seeded plants that do not have true flowers, and their reproductive organs consist of distinct male and female strobilus. This differentiates them from flowering plants (angiosperms). Male strobilus have microsporophylls which produce pollen, while female strobilus have macrosporophylls which function as a place for seed development.

Milk consumption and the need for beef cattle for food purposes or sacrificial purposes continue to increase from year to year. This increase is in line with the increasing level of the economy and awareness of the need for nutritious food. However, the increase in demand still faces many production constraints due to the difficulties faced by farmers, the decline in cattle production from year to year in Indonesia. This causes Indonesia to have to import beef for 35.95% of the total national beef consumption. With many factors that affect the decline in the production rate of dairy cows or beef cattle every year, one of them is air pollution and poor air quality in cages. Along with the development of technology, a monitoring and detection system for air cleanliness in cattle pens was created, using the MQ-7 sensor as the concentration of carbon monoxide, the MQ-135 sensor as the concentration of ammonia gas, the MQ-2 sensor as the smoke detection, and When the air pollution value of each sensor input is according to the air pollution standard index (ISPU), the outputs namely indicator lights, buzzers and blowers will be on, then there will be temporary air neutralization in the cage. This tool is made easier by internet of things technology, so that it can send notifications via telegram and can see the level of air pollution levels through the web.

Siti Walidah, or Nyai Ahmad Dahlan, became an important figure in fighting for women's education and emancipation through the establishment of the 'Aisyiyah organization. Siti Walidah's struggle was based on the patriarchal cultural conditions in the past that limited women's access to education and social roles. Siti Walidah, through her progressive thinking, tried to change this paradigm by establishing a women's organization under Muhammadiyah that emphasized the importance of education, empowerment, and gender equality. This study aims to analyze the thoughts and contributions of Siti Walidah in shaping the role of women, especially through education and empowerment, and to trace its impacts that are still felt today. The research method used is qualitative with a historical approach, through literature studies of primary documents such as the archives of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah, as well as the biography of Siti Walidah. The data were analyzed descriptively-interpretively to understand the social, cultural, and religious contexts that underlie her struggle. The results of the study show that through the 'Aisyiyah organization, Siti Walidah promoted women's education, opposed discriminatory practices such as forced marriage, and developed various social and economic empowerment programs. Another significant contribution was the establishment of educational institutions, such as TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal and Aisyiyah University.

This research aims to explore people's preferences in choosing between conventional and Islamic banks, focusing on the factors that influence customer decisions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting primary data through Google Form questionnaires and secondary data through literature studies. The main reasons include ease of infrastructure access, wider ATM availability, and integration with educational institutions and workplaces. Interestingly, 63% of respondents cite religion as a key consideration, and 70% consider the usury aspect of bank selection.Islamic banks are considered to have the advantage of applying the principles of fairness, transparency, and avoiding usury. However, obstacles such as limited ATM networks and lack of cooperation with companies are the main challenges in attracting customers. The study suggests Islamic banks to expand their networks, improve public education, and develop more innovative financial products that still comply with sharia principles.
