The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of PAK Teacher behavior on the character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Sitiotio for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with inferential statistical data analysis. The population was all 121 students in class VIII for the 2023/2024 academic year at SMP Negeri 1 Sitiotio and a sample of 36 people was determined, namely 30% of the total population using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using 40 positive closed items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence on the behavior of Religious Education Teachers on the character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Sitiotio for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence obtained by the value rxy = 0.594 > rtable(= 0.05,n=36) = 0.329, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable =34)= 2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.3%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="39.26"+0.97X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of providing learning motivation by Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive statistical approach. The population is all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 160 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 25 items for variable Test analysis requirements: a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.504 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.198 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="37","71"+0.57X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 25.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=13, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 10.23 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) is a divine and human effort carried out systematically and continuously, to transmit knowledge, values, attitudes and skills and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith. Christian religious education is a joint political activity among pilgrims at a time that deliberately pays attention to God's activities in the present. Thus, it can be said that Christian religious education is very important in transmitting knowledge, values ​​and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith in realizing the vision of the kingdom of God. According to Andreas, there are 2 research approaches that can be chosen, namely the positivist (quantitative) and naturalist (qualitative) approaches.  "Positivist research relies on quantification in collecting and analyzing data to test predetermined hypotheses." Therefore, researchers use a positivist (quantitative) approach. The design used in this research is a survey. A survey is research where the sample is taken from a population with a questionnaire as data collection. The location of the researcher's research was carried out at SD N Osiloa Kupang Tengah for the 2023/2024 academic year, the research period took place from March - May 2023. Based on research conducted by the researcher on the significance of Christian Religious Education (PAK) Teachers' Efforts towards increasing Passion for Reading the Bible in Class III Students At Osiloa State Primary School. The researcher will provide the following conclusions: Based on the research results, it is known that the calculated rs value in the data obtained is greater than the r table. R calculated = 0.999 and r table = 0.684, which means there is a significant relationship between variable There is a significant relationship between variable X: PAK Teacher Effort and variable Y: Students' Passion for Reading the Bible. Judging from the results of calculating the Terminant Coefficient (KP), it is: KP = r² x 100% = 0.647² x 100% = 41.9%. So PAK Teachers' efforts can influence Shiva's Passion for Reading the Bible by 41.9 percent.  

In the research, the author found several things that happened, including: how the role of the Religious Education Teacher as a leader in terms of the Heidelberg Catechism week 12 affects students' interest in learning. Students' motivation to learn can be seen if the student tries to make an effort diligently to achieve what he wants. A student who has good motivation will get good results too. Learning motivation is like a machine, if there is a driving force then the machine will operate according to what the operator wants. Likewise with motivation, if there is a driving force then there is an effort within a person to carry out certain activities to achieve a goal. However, motivation is not always shared by everyone. In his book, Soemanto defines motivation as a change in energy within a person which is characterized by effective encouragement and reactions in achieving a certain goal.   What is meant by learning motivation is an urge that arises within students to act or carry out an activity or business because of a goal, need or desire that must be satisfied. Looking at some of the explanations above, the author sees that the lack of student motivation in learning is a significant problem because remembering the objectives of learning and the efforts made by the teacher do not bring the results as expected. Thus learning is considered less successful. In this research, the type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The research location is Elpida Noelbaki Elementary School, which is located at Jalan Sahabat no. 01, Oehau Hamlet, Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The subject of this research is a religious education subject teacher for grade 2 elementary school students. The methods used in the research are interviews and observation. The teacher's treatment at the initial stage of learning has an impact on the growth of students' learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 88.8% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in lessons. The teacher's treatment at the initial and final stages of learning has an impact on increasing student learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 100% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in the lesson. Based on the implementation of the first to third cycles, it is known that the application of teacher social competencies such as teacher interaction, social skills, sympathetic attitudes and the teacher's adaptability towards students in following lessons will increase student motivation in learning. Students look enthusiastic and enthusiastic in receiving lessons in class.  

One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Christian Religious Education teachers towards the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as the basis for the ethics of the teaching profession. The Great Commission of Jesus Christ contains important moral values in the educational context, such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and social responsibility. This study uses the library method. In the library method, the writer will search and select information sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this research can contribute to the development of an educational approach that focuses on spiritual and ethical values, as well as provide a better understanding of the challenges faced by teachers in integrating religious values into a diverse school environment.

This study aims to analyze the philosophy of Christian education related to the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers in the context of an independent curriculum. The main focus of this study is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy that are relevant to understanding the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers. This study also identifies the contribution of Christian educational philosophy to the development of an independent Christian curriculum. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to study the relevant concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy. Various theoretical sources, such as Christian educational philosophy literature and the Bible, are used to support the analysis. This research reveals that the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers emphasize the recognition of God's divinity, love as the main principle, the integration of faith and knowledge, the formation of Christian character, and the spiritual dimension of education. In implementing their vision and mission, Christian religious education teachers can use content selection that supports Christian values, integrated teaching strategies, and relevant assessments. In this way, they can create learning experiences that reflect their vision and mission and help students develop strong Christian character.

Actualizing effective spiritual education for children is a very, very important thing. To achieve this, collaboration between parents and PAK teachers is needed. Children are the next generation. For this reason, every child must receive proper and correct spiritual education. This is so that children's lives can be educated in the truth of God's word and can live according to His commands written in the Bible. However, without the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers, it is certain that the child's spiritual education will not be realized satisfactorily. For this reason, what is needed is for the two educators to collaborate well in realizing effective spiritual education for children. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature research approach. The efforts made aim to contribute ideas to the weakening collaboration of parents and PAK teachers in meeting the spiritual needs of children. The final conclusion in this study is that the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers is needed in realizing effective spiritual education for children.

Ongoing learning and giving assignments Students often neglect responsibility for doing it, students are more enthusiastic about working on other subject assignments compared to PAK, even students prioritize other subject assignments because they feel happy compared to PAK assignments, so that assignments from PAK are set aside because assignments PAK only uses theory that is considered normal. This situation is centered on the teacher which tends to make the learning process less than optimal. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to describe a fun PAK learning process using a project model so that students are more enthusiastic about doing PAK assignments that are more weighty and of high value.

The teaching profession is a unique profession because many skills are needed to carry out one's duties in preparing future generations. Jesus as an example for Christian religion teachers should be the standard for every Christian educator. Therefore, it affects work during learning and leads to achievement for students. The responsibility of a Christian religious education teacher is to improve student learning achievement and provide learning motivation in order to achieve an achievement for each student. From this writing, the author uses qualitative as a literature study and is supported by several references from books, journals for the completeness and refinement of writing. This. This study resulted in a conclusion that the responsibility of a teacher greatly influences the achievement of each student in the world of education.

In the era of educational technology disruption, the role of general teachers including Christian religion teachers plays an important role in realizing learning in the era of technological disruption, by changing teaching strategies, methods and media. What is assisted by the development of digital technology with the support of the internet, remains effective in implementing learning effective. The problems faced are inseparable from the growth of the digitalization revolution in the field of education, where the use of information technology is a connecting factor. It is necessary to adjust pedagogical visualization. In conclusion, the era of disruption to the performance of PAK teachers is the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Currently is a period of upheaval that disrupts the comfort, peace, and welfare of PAK teachers in carrying out their teaching duties and responsibilities

In the increasingly advanced digital era, gadgets can have a positive impact on students. However, the use of gadgets can also have a negative impact on their understanding and poor practice, therefore PAK teachers need to play a role in overcoming the irresponsible use of gadgets. PAK teachers have a key role in teaching responsible gadget use. They should have a role to play in building awareness of the negative effects of using gadgets; and encourage critical discussion and moral reflection related to gadget use. In addition, Christian religious education teachers strengthen moral education and Christian religious values in learning. They provide creative alternatives that don't rely on gadgets, so students can experience experiences that support their moral development. Collaboration with parents and the church community is also an important part of ensuring messages that are consistent and in line with Christian religious values. By implementing this strategy, PAK teachers can have a proactive role in shaping the moral development of students. With a deep understanding of the influence of gadgets and Christian religious values, students can develop moral attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with the teachings of Christianity.

Youth is when humans are in their twenties. During youth, humans cannot be called adults, but they cannot also be called children. However, as the next generation, some Christian youths do not understand the importance of cultivating spirituality in building a close relationship with God. There are various models that can be implemented nowadays in order to produce young people who build a close relationship with God, one of which is the spiritual cultivation of Christian youth in building a close relationship with God. This learning certainly utilizes various youth spirituality that are relevant in the world of education. The goal is to improve the outcome and quality of their Faith process. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods the authors use library research (library research). Spiritual formation is very important for young Christians. Because youth has a very important role for the growth of the church, and youth is the backbone of the church in carrying out the functions and roles of the church it is very necessary. Therefore the church needs to foster and direct youth. In accordance with God's word in Proverbs 22:6 "Educate a young person according to the path that is proper for him, so that even when he is old he will not deviate from that path." In conclusion, youth is the next generation in the family, church and society in the future. So it is necessary to know that it is very important spiritual cultivation for young Christians to build a close relationship with God.

In writing this article, we discuss the integrity of PAK teachers in forming the spiritual character of students. Because nowadays, there are still some teachers who have not been able to show a Christlike attitude to life, so they are not a good role model for students. In fact, the integrity of an PAK teacher directs the behavior of students so that they are successful in following lessons in a certain knowledge environment. Third, Christian religion teachers must prepare lessons as well as possible.Fourth, Christian religious teachers must be role models and have integrity and be friendly to students in the context of forming the spiritual character of students.  This study used the cauldron method qualitative with the library data used are the Bible, journals, articles and theological books that support the topic of discussion.
