The aim of this research is to determine the use of video application learning media in increasing student interest in learning at MIN 7 Nganjuk. The results of the research show that the implementation of the use of Video Application Learning Media at MIN 7 Nganjuk involves planning, implementation and evaluation. Initial, initial, and final activities are the beginning of the implementation process. The learning process then takes the form of an animated video based on the learning material and equipped with cartoon images, sound and writing. Compared to before using animated learning videos, learning with these videos will be better and run more smoothly. Increasing students' interest in learning by using animated videos in learning shows that students respond more quickly to the material taught by the teacher. An animated video is displayed when the teacher finishes showing the video to students and asks questions about it. As a result, students participate actively in class and the atmosphere is pleasant. The number of students who answer the teacher's questions after the animated learning video is shown shows an increase in students' interest in learning. Apart from that, participating in the learning process can excite students.

GDA (Blood sugar), or monosaccharide, is the body's main metabolic that produces energy in the form of ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). Exercise gives it enough energy to produce glucose into ATP (Adenosia triphosphate). This study used the elderly group as the research target. The purpose of this study is to identify how to reduce GDA (blood sugar) levels in the elderly in the Surabaya area and to educate elderly people to pay more attention to their blood sugar so that they can avoid blood sugar disease. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection and processing technique applied during the research was the deep interview technique. The research sample was taken from a total of 30 elderly people who were interviewed about blood sugar levels. It is known that the behavior of respondents in the knowledge of GDA (blood sugar) can be classified at a fairly good level. The results showed that out of 30 elderly people (100%) showed an increase in knowledge after the delivery of material which initially 10% increased to 90%. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of sugar level education with its application is in accordance with the objectives. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) through the Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC/Marine Environment Protection Committee) since 2004 has established the international Convention on the Control and Management of Ship's Ballast Water and Sediments (BWM 2004), which seeks to protect marine waters from the impact of water discharge. commercial ship ballast The aim of this research is to determine the extent of implementation of the 2004 BWM Convention in Indonesia through questionnaires and interviews given to seafarer respondents in Indonesia. The compliance of commercial ship crews with PTES shows that the ship crews have not implemented the Ballast Water Management Convention, namely exchanging ship ballast water at sea according to standard D 1. The results of a questionnaire conducted on Indonesian merchant ship crews consisting of student crew members and student officers show that water exchange Ballast in the middle of the sea by merchant ships is only worth 14.5%. Commercial ships that have documents related to Ballast Water Management are also obtained below the 24% figure. PTES managers should manage ballast water at ports as the cheapest and most efficient solution compared to managing ballast water by commercial ships.

With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).

Responsibility (CSR) or corporate social responsibility, the definition of which is still a matter of debate among practitioners and academics. As a concept that originates from abroad, the main challenge is to provide a meaning that is appropriate to the Indonesian context. This will really help the implementation of CSR so that it is not misused, especially in advancing the quality of human life in Indonesia.
