Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.

This study will discuss the analysis of aspects contained in the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane using a stylistic approach. The analyzed aspects are language style, diction, figure of speech, and imagery to determine the aesthetic value and foster a national sense of the poem. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach. The style of language, diction, figure of speech, and the imagery of a literary work are born from one's thoughts through the steps of contemplation and appreciation of something. In literary works, aesthetic value is a value based on the beauty that previous visitors have made with the work. In the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane, the author uses a lot of language style and connotative meanings in his poetry which aims to assess the aesthetics or meaning contained in each line.

The poem "With My Poetry" is one of the literary works by Taufiq Ismail that describes the author's feelings in writing the poem, this poem is included in one of the literary works that have aesthetic value in the world of art. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of life and the type of language style used in Taufik Ismail's poem "With Puisiku". The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive research method. From the results of this study, the value of life contained in this poem is a reflection of life about how the next life will go well, and the style of language in the poem "With Puisi Aku" by Taufiq Ismail, namely: Alliteration, Assonance, Simile, Personification, Sarcasm, and Anophora.

This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menjadi dewasa. Pada masa ini mereka mengalami perubahan baik secara fisik ataupun pola pikir. Para remaja menjadi lebih aktif apalagi terkait dengan perkembangan teknologi. Namun disini, pemanfaatan mereka akan teknologi hanya sebatas untuk hiburan seperti bermain game, menonton video dan lain sebagainya. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membantu remaja khususnya remaja di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring agar lebih berkreativitas dalam berkarya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop dengan sasarannya adalah remaja yang tergabung dalam Forum Anak Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring serta siswa-siswi SMPN 2 Tanjungpinang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yakni meningkatnya kreatvitas dan pola pikir remaja di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring dalam hal menjadi seorang influencer. Terlebih lagi sulitnya lapangan kerja pada masa sekarang memaksa kita untuk bisa dalam berbagai hal dan melakukan kegiatan yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan. Melalui kegiatan ini remaja juga sekaligus diajarkan untuk menjadi wirausaha dan bahkan bisa membuka peluang untuk lapangan pekerjaan.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

Elderly background is defined as someone who is already 60 years old and above. Posyandu Lansia is an activity in community health services and family health services in a certain community-driven area where they can get health services. This study aims to determine the implementation of posyandu for the elderly  during the Covid-19 period  at the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. Method: this research method  is  qualitative.  Data collection  was carried out by in-depth interviews of  12 informants,  selection of informants by purposive sampling.  Result: The posyandu for the elderly in the work area of  the putri ayu  health center is not constrained by facilities and infrastructure. The Health Office provides an support in the form of facilities and infrastructure.   Operational costs  have been assigned to the  elderly Posyandu so that it  can run  well.  When Covid 19 occurred, all posyandu activities  of  the elderly stopped.  Conclusion:  Elderly people cannot be done during the Covid-19 pandemic due to the outbreak  and  the government's policy   of limiting activities during the Covid-19 period.

Literary works are expressions that convey ideas and ideas conveyed by an author. Literary works in the form of poetry discuss a lot about life such as feelings, education, economics, social, politics and culture. This study aims to determine the meaning of the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. This study uses a stylistic approach based on the theory of Wallek & Warren, 1995: 229 and Munir, S, & Mulyono, 2013: 2. This study uses qualitative methods and content analysis. The source of data in this study is the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. The result of this research is to know the stylistic and meaning contained in the poem through sentence structure, figure of speech, imagery, pattern, and rhyme. Every love poem by W.S. Rendra has different meanings of love and always ends happily.

In a literary work, especially poetry or song lyrics, figure of speech is very common to appear so that the poem or song lyrics become more beautiful. One of the figures of speech that is often used is hyperbole. This figure of speech serves to give a great impression by exaggerating sentences. The lyrics of the song, This Is Me, which is the original sound tract from the film The Greatest Showman, is very thick with the use of hyperbole figure of speech. This is because the moral message of the song is to inspire the listeners.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at the PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb. Lampung Branch is impacted by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction. PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb Lampung Branch has a total of 45 employees, and all study participants are drawn from this workforce using census or saturated sample procedures. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed, and the software used is SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Descriptive quantitative research methodology was applied in this study. According to the findings of hypothesis testing, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a favorable and significant impact on workers' productivity. These two variables have a 38.5% percentage influence on employee performance, with other factors having a 61.5% influence.

Science and technology will facilitate human work. However, on the other hand it will increase competition. In facing intense competition, it is necessary to have competent human resources. Students are expected to be academically prepared, in the form of knowledge and skill readiness to face increasingly fierce competition. One way to see student competence is to look at learning outcomes that can be represented by the exam scores taken. The midterm exam (UTS) is a form of exam which is an assessment component. By knowing the UTS scores, the lecturer knows the distribution of students in terms of academic competence. For this reason, it is necessary to group (clustering) using the k-means algorithm as a consideration for lecturers in forming student study groups based on UTS value clusters.

              The objectives of this study were to: (1) find out how the implementation of anti-corruption education in order to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) find out whether the implementation of anti-corruption education is correct to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students. The research data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.             The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has provided anti-corruption education lessons because anti-corruption education is very important to learn with anti-corruption education in the curriculum can teach students to be honest, responsible and teach things about the dangers of committing crimes. corruption, so that students in the future of our country can be free from corrupt behavior. 2) True anti-corruption education is a reinforcement of the character value of honesty. 3) there are 2 influencing factors, namely: a. supporting factors: teacher commitment, adequate school infrastructure, parental support, conducive environment, cooperation of all components, teachers working together, the role of BK teachers in dealing with students; b. Inhibiting factors: The Covid-19 outbreak, lack of motivation, differences of opinion, teachers feel overwhelmed, the ability of teachers to choose subjects, anti-corruption education has not been fully implemented, there are still some teachers who have not integrated, and students' low interest in learning.

  The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PPKn as a means of legal education in raising awareness of students complying with the school rules of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. Kuningan  merupakan  salah  satu  Kabupaten  yang  ada  di  Jawa  Barat  dimana banyak warganya yang turut serta dalam Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dari UMKM ini terdapat berbagai jenis usaha UMKM. seperti: Aneka Usaha, Perdagangan, Industri Pertanian, Dan Industri Non Pertanian. Begitu banyak jumlah UMKM tersebut juga menghasilkan begitu banyak pula Merek dagang yang dihasilkan. Akan tetapi, masih cukup banyak pelaku industri UMKM yang belum mendaftarkan merek dagangnya dikarenakan terbatasnya permodalan dan  minimnya  pemahaman  akan  manfaat  pendaftaran  merek  bagi  industri UMKM. Dengan demikian, UMKM yang tidak mendaftarkan merek dagangnya tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, sebab suatu merek dagang akan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum jika telah melakukan pendaftaran merek. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah pengabdian, partisipasi mitra, kepakaran, dan tugas anggota tim. Adapun lokasi yang menjadi titik fokus kami yaitu di Desa Cipancur Kecamatan Kalimanggis Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode ini digunakan untuk menyampaikan  materi  penyuluhan  hukum  bersifat  kognitif  namun  dikemas dengan informasi yang menyenangkan. Selain itu metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini melalui metode pendekatan workshop, ceramah kemudian diakhir acara diadakan tanya jawab, dengan tanya jawab ini masyarakat diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya sesuai dengan tema penyuluhan, atau masyarakat dapat bertanya di luar tema yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari program kegiatan ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM   yang   ada   di   Desa   Cipancur   Kecamatan   Kalimanggis   Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat, terutama terkait dengan: 1) Kesadaran hukum pelaku usaha dalam   pentingnya   pendaftaran   merk   bagi   pelaku   usaha   UMKM,   dan   2) Memotivasi pelaku usaha UMKM untuk melindungi inovasi produk hasil temuannya dalam bentuk Kekayaan Intelektual yaitu Hak Mereknya.

Dewasa ini, Perkembangan UMKM jumlahnya telah meningkat pesat, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah memberikan kontribusi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja rata-rata sebesar 96,66% terhadap total keseluruhan tenaga kerja nasional. Dalam rangka implementasi kebijakan Otonomi Daerah yaitu melaksanakan pembangunan ekonomi secara merata untuk semua daerah maka pembangunan di wilayah pedesaan menjadi perhatian masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu, realita perkembangan UMKM masih sangat sulit diterapkan khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Sejahtera Mandiri atau Masyarakat Sejahtera Mandiri yakni desa yang mampu menghasilkan produk yang berdaya saing, lembaga sosial yang aktif, tingkat partisipasi, dan keswadayaan masyarakat tinggi dan masyarakat miskin terlibat aktif dalam rantai produksi..  Konsep Desa Sejahtera Mandiri mengandaikan adanya sebuah konstruksi pemikiran yang menempatkan "Desa" pada posisi subjek, organisasi sosial yang harus diberi kepercayaan penuh oleh "orang luar" untuk mengatur dirinya, dengan kekuatan dan modal yang ada pada dirinya. Tujuan dari pengabduan kepada masyarakat ini adalah menumbuhkan UMKM yang berkarakter. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan cara membuat seminar tentang UMKM serta mengisi kuesioner yang telah disiapkan. Hasil pemgabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Workshop Membangun UMKM Desa Rancamahi Melalui Karakter Untuk Desa Lebih Maju Dan Sejahtera dilaksanakan di Desa Rancamahi Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik serta berjalan dengan lancar.
