This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction at CV Hastaningrat Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were 36 respondents. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sample technique which makes the entire popuilation as a samplei. Thei reisuilts of thei stuidy show that: (1) Leiadeirship partially has a positivei and significant eiffeict on job satisfaction variableis at CV Hastaningrat Jombang, (2) Work einvironmeint has a significant eiffeict on job satisfaction variableis at CV Hastaningrat Jombang, (3) Leiadeirship and work einvironmeint simuiltaneiouisly havei an eiffeict significant to thei job satisfaction variablei at CV Hastaningrat Jombang

Costumers’ have their own taste to buy something at somplace, beside when they found a product or a place that suits to their taste arises a desire to become customer that loyal to that product or a place .  Object of this research is hijab convection CV.ZAM-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang. Purpose of this reseacrh is to know the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty at hijab convection CV.ZA-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang This resecarh methode is kuantitative . The populations are customersrs who buy or booking at the hijab cnvection CV.ZAM-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang wich around 150 customers in a month with 30 respondens. Data analysised by statistic test helped by SPSS25. The results  showed that factors that 1) the service quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty with value of 2.125 on partial test. 2) the product quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty with value of 2.993 on partial tes. 3) the service quality and product quality has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with value of 11.938 on simultaneous test.

Brand Image or can be called Brand Image is a perception of a brand Brand about the brand associated with brand associations that appear in the minds of consumers. One of the factors that can affect the brand image of  a company's product is quality. Quality related to product quality offered by manufacturers with a particular brand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether brand image and product quality variables significantly influence purchasing decisions of Rabbani members in the city of Jombang. This research uses quantitative research using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial and simultaneous hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The number of samples is 110 Rabbani members in Jombang. Data collection uses a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that (1) brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions (2) product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions (3) brand image and product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. Mengetahui mutu pelayanan pada bank tersebut perlu dilakukan agar mengetahui juga kepuasan dan kesetiaan nasabah beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan berhubungan dengan kepuasan dan kesetiaan nasabah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kepuasan pelanggan di PT BPR Panji aronta penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 117 nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan dan probability sampling teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. mutu pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap persediaan pelanggan pada PT BPR Panji aronta dengan Jombang 2. kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap kesediaan nasabah pada PT. BPR. Panji Aronta Bareng Jombang 3.mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kesetiaan nasabah. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Loyalitas Nasabah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak strategi pemasaran terhadap preferensi wisatawan ke Objek Wisata Pemandian Pandan Sili di Desa Ngampungan, Kabupaten Bareng Jombang. pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini . lokasi pengambilan sampel aksidental dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan pendekatan sampling probabilitas .Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Dampak strategi promosi pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak terhadap minat berkunjung (2) Fasilitas pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak positif dan signifikan untuk tujuan visitasi (3) rencana perbaikan dan fasilitas sekaligus berdampak signifikan terhadap tujuan visitasi Pemandian Pandan sili Desa. Ngampungan Kec.Bareng Kab.Jombang.Kata kuci: Strategi Prmosi, fasilitas, minat berkunjung.

ABSTRAK : Perwalian merupakan masalah khusus di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) dengan jarangnya kasus perwalian sehingga masyarakat masih awam dengan persoalan perwalian. Ada beberapa hal yang melatar belakangi keberadaan wali, seperti alasan internal (konflik keluarga), perbedaan hak, dan alasan ekonomi. Dilihat dari maqasid syari'ah untuk penyebab perwalian masih dapat diterima karena semua alasan yang telah dijelaskan mengandung konsep maqasid syari'ah yaitu menjaga agama, menjaga harta, menjaga jiwa, menjaga akal, menjaga keturunan , melaksanakan perkawinan, yaitu bertujuan untuk menjaga lima aspek pokok pemeliharaan. dalam maqshid syari'ah salah satunya adalah menjaga keturunan dan menghindari hal-hal buruk yang mungkin dilakukan oleh calon mempelai laki-laki.

Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field. Planning begins with mapping students' abilities and interests, recruiting new extracurricular members, compiling a program for one semester; implementation includes routine training, participation in competitions, and documentation of competition results; Supervision is carried out in the absence of members and trainers, monthly evaluations, reports and assessments every semester

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

In today's increasingly sophisticated era, MSMEs must be able to compete with entrepreneurs who are increasingly creative and trained to use modern technologies. One of the things that can help these MSMEs is by assisting in product diversification and diversity. This article aims to determine the impact obtained by MSMEs in Cupak Village, Jombang after training and mentoring. The research was conducted in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews, and surveys on MSMEs in Cupak village, Jombang. This research will result in increasing the expertise of MSMEs and enabling MSMEs to reach a wider market.

The Bunda Jombang Housing development project is a project that has a land area of ​​31,401 hectares, where this housing development project was previously located on a former quarry land (Andim Rendy S, 2022), therefore it is necessary to carry out land work (land clearing) to restore the existing land structure. damaged as a result of previous mining activities. Researchers schedule earthworks so that there are no deviations from the planned schedule. An appropriate scheduling method is needed for efficient and effective utilization of the resources used. Research using the Precedence Diagram Method has the aim of analyzing implementation time and being able to determine effective scheduling for continuous work in housing development projects. In the customary practices of the Javanese Muslim society, there are often certain approaches employed to prevent divorces. This approach is commonly referred to as "tajdidun nikah," which translates to the renewal of marriage. This strategy is typically employed when a household faces numerous challenges or prolonged conflicts, leading to a decline in the harmony between spouses. This research aims to recognize and examine the occurrence of the tajdidun nikah phenomenon within the Rejoagung village community in Ngoro Jombang, in accordance with Islamic law. Through a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study collected data through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and applied an analysis framework based on the model developed by Miles and Huberman. The findings of the study concluded that the practice of tajdidun marriage in Rejoagung village, Ngoro District, Kabupaten Jombang, is a heritage that has been transmitted through generations. It represents an effort by married couples to reinforce their strained marital relationships, which could potentially lead to divorce. From an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is deemed permissible, as it offers numerous advantages, as long as the process adheres to Sharia principles. Couples who have embraced this tradition tend to experience greater harmony, tranquility, and enduring relationships within their households.

The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

Kecemasan Komunikasi interaktif adalah bentuk reaksi negatif dari individu berupa kecemasan yang dialami seseorang ketika berkomunikasi, terutama dalam hal komunikasi interpersonal. Individu tersebut tidak mampu untuk mengantisipasi perasaan negatifnya dan sedapat mungkin berusaha untuk menghindari komunikasi. Self-confidence  yang positif membuat seseorang mampu untuk mengembangkan penilaian positif terhadap diri sendiri maupun terhadap lingkungan atau situasi yang dihadapinya maka perasaan cemas saat berkomunikasi secara interpersonal menjadi berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 3) mendiskripsikan apakah terdapat hubungan antara Self-confidence  dengan kecemasan Komunikasi interaktifpada pelajar putri MAN 1 Jombang yang tinggal di asrama. Variabel Bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Self-confidence , Variabel terikatnya adalah Kecemasan Komunikasi Interpersonal. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan intrument skala Self-confidence  dan dan skala kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil uji validitas item Self-confidence  diperoleh nilai validitas antara 0,349 sampai 0,744 dan penghitungan reliabilitas dengan koefisien Alpha Cronbach 0.958. sedangkan untuk hasil uji validitas aitem kecemasan Komunikasi interaktif diperoleh nilai validitas antara 0,349 sampai 0,801 dan penghitungan reliabilitas dengan koefisien Alpha Cronbach 0,958. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara Self-confidence  dengan kecemasan Komunikasi interaktif pada Siswi yang tinggal di asrama MAN 1 Jombang (rxy = -0,608, sig.= 0.000 < 0.05). artinya semakin tinggi Self-confidence  Siswi maka semakin rendah kecemasan komunikasi interpersonalnya. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa siswi yang tinggal di asrama MAN 1 Jombang memiliki Self-confidence  tinggi sebanyak 15,94% (11 orang), sedang sebesar 68,12% (47 orang), dan rendah sebesar 15,94% (11 orang). Sedangkan pelajar putri yang memiliki kecemasan Komunikasi interaktif tinggi 9 orang (13,04%), sedang sebanyak 49 orang (71,02%) dan rendah 11 orang (15,94 %).

Abstract. In an effort to create customer retention, the company improves product quality, service and purchasing power suitability so that consumers can feel satisfaction in using the product and create barriers to switching to Hanasui products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence in maintaining customer satisfaction and switching barriers to customer retention in customers of Hanasui brand products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang by using quantitative methods. The total population in this study is 150 customers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction and switching barriers have a significant effect on customer retention of Hanasui products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang lunturnya tradisi gugur gunung dan dampak yang ditimbulkannya, di desa Mundusewu, kecamatan Bareng, Jombang. Tradisi gugur gunung (atau dengan sebutan lain) yang mengandung nilai-nilai luhur, seperti kerekatan, guyub, dan oorientasi pada kepentingan bersama, perlahan-lahan semakin luntur bahkan mulai hilang keberadaannya. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Perspektif teori menggunakan kerangka pemikiran evolusi untuk menjelaskan realitas yang di kaji. Kajian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan : (1) Proses luntur dan hilangnya tardisi gugur gung terjadi ketika terjadi perubahan kepemilikan lahan pertanian, yang secara tidak langsung pemerintahan desa terlibat dalam proses tersebut, (2) Alokasi anggaran dari pemerintah untuk pembangunan desa, yang menyebabkan warga desa kehilangan kemandirian, dan tergantung kepada pemerintah, (3)  Luntur dan hilangnya tradisi ini berdampak pada berbagai bidang; ekonomi, sosial, dan kebudayaan.

For reinforcement in the x-axis direction of 22 D22 – 150 mm, reinforcement in the y-axis direction of 24 D22 – 160 mm. In the implementation method using a mini borepile because it considers aspect of heavy equipment mobilization. Some of the work in progress includes measuring, making reinforcement, drilling, installing reinforcement, casting, and making pile caps.
