In addition to the main aspects of teacher competency, the study also emphasizes the importance of leadership and institutional support in the effective implementation of policies. The school leadership plays a crucial role in creating a conducive environment for professional development, fostering a culture of collaboration among teachers, and ensuring the implementation of competency-based assessments. It was found that the active involvement of the principal in monitoring and providing feedback to teachers significantly contributes to the continuous improvement of teaching practices. The study also highlights the importance of aligning teacher competency development with the school's educational goals and objectives. While some teachers have demonstrated significant improvement in their teaching methods and student engagement, others still require more support to fully integrate the competencies into their daily practices. The continuous professional development of teachers is therefore vital to ensure that the competencies are not only understood but also consistently applied in the classroom. Moreover, the study recognizes the critical role of community and parental involvement in enhancing the quality of education. Collaboration between the school, parents, and the local community can create a more supportive learning environment, ensuring that students receive the necessary resources and encouragement both at school and at home. In conclusion, the research suggests that while the implementation of teacher competency policies at SDN 2 Lubuk Seberuk has shown positive results, the process should be supported with more training opportunities, resource allocation, and consistent monitoring to overcome existing challenges.

The Strengthening the Pancasila Learner Profile (P5) project is one of the government decisions No. 56/M/2022 related to implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The P5 programme is structured with a project-based learning approach. SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru is one of the schools that actively supports implementing the P5 Programme. This research covers the evaluation of the P5 programme at SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru which takes the theme "Entrepreneurship" with the name "Market Day" and the creative dimension as a reference. Evaluation is needed to determine the success of programme implementation. The success of the P5 programme is not sufficiently measured only by the reflection stage but requires a systematic and comprehensive evaluation. This study aimed to determine the programme evaluation process and the success of P5 implementation based on the four aspects of the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). A qualitative descriptive approach was used in the research process. The results showed that the P5 programme at SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru had been implemented well and was successful overall, and could be continued. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of participation of students. Therefore, it is suggested that the school provide an understanding of the importance of the P5 programme to students as well as cooperate in establishing communication with parents to support the implementation of the programme in the future. Keywords: Evaluation, Pancasila Students, CIPP Model.

This community service activity addresses the growing need for adaptive education in the digital era by focusing on strengthening the character and competence of students in line with rapid technological developments. The Pancasila Student Profile, which serves as the foundation of the Merdeka Curriculum, outlines six core dimensions: faith and piety, global diversity, cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity. Among these, creativity, independence, and critical thinking are crucial for preparing students to become innovators and problem-solvers in the digital world. However, schools in developing regions often face limitations in implementing these dimensions due to lack of resources and digital literacy. This program was implemented at SMA Negeri 2 Sorong Regency with the objective of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile by providing training in the use of Thunkable, a visual programming platform for creating drag-and-drop mobile applications. The activity used a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach, enabling students to actively engage in designing simple educational applications that align with their learning context. The method encouraged hands-on exploration, teamwork, critical analysis, and creative thinking. Throughout the training, students not only learned how to navigate the Thunkable platform but also developed functional mobile apps addressing real-life learning challenges. The outcomes of the program showed a marked improvement in students’ digital literacy, problem-solving ability, innovation, and collaboration. Furthermore, students began to view themselves not just as consumers of technology but as producers of meaningful digital solutions. This initiative demonstrates that integrating digital technology with project-based learning can effectively support the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile, even in remote or underdeveloped areas. It provides evidence that with the right approach and tools, students can be empowered to become digitally literate, creative, and socially responsible individuals who are ready to act as agents of change in the 21st century.

This study aims to analyze the ability of students in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program to develop Lesson Plans (RPP) and implement teaching through microteaching activities. The RPP serves as a crucial tool for prospective teachers in designing a systematic and measurable learning process, while microteaching functions as an effective teaching practice medium to develop students’ pedagogical skills. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with final-year PGSD students enrolled in the microteaching course. The findings reveal that most students were able to develop lesson plans in accordance with the applicable curriculum formats (K13 and Merdeka Curriculum), including formulating learning objectives and outlining the sequence of learning activities. However, weaknesses were still found in formulating learning indicators, selecting appropriate models and methods, and integrating literacy, numeracy, and the elements of the Pancasila Student Profile. In implementing microteaching, students demonstrated mastery of the material and conducted learning activities in a structured manner. Nonetheless, some still faced challenges in classroom management, interactive communication, and the use of media and educational technology. The conclusion of this study indicates that PGSD students’ abilities in preparing lesson plans and conducting microteaching are in the “fairly good” category. However, they still require further guidance and training to be fully prepared as professional educators in the field. It is expected that through continuous evaluation and constructive feedback from lecturers, students can improve the quality of their lesson planning and teaching practices more optimally.

This study investigates the role of transformational leadership of school principals in enhancing the instructional quality of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Satap Bungoro, Pangkep Regency, Indonesia. The research addresses three main problems: (1) how the principal's transformational leadership contributes to improving teacher performance in the classroom, (2) what strategies or actions the principal undertakes to elevate instructional practices, and (3) what supporting and inhibiting factors influence the process. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving the school principal and five teachers. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the principal's transformational leadership plays a critical role in instructional improvement, marked by five key practices: presenting an inspiring leadership vision, encouraging professional growth, providing support and empowerment to teachers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture, and delivering constructive feedback and evaluation. The strategies employed include the integration of the Merdeka Curriculum, mentoring and coaching of teachers, and fostering pedagogical understanding. Supporting factors include well-organized school and classroom environments and cleanliness, while the primary obstacles consist of limited funding, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of strong teacher collaboration. In conclusion, transformational leadership contributes significantly to teacher development and improved instructional quality, especially in schools facing resource limitations. The study emphasizes the need for proactive leadership to overcome structural barriers and support effective teaching and learning.

The Indonesian language curriculum in elementary schools is fundamental in fostering students’ literacy skills, particularly in reading and writing narrative texts such as fables. Despite its importance, students often encounter difficulties in understanding the structural elements of fables—namely, orientation, complication, resolution, and coda. These challenges are frequently exacerbated by variations in students’ readiness, interests, and learning profiles, which are not sufficiently addressed by conventional, one-size-fits-all teaching methods. This study adopts a qualitative library research approach to examine theoretical foundations and prior empirical studies related to differentiated instruction in the context of fable text learning. The findings suggest that differentiated instruction, by modifying content, process, product, and learning environment, effectively enhances students’ comprehension and performance in fable text structure. Furthermore, this approach aligns with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes learner-centered and inclusive education. Thus, differentiated instruction presents a promising pedagogical strategy for elementary school teachers in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes.

Asessing how well digital platforms work to improve student achievement is becoming increasingly important as these technologies become more widely adopted in the education sector. This study examines the contribution of Microsoft OneDrive in social studies learning at the secondary school level, with an emphasis on its potential to support learning flexibility, strengthen collaboration between students, and encourage learning autonomy. The lack of studies that specifically review the benefits of OneDrive in the context of the Indonesian education system, especially in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, is a significant problem identified in this study. A descriptive, qualitative study employed the technique of document analysis on several instructional resources that utilize OneDrive. The results show that OneDrive facilitates the distribution of assignments, increases the accessibility of educational resources, enables immediate feedback, and encourages both solo and group learning methods. OneDrive also facilitates the synchronization of online learning methods with curriculum objectives. However, obstacles still exist, such as the lack of supporting facilities and educators' low digital skills. Overall, OneDrive is considered an instrumental tool in transforming social studies learning to a more responsive, efficient and student-oriented digital structure.
