This research aims to measure the influence of promotions and electronic word of mouth (E-wom) on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the TIX ID application (Case study in the management study program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya). The sampling technique used in this research was students from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya who had used the TIX ID application. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research partially show that promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a significant effect on cinema ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application.

Bawasalo beach sand shows the potential of abundant material resources, but local people still face several considerations in the use of this material. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and effect of the addition of bawa salo sand on compressive strength and split tensile strength. This research uses an experimental method carried out at the Structure and Materials Laboratory of Muhamadiyah University of Parepare using a sample of 27 cylinders with the compressive strength of the plan used is 25 Mpa. Based on the test results, the characteristics of Bawasalo beach sand have met the specifications to be used as fine aggregate for concrete mixtures. The results of normal concrete testing aged 7 days with an average of 17.41Mpa, at 28 days testing with an average of 27.77MPa, 50% variation aged 7 days with an average of 16.84MPa and 100% variation aged 7 days with an average of 13.16MPa and at 28 days testing with an average of 21.80MPa. Normal concrete testing aged 28 days 10.444 MPa, 50% variation with an average of 5.556 MPa and as for the 100% variation with an average of 3.889 MPa. Based on the results of research data analysis, compressive strength and split tensile strength decreased as the percentage of Bawasalo beach sand use increased.

This study examines and analyzes the effect of online customer reviews, product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. And knowing which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The criteria for selecting the sample in this study were those aged 17 and over who had bought and consumed Mie Gacoan for more than 6 months and were in the Bali region. Questionnaires were collected as many as 195 respondents, the data was then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that online customer review variables, product quality and service quality simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Partially online customer review variables, product quality and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results show that the online customer review variable is the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions

Currently, there are many kinds of financial institutions that provide various products, namely funding, landing and services. Credit is one of the products from lending services that is very popular with customers because of its many benefits. Credit services are usually used by customers for business capital purposes so that they can encourage economic growth in Indonesia. A banking institution is a financial institution that provides loan or credit services. Bank Woori Saudara KPC Banyuwangi is a banking financial institution that provides services with many superior products, one of which is General Pension Credit (KUPEN) which is specifically for Retired Civil Servants. Apart from that, BWS KCP Banyuwangi also offers a Take Over system for loans from other banks to Bank Woori, KCP Banyuwangi. The results of this service and research aim to ensure that the public, especially retired civil servants, know the procedures and completion of the General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) system from other banks to Bank Woori Brother KCP Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is participatory so that data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of community service regarding the procedures for implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) at Bank Woori Saudara KCP Banyuwangi, there are conclusions that can be drawn, including that the part involved in implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) is the Unit Head, Relationship Officer (RO), Back Office (BO), and TASPEN.

This research aims to determine the implications of collaborating group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills at SDN Pelita Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with a mini research approach to gain in-depth insight into interactions between students in structured learning. For three weeks, research was conducted at SDN Pelita Jaya involving sixth grade students. The group discussion method is used to facilitate student interaction in discussing Islamic ethical and moral values. Students are also given ethical situations or problems that require them to find solutions based on Islamic moral principles through the Problem Solving Learning approach. Qualitative data was collected through participant observation, interviews with students, and document analysis. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in students' ability to identify, analyze and overcome problems with a structured and directed approach. Apart from that, this collaborative learning method also strengthens student involvement in the learning process. This research provides in-depth insight into the positive potential of collaborative group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills. The results of these findings can provide a valuable contribution to the development of more effective learning strategies, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Learning media is an important thing to do in learning, therefore researchers develop learning media. This research was conducted at MTs Salafiyah Kasim because this school has potential and problems. The problem that researchers found in class was the lack of student activity in participating in history learning in class, namely at the beginning of learning there were students who felt sleepy and apart from that other students preferred to play with their classmates, so students became less active in the material. From the results of these observations, the researcher obtained several problem formulations, namely 1.) What are the steps for developing infographic media on the theme of the upgrading temple for class VII students at Mts Salafiyah Kasim. 2.) What is the level of validity of developing infographic media on the theme of upgrading temples for class VII students at Mts Salafiyah Kasim. This research includes development research or R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection by researchers uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained will be in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data in the form of observations and short interviews and quantitative data in the form of test scores and results from validation of infographic media. The validity of infographic media on the theme of upgrading temples is in the good category. In the media expert validity test the average was 50 with a percentage of 83%, in the material expert validity test the average was 93 with a percentage of 88%. Based on these results, infographic media is suitable for use. Steps for developing infographic media on the theme of temple upgrading. In the first stage of analysis, the researcher analyzed the needs in consultation with the class VII social studies teacher at Mts Salafiyah Kasim, namely Ludfi ​​Abu Mahmud, S. Mat., in the second stage of design, the researcher designed the infographic media as attractively as possible , the third stage of development, the researcher validates the learning media with validators, the fourth stage of implementation, the researcher tests the media for large-scale and small-scale trials. The fifth stage of evaluation, comparison of trials of infographic media on a large scale and a small scale.

Human resources are the most important capital and wealth in every human activity, meaning that a company cannot function properly without human resources. Employees have a role as planners, implementers and supervisors who always play an active role in realizing company goals. The success of a company greatly influences the performance of its employees, because employee performance is a very important starting point for the success of the company. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ This research design uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample size in this study were all 68 employees of PT XYZ. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partical Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The research results show that; work discipline, leadership, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance; work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation; and work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant influence on performance which mediates motivation.

This research aims to analyze and consider various factors and components that may influence each other between Product Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception on Purchase Interest in Make Over Products in Bekasi City. The sample for this research was 170 respondents who were interested in buying Make Over products in Bekasi City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and convenience sampling techniques. then the data results were processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying Make Over products both partially, but there is no influence of price perception on interest in buying Make Over products either partially. . Simultaneously, product quality, price perception and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Make Over products in Bekasi City.

Employee performance must always be maintained so that the company survives. Research to determine the influence between variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at NEO Hotel, Kebayoran, Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods by conducting parametic statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is primary data obtained from the answers of 40 respondents.The results showed that leadership and motivation had a significant effect partially and simultaneously all of them had a significant effect on employee performance and the correlation value was 75.4% and the remaining 24.6% was found in other factors that were not studied.

In Indonesia, environmental conservation is still relatively poor on a global scale. This is based on data findings in the 2022 Environmental Performance Index (EPI) report, Indonesia received a score of 28.2 out of 100 and caused Indonesia to be ranked 164th out of 180 countries studied. The ideas and role of society in preserving the environment are represented through the existence of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) which operate in the field of environmental conservation. This research aims to compare the roles of digital platforms and content in intervening in the communication strategies of five environmental NGOs in Indonesia. This research approach is qualitative with a comparative study type through a systematic literature review. As a result, WALHI and Greenpeace are the environmental NGOs with the most variety of content and digital platforms used. Meanwhile, WWF Indonesia has a variety of content, but is low in distribution on digital platforms. Lastly, YKAN and KEHATI are low in content variety as well as digital platform distribution.

Teenagers, especially in West Sumatra, do not know about kerambit as a traditional weapon originating from West Sumatra. Even though the kerambit itself was used by the US army as a military weapon, its origins were not really known by the West Sumatran teenagers themselves. This is the result of teenagers' lack of curiosity about history and a lack of media that can attract their attention. The aim of designing this 2D animation is to foster teenagers' interest in studying history with new media and provide education about kerambit and its history through 2D animation media by utilizing social media as promotional media. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. Using the 5W+1H data analysis method. This design produces main media in the form of 2D animated videos, and supporting media in the form of t-shirts, printed posters, stickers, social media content, Acrylic stands, and x-banners.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality of M Banking KB Star on customer satisfaction at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is 3.016. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects were consumers of Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. The results of this research show that the product quality and service quality variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the consumer satisfaction variable.

Online gaming has become a global phenomenon that has attracted the attention of many individuals, especially the younger generation. As its popularity continues to increase, issues have also emerged regarding the impact of online gaming addiction, especially in the context of its effect on an individual's social skills. Online game addiction is a serious concern because it can affect an individual's ability to interact with the real world, including the ability to communicate, build interpersonal relationships, and resolve conflicts in everyday life. Therefore, it is necessary to dig deeper into the influence of online game addiction on an individual's social skills. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of online game addiction on individual social skills. The research method used is qualitative research with an open questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that there is a significant negative influence of addiction to playing online games on individual social skills. The development of ethnic diversity in Indonesia poses challenges in social interactions. This study aims to identify the factors influencing inter-ethnic harmony in the Jalan Gajah Mada area, Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through observations and interviews. The results show that intense inter-ethnic interactions support cultural acculturation, reduce conflicts, and enhance harmony. Factors such as tolerance, cultural exchange, and economic harmonization play crucial roles in creating a harmonious environment. In conclusion, understanding these factors is important for maintaining progress and harmony in multi-ethnic areas like Jalan Gajah Mada, Denpasar, and can be applied in other regions facing similar conflicts. The research findings indicate two factors in each dimension, with the general cooperation factor being the most dominant at 49.176%, followed by non-religious tolerance at 42.351%, freedom of religion at 41.858%, support for inter-ethnic humanitarianism at 26.290%, inter-ethnic cooperation at 20.838%, and finally inter-religious tolerance at 20.107%.

This study seeks to examine the disparity in mean scores between students instructed through the project-based learning approach and those taught using conventional learning methods. The study population consisted of randomly selected class X pupils from SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, who were divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental class consisted of 25 students who received instruction using the project-based learning model, while the control class consisted of 22 students who received instruction using the conventional paradigm. Data collection was conducted by administering a pre-test prior to administering the treatment, followed by a post-test after the treatment was provided. The research yielded an average post-test score of 0.0842 for the experimental class and 0.075 for the control class. Statistical tests, specifically the t-test, were conducted to compare the learning results of the experimental class and the control class. The calculated tcount 17.164176, was found to be more than the critical ttable 1.67943. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The null hypothesis H0 is rejected at a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, it may be inferred that the project-based learning paradigm has an impact on students' learning results in the subject of growth substance.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Shopee Live, EXO's k-pop Brand Ambassador, and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on Shopee e-commerce. The location of this research was conducted on Scarlett Whitening consumers in Semarang City. This type of research uses quantitative research and the methods used are survey research and associative approach research. The main instrument of this research is a questionnaire with 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Scarlett Whitening consumers in Semarang City who were selected using purposive sampling. Data processing uses Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results concluded from the data analysis of the F test results showing that Shopee Live, Brand Ambssador K-Pop EXO, and Brand Image simultaneously had a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on e-commerce Shopee. Furthermore, data analysis of the T test results shows that Shopee Live does not have a partial positive influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening on Shopee e-commerce, while the K-Pop EXO Brand Ambassador and Brand Image have a partial positive influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening on e-commerce. Shopee commerce.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of company size, asset structure and sales growth on capital structure. This research method uses a quantitative type of research. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of company annual financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 32 companies were obtained from 84 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the number of observations was 128 sample data. Data processing in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that company size has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, and sales growth has a significant effect on capital structure.

This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely facial recognition attendance and work motivation, on the dependent variable, namely work discipline. This research was conducted at PT XYZ. The data analysis used was the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 25 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 46 employees at PT XYZ. Partially, the results show that the facial recognition absentee variable has a significant effect on work discipline, and work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously the results obtained from this research are that the facial recognition absentee variable and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline variable.

This research aims to analyze and explain the impact of digital marketing and brand image on work interest as intervening variables. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires to 100 Scarlett Whitening consumer respondents, using techniques of non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of the variables digital marketing on buying interest, while variable brand awareness also has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The brand ambassador variable does not show a significant influence on purchasing interest, while the online customer review variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest. Apart from that, the brand image variable also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, as well as variable digital marketing, brand awareness, brand ambassador and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online customer does not a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, the purchase interest variable was not proven to be an intervening variable that mediates the influence of digital marketing, brand awareness, brand ambassador, online customer review and brand image on purchasing decisions.
