This community service initiative was triggered by the awareness of the importance of quality education. Office Software is a widely used software in the world of education and business. Teaching students at MTs Nurur Rohmah Al Muhsinin about how to use Office Software will help them acquire early skills for the workforce and higher education. This community service takes the form of training that provides adequate resources and support for MTs level students. In this school, access to technology and software is limited. This community service can help reduce the digital divide by giving MTs students the opportunity to understand and use tools such as Office Software, which are not available in their homes. The training provided includes Word, Slide Presentation, and Worksheet. This training is aimed at the 9th grade for a full month The training on the use of Office applications at MTs Nurur Rohmah Al Muhsinin provides significant benefits to students, as seen from the level of understanding after the training which showed a 40% improvement. Overall, the importance of community service in schools is crucial in creating positive change

The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization cannot be separated from its influence in the world of education. The development of the times requires the world of education to always adjust to technological developments as an increase in the quality of education. One of the many technological applications that are present in the world of education that can be used as learning media in schools is Canva, which is an online design program that provides various kinds of learning media such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, books, bulletins, and so on. The purpose of this counseling is so that the younger generation can keep up with the times. The training method is carried out in stages, starting from seventh grade to ninth grade. The results of this training can improve students' ability to use the Canva application.

It is customary in the military world that unit commanders are responsible for the actions taken by their subordinates in carrying out their duties. This also includes violations occurring in war. This research uses a normative juridical research type with library study data collection techniques. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that not all subordinate mistakes can be included in command responsibility which is also borne by the superior or unit commander. This is because command accountability must at least fulfill several elements which include, the existence of a superior and subordinate relationship, the superior's knowledge of crimes committed by his subordinates, and the existence of failure to act, namely action that fails to be taken to prevent, punish and stop criminal acts committed by his subordinates.

This research was carried out at PT. BPRS Washliyah Medan. The aim of this research is to understand the murabahah financing system and process implemented by PT. BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. Murabahah financing is a sale and purchase agreement for goods stating the acquisition price and profit agreed upon by the seller whose role in this case is the Bank and the buyer whose role is the customer/prospective customer for the customer's needs, with the flavone given Rp. 25,000,000 to Rp. 250,000,000. The principles of Murabahah financing are based on Islamic sharia and established legal provisions. Murabahah financing has apparently received a lot of responses from the public and business entities, but not many people and business entities understand the procedures for obtaining murabahah financing, even though marketing has been carried out by PT. SRB Washliya.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO merupakan salah satu UMKM kripik tempe terbesar yang berada di Desa Sadang, Kabupaten Ngawi. Dalam proses produksinya seringkali terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Diketahui penyebab kecelakaan kerja berasal dari kelalaian manusia Human Error seperti pekerja yang lalai dalam mengendalikan mesin, terburu-buru dalam bekerja, dan tidak menggunakan APD secara lengkap. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu Menganalisis Human Error, menentukan tingkat risiko proses produksi UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem dengan metode SHERPA untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja pada kegiatan yang disebabkan oleh Human Error.  Berdasarkan SHERPA Error Mode teridentifikasi human error pada tipe action error sebanyak 21 error atau sama dengan 49%, tipe checking error sebanyak 5 error atau sama dengan 12%, tipe retrieval error sebanyak 9 error atau sama dengan 21%; tipe communication error sebanyak 6 error atau 14%, tipe selection error sebanyak 2 error atau sama dengan 5%.

Inventory management at Puskesmas BLUD "X" is a mandate from  Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 concerning BMN / BMD Management and its amendments. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 tahun 2016 concerning Guidelines for Regional Property Management (BMD). Moreover, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2021 concerning procedures for implementing BMD bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, Kebijakan Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah on inventory, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah on inventory.  In this study, it was found that inventory management at the Puskemas BLUD "X"  was still inadequate and not in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the error factor in the management of medical supplies Puskesmas BLUD "X" which is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The methods used in this study are comparative descriptive qualitative with the type of case study, and data collection techniques through triangulation (interviews, observations, and documentation).  The result of this study is that inventory management at the Puskesmas BLUD "X" is still inadequate due to several factors, namely the non-functioning  of operational standards in terms of  recording, the quality of the internal control system is still weak,  and the weak use of the SIM Persediaan Puskesmas, where these factors affect the results of the calculation of medical inventory expenses presented in the financial statements.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. Analysis of Pension Fund Payment System Procedures at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research aims to find out how the pension fund payment system is at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research is included in survey research using a qualitative research approach. The subject of this research is PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. The research method used in data collection was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan pension fund payment system uses a pay as you go system by implementing two payment techniques, namely manual and Automatic Klim Services. The Automatic Klim service will make it easier to access pension payment claim applications, which are integrated by agencies or BKD. Completeness of administrative requirements will facilitate the process of paying pension funds. Through a claim application, either manual or automatic claim, that meets the requirements for salary payments, payments can be made either directly or by transfer. Retirement is one of the awards given to Civil Servants (PNS) for their services to the State. Procedures are guidelines and implementation of work which consists of continuous work step by step so that it is a form of collaboration between one part and another.

The advocate's code of ethics also binds advocates to behave to maintain the dignity and good name of their profession. Violations of the code of ethics by well-known advocates such as Hotman Paris are a clear example that violations of professional ethics can harm the good name of the advocacy profession as a whole. This research uses normative juridical research methods with literature study. This research uses a case approach, namely cases of violations of the code of ethics committed by Hotman Paris. The results of the research show that even though they are free and independent law enforcers, advocates are still bound by the advocate's code of ethics which sets ethical and moral standards in carrying out their profession. The heavy disciplinary sanctions received by Hotman Paris reflect the seriousness of this violation of the ethical norms of the advocate profession. Even though Hotman Paris left the Indonesian Advocates Association, disciplinary sanctions remain in effect because they are related to violations of the advocate's code of ethics involving the Supreme Court.

The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.

Village development is a form of community service carried out by students by immersing themselves directly in the community environment so that when students study in the community and know the problems faced in that environment, the PKKM Village Development Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems they face. The community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from 21 August - 24 November 2023. One of the work programs I am working on is a program at the Dharmawanita Penanggungan Kindergarten educational institution, Problem What happened at the Dharma Wanita Penanggungan Kindergarten was the change in the mural on the classroom wall, where the previous mural had been damaged, peeling and there was a lot of graffiti from the kindergarten students, so the kindergarten team and I repaired and renovated the classroom wall. Therefore, the mural program on Kindergarten classroom walls can help Kindergarten students become enthusiastic about learning and we also provide empty walls that are not filled with murals to enable Kindergarten students to express themselves on the walls. This article outlines various digital marketing strategies that can be implemented to increase sales and brand awareness of catfish farming. Catfish farming has become one of the fastest-growing fishing industries, and with the development of digital technology, online marketing has become an important strategy to achieve success in the catfish farming business. The purpose of this study was to increase student learning independence in Civics subjects by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis & Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. The results of the research cycle III increased by 11% to 69%, which means that the action was declared successful because it had achieved the specified success criteria.Keywords: Independent Learning, CTL Learning Model

The research aimed to return on asset, current ratio, company size and assets structure on capital structure at property and real estate companies in indonesia stock exchange year of 2020-2022. The selected sample were 64 companies through purposive sampling. Souurces of data used secondary data with data collection through documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the return on asset has a positive and signification effect on capital structure. Current ratio has a negative and signification effect on capital structure. Company size does not have a signification effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a positive and signification effect on capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the government of Barania Village achieved achievement as the best Tourism Village in the Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Enverorment Sustainability (CHSE) category. This research uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach which is intended to provide a clear description and overall description of the strategy of the head of Barania Village in achieving achievements as a Tourism Village. And using data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.      The results of the study show that in implementing the strategy of the head of Barania Village in achieving achievements as a Tourism Village, it can be seen from several indicators, namely, good management of Human Resources (HR), structured allocation of funds, both Village Fund Allocation (ADD) and Allocation Funds Specifically (DAK), the use of technology and information in the Barania Tourism Village cannot be utilized optimally, and the provision of facilities and infrastructure is also inadequate.

Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages gives broad authority to villages to regulate and manage the various needs and interests of the community. Village government officials are required to have the capacity to draft regulations in the village. However, the facts show that the capacity of the village government apparatus is still weak in forming regulations in the village, especially the preparation of evidence-based village regulations. This fact also occurred in Maros Regency, especially in Moncongloe District. This phenomenon underlies the importance of conducting training for village apparatus in drafting regulations in the village. This technical guidance was carried out for 8 hours in the Hall of the Moncongloe District Office and was attended by 30 people and facilitated by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. To find out the effectiveness of this training, a pre-test evaluation was carried out at the beginning and a post-test at the end of the training. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an effect of the training on the participants, namely increasing their knowledge of evidence-based technical regulations in villages.

Mural is a visual art form that can give a unique identity and atmosphere to a space. This study aims to describe the process of applying vector design to the mural on the wall of the Alas Outbound Education swimming pool in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village. The vector design was chosen because it gives a sharp and clean look, perfect for creating recognizable and attention-grabbing images. The application of vector design on murals in the Alas Outbound Education swimming pool is able to create a cheerful and educational atmosphere. Vector design provides image clarity, facilitates observation, and produces aesthetically pleasing works of art. This mural is expected to make a positive contribution to the experience of swimming pool visitors, as well as become a visual attraction that enriches the environment of Ngingas Hamlet.

In Islamic inheritance law, it is a law derived from the Qur'an where the truth of the teachings or theories is absolutely true because it is a revelation from God. Islamic inheritance law in general theory is a law conveyed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be applied and made law by mankind. In legal philosophy it is said that the law is for humans, in Islam the Islamic inheritance law is absolute because it has been regulated in it. Problems arise in its application in society, especially in terms of the rights and acquisition of the second wife, third wife and fourth wife. There is discrimination in the distribution of inheritance that violates existing rules and provisions and there is a mental attitude that does not or is reluctant to carry out and follow the provisions of Islamic inheritance law regarding the acquisition and inheritance rights of the second wife, third wife or fourth wife.
