Language plays a crucial role in everyday life as a tool for communication, not only conveying information but also expressing deeper meanings, especially those that are implicit. One of the relevant fields of study to understand these implied meanings is pragmatics. In this context, the Gospel of Matthew, particularly the parable of the sower in Matthew 13:1-23, becomes an intriguing object of analysis because it contains spiritual and moral teachings that are relevant to modern life. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a literature study to explore the implicit meaning within this parable. Matthew 13:1-23 illustrates various human responses to God's word through the analogy of seed sowing, involving four types of soil as symbols of the condition of the human heart. This study also examines the parable of Jesus in the social and cultural context of His time, as well as its implications within pragmatics, which emphasizes the importance of context and the listener's attitude in understanding the message being conveyed. The research findings suggest that the parable of the sower not only portrays the spiritual condition of individuals but also reflects the challenges faced by society in accepting the teachings of Christ. Through a pragmatic analysis, a deeper meaning of this parable can be understood, offering insights for moral and spiritual life today. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of Jesus' teachings and their relevance in contemporary life.

Through a historical-hermeneutic approach, the main question asked is: how can the SteCu Song be read as an aesthetic practice that is in line with the principles of Islamic music philosophy, especially as stated in the Book of al-Musiqa al-Kabir by al-Farabi? This study aims to examine the relationship between contemporary musical expression in the SteCu Song with aesthetic and ethical concepts in classical Islamic philosophy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with text analysis and musical practice, as well as a theoretical approach that refers to al-Farabi's thoughts on music as a means of forming the soul and morals. The main theoretical framework in this study is the theory of harmony of the soul and the educational function of music according to al-Farabi, which is combined with the theory of art as a medium of social meaning. The results of the study show that SteCu Songs are not only a form of artistic expression, but also contain educational and spiritual dimensions that are in line with al-Farabi's idea of music as a means of purifying the soul (tazkiyat al-nafs). These songs present moral reflections, values of togetherness, and calls for goodness, thus placing musical art in the context of progressive cultural da'wah. This study recommends the development of similar musical works as a medium for learning Islamic philosophy that is applicable and contextual.

In the modern era, financial services have increasingly integrated with technological advancements, one example being donation-based crowdfunding that operates through online financial platforms. Kitabisa.com is an online platform that facilitates donation transactions between campaigners and donors but does not assume responsibility for the actions or information provided by campaigners, donors, or other users. This creates significant potential for disputes among these parties. This study examines two key issues related to the standard contracts used in donation-based crowdfunding: the unilateral dispute resolution provisions created by the platform and the effectiveness of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Using a case study approach focused on Kitabisa.com's standard contracts, the research employs descriptive-qualitative analysis of collected data and literature. The findings reveal that while some contracts include ADR clauses, others do not, and the effectiveness of ADR in resolving disputes is limited, with few cases being publicly reported.

This study examines the dangers of zina (adultery) in the Kitab Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman with a focus on the moral and spiritual perspectives contained within it, as well as identifying strategies for preventing zina in daily life. The Kitab Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman depicts zina as a major sin that not only damages personal integrity but also disrupts social harmony and moral order within society.
