Usaha Home Industry kerupuk udang di Kecamatan Nipah Panjang sangat berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, dalam hal ini adalah pihak pengusaha/pengelola, pihak karyawan, pihak penyedia bahan baku serta pihak tempat penitipan produk (pihak penjual/yang memasarkan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis induktif dan deskriptif analisis. Melalui penelitian diperoleh langkah startegis yang ditempuh oleh usaha home industry kerupuk udang dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kecamatan Nipah Panjang adalah menjaga kualitas produk serta berusaha meningkatkan jumlah modal.

Zakat adalah bentuk ibadah yang berfungsi sebagai alat pemerataan pendapatan dalam masyarakat untuk mengurangi kesenjangan antara orang yang berkecukupan dengan orang yang kekurangan. Penduduk suatu negara bersangkutan yang mayoritas memeluk agama Islam memiliki kepatuhan dalam membayar zakat dan disertai dukungan dari amil yang memberikan sistem pengelolaan zakat secara jujur, transparan dan akuntabel akan membuat zakat menjadi sumber penerimaan yang signifikan. Salah satu organisasi pengelolaan zakat yang dibentuk pemerintah yaitu Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Jika pengelola tidak transparan dalam mengelola zakat yang ada dan tidak ada pengawasan dalam pengelolaan zakat tersebut, bukan tidak mungkin muzaki hilang kepercayaan terhadap pengelola, karena muzaki beranggapan bahwa pengelolaan zakat dilakukan secara tidak transparan. Untuk itulah diperlukan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat. Selain itu, dibutuhkan pula kualitas pelayanan yang baik dalam pengelolaan zakat agar minat dan kepercayaan muzakki tersebut muncul terhadap pengelolaan zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat di baznas kota jambi serta pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki dalam membayar zakat di baznas kota jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat hitung spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat di Baznas Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel tersebut valid dan reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas.

In Indonesia it has been proven that MSMEs make an important contribution to the economy, such as creating jobs, increasing GDP, increasing export value, and increasing domestic investment. However, business actors still face various challenges, one of which is the problem of using accounting information. The problem involves accounting knowledge and business experience. This study is intended to determine and analyze the impact of accounting knowledge and business experience on the use of accounting information. This study involved a population of 110 Mitra Mandiri MSMEs, with 52 respondents taken as a sample using an accidental sampling technique. Quantitative approach is used in this research. Testing the hypothesis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Testing the research data using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results that accounting knowledge partially has a significant effect on the use of accounting information, as well as business experience which also partially has a significant effect on the use of accounting information. In addition, accounting knowledge and business experience simultaneously also have a significant effect on the use of accounting information.

Public services are government activities for the community. Public services try to create comfort for the community. This article discusses various public service innovations at the Population and Civil Registry Service. Updates on public services from the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Office, such as updates to Child Identity Card (KIA) Services, Moling E-KTP which is available in villages, children's playrooms, lataxi rooms. This research uses a qualitative method that collects data from the internet and describes how innovation develops from the development of public services at the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. The aim of this research is to find out what public service innovations exist in the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil. The research results show that if technology develops in society, then public services must be accompanied by technical developments. With these various innovations, it is hoped that the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service can serve the people of Batu Bara well.

PT Wijaya Karya Industri Manufaktur is a company engaged in the automotive industry in Indonesia. The products created by PT WIMA are Gesits G1 and Gesits Raya electric motorcycles. The company must have an effective and efficient strategy to offer and sell Gesits electric motorbikes in Indonesia. The purpose of this MAGANG REPORT is to find out the implementation of marketing strategies implemented by PT WIMA. This internship final project research uses a qualitative method, namely by interviewing and collecting data from several parties involved in PT.WIMA's marketing. From the results that have been obtained, PT.WIMA must carry out a 4P marketing strategy such as conducting more widespread promotions, expanding the dealer network and authorized workshops, PT.WIMA must carry out a price slashing strategy, PT.WIMA must improve service to consumers.

This study aims to identify the influence of Servant Leadership, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Climate, Knowledge Management and Organizational Development on Performance at Private Higher Education in the LLDikti III region. This study uses quantitative, in this research method is a survey method, which is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers from private universities in the LLDikti III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with SEM (Sctructual Equation Modeling) based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study state that SL influences EM, SL influences EC, SL influences KM, SL influences OD, EM influences EC, EC influences KM, KM influences OD, SL influences college performance, EM influences college performance, EC influences college performance , KM does not affect college performance and OD does not affect college performance.

This research was aimed to find out whether the writing task in the “English Rings A Bell” textbook based on the criteria of writing task as suggested by Paul Nation theory. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. To analysed the data, the researcher used the qualitative content analysis method. The researcher found 25 kinds of writing tasks divided into 1 task from experience task from the types draw and write with percentage (7,40%). 1 task from share task, 4 tasks from group composition with percentage (14,81%). 7 tasks from the guided task, 3 tasks (11,11%) from types look and write, 2 tasks (7,40%) from types complete the sentence and 1 task (3,70%) from types change the sentence. The last 13 tasks from the independent task with a percentage of 48,14%. Based on the percentage whether the tasks provided in the English textbook are based on the criteria of writing tasks as suggested by Paul Nation proposed by Arikunto are 22,22 %. The dominant writing task way found in this English textbook was Independent Task (48,14%).

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Implementation of Human Resources Management in an effort to improve discipline at Annur Vocational School.

Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on the performance of private university lecturers in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra.  This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey.  The researcher determined that the sample in the research was private university lecturers in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra Province, with a total of 172 people.  The researcher took the entire population to be used as a sample of 120 people. . Data collection uses questionnaires, and data analysis uses multiple regression analysis.  The research results show that organizational culture and leadership significantly affect the performance of lecturers at private universities in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra.

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and discipline on employee commitment at the Solok district youth and sports education office. The sample in this study were 79 respondents with the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Workload and Discipline on Employee Commitment with a value of Y = 14.413 + 0.259(X1) + 0.303 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on the X1 variable, namely Workload with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.735 > 1.992, which means that the Workload variable has no effect on Employee Commitment, while the X2 variable, namely Discipline, obtains a greater t-count value from t-table 3, 832 > 1.992 which means Discipline affects Employee Commitment. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained the f-count value is greater than the f-table, namely 10.860 > 3.12, which means that Workload and Discipline together affect Employee Commitment.

The aim of this research is to: influence Perceived Value, Price and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty for Nike Shoes. The sample in this study consisted of 110 respondents who had purchased and used Nike shoes for at least 3 years. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The test uses the SPSS v.25 analysis tool by conducting multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) to find out how perceived value, price and product quality influence customer loyalty among Nike shoe users

Personality recognition is one of the important things for recognizing oneself and other people. This identification is made based on a person's personality traits, based on Kant's personality theory. There are very few teachers who do not understand their students' personalities. During the teaching and learning process, some teachers do not clearly understand students' personalities, so it will be difficult for teachers to deliver learning material that arouses students' interest and thus influences the process of imparting knowledge. Consciousness is inhibited. Therefore, the FuzzyTsukamoto method is used to identify student personalities. The aim of this research is to help teachers group and identify students' personalities so that they can easily determine the right treatment method to develop their talents and interests. The system's input is taken from personality traits relevant to the student. The knowledge base is taken from child clinical psychologists and is built on the principle (IF-THEN). The results of the fuzzy calculation are that the student has a personality that is optimistic, quick-tempered, melancholic, or boring. The results of this method test by carrying out systematic calculations and tests, obtain personality results that are in accordance with the student's personality characteristics. and works fine. Therefore, it may be advisable to help teachers determine how to treat students.

The government passed Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations no. 7 of 2021 In an effort to restore economic stability after the pandemic. In this provision, there are six changes regulated, one of which is regarding changes to the income tax rate in article 21. These changes in rates have been adjusted to reflect the conditions of society when facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to analyze changes before and after the implementation of the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations in all Pizza Hut Branches in Kediri City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the research show that the Take Home Pay of employees at Pizza Hut Restaurant according to the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations is IDR 154,555,773 and according to the Income Tax Law it is IDR 154,015,439. Meanwhile, at Pizza Hut Delivery Branch 2, the total employee take home pay according to the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations is IDR 119,712,095 and according to the Income Tax Law it is IDR 119,374,160. Take Home Pay for permanent employees with PKP below IDR 50,000,000 does not change because it is still within one layer of the tax rate. It is hoped that this research can contribute to companies in optimizing employee income tax calculations so that they can increase employee take home pay.  

This research aims to analyze the influence of accountability and fairness on the financial performance of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as a research source and secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan from 2018-2022. The respondents in this research were employees of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan with 30 responses. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling, while the data analysis method is carried out using the multiple linear regression method supported by the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this research show that accountability has a smaller and significant effect, 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), meaning that in this study Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Accountability influences the financial performance of PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Medan.

One important thing is to provide the best service to external parties by carrying out written communication between agencies related to the company. The importance of the employee's role in managing employee activities cannot be ignored. This can be done in large or small scale companies, or even in the company's activities themselves. Communication between employees, involving planning, organizing, determining, distributing and delivering activities, is a very important factor for the success of a company, one of which is in terms of correspondence. The aim of this research is to understand, identify and analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in managing correspondence at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. The results can be concluded that the effectiveness of employee performance in the role of employee skills in managing correspondence in the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has indicators in assessing it, including work performance results, discipline, coordination, skills, responsibility, Employee understanding of the tasks/fields to be carried out, Receive complaints from superiors regarding the results of the work carried out.

Laba bersih maksimal menjadi jaminan bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat beroperasi secara stabil. PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang bergerak di industri rokok juga memaksimalkan laba bersih pertahunya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah  studi literatur pada jurnal dan buku terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asusmsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Gudang Garam Tbk dengan tujuan mengetahuai pengaruh pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih pada pt. gudang garam, tbk.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, service quality and location on customer satisfaction at Batik Danar Hadi Branch Semarang. The hypothesis of this study is the perception of price, service quality and location have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Batik Danar Hadi Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 76 people. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and hypothesis testing using t test and R2. The results showed that the independent variable, namely price perception, had no effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic is smaller than t table that is -0.977 < 1.667 with a significant value of 0.332 > 0.05 (not significant). Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic is greater than t table that is 3.592 > 1.667 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 (significant). Location has positif effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic is bigger than t table that is 1.725 > 1.667 with a significant value of 0.039 < 0.05 (significant). Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, the test results show the adjusted r square value of 0.638, this means that changes in the customer satisfaction variable of 63.8% can be explained by the independent variables of price perception, service quality, and location. Meanwhile, 36.2% was influenced by other variables not examined.

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, TATTOO on PBV. The object studied in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 89 observational data. This study used secondary data obtained through the Annual Report. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the ROA and TATTO variables had an effect on PBV, while the ROE variable had no effect on PBV.
