Technological advancements have brought fundamental changes in the way we interact with digital images and photography. One significant milestone in this development is the Photoshop Express Photo Editor, which has become a primary platform for image processing and editing. Datasets are used to analyze sentiment and are utilized during the accuracy testing phase. Based on the testing results, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm achieved an average accuracy value of 86.50%, compared to the Naïve Bayes (NB) algorithm, which achieved an average accuracy value of 75%. The results of the research conclude that the choice of sentiment analysis method should be tailored to the needs and limitations of the system. If a fast, light, and easy-to-understand process is required, the Naive Bayes method is the right choice. However, if accuracy and context understanding are the top priorities, then CNN is a superior approach, although it requires more resources. Additionally, based on the Wordcloud data, it is known that the majority of comments are positive, indicating that the reviews or texts analyzed contain many positive expressions related to quality, usability, and ease of use.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of internal control mechanisms within Ministries/Agencies that received a disclaimer opinion on their audited financial statements. It also examines the form of financial transparency applied by these institutions in the preparation of their financial reports. The research focuses on the role of government internal audits in two institutions: the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (BAKAMLA), utilizing a qualitative literature synthesis approach. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative design. Based on the findings, it is concluded that the lack of supervision by internal auditors and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) over these two institutions stems from several factors: limited competence and capacity of internal auditors, weak internal control systems and structures, lack of auditor independence, and inadequate routine monitoring and evaluation. Furthermore, in preparing financial reports, Ministries and Agencies are required to adopt financial transparency practices by preparing financial statements in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP), disclosing complete notes to financial statements, and utilizing transparent and integrated financial applications.

Educational supervision serves as a key instrument in improving educational quality; however, its implementation in elementary schools often faces systemic challenges that affect teacher performance and learning quality. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational supervision by school principals to improve the performance of Catholic Religious Education (CRE) teachers in enhancing educational quality at Inpres Natarita Elementary School. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the school principal and CRE teacher as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal significant disparities between the implementation of administrative supervision and academic supervision. Administrative supervision is consistently implemented but remains procedural-mechanistic in nature, while academic supervision experiences systematic deficits with minimal frequency (once per semester). This condition impacts the competence-performance gap phenomenon in CRE teacher performance, characterized by the dominance of lecture methods, limited learning innovation, and minimal professional initiative. Educational quality shows acceptable achievement in graduation rates but has not been optimal in potential realization and educational value-added.Educational supervision at SDI Natarita has not achieved optimal effectiveness due to a paradigm that remains compliance-oriented rather than development-oriented. A fundamental reorientation toward holistic and transformative supervision is needed to optimize teacher performance and educational quality.

The rapid technological developments of this decade have had a positive impact on the transparency of information in financial reports. Transparent financial report information demonstrates the quality of the financial reports. Public accountants are tasked with providing an opinion on the fairness of the presented financial reports. The standard used by a public accountant in assessing the fairness of financial reports is the Public Accounting Auditing Standards (SPAP). The SPAP contains guidelines for carrying out the audit cycle systematically and in accordance with procedures, starting from the pre-engagement, planning, and reporting stages. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct audit report preparation training for prospective auditors, conducted by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University through a community service program. This community service activity took as participants prospective auditors from STIE Semarang students at KAP Sarastanto and Rekan in Semarang City. This activity was carried out so that prospective auditors could be provided with the knowledge and skills to complete the audit cycle from pre-engagement to reporting. This study aims to analyze the ability of students in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program to develop Lesson Plans (RPP) and implement teaching through microteaching activities. The RPP serves as a crucial tool for prospective teachers in designing a systematic and measurable learning process, while microteaching functions as an effective teaching practice medium to develop students’ pedagogical skills. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with final-year PGSD students enrolled in the microteaching course. The findings reveal that most students were able to develop lesson plans in accordance with the applicable curriculum formats (K13 and Merdeka Curriculum), including formulating learning objectives and outlining the sequence of learning activities. However, weaknesses were still found in formulating learning indicators, selecting appropriate models and methods, and integrating literacy, numeracy, and the elements of the Pancasila Student Profile. In implementing microteaching, students demonstrated mastery of the material and conducted learning activities in a structured manner. Nonetheless, some still faced challenges in classroom management, interactive communication, and the use of media and educational technology. The conclusion of this study indicates that PGSD students’ abilities in preparing lesson plans and conducting microteaching are in the “fairly good” category. However, they still require further guidance and training to be fully prepared as professional educators in the field. It is expected that through continuous evaluation and constructive feedback from lecturers, students can improve the quality of their lesson planning and teaching practices more optimally.

The cassation legal effort has a high urgency in the Indonesian civil justice system as a corrective mechanism for errors in the application of law and an instrument to ensure uniformity of national law. The relevance of this topic is increasing along with the large number of cassation cases submitted to the Supreme Court (MA) and has the potential to hamper the legal function of the highest judicial institution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of cassation in civil cases and identify various obstacles that affect its implementation. This study uses a normative legal method with a regulatory approach and case studies supported by a literature study of laws and regulations, court decisions, and appropriate legal literature. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of cassation is hampered by a combination of internal factors, such as excessive caseloads and limitations of the MA information system, as well as external factors such as weak legal understanding of the parties, declining quality of previous court decisions, and misuse of cassation as a litigation strategy. This study concludes that structural reform and increased capacity of judicial actors are needed, as well as strengthening of civil procedural law norms in order to clarify the role of cassation as a tester of the application of law, not a forum for objections to facts. This study contributes to the discourse on judicial reform and opens up opportunities for further research with empirical and comparative legal system approaches.

Critical thinking skills are a fundamental aspect that needs to be instilled early in the educational process in elementary schools. However, the application of conventional learning media such as textbooks and worksheets tends to be less supportive of the development of these skills, especially in complex materials such as the solar system. To overcome this, the use of solar system diorama media is considered capable of bridging students' conceptual understanding with more contextual visual and exploratory experiences. Through a constructivist approach, students are given space to be actively involved in observing, discussing, and linking materials to real phenomena, so that their critical thinking skills can be honed more optimally. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of diorama media in improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students and examine students' responses to this learning method. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies that can support the quality of elementary education.
