Tuberculosis (TB) is currently a public health problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. Pulmonary TB is ranked 2nd as the main cause of death from infectious diseases after Human Immuno deficiency Virus (HIV). Pulmonary Tuberculosis is easily spread through the air when people who are sick with Pulmonary Tuberculosis release bacteria through the coughing mechanism. The spread of these bacteria is through sputum splashes or droplet nuclei released by TB sufferers through coughing, sneezing or talking face to face. The increase in TB cases is related to the degree of health in the community. The biggest factors that affect the degree of health are environmental factors and community behavior itself which can be detrimental to health. Risk factors for Tuberculosis transmission are environmental factors and behavioral factors, environmental factors include ventilation, housing density, temperature, lighting and humidity. While behavioral factors include smoking habits, spitting or throwing phlegm anywhere, coughing or sneezing without covering the mouth and the habit of not opening windows and not implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). This research method is a quantitative study with statistical tests with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at SMP 4 Ulee Rubek, North Aceh in November 2024. The research sample consisted of 15 children, Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests to test adolescents' knowledge about how to prevent TB. Community-based waste management in military housing areas, particularly within the environment of Markas Komando Pasukan Khusus (Makopassus), still faces several challenges. This service initiative aims to enhance the participation of the Army Wives Association (Persit) members of Kopassus in the Waste Bank program through the optimization of communication strategies. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves the community in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. Activities were carried out through outreach, technical training, online and offline communication campaigns, and participatory evaluations. The results show significant changes, including the formation of a Waste Bank working group, improved household waste sorting behavior, the emergence of local leaders from among Persit members, and the growth of collective awareness toward circular economy-based waste management. These findings confirm that communication strategies tailored to the audience's characteristics and based on community-centered approaches can effectively drive social change within military environments. This program holds the potential for replication in similar communities to support sustainable development through community empowerment.

The implementation of this research, conducted through Community Service Activities, is grounded in the conditions experienced by parents in caring for children with special needs, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, or other developmental disorders. The heavy burden of caregiving can increase the risk of psychological distress. This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Sahabat Autis Bogor Foundation, located in Billabong Permai Housing Complex, Block C3D No. 2, Bojong Gede, accompanying seven parents of students. The objective of the Community Service Activity was to enhance the quality of life of the mothers, stabilize their mental health, prevent mental health decline, and provide optimal support for their children with mental health challenges. The methods employed in the Community Service Activity included (1) Socialization and Seminar Implementation, (2) Psychological Support and Counseling, and (3) Coping Strategy Training and the Establishment of a Support Group. The findings from this research activity indicated that parents struggled to express the anger and bitterness they experienced as side effects of stress, fatigue, and the lack of attention to their own needs. Parents, particularly mothers of children with special needs, were found to be more vulnerable to prolonged stress, anxiety, and even depression compared to mothers of children without special needs. They also experienced trauma in introducing their children to their social environment and exhibited heightened concerns regarding their children's careers and futures.

The partners for this community service activity are UMKM which are engaged in goat slaughtering. One of the problems faced is that the process of removing goat skin is still manual, that is, it still uses human labor, where using human power for the goat skinning process requires less efficient time. Therefore, these UMKM really need a touch of technology related to the goat skin removal method to overcome the problems of UMKM engaged in the business of slaughtering goats and selling goat meat. Therefore, in community service activities, goat skin pulling machines will be handed over to partner entrepreneurs, namely MSMEs. Mak Ngat at the Rasmala market in the Srondol Wetan housing complex, Banyumanik sub-district, Semarang city. Impact After using a goat skin pulling machine for Mak'Ngat UMKM, the goat skinning process is more economical, namely when done manually it can skin 12 goats in one hour, but when done using a machine, 12 goats can be done in 15 minutes and this number has increased drastically

Trauma healing programs for child victims of violence are crucial because they can help them recover physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Children who experience sexual violence are at risk of experiencing long-term trauma that impacts their mental and social development. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Trauma Healing Program for child victims of sexual violence, which was implemented by the Pekanbaru City Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Community Empowerment (DP3APM) in 2023. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews. Seven informants participated in this study: the Head of DP3APM, the Head of the UPT PPA, community members, and a psychiatrist. This study found that the trauma healing program encompasses three main stages. First, the security and stabilization stage (establishing safety), carried out by providing compassionate therapy and support to the victim's parents. Second, the remembering and grieving stage (remembering and grieving), carried out by gathering information from the victim and providing healing therapy to restore their mental state. Third, the connecting and integrating stage (reconnection), which helps victims accept their condition and return to normal life. For victims whose condition remains unstable, the healing program will continue. The main obstacle to implementing this program is budget constraints, particularly for logistical needs such as accommodation, food, and transportation. Despite this, the trauma healing program conducted by the Pekanbaru DP3APM has been well-implemented and has provided victims with a gradual and structured response and recovery effort. The main obstacle to implementing this program is budget constraints, particularly in providing facilities such as housing, daily meals, and transportation.

This research aims to analyze the potential for social conflict in the development of Rusunawa Sadangserang in Bandung City through a sustainable planning perspective. This study employs a case study approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and source triangulation for data collection and analysis. The findings suggest that the potential for conflict arises from three primary sources, namely changes in land use, inequality in the provision of residential units, and unclear land ownership status. Changes in the function of Sadangserang Market and Sadangserang Terminal risk triggering resistance from traders and drivers. The imbalance of commercial units and subsidies can create access conflicts for low-income groups. Uncertain land ownership status is also prone to disputes. Therefore, a sustainable planning strategy is needed that involves public participation, socio-economic surveys, and clarification of land status. In this way, it is hoped that Rusunawa Sadangserang can make an optimal contribution to providing harmonious and fair housing in the city of Bandung.

Drainage is an infrastructure system designed to channel water from one place to another. This study is based on Article 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Urban Drainage Systems. This research aims to analyze the drainage maintenance carried out by the Public Works and Housing Office (PUPR) of Pekanbaru City using Dhillon B.S’s asset maintenance theory, which consists of two main indicators: preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods including in-depth interviews and field observations. The results indicate that drainage maintenance in Pekanbaru City faces several challenges, such as budget constraints, low public awareness, a shortage of skilled labor, outdated infrastructure conditions, and the impact of extreme weather conditions. The findings suggest that the drainage maintenance efforts by the PUPR Office of Pekanbaru City still encounter numerous challenges, particularly in technical aspects and community participation. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the budget and develop more competent human resources in the field of drainage maintenance. Additionally, more intensive public awareness campaigns on the importance of maintaining drainage cleanliness and the enforcement of penalties for violators should be strengthened. The utilization of modern technology, such as sensors and drone-based monitoring systems, can also serve as a solution to enhance the effectiveness of drainage maintenance. With these measures, it is expected that the drainage system in Pekanbaru City can function more optimally and sustainably.

Electrical energy is a vital need to support daily life in various sectors such as industry, housing and government. In Indonesia, the majority of electrical energy is still produced from fossil fuel plants, which have significant environmental impacts and limited resources. Therefore, the development of renewable energy is crucial to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. One promising alternative is the Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH), which uses flowing water to produce electrical energy. This research focuses on the implementation of MHP in Babakan Banten Village, Bogor Regency, an area with the potential for abundant water flow throughout the year. This project aims to provide a reliable electricity supply for communities, most of whom do not yet have access to electricity from the national grid. This study includes the process of planning, assembling and testing the MHP system using field data such as river water discharge, land elevation (head) and other technical specifications. The measurement results show that the PLTMH with a generator capacity of 2 kW is able to meet the electricity needs of 18 houses in Babakan Village, Banten. System testing shows good operational stability with optimal turbine rotation at full load and results in accordance with planning. It is hoped that the implementation of this PLTMH will not only increase accessibility to sustainable electrical energy, but will also have a positive impact on the welfare of local communities. Utilization of locally available natural resources not only reduces dependence on conventional energy, but also becomes a real example of the application of technology for sustainable development in remote areas of Indonesia.

That housing and settlement development by private business entities is compatible with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or can also be called Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a sustainable development agenda initiated and agreed upon by the United Nations. Meanwhile, the construction of houses by individuals or individuals is very inconsistent with the programs or agendas set forth by the national and world governments. Of course, if we examine further, the development carried out by each person is very contrary to "participating in implementing world order" as described in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The legal issue of this normative legal research: What is the government's authority in the implementation of housing development? How is the legal protection for people or entities that organize housing development in Law Number 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Residential Areas? The government's authority in the implementation of housing development includes policy regulation, implementation supervision, housing provision facilitation, inter- government coordination, community empowerment, and education. Through this authority, the government seeks to create a decent and sustainable residential environment for all levels of society. Legal protection for persons or entities that organize housing development is comprehensively regulated in Law No. 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Residential Areas. Legal protection includes: 1. Community Rights. 2. Developer's Obligations. 3. Sanctions for Violations. 4. The Role of the Government.
