This research aims to (1) determine the Inspectorate's supervisory function in preventing misuse of Village Funds and (2) to analyze and formulate what factors influence the Inspectorate's function in carrying out its function as a supervisory element to prevent misuse of Village Funds in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is empirical research, namely research that examines community behavior that arises due to the existence of a legal rule, or vice versa, the formation of a legal rule due to behavior in society by conducting field research and literature review. The results of this research show that the prevention process carried out The Regional Inspectorate prevents misuse of Village Funds by supervising and controlling the management of Village Funds. Factors that influence its effectiveness are legal substance: There are no regional regulations or regent regulations regarding supervisory procedures. Legal structure: The number of auditors is still limited. Legal culture: An inspection process that does not fully reach the field. Where the law applies: There are 7 sub-districts and 83 villages in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Infrastructure: Limited facilities for mobilization and the absence of an online site as a source of information and public complaints. The research conclusion shows that the supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has not been effective.

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. The target of this community service proposal is Al Islam Surakata High School students. Patient An MM was brought by his parents to the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center Children's Polyclinic with complaints of itching on both hands for the last 3 weeks. The initial complaint was that it felt like itching accompanied by the appearance of reddish spots, and over time, pimples appeared between the fingers. Complaints felt worse in the last week until the patient felt itchy all day and complaints of itching felt worse at night until the patient had difficulty getting to sleep because he kept scratching the part of the body that felt itchy. Based on the anamnesis of complaints obtained after contact with the patient's older brother who experienced similar complaints. A physical examination was carried out and the examination results were within normal limits. Primary data was obtained through anamnesis and physical examination by conducting home visits, filling in family folders, and filling in patient files. The assessment is carried out based on a holistic diagnosis at the beginning, process and end of the visit quantitatively and qualitatively. The interventions carried out include education about the causes of scabies in the family, education on environmental sanitation and cleanliness and management of the disease as well as explaining complications that may arise from the patient's disease so that the patient's family maintains better personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness.

Indonesia is one of the developing countries, to carry out fair and equitable development throughout Indonesia, there is a need for sufficient energy as a driving motor for development itself. Electricity distribution in Pekanbaru, as in other regions of Indonesia, is handled by the State Electricity Company (PLN) as the largest electricity supply company in Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru ULP Panam branch as one of SOEs that aims to provide services in the field of electricity to the community (Public Utility). Organizational structure that is a primary and absolute requirement for increasing employment, responsibility and achievement of established goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints. This study used Zeithaml's theory of five indicators: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The service provided by PLN ULP Panam is still insufficient because of the many customer complaints that resulted in the service process being hampered. The service provided by the officers is not sufficient in responding to customer complaints and the SOP or Service Standards for officers in handling customer complaints do not exist. PLN ULP Panam must take this problem seriously because if there is no SOP or Service Standard, it is detrimental to the service process provided to customers.

Following the journey of mathematics at the elementary school level, students often hear complaints when they have to explore concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In such a dilemma, the need for innovation becomes even more pressing, as a way to carve out a vibrant next generation. The author sees that in learning mathematics, grade 3 students at SD Negeri 4 Citeureup lack enthusiasm for mathematics because this subject is often considered difficult. Overall, the process of implementing community service with a focus on education uses the jarimatics method to increase enthusiasm or motivation in studying mathematics for Citeureup 4 public elementary school students. The results of community service activities include the following: (a) achievement of the target number of participants. (b) the accuracy and skill of students working on multiplication problems. (c) achievement of activity objectives. After a series of training activities were carried out, finally we provided feedback questions from students. Do they feel happy and more motivated in learning mathematics? They all agree that they are happy and feel more motivated. To increase students' interest and motivation in learning mathematics, teachers should use good and effective methods to move and motivate students to be active in learning mathematics.

Low back pain (LBP) in Indonesia is a musculoskeletal complaint in the lumbar segment of the spine. One of the factors that influence complaints of low back pain (LBP) is work factors such as work position, work period, workplace design and body posture as well as body movement factors. Repetitive work, inefficient use of energy, long hours of work, unergonomic work positions and heavy workloads cause the incidence of LBP to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase insight into LBP as a promotive and preventive effort in reducing LBP symptoms. The methods used are counseling and leaflets as output results. There is a difference in understanding from the community and fishermen that after participating in this outreach activity, those who previously did not understand LBP disorders now understand more about what it is, the signs and symptoms, causes, intervention and prevention of LBP.

Due to the fetus's expansion in the uterus, the mother's pelvic joints are slightly more mobile, resulting in back pain. Additionally, the shoulders are pulled back and the lumbar spine is more curved, both of which increase spinal joint flexibility. To overcome back pain, one effort that can be done is pregnancy exercise. The goal of this volunteer project is to develop a unified strategy for preventing and treating pregnancy-related back pain by educating the public about the issue. Implementation in community service activities on October 3, 2023 at 09:00 - 12:00 WIB has been followed by pregnant women totaling 10 pregnant women, with the average results of knowledge before counseling amounting to 52.5 and after counseling amounting to 89.0 it is concluded that overall counseling participants with good knowledge. It is hoped that by raising awareness of pregnancy exercises, particularly among pregnant women, this event will help to reduce the number of back pain complaints in the community. Health Education is a topic that is explored in both theory and practice during these events. With this program, it is hoped that pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises so that complaints of back pain and other complaints can be reduced. These are some of the desired results from this endeavor; (1). Scientific publications in journals with ISSN / Proceedings; (2). Publication in PT repocitory; (3). Leaflet; (4). Activity Video; (5). At present, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is not only happening in the industrial world but also in government agencies that apply technology to fulfill service needs to the community. The government is expected to answer all community needs by providing the best services based on information technology. One of them is the Jambi City Public Complaint Information System Applications or Online-Based Jambi City Community Complaint Application (SiKesal) is a form of information technology-based service application for incoming public complaints dominated by infrastructure, roads, drainage, cleanliness, street lights, clean water, and parking problems and about damage to be repaired. With the public complaint report, it will not be followed up by the relevant OPD admin, so it is necessary to train how to use the SiKesal application for OPD Admins in Jambi City so that each OPD admin knows what to do. On this basis, in the community service program (PkM) activities on this occasion, assistance in using the SiKesal application for OPD admins in the Jambi City which is one of the right solutions for the government to improve government services to the community so that public satisfaction and trust in the government can increase.

Banyuanyar is a village in Banjarsari district, Surakarta. This district has Puskesmas as its role in public health of the first level with two buildings namely Banyuanyar and Source. The second-largest visit data available at Puskesmas Banyuanyar Physiotherapy Poli in 2023 was obtained from 104 patients and 11 patients in the last 1 month, which is knee osteoarthritis characterized by pain, stiffness in the knee joints so impaired day-to-day activity. The aim of this program is to help provide education and treatment as well as training in the case of knee osteoarthritis in order to reduce and prevent complaints felt worse. The method used for educational purposes is dissemination as well as providing leaflets to the Lansia Post Community at RW 14 Kelurahan Source City of Surakarta. To see the improvement in understanding, the authors using pre-test and post-test questionnaires obtained results that are significant improvements in the understanding of the physical therapy material with an average pre test score of 4,55 and an average post test rating of 95.45.

Pangkalan Kerinci is an area with many industries in it, including the pulp industry or paper pulp producer. PT RAPP is a company operating in the pulp sector. As a result of this industry, many people complain about air pollution due to industrial activities carried out by PT. RAPP. These activities are monitored by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service in collaboration with other stakeholders. The aim of this research is to find out how the planning, implementation and evaluation of communication from the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service is in controlling industrial air pollution in Pangkalan Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subject in this research is the Pelalawan Regency government (Environmental Service) with the determination using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques in this research are through interviews, observation and documentation. The number of informants in the study was 9 people according to the criteria determined through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used uses the model from Miles and Hubberman and the data validity technique, namely triangulation. The result of this research is that the planning carried out by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service was carried out by listening to complaints from the surrounding community, always formulating objectives to provide understanding to the community and then develop message by conveying environmental messages in an informative, persuasive and cognitive manner, which is then continued with media production planning by the Pelalawan City environmental service. The Environmental Service carried out planning implementation after presenting the work program idea, then carrying out technical guidance outreach activities related to PP Number 22 of 2021, collaborating with NGOs and local communities and conveying environmental messages through billboards. Meanwhile, evaluation activities are carried out every six months.

This Study examines the low quality of public service provided by Kedaung Village officials,Lack of public knowloedge regarding public service,procedures in kedaung Village,lack of response and attention from Kedaung Village officials to people who need service in Kedaung Village.the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze more broadly regarding the quliy of service at the Kedaung Vilage,south Tangerang City.The Method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to describe service at the Kedaung Village office.The results of this study use the service quality theory of Zeithaml Berry and Prasurahman,namely Tangible (Direct evidence),Realibility (realibility),Responsiveness (responsiveness),Assurance (guarantee),Empathy (empathy).This shows that the service at the kedaung sub-district office has not run perfectly.On the Realibility indicator,it has not run perfectly,such as the expertise of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsiveness indicator,all officer who carry out service are classified as responsive to the community who want perform service or people who have complaints about the ongoing service process.

Public Health is a part of science that discusses and studies the prevention and treatment of diseases in each individual. Some disease conditions found in the community are complaints of knee pain and back pain. The knee pain that is commonly found is Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, suffered by millions of people worldwide. It is a degenerative joint disease that affects many joint tissues. This problem arises when the protective cartilage at the ends of bones deteriorates over time. Osteoarthritis is usually experienced in the age of 40-60 years. This is due to the advanced age of the degeneration process. In addition to Osteoarthritis, diseases of the shoulder are also found, such as spasm and Triger Point in the upper trapezius muscle. One of the interventions or modalities provided by infrared or infrared physiotherapy.  Infrared is one of the Physiotherapy modalities in providing services to patients with the aim of causing relaxation effects and decreasing pain. Infrared is a peacock wave that can relieve pain and stiffness in joints and muscles. The process of vasodilation of blood vessels produced by infrared rays can accelerate the removal of several pain-stimulating chemicals including bradykinin, serotonin, histamine, and proteolytic enzymes. As well as prostaglandins and substance P which increase the sensitivity of the ends of pain fibers, so that in the end infrared can reduce pain intensity. In addition to being given Physiotherapy Interventions also provide Socialization or counseling to the community in accordance with the conditions complained of. Providing explanations related to the conditions or complaints of each community by providing education and home programs.

This study aims to provide education on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. Community service methods were conducted through counseling and training for pregnant women in the third trimester at several predetermined locations. Education focused on understanding the causes of lower back pain during pregnancy, daily prevention techniques, and safe and effective physical exercises to reduce pain. After the training, an evaluation was conducted to measure the increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant women in managing lower back pain. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant women in managing lower back pain after receiving education. Through this approach, it is expected to improve the well-being of pregnant women and reduce complaints of lower back pain during the third trimester of pregnancy in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency.

The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, that is, the Public Services section in Telanaipura District, Jambi City had not fulfilled adequate service facilities to provide services to the community. The community is satisfied with the services provided by Telanaipura District, Jambi City in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any community complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services in relation to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Telanaipura District, Jambi City, is to give a pleasant impression.

Traditional health services are expected to be implemented in health care facilities. Puskesmas had a traditional health clinic that has been running since 2019, but there is no evaluation on that program. This study aims to identify the implementation that has been carried out, in order to find out which aspects still need improvement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers collect data by interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that traditional health services at the puskesmas have been implemented fairly well. In 2022 there were 20 visitors with the majority of visitors aged 31-45 years (50%), female (90%), all coming from the Javanese and Muslim religions. Meanwhile, the average number of visits was 1 time (55%) and 5% of visitors made 4 repeat visits. The most frequently treated complaints were dizziness/headaches (35%) and other pain complaints (45%). Treatment in traditional health polyclinics is provided with oral medication as much as 40% and 60% without drug administration. The traditional treatment given is acupressure (65%), cupping (15%) and a combination of both as much as 20%. Officers who provide traditional health services at the Palm Health Center are nurses with acupressure training. The implementation that has been carried out still requires various improvements in order to increase the number of patient visits. Further research is needed to find the right implementation model so that traditional health services at puskesmas are widely utilized by the community.

The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.

The Semarang Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) field has functions which include serving complaints from people affected by criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, theft, loss of valuables and so on. The high number of public complaints at this time so that people really need fast service in the SPKT section. SPKT is the spearhead of police services in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate services, an online complaint application is needed. This research is only used for reporting public complaints about traffic, crime and drugs that occur in Semarang district at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Semarang Police. The search method is only used to find the complaint number using the sequential search method. The results of the study show that the application of public complaints in the Semarang Police SPKT section makes it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police regarding traffic, crime, drugs and searching for complaint numbers using the sequential search method

This research aimed to determine whistleblowing methods' effectiveness and public complaints in detecting and preventing fraud at BPK DIY Representative. This research used the interview method. The data that has been obtained will be processed using descriptive analysis techniques with a qualitative approach. The findings of this research show that the whistleblowing and public complaints method has a qualified design to provide facilities for whistleblowers to report fraud actions. All information from the whistleblowing method is very important as an early indication in detecting fraud. However, in its implementation of whistleblowing and community complaints, it has not run optimally.
