Marketing strategy is influential in providing satisfaction for service customers, including educational services. With a marketing strategy, it can encourage customer satisfaction for educational services. This research approach uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling, which was as many as 34 students. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. the following results of calculations using Microsoft excel equipped with SPSS 22 show the results of the study that there is an influence between marketing strategy (X) on customer satisfaction of education services (Y) at Raudhatul Athfal Darunnajah 2 Cipining, it is proven that the coefficient of determination of the summary model table value R square = 0.319, to determine the magnitude of the effect of variable x on variable y by 32%. So the results of the coefficient of determination show that 32% of marketing strategies contribute to customer satisfaction in education services, while the rest is 100% - 32% = 68% others are influenced by other factors.

Wayan Suka Negara S.E., Ak., M.Acc & Fin, BKP, merupakan pendiri dari Kantor Synergy Bali Consulting yang memiliki lebih dari 13 tahun pengalaman di bidang akuntansi dan perpajakan. Beliau merupakan lulusan dari Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) di bidang akuntansi, melanjutkan kembali pendidikan di Univeritas Indonesia, tidak cukup sampai disana beliau kembali melanjutkan study-nya di University Adelaide Australia jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan. Dilihat dari pendidikan yang sudah di tempuh, beliau memiliki banyak pengalaman kerja baik dibidang akuntansi maupun perpajakan. Sejak tahun 2001 hingga 2005 beliau  bertugas sebagai Komplayer Saditor, tahun 2006 hingga 2008 beliau pernah bertugas di PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan) merupakan lembaga intelijen di bidang keuangan milik negara. Tahun 2012 hingga 2016 beliau juga sebagai partner di SWS Consulting (Kadek Sumadi & Rekan). Beliau juga pernah sebagai partner di Sopindo Consulting pada tahun 2016. Beliau memegang Sertifikat USKP B (Terdaftar Konsultan Pajak). Beliau  juga mengajar diberbagai perguruan tinggi di Denpasar. Sejak tahun 2016 menjadi instruktur di Yayasan Widya Dewata, yang bergerak di bidang pelatihan pajak seperti Brevet A / B dan keuangan yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Udayana. Kantor Synergy Bali Consulting melayani konsultasi tentang masalah perpajakan tertentu yang sedang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Hal ini untuk memberikan solusi terbaik untuk masalah pajak yang dihadapi perusahaan . Layanan ini dapat dilakukan melalui e-mail, fax, telepon, teleconference, atau pertemuan langsung dengan tim konsultan. Kami membuat perencanaan pajak untuk klien agar mencapai efisiensi pajak, mengurangi risiko sanksi / denda, dan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pajak sejalan dengan kebijakan keuangan perusahaan secara umum tanpa melanggar peraturan perpajakan.

Majelis ta’lim is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that has its own curriculum, is held regularly, and is attended by relatively large congregations. It aims to build polite and harmonious relationships between humans and Allah SWT, humans and others, and the environment, fostering a community that is devoted to Allah SWT. The majlis ta’lim system has developed since the beginning of the spread of Islam in the Arabian continent, then spread throughout the Islamic world in Asia, Africa, and Indonesia, especially those that continue to grow today with the main mission of teaching Islam to Muslims. Even in Indonesia, the majlis ta’lim is a component of national education activities. The role of the ta’lim assembly in society is to strengthen the foundation of human life in the field of Islam in order to improve the quality of life integrally, physically and spiritually, worldly and spiritually, in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely faith and piety, which underlie life in the world and all areas of its activities. This research is library research by collecting various information from books and journals. This article explains the meaning, development, and role of the Majlis Ta’lim as a non-formal Islamic educational institution in Indonesia.

Ta'rim: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Anak Usia Dini 2024 Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Yayasan Pendidikan Ilmu Qur'an Baubau

One form of organizing non-formal education in Islamic religious education is Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ). TPQ requires qualified ustadz and ustadzah to facilitate the educational process. Therefore, the management of ustadz and ustadzah is crucial for the institution and is included in the recruitment planning. This research was conducted at TPQ Darul Muzakkirin using a qualitative research approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using the Miles & Hubermas model, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study revealed that the recruitment planning for ustadz and ustadzah at TPQ Darul Muzakkirin has been implemented in principle, although not yet supported by a fixed standard operating procedure. The recruitment planning conducted by TPQ Darul Muzakkirin is expected to serve as the foundation for the emergence of qualified ustadz and ustadzah, contributing to the quality improvement of TPQ Darul Muzakkirin through high-quality graduates as a form of quality educational output.

This research was conducted on the Effect of Performance Allowances on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of PAUD Teachers in Tenjolaya village. This research was conducted by interviewing each PAUD institution. With the results stating that allowances are very important for PAUD teachers because the small salary and very large amount of work makes the existing teachers overwhelmed so as to create high motivation. By providing performance allowances, PAUD teachers in this area have high motivation and enthusiasm for work.       Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru PAUD yang berada di desa Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap Lembaga PAUD. Dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa  tunjangan sangat penting bagi guru PAUD dikarenakan Gaji yang sedikit dan tugas yang sangat banyak membuat para guru yang ada kewalahan sehingga untuk menciptakan motivasi yang tinggi. Dengan di adakan Tunjangan kinerja maka guru PAUD di wilayah ini memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan semangat untuk bekerja.   Kata kunci: Pengaruh,Motivasi,Tunjangan, Kepuasan Kerja

In helping the muzzaki tithe in daruut tauhiid care Jambi and make it easier for muzakki to tithe in amil zakat institutions. the amil zakat institution cares Jambi can develop educational programs with the aim that the participants of the education program who cannot afford to go to school with the help of donations given by the muzakki. With the educational program at Daruut Tauhiid, the Daruud Tauhiid institution can develop the interests of the participants and develop the talents they have with the aim that the participants will help develop programs that exist at Daruut Tauhiid Care Jambi. The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy for collecting zakat funds carried out by the Jambi Branch of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Institute is to optimize collection through digital channels online and offline. Using payment services owned by the institution and also cooperating with other institutions. Using payment services owned by the institution and also cooperating with other parties. (2) how the institution develops the assets that have been given by the muzakki to be developed in the programs that have been given by the muzakki. Using social media for documentation that has been carried out with the aim that the trust of people who give zakat is trustworthy if they give zakat at amil zakat daruut tauhiid institutions.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of structured and unstructured midterm exams (daily tests) in two different schools. The selection of the right evaluation method is a determining factor in assessing learning outcomes. The selection of the right evaluation method plays a crucial role in assessing learning outcomes. In the face of the complexity of unstructured evaluation, it is important to understand how educational institutions can develop and implement effective evaluation strategies. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type (Case Study) with a research focus in two different institutions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that structured midterm exams and unstructured midterm exams have their own advantages and disadvantages. Structured midterm exams can provide more accurate and accountable test results. However, structured midterm exams can make it difficult for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. On the other hand, unstructured midterm exams can encourage students' enthusiasm and diligence. However, unstructured midterm exams can make students stressed and anxious because they do not know when the midterm exam will be held.

Kepuasan merupakan faktor penting bagi suatu perusahaan baik yang bergerak di bidang dagang maupun jasa. Melalui perasaan konsumen berupa kesenangan maupun perbandingan antar produk, kepuasan konsumen dapat terukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui dampak positif pembayaran biaya pendidikan di Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali setelah menggunkan Sistem EduPay, (2) Untuk mengetahui cara Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali menyelesaikan masalah pembayaran Sistem EduPay, (3) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali menggunakan Sistem EduPay. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 informan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah (1) Sistem EduPay efektif dan efisien dalam proses transaksi pembayaran dan pelaporan, (2) Dalam penyelesaian masalah, alur terstruktur dari Wali murid menyampaikan ke Staff Keuangan sekolah kemudian pihak lembaga akan koordinasi dengan pegawai BSM Denpasar, (3) Pengguna cukup puas dalam penggunaan Sistem EduPay untuk proses pembayaran biaya pendidikan sekolah.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Which can build and create results from performance that are in line with common goals.

Madrasah Diniyah adalah lembaga pendidikan agama yang berjuang memberikan bimbingan kepada masyarakat, lembaga ini berupaya menguatkan ketakwaan supaya terwujudnya mental keagamaan yang kuat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan pendampingan ini memberikan bekal kepada santri dalam kemampuannya membaca dan menulis arab pegon supaya lancar dalam memaknai kitab kuning. Madrasah Diniyah adalah lembaga yang memberikan pelajaran banyak perihal kitab kuning yang memberikan pengaruh sangat besar dan menjadi pusat pendidikan dan pengetahuan agama di desa plumpingrejo dusun tenggong kademangan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam menggali asset santri menjadi dapat membaca dan menulis pegon sesuai kaidah pegon. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk tercapainya tujuan diatas, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode yang secara rinci dan jelas memberi gambaran perihal data yang terkumpul.Sedangkan Dalam mengumpulkan datanya, menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu santri mampu membaca serta menulis arab pegon dengan baik dan benar. Kemampuan tersebut menjadi keharusan bagi santri di madrasah diniyah musyawirul ulum khususnya mulai kelas 1 wustha. Adapun luaran dari penelitian ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan di Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Nusantara (JPPNu).

Fungsi penting perpustakaan sebagai fasilitas penunjang universitas adalah menyediakan bahan bacaan dan sumber belajar tambahan bagi mahasiswa. Perpustakaan merupakan bangunan penting yang harus ada di setiap lembaga pendidikan. Perpustakaan adalah sumber daya yang luar biasa untuk memperluas pemikiran mahasiswa dan profesor. Hal ini harus lebih diperhatikan oleh pihak universitas agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya. Menggunakan sistem pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi adalah salah satu pilihan untuk membuat segala sesuatunya berjalan lebih lancar dan efisien. Dalam skenario ini, teknik Spiral digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi, sedangkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk sistem tersebut. Model Spiral adalah pendekatan hibrid dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mengambil fitur terbaik dari Model Prototyping dan Model waterfall dan menambahkan penekanan pada penilaian risiko di setiap tingkat proses.

Kedudukan pondok pesantren hampir-hampir tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan umat Islam Indonesia. Lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua ini sudah dikenal semenjak agama Islam masuk ke Indonesia. Sejarah pesantren merupakan bagian yang tidak dipisahkan dari sejarah pertumbuhan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan bahwa semenjak kurun kerajaan Islam pertama di Aceh dalam abad pertama Hijriyaah. Pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang tertua di Indonesia. Peranannya sangat   penting  dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan rakyat Indonesia yang telah tercatat dalam sejarah.  Semangat pengabdian itu tetap berlangsung sampai saat ini. Sebagaimana, dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan yang terus melakukan upaya pengembangan dalam proses pengabdian kepada masyarakat luas. Dewasa ini Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan sadar betul bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi  pondok pesantren bukan saja tuntutan pengabdiannya yang harus ditingkatkan, akan tetapi juga tuntutan untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Tantangan inilah yang menyadarkan  semua pihak untuk meningkatkan usaha-usaha pembinaan mutu pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pondok pesantren sesuai dengan harapan Agama dan Bangsa.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu tokoh pahlawan pendidikan yang bernama Dewi Sartika yang mencakup profil Dewi Sartika, Sekolah Kautamaan Istri dan pengaruh pemikiran Dewi Sartika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rekam jejak pahlawan pendidikan dari kaum perempuan yang berjuang untuk mencerdaskan bangsa. Metode untuk mendapatkan data yang valid yaitu metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Sejarah yang mana memiliki beberapa teknik langkah-langkahnya yaitu; (1) pemilihan sumber, (2) pengumpulan sumber, (3) verifikasi, (4) interpretasi dan analisis, (5) menyajikan dengan bentuk tulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Dewi Sartika yang merupakan tokoh pahlawan perjuangan yang memberikan sebuah gagasan dan pemikiran. Profil Tokoh Raden Dewi Sartika serta Perjuangan mendirikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Sakola Kautamaan Isteri. Beliau Dengan Sekolah yang didirikannya dapat mendidik anak-anak perempuan dari kalangan manapun, untuk memajukan harkat dan martabat kaum perempuan. perjuangan yang panjang yang dilakukan oleh Dewi Sartika berdampak positif atau pengaruh pada zamannya beliau dari tahun 1904-1947 M yang mana pengaruh tersebut dapat dirasakan pada masa itu.

Village development is a form of community service carried out by students by immersing themselves directly in the community environment so that when students study in the community and know the problems faced in that environment, the PKKM Village Development Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems they face. The community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from 21 August - 24 November 2023. One of the work programs I am working on is a program at the Dharmawanita Penanggungan Kindergarten educational institution, Problem What happened at the Dharma Wanita Penanggungan Kindergarten was the change in the mural on the classroom wall, where the previous mural had been damaged, peeling and there was a lot of graffiti from the kindergarten students, so the kindergarten team and I repaired and renovated the classroom wall. Therefore, the mural program on Kindergarten classroom walls can help Kindergarten students become enthusiastic about learning and we also provide empty walls that are not filled with murals to enable Kindergarten students to express themselves on the walls. The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the educational landscape, and this literature review aims to identify the key factors contributing to increased conflicts among students. In this analysis, it was found that social isolation, anxiety, and stress are significant psychosocial factors influencing the sources, symptoms, and causes of student conflicts. Social isolation resulting from distance learning and social restrictions plays a role in escalating interpersonal tension. Anxiety arising from pandemic-related uncertainties also contributes to conflicts among students and educators. Stress, whether caused by the pandemic itself or changes in education, has potentially negative impacts that can trigger conflicts. This article also identifies symptoms indicating student conflicts, such as a decline in the quality of social relationships, behavioral problems, and decreased academic performance. Understanding these psychosocial factors can help educational institutions develop more effective intervention strategies to address student conflicts. A deeper understanding of these issues provides a strong foundation for a holistic approach to managing student conflicts in the post-pandemic era, with an emphasis on students' psychosocial well-being to create a safe and inclusive educational environment.

Public relations management is a function of management that links educational institutions and the community. In developing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions, it will impact public attention and concern regarding the quality of education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that 1) Public relations planning involves all parties related to the activity program being implemented, 2) Organizing the division of work, facilities and infrastructure coordinator, public relations coordinator in providing the facilities and infrastructure needed by students; 3) Implementing the public relations activity program, the school collaborates with the community by procuring facilities and infrastructure; 4) Public relations evaluation is carried out by comparing the program that has been established with the implementation of the program. Public relations evaluation is carried out by the school principal and deputy head of public relations.

In this research the author tries to highlight the factors that influence the thinking model of the Islamic education system. For the author, the central issues are management, finance, quality and education. Apart from that, in this research the author used qualitative research methods. These approaches are described in more detail and classified according to research conditions. Apart from that, the author also uses library research methods. The results of this research show that: Educational financial management influences the quality of general education. The results of this research show that fund management is a process of optimizing existing funding sources, allocating existing funds and allocating them in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in order to create a learning process that is much more effective, efficient and better. To achieve quality learning, education costs must be managed optimally and optimally. Therefore, educational financial management steps must be considered and made a top priority.

The purpose of this study is to discuss and find out about the concept of accountability in contemporary educational institutions. This research method uses literature review, by studying from literary sources that are relevant to the material discussed. Accountability is the obligation to provide accountability for a mandate or responsibility assigned to related parties, especially the party providing the mandate. The application of accountability in educational institutions is a must to increase public trust in educational institutions. Forms of implementing accountability in contemporary educational institutions include: Decisions must be made in writing and available to every citizen who needs them, accuracy and completeness of information, explanation of policy objectives taken and communicated, feasibility and consistency, and dissemination of information regarding a decision. One of the accountability models applied in contemporary educational institutions is administrative accountability, which includes traditional accountability, managerial accountability, program accountability and process accountability.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Jepara adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan formal tingkat menengah pertama yang secara geografis terletak di Desa Karangawen Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak, dengan jumlah sekitar 800 siswa yang tebagi menjadi 25 kelas. Madrasah ini telah berdiri secara resmi sejak tahun 1997. Dengan jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak MTs Negeri telah didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang mampu mendukung proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar serta kegiatan administratif. Saat ini MTs Jepara telah mempunyai 20 unit komputer dalam satu laboratorium komputer yang dilengkapi dengan jaringan komputer untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Di bidang adminstrasi juga sudah didukung dengan 5 unit komputer yang digunakan oleh staf tata usaha dalam rangka melayani seluruh kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, termasuk diantaranya adalah dalam pelayanan pembayaran keuangan siswa.

This research aims to understand the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure needs. Knowing the required facilities and infrastructure needs will have a significant impact on the success of the learning process and can contribute appropriately to the achievement of educational goals. The research method used is a literature review method by collecting materials from various sources such as journals, articles, the internet, books, and other sources related to the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure needs. The results of the study show that the steps in planning facilities and infrastructure needs include needs analysis, cost analysis, and priority analysis. The purpose of planning these facilities and infrastructure needs is to ensure the provision of facilities and infrastructure that meet the needs of students and the needs of all staff in educational institutions. This includes various specifications of items, such as consumables, non-consumables, immovable items, and items related to learning activities.
