The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This research aims to find out: (1) What are employees' perceptions of the physical work environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency Office, (2) What efforts are being made to improve the physical working environment conditions at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The sample used was a saturated sample because the number of samples taken in this research were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office, totaling 53 people. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was recapitulation of questionnaire results and explanation of the questionnaire results. The research results found that 81.13% of employees in the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office felt comfortable and satisfied with the direct physical work environment. And there are still 18.87% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the physical working environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. There are 81.57% of employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office who feel comfortable and satisfied with the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment. And there are still 18.43% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the condition of the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. Efforts are being made to further improve the condition of the physical work environment, namely by means of redesigning the office, more can identify disturbances in the office environment because it is located on the side of the road, the lighting and lighting facilities in the work space are adequate, the color combination does not disturb employees and the air quality in the office is further improved with adequate ventilation. 

This research aims to find out whether work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Microfinance Institution (LKM) Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were 16 employees of the Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency Microfinance Institution. The sample in this study was 16 people. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression analysis coefficients, coefficients of determination, and T tests. The results of the t test show that the t value of the work discipline variable is greater than t table (7.312 > 1.761) or the sig value is (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the work discipline variable has a significant effect. positive and significant on performance so that the hypothesis is accepted. 

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

The current state of the war against COVID-19 requires people to be active at home, keep their distance, wear masks and other healthy living habits. Almost all activities that we normally can do outside the home freely, such as school, work, play, lectures and others, have been restricted since the Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, of course, there are economic factors that make people continue to do activities outside the home. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of handling COVID-19 must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties who take universities. In Ringintunggal village, residents work as farmers, usually growing rice, beans, soybeans, secondary crops, and others. But here there are also lots of crystal guavas owned by residents, so don't be surprised if we enter Ringintunggal village there will be lots of guava trees around people's homes, and there are several crystal guava gardens that are quite wide owned by residents. But with the abundance of guava fruit, it is not accompanied by the innovation of processed crystals. Therefore we saw that this was a problem in the village and we were moved to take action for the residents of Ringintunggal village by providing understanding and training on the potential assets owned by Ringintunggal village.

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Minister of Health Decree on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations. The Minister of Manpower issues a Circular which states for companies that limit their business activities due to the policies of their respective local governments in preventing and overcoming COVID-19, causing some or all workers not to come to work, taking into account business continuity, changes in the amount and method of payment wages are made in accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of Work Environment on Employee Loyalty; (2) Effect of Compensation on Employee Loyalty; (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation Against Employee Loyalty in PT. Nawakara Arta Kencana. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires spread with the number of respondents 45 employees. Data analysis technique in this research using normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Working Environment variables have an effect on significant to employee loyalty variable with t value> t table (2,972> 2,016); (2) Compensation variable significantly influence Employee Loyalty variable with t value> t table (5,500> 2,016); and (3) Work Environment Variables and Compensation Variables together affect Employee Loyalty variable in test result showing that the value of f arithmetic> f table (20,343> 3,21) and value of determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0, 492 or equal to 49 , 2%, it means that Work Environment variable and Compensation variable simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty variable as much 49,2%.

Being overweight can cause damage to joint cartilage. populations with overweight or obesity have greater risk factors for knee osteoarthritis than populations with normal negative weight. excess body weight can reach four to five times greater, thereby accelerating damage to joint cartilage structures. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between obesity and knee osteoarthritis in the Working Area of the Batu Aji Health Center, Batam City in 2020. The type of research was analytic with a cross-sectional design, using purposive sampling by looking at secondary data. There were 67 respondents in this study. The results of this study obtained the results of the statistical test chi suare p value = 0.001 (0.05), this indicates that there is a significant relationship between obesity and the incidence of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly in the Batu Aji Health Center Work Area, Batam City in 2020. It is recommended for the elderly to can do physical activities such as gymnastics, morning walks and consume foods and drinks rich in calcium such as milk and fruits in order to maintain bone health in the elderly

MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

The Relationship between Work Shift and Work Fatigue in the Emergency Room Nurses and the Ward Room of RSUD Piru, West Seram Regency in 2020. Therefore, shift work every day, namely the morning shift starting at 08.00-17.00 WIT while the night shift starts at 17.00-08.00 WIT. The health of nurses is very important so that health services in the community can be optimal, considering that nurses are human resources who play an important role in the hospital for 24 hours. And one of the efforts to improve the quality of service with work shift regulations. Work shifts need to be considered the time or biological clock that corresponds to our body for work accidents. Work fatigue contributes to the occurrence of work accidents caused by fatigue factors. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional) where measurement of the variables can be done at the same time so that it is quite effective and efficient. Research subjects were taken 30 nurses from the ER and Ward at PIRU Hospital. The measurement results show the relationship between work shifts and work fatigue of nurses in the ER and Ward there are 8 respondents (26.7%) who have a morning shift schedule and experience fatigue and 7 respondents (23.3%) respondents who have a night shift schedule and do not experience fatigue. The statistical test results show a significant value α <0.003, which means that Ha is accepted by Ho is rejected.  

Elderly can be said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle. Meanwhile, article 1 paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4) of Law no. 13 of 1998 concerning health states that an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years (Maryam, 2011). A decrease in muscle function and strength will result in a decrease in the ability to maintain postural balance or body balance in the elderly. Joint pain is an inflammation of the joints which is characterized by joint swelling, redness, heat, pain and movement pain. (Santoso, 2009). The type of data used is primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test ∝= 0.481. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of elderly people with less experience experienced joint pain (43.5%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained p= 0.481, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and activeness of the elderly in doing elderly exercise with the incidence of joint pain in the elderly. Seeing the results of this research, the health workers on duty should provide education about exercise for the elderly and joint pain.    

Puerperal gymnastics is a series of body movements performed by maternal postpartum that aims to restore and maintain muscle strength associated with childbirth. Results of preliminary studies commencing on January to April 2016, there are six post-partum mothers experience postpartum hemorrhage. A puerperal gymnastics counseling to postpartum mothers has been done but not all postpartum mothers doing gymnastics parturition. This is due to postpartum mothers are not unaware that puerperal gymnastics will affect the muscles needs for oxygen, blood flow becomes smooth so it can help the process of health recovery after childbirth. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of puerperal gymnastics to involution of uterus to primipara maternal in Majalaya Hospital Bandung District in 2016. The type of research is a quasi-experimental design with posttest only non-equivalent control group method. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling with the number of sample in this study as many as 20 people. From the results, it is found that an average reduction of TFU intervention group is 6.3 cm while the control group is 9.6 cm. Statistical test results of T-Independent Samples Test are t count = 8.222, t table = 1.734 which means t count > t table and sig.t count ρ Value (0.000<0.05) and there are differences in the effect of puerperal gymnastics to the involution of uterus to the primipara maternal in Rose Room of Majalaya Hospital 2016, seen from the decline of TFU between the puerperal gymnastics intervention group and the control group that does not given puerperal gymnastics. Advice for the health workers in the Rose Room is to make SOP of puerperal gymnastics and implement puerperal gymnastics by implementing puerperal gymnastics programs of postpartum mothers which is beneficial to the healing process of self-postpartum.

Novelty: The proposed WAV method has been refined and improved regarding the classification scheme, and the APS, and the classification results can be used as a mask on the noise image to fix identical patches. Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure. Image structures are consistently taken with an upgraded and enhanced analysis method entrenched in the structure tensor matrix. Analysis results are also used to develop the analysis of comparable patches in images. Finding/Result: Empirical outcomes present that the noise cancellation work of the suggested method is better than the authentic WAVRA, along with several other modifications of the NLMA. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of ​​spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The results obtained by the robotic hand holding the nose bridge can work optimally.
