Information Technology (IT) is the study, design, development and support, especially of software. With increasingly advanced developments, the rapid progress of information technology has presented a new world that allows interaction to take place quickly and instantly, one of which is via the internet. The presence of the internet influences almost all interaction patterns, including interaction patterns between counselors and their clients. The development of this technology provides various conveniences in types of humanitarian services, including the counseling service process. Guidance and counseling services should be directed at how to equip digital generation students with superior characters who utilize information and communication technology, so that they can lead students towards a bright future. The media used in counseling are computers and audio-visual devices. The role of technology can be very useful in supporting the Guidance and Counseling Teacher service process so that it is more effective, efficient, creative, varied and innovative in finding the latest information in the service process. The advantage of using a website in counseling services is that it opens up opportunities for providing counseling services without time limits, because it can be done wherever and whenever needed.

This article aims to explain and describe the role of peer counselors in dealing with child victims of sexual violence, especially in schools. The discussion of this article was obtained through a literature study from various reading sources such as journals and books used to describe theories related to child development, explore the impact of sexual violence on victims, and describe the role of social workers in dealing with the problem of sexual violence in children. The high rate of sexual violence against children shows the importance of handling child victims of sexual violence. In this case, peer counselors can provide support and motivation to children who are victims of sexual violence. In addition, counselors can be friends to tell stories from children who are victims of this violence. In this case, Peer Counselors can also conduct Counseling. Counseling is carried out by intervening negative thoughts of children that arise due to sexual violence in various ways, such as stopping negative thoughts. In addition, cognitive therapy can also be done by changing or exchanging thoughts, for example counselors help children to memorize short verses in the form of statements that are contrary to the concerns experienced by children. The child then repeats the verse to get rid of his worries.    

This research discusses the role of organizational communication in MPF Analog institutions in building relationships between other organizations with the aim of exploring the role that affects the success or failure of organizational communication in building relationships or relationships with other organizations. This research uses the literature review method (library research). The quotations in this paper are based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on organizational communication. This research provides insight into how organizational communication can be used as an effective tool for building relationships between organizations and identifies areas for improvement. It includes recommendations for improving communication strategies and the development of stronger inter-organizational interactions.

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

The field of architecture has undergone rapid development within both academic and professional circles. Digital architecture, a concise term describing the use of communication and information technology in the entire planning and design process, has significantly influenced architectural education worldwide. It serves as a means to bridge the quality gap between architectural education in developed and developing countries. In Indonesia, digital architecture has been a subject of debate since its inception, garnering both proponents and opponents. Many still hold the belief that computers are merely new tools, akin to drawing instruments, for architects. However, the current progress reveals the availability of numerous computer modeling programs that support architectural design. These programs enable the visualization of building conditions before construction, becoming commonplace tools in consultancy firms and educational institutions, embraced by both lecturers and students. Consequently, the impact of information technology on the evolution of the architectural world is evident. The growing reliance on digital modeling programs in architectural design demonstrates a paradigm shift. This technological influence extends beyond individual buildings to encompass urban modeling, both in physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, it is understood that the influence of information technology will continue to grow in the architectural realm, with digital programs playing a pivotal role in supporting the building design process.

This study aims to determine the extent of the urgency of halal product certification in increasing Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The results of the study show that the urgency of halal certification in the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia is: (1) Halal certification is an instrument in the halal chain in the Islamic economy; (2) Halal certification encourages Indonesia's achievements through the implementation of its sharia economic system, and (3) Halal certification plays a role in increasing the quantity of economic growth in Indonesia. The research implication is as a reference and motivation for stakeholders, government and society in accelerating halal certification for target products. The novelty of research is the urgency in the movement for halal certification to move to increase the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Health human resource management is a crucial aspect in efforts to improve the level of public health and improve the quality of services in health facilities. Health resources play a key role in the transformation of health development in Indonesia. Good implementation of health service management in health facilities is needed so that health development in Indonesia can run optimally. This research uses a literature review method with an article search strategy via Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on the inclusion criteria in this study. The research results show that the implementation of health human resource management in health facilities is still not optimal, which causes a shortage and inequality of health human resources in these facilities. The government and related agencies are expected to be able to improve the health resource management system by analyzing health human resource needs. In addition, efforts need to be made to educate and distribute health human resources in health facilities to ensure more equitable and quality health services.

Mental health is a very important aspect of an individual's well-being, and societal understanding plays a central role in shaping attitudes and responses to mental health issues. This research applies a psychodynamic approach to deepen society's understanding of mental health. This approach involves understanding psychodynamic concepts, such as unconscious conflict, self-defense, and personality structure, to explore the root causes of mental health problems in society. A psychodynamic approach is used to discuss how unequal access to resources and education can influence society's understanding of mental health. Empowerment strategies and increasing self-awareness are also recommended to overcome internal conflicts that can affect an individual's mental health.

This journal aims to analyze the business market for social media management services and its impact on the growth of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). In this digital era, the use of social media has become a key element in marketing strategies, especially for MSMEs who are trying to achieve their targets. This journal conducted an in-depth review of social media management strategies offered by service providers to MSMEs. This research includes market analysis, seeking an in-depth understanding of MSME needs, and evaluating the extent to which social media management services businesses can meet expectations and improve MSME marketing performance. Through interviews, surveys and market data analysis, this journal provides a comprehensive view of market dynamics and the impact of social media management strategies on MSME targets. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for service providers and MSMEs to improve their collaboration in the digital realm, while strengthening the role of social media as an effective tool in supporting the growth of small and medium scale businesses

True values ​​and moral education is an education that a person gets from their immediate environment or can be called a child's first madrasah, namely from the family environment, especially parents. Children are an investment in the future whose growth and development must be optimally pursued. This article aims to describe the role of foster parents in educating values ​​and morals regarding children's behavior in the orphanage. Education is not obtained by individuals only at school, but from many places, namely the family and also the environment. The role of the family is very large, considering that the family is the child's closest environment, for this reason there needs to be special attention for the family, especially parents, in educating the child's character, as a basis for the child's behavior. Some things that parents need to pay attention to instill in their children from an early age are, the existence of clarity in instilling the values ​​taught to children, the existence of role models or providing good examples from parents, the existence of consequences for rules that have been applied consistently.

This study seeks to ascertain the role of administrators in facilitating children's educational aspirations, the challenges experienced by administrators in fulfilling their responsibilities, and the strategies used by administrators to overcome these challenges. The investigation used the descriptive technique. The used data collecting strategies include direct observation, direct communication, and documentary research. The corresponding data collection instruments include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study analysis was conducted in a qualitative descriptive fashion, including a total of 23 participants. These participants included 2 administrators from orphanages, 4 foster children from vocational schools, 16 foster children from middle schools, and 1 foster kid from an elementary school. Orphanage administrators have a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted education of children. They serve as motivators, facilitators, guides, and surrogate foster parents for the children's families or parents. The challenges faced by administrators in implementing the programme stem from the youngsters themselves and the availability of financing. The management is addressing the current difficulties by engaging with the children, seeking donors to provide financial support for the institution, and ensuring that all the requirements of the children at the orphanage are met.

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) device technology in supporting everyday human life, especially in Luna Torasyngu's novel "Traveline Past." AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. Research findings indicate that adaptive leadership, organizational flexibility, and individual skill development play pivotal roles in achieving optimal performance in a dynamic work environment. Apart from that, this article also highlights the long-term benefits of moral education, such as reducing bullying incidents, creating a safer school environment, and forming a more socially conscious generation.Thus, this article emphasizes that instilling good morals from an early age is not just about preventing bullying, but also about creating a strong moral foundation for a better future for children and society as a whole.

The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

The role of teachers will be greatly transformed by artificial intelligence, including in terms of creating learning media. Media in this case is very necessary to attract students' enthusiasm in participating in learning, as well as to create fun, meaningful, creative and interactive learning. The use of Pictory and Fliki AI makes it easier for teachers to create learning media because the Pictory and Fliki features are able to automatically visualize a text into an educational video according to a certain topic. The targets of activities in implementing this service activity are teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City. This activity contributes to the creation of creative and fun learning based on current developments, namely the use of technology. The implementation of this service activity uses the Training and Mentoring method.
