This article discusses the urgency of effective multimedia-based teaching materials in improving students' learning experience as a solution to the challenges of the times. By looking at the challenges of stagnant traditional education and the lack of utilization of technology in developing teaching materials. By utilizing various multimedia elements such as text, images, audio, and video, this research explores the use of multimedia on student motivation and understanding in the learning process. This article uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to explore various studies related to the use of Multimedia in the preparation of teaching materials. The results show that the use of multimedia-based teaching materials not only increases students' interest in learning but also significantly improves learning outcomes. Feedback from users shows that interactive and visual elements in learning materials are very helpful in understanding complex concepts. This study concludes that the integration of multimedia in education can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of learning in the digital era.

Village officials are government employees in the field of public services who have duties and obligations towards services to the community who work and support the Village Head in carrying out his duties. In the relationship between the government and the community, various concepts are known such as state administrative law which studies the actions in organizing a country, including in villages. Public services are very necessary in fulfilling the desires and needs of the community in the village government.This research was conducted using a normative legal research method. The data collection methods used by the author were interviews and literature studies. Interviews are data collection techniques conducted through face-to-face and direct question and answer between researchers and informants, while literature studies are data processing conducted by systematically analyzing written legal materials with a statutory approach and a case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the performance of village officials in Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Village has not fully implemented good public service performance in terms of understanding of duties and functions, innovation, work speed, work accuracy and work between employees to realize excellent service.

Education is a place where initially people who don't know anything can find out and education is very important for all human beings, both in Indonesia and other countries. Basic education is an important part of the education system. Through basic education, students are provided with scientific concepts, moral cultivation, character formation and other basic knowledge needed in social life. The aim of writing this article is to examine the comparison of Indonesia's basic education system with that of the United States. The research approach used is a literature study by reviewing several previous research studies and by analyzing learning videos in each country that are viewed on YouTube. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results obtained are that there are differences in basic education policies in Indonesia and the United States. These differences can be seen from the curriculum system and structure used. However, both Indonesia and the United States have tried to implement the best basic education system according to the capabilities of their respective countries. Abstract. Family I Rasun, residents of Angansari Village embraced Islam because they had a dream and began to adapt to a new life by embracing Islam. The challenges faced in everyday life did not dampen their enthusiasm to continue to embrace Islam. A new religion for them, they still lived and tried to carry out worship. This process was a challenge and difficult for the family of I Rasun. Thus, the researcher wanted to know the process of learning and strengthening the Islamic religion of the Angansari Village Residents towards Islam. The research method used a qualitative, descriptive type of research which is a phenomenon of the life of the Angansari Village community. Through in-depth observation and interviews to obtain the information needed in the study. This study shows that Family I Rasun with patience and tenacity and steadfastness in the face of the challenges faced can overcome difficulties and are able to adapt to their residents so that until now they live in harmony. The process they go through is through the introduction of basic Islamic concepts, the priority of Islamic education from an early age, and community involvement. Abstrak. Keluaga I Rasun, warga Desa Angansari memeluk agama Islam karena bermimpi dan mulai beradaptasi dengan kehidupan baru dengan memeluk agama Islam. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak melunturkan semangat beliau tetap menganut agama Islam. Agama yang baru bagi mereka, tetap dijalani dan berupaya untuk menjalani ibadah. Proses tersebut merupakan tantangan dan berat dilakukan oleh keluarga I Rasun. Dengan demikian peneliti ingin mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan penguatan agama Islam Warga Desa Angansari terhadap agama Islam. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, deskriptif yang merupakan fenomena kehidupan masyarakat Desa Angansari. Melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keluarga I Rasun dengan kesabaran dan keuletan serta tabah terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi dapat melewati kesulitan dan mampu beradaptasi dengan warga mereka sehingga sampai saat ini mereka hidup rukun. Proses yang mereka lalui melalui pengenalan konsep dasar Islam, prioritas pendidikan Islam sejak dini, dan keterlibatan komunitas.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of scientific methods on the learning outcomes of social studies students. The type of research used is data collection research using journals, books, and others. Based on the results of research and discussion on the effectiveness of scientific methods. The scientific method is considered a golden bridge that encourages the development of attitudes, skills, and knowledge in students. The application of the scientific method provides challenges to teachers by developing student activities, namely observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Learning is not just memorizing concepts, years, or facts, but trying to connect these concepts so that they produce a complete understanding so that the concepts learned are easy to understand.

Fractions and decimals are basic mathematical concepts that have an important role in various aspects of daily life. This article discusses how fractions and decimals are used in daily activities such as measuring, calculating, and carrying out financial transactions. For example, in cooking, fractions are used to measure food ingredients, while decimals often appear in weight and length measurements. In economic transactions, decimals are key in rounding numbers and calculating prices. This article also explains the importance of understanding conversions between fractions and decimals to make decision making easier, both in personal and professional contexts. By providing applicable examples, it is hoped that this discussion can increase appreciation of the role of fractions and decimals in real life and encourage deeper mastery of these concepts.

Digital Business students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tasikmalaya Campus recognize the importance of Quality Assurance (QA), but many do not fully grasp the concept. This study aims to describe and evaluate students’ understanding of QA, with the goal of bridging the gap between awareness and application in the field of Digital Business. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, employing a Probability Sampling technique with a Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling approach. Results indicate that students generally have a good understanding of QA, especially in grasping basic concepts and the significance of QA for product quality. However, some dimensions of QA remain less understood, particularly regarding practical application in the industry. The depth of understanding varies; most students have a sufficient basic grasp, but only a few can relate QA concepts to real-world case studies. Based on these findings, the Digital Business Study Program is advised to integrate practical elements into the QA curriculum, such as QA simulations, industry case studies, and collaborative projects with companies. This is expected to enhance students’ understanding and bridge the gap between QA theory and practice. Future research could test the effectiveness of various QA teaching approaches and compare understanding across different study programs.   duk

This paper systematically reviews the drivers of work-family enrichment and job enrichment within the 2019–2024 timeframe from a philosophical perspective. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, utilizing Publish or Perish and the Scopus database to identify and evaluate relevant papers. The article's key conclusions indicate that the ontological review conceptualizes work-family balance as a complex interplay between enrichment and conflict, which can significantly impact each employee's well-being. The epistemology review focuses on the study's use of a theoretical framework and methodology. The axiology examines how these two concepts enhance employee psychology, work engagement, and career achievement, as well as their positive impact on job satisfaction. The findings of the philosophical analysis, which may be influenced by specific viewpoints, highlight the research gap. To improve the well-being of both the organization and its employees, this article provides recommendations for future research and organizational practices.

Abstract. Semiotic analysis of advertising aims to uncover the hidden meanings behind visual and textual elements presented in promotional content. This study explores the semiotic features in smartphone advertising, focusing on Oppo as a case study. This study uses a comparative framework to analyze the similarities and differences between Oppo advertising and competing brands. The analysis is conducted through Charles Sanders Peirce's triadic model, consisting of representamen, object, and interpretant, as well as Roland Barthes' concepts of denotation and connotation. This study identifies symbolic, iconic, and indexical signs used in Oppo advertising to build brand identity and attract target audiences. Key findings reveal how visual elements, color schemes, and slogans emphasize innovation, premium quality, and emotional connection. Comparative insights highlight Oppo's differentiation strategies, such as integrating cultural nuances and leveraging aspirational imagery, to strengthen its market position. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of how semiotic strategies influence consumer perception and purchasing behavior, as well as provide practical implications for marketers and advertisers. This study bridges the gap between semiotic theory and its application in modern advertising, providing a comprehensive perspective on the power of signs in shaping brand narratives.

Identifying key principles in Jesus' teaching method that are relevant to the concept of active learning. Analyzing how these principles can be integrated into the practice of Christian character education for students. This article discusses the influence of Ibnu Khaldun's thoughts on economic development in Indonesia, focusing on the theories put forward by a great thinker of the 14th century in the context of modern Indonesian economics, namely Ibnu Khaldun, in his monumental work Muqaddimah, introducing concepts such as cycles. civilization, the importance of social and cultural factors in economic development, and the role of the state in regulating the economy. Through this study, it is revealed how these concepts can provide insight into understanding the dynamics of the Indonesian economy, which is often influenced by complex external and internal factors. By analyzing Indonesia's economic development from the colonial period to post-independence, this research shows that Ibnu Khaldun's thoughts, even though they come from a very different historical context, are still relevant in explaining economic inequality, the role of bureaucracy, and the relationship between the state and the market in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can provide a new perspective in efforts to understand and overcome the economic challenges faced by developing countries like Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the skills of providing learning variations to increase the effectiveness of the learning process in early childhood. Early childhood is in a very dynamic development phase, where monotonous teaching methods can hinder their attention and motivation. Therefore, the use of variations in teaching methods, such as changes in activity types, duration, learning media, and interactive approaches, can have a positive impact on children's involvement in learning activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that examines various sources related to variations in learning and their impact on early childhood development. The results of the analysis show that a variety of learning activities can increase children's motivation, prolong concentration, support multisensory learning, and develop children's social and emotional skills. Learning that involves various methods and media allows children to learn through direct experience thereby strengthening their understanding of the concepts being taught. This research concludes that the skill of providing variety in learning not only increases learning effectiveness, but also contributes to children's holistic development. Therefore, it is important for educators to master these skills and apply them consistently in early childhood learning activities.

This study aims to optimize students' historical thinking skills through the School Environment Introduction Program at SMAN 1 Baros. This program is designed to improve students' understanding of history by developing critical, analytical, and interpretive skills in understanding historical events. The research methods used are literature studies and case studies. The results of the study indicate that students' historical thinking skills at SMAN 1 Baros are still low, which is caused by lecture-based learning and limited learning resources. This program focuses on developing an understanding of the concepts of time, space, and society, as well as the application of interactive and project-based learning to improve students' critical thinking skills. This optimization is expected to create a generation that thinks independently, creatively, and wisely in facing global and local challenges.    

The problem in this study is that students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon do not get learning guidelines, namely task cards containing basic motion concepts on the kopstand in floor gymnastics. Students lack the opportunity to learn in the realm of knowledge and movement skills; namely the absence of interaction (feedback) as observers and performers of motion in the learning process of basic movements on the kopstand in floor gymnastics. The research method used in this research is the experimental method, the research design used is “Pre-test and post-test randomized control group design”. The population in this study were students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon, totaling 194 students. The sample in this study amounted to 40 students. The instrument used was “basic movement ability test on kopstand in floor gymnastics”. The data obtained were tested with the t test with a confidence level of α = 0.05. The conclusions in this study are: tcount = 8.7049 > ttable = 2.0243. Based on the testing criteria, if the tcount is greater than the ttable (tcount> ttable), then H0 is rejected, which means HA is accepted so that “The application of the reciprocal teaching style has a significant effect on increasing mastery of basic movements on the kopstand in floor gymnastics in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon”.

The concepts of justice and peace in Islam are fundamental elements that underlie the social, political and moral structure in Islamic society. Justice (al-'Adl) in Islam includes not only legal or distributive justice, but also social and spiritual justice which demands a balance between individual rights and collective interests. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of these two concepts in creating a harmonious and civilized society, as well as how Muslims can contribute to creating a better world. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature, namely describing and analyzing in depth how Islam views justice and peace based on available sources. Following are the research steps: Determine the main research theme (justice and peace), collect data sources, read and analyze relevant texts, identify Islamic principles related to justice and peace. These principles of justice are strengthened by the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah which emphasize the importance of equal treatment, eliminating injustice and fulfilling human rights. Peace (as-Salam) in Islam is not only interpreted as the absence of conflict, but as a state of harmony rooted in justice and a sense of social responsibility. This research can provide deeper insight into the concept of justice in Islam. Islam teaches that justice is not only applied in the context of human relationships with God, but also in relationships between humans. This research can examine how these principles of justice can be applied in various contexts of daily life, including government, economics and social relations.

Learning motivation is an important factor in the success of learning. However, low student motivation and learning outcomes are still a major problem in science-biology learning at Sriwedari Junior High School. This study aims to analyze the role of gamification as an innovative learning method that can improve students' motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach involving students in grades VII, VIII, and IX as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the use of gamification elements such as points, badges, and leaderboards managed to significantly increase students' motivation. In addition, students' active engagement in learning increased, seen from consistent attendance and participation in group discussions. Student learning outcomes also improved, with 75% of students achieving scores above the KKM after the implementation of gamification. Gamification creates interactive and relevant learning, allowing students to understand complex concepts more deeply. In conclusion, gamification is an effective approach to improve the quality of science-biology learning. Teachers are advised to strategically integrate gamification elements to create a fun and meaningful learning experience.

Visum et repertum is a statement made by a forensic doctor at the written request of an investigator for the purposes of proof in a criminal act, one of which is the crime of murder. Visum et repertum is used as a substitute for the corpse of a crime victim who cannot possibly be presented in court, so it plays a very important role in revealing the identity, time and cause of death.  This research aims to explain the urgency of the post mortem et repertum in proving the crime of murder so that the resolution of the case becomes clear and clear. The approach method used is normative juridical which is an approach carried out based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations and by using one of the Marsinah cases as a benchmark for the urgency of post mortem. et repert. The results of the research show that post mortem et repertum has an important role in proving the crime of murder, namely that it can help provide clues to the identity, time and cause of death of the murder victim.

This training focuses on efforts to develop the potential of Human Resources (HR) through entrepreneurship training in North Cikarang District with the aim of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit among the local community. Entrepreneurship training is designed to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, practical skills, and motivation needed to start and manage a business. Entrepreneurship training is expected to be able to change people's mindset to be more innovative and independent in creating business opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with training participants and related parties. With a participatory approach and structured training, developing human resource potential can be a key factor in strengthening the local economy and increasing people's entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes, thereby strengthening their entrepreneurial spirit. It is hoped that this positive impact can contribute to economic growth and community independence and can be developed optimally to support local economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. 

This research investigates the connection between faith and knowledge as outlined in Surah Al-Mujadalah, particularly focusing on the two key conditions for attaining higher ranks in the sight of Allah SWT: tafassuh fil majlis (creating space in gatherings) and bersegera dalam melakukan kebaikan (rushing to do good deeds). These principles emphasize that faith and knowledge should not be mere theoretical concepts but must be reflected in practical actions that benefit society and align with Islamic values. The analysis uses a tafsir approach and social context to elucidate how these conditions serve as indicators of true faith and knowledge. By examining relevant scholarly opinions and historical contexts, this paper explains the significance of these conditions in fostering social harmony and personal development, ultimately leading to spiritual elevation. The application of these principles in daily life results in a positive societal impact and the elevation of one's status in the eyes of Allah SWT. Classroom management is one of the important skills that a teacher must have to understand, analyze, make decisions, and take action to create a dynamic and conducive classroom atmosphere. Learning model planning is one of the indicators to support the success of a learning goal by analyzing student needs. For students, physics is a complicated lesson, often they avoid or fear this lesson. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is the most appropriate model to apply because this learning approach by implementing an authentic problem (real experience with what students often encounter or find in life) to students. This research is based on the literature review method by collecting data from various journals and previous scientific sources. The process in this method includes searching for literature relevant to the topic. The results show that physics learning using the PBL method shows very significant results, the PBL method students are able to understand concepts in depth compared to conventional learning or lectures.
