Motivation plays an important role in directing one's behavior in carrying out activities. The existence of motivation can arouse a person's enthusiasm to increase commitment to practice, with the aim of achieving the best results and fulfilling their own desires. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of participants in participating in recreational sports activities at TSOT Outbound. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. In this study, researchers used Ramdom sampling technique randomly with a sample of 20% of the population, so that the number of respondents taken was 30 respondents from a population of 150 participants. The results of this study indicate the average calculation for each type of motivation that intrinsic motivation consists of, the indicator of the benefits of exercising of 74.44% in the high category, the indicator of maintaining health of 82.08% in the very high category, the indicator of satisfaction exercising 77.5% in the high category, the indicator of relieving boredom of 72.5% in the high category, with a total total of 76.78% of intrinsic motivation. While extrinsic indicators consist of, friendship indicators 80.83% in the high category, location indicators 70.58% in the high category, cost indicators 73.33% in the high category, and weather indicators 71.04% in the high category, with a total amount of extrinsic motivation of 74.03%.      

The low interest in reading among elementary school (SD) students poses a significant challenge in the context of primary education. This article identifies various factors that contribute to the low interest in reading among students, including lack of access to engaging reading materials, insufficient support from parents, lack of motivation or intrapersonal interest, uninteresting curriculum and teaching methods, influence of electronic media, socio-economic conditions, lack of reading role models, and difficulties in reading. The analysis yields recommendations that encompass improving access to engaging reading materials, encouraging parental support, fostering student motivation and intrapersonal interest, and developing engaging curriculum and teaching methods. Through a holistic and sustainable approach, it is hoped that these recommendations can help address the challenges of low reading interest among elementary school students and enhance the quality of literacy learning at the primary level.

Parents are key in family catechesis. They became teachers of faith for their children. The family itself is the first and foremost place where children learn about faith. Parents have a responsibility to grow their children's faith and family catechesis is one way to do so. This study begins by discussing the importance of family catechesis. Then continued the role of parents as teachers of faith for their children. The study also presents some practical tips for parents on how they can teach their children about faith. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The study concludes with the conclusion that family catechesis is a valuable tool that parents can use to help their children grow in faith and by following these tips, parents can be effective faith teachers for their children.

This journal discusses the optimization of the performance of constitutional law through the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in an effort to reduce corruption, by analyzing the implementation of law enforcement strategies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify the role of the KPK in reducing the number of corruptions, examine the correlation between the integrity of public officials and corruption crimes, and highlight the challenges and obstacles faced by the KPK in carrying out its duties and obligations as a corruption eradication agency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses secondary data in the form of written literature such as journals, articles and laws that are collected, analyzed and concluded so as to get the final conclusion. The results showed that the KPK has an important role in reducing the number of corruption through various law enforcement strategies that have been implemented. In addition, the KPK needs strong political support to carry out its duties effectively. However, sometimes there is political uncertainty and even resistance from parties who have an interest in corruption.  Despite these challenges, the KPK must continue to strive to carry out its duties professionally and transparently in an effort to eradicate corruption in Indonesia. Therefore, steps are needed to improve the performance and effectiveness of the KPK in reducing corruption in Indonesia.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, many companies are now using the Internet as a major platform in their marketing strategy of skincare products, mainly through social media. The research aims to explore the factors that influence the intention of buying skincare products on the TikTok platform by considering the role of brand image as a moderation variable. The research method uses descriptive causality with a quantitative approach, and uses purposive sampling techniques. Primary data obtained from 267 respondents active TikTok users who were interested in skincare products and collected through online questionnaires. Data analysis is done using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Research findings show that social media marketing activities, online customer reviews, influencer endorsement, brand image can improve purchase intention, while price consciousness does not affect the purchase intent of skincare products on Tiktok platform. Implications, skincare manufacturers and marketers should pay attention to branding strategies on TikTok's platform to boost purchasing intentions. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that can influence the intention of buying skincare products in the digital age.

The growth of sharia insurance from 2019-2022 shows that sharia insurance is still developing in society. However, there will be a decline in 2022 in general insurance and reinsurance on investments and assets which have an important role in running a sharia insurance company. The aim of this research is to determine the level of efficiency of sharia insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2019-2022 period using the DEA method. This research was carried out using quantitative methods where the emphasis is more on data processing, proving hypotheses and using statistical tools to make it easier for researchers to manage data. The data used in this research is Time Series, namely data that has a time series of more than one year on one object or data collected over time on individuals or objects.

Abstract. Cervical cancer is a disease caused by malignant tumors in the uterine area (cervical) as a result of uncontrolled growth of tissue and damage to the surrounding normal tissue. Family as a source of support plays an important role in providing support to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is by accidental sampling. The sample of this study were cancer patients undergoing treatment with a total of 32 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that more than half (56.25%) of the respondents were aged 46-65 years, more than half (53%) of the respondents did not work, and some (50%) of the respondents were in stage 3, and most (91%) family support in improving the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. The results of this study can be used as health promotion educational material about risk factors for cervical cancer and to re-effectively provide health counseling services for sufferers and their families who are diagnosed by doctors as having difficult cases to recover, so that patients can express their feelings about the illness they are suffering from so that it has an impact on their quality of life. better. Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit akibat tumor ganas pada daerah rahim (leher rahim) sebagai akibat dari adanya pertumbuhan jaringan yang tidak terkontrol dan merusak jaringan normal disekitarnya. Keluarga sebagai sumber dukungan berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker servik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksripti kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker yang menjalani pengobatan dengan jumlah 32 sampel. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari sebagian (56,25%) responden berusia 46-65 tahun, lebih dari sebagian (53%) responden tidak bekerja, dan sebagian (50%) responden berada pada stadium 3, dan sebagian besar (91%) keluarga mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan edukasi promosi kesehatan tentang faktor risiko kanker serviks dan mengefektifkan kembali layanan konsling kesehatan untuk penderita dan keluarga yang didiagnosa oleh dokter mengidap kasus sulit untuk sembuh, sehinga pasien dapat mengkungkapkan perasaan  mengenai penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga berdampak pada kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.  

The aim of this research is to determine the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation based on Galatians 3:26-29 with relevance for today's church. The research method in writing this scientific work is a qualitative method, namely a descriptive approach. This method is used by the author to find useful materials in accordance with the research objectives. In this research, equality between men and women will be explored in the context of receiving salvation and its relevance for the church today. The result of the exegesis of Galatians 3:26-29 is how humans view the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation and its relevance for the church today. As is known, Christians always emphasize that humans, both men and women, have equality in receiving salvation through His Gospel or His Word, namely the Faith and Trust of His people. In this case, it also really depends on the theological interpretation of each church sect, because some sects may emphasize a personal relationship with God as the main way to receive salvation, while there are several church sects that emphasize the role of the church as a community of faith that facilitates spiritual growth and receiving the gift of salvation. Salvation (grace) from God is universal (general). God's action in Jesus Christ has effectively eliminated differences according to Gal. 3:26-29. The good news of salvation is that there is no longer such a thing as a select group, those who hope to receive the benefits of Jesus' Messiahship should be part of every believing people. Salvation in the context of Galatians 3 is through God's promises to His people who believe. Apart from that, the concept of salvation is a primary doctrine that becomes a dogmatic guide for God's church. The church must also see and emulate the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation. God emphasizes that all mankind should not do things that God does not want. He hopes that those who come with Him are those who truly believe in their faith. Salvation is given to humans as a form of His goodness to His people who believe through Faith and Actions that are always loyal to Him. Salvation is Grace, meaning that there is only one way to obtain salvation, namely through Jesus Christ. He said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” And if you belong to Christ, then you are also Abraham's descendants and have the right to receive God's promises (Gal. 3:29).    

Parents have an obligation to guide, protect and raise their children. So that the role of parents is the main basis in improving social functioning, especially for children with visual disabilities. Children with visual disabilities have unique challenges in improving their social functioning. This research explains three types of parenting, namely, authoritarian, democratic and permissive. So if parents choose the wrong parenting style, it will have an impact on the development process, from this parenting style that helps children with visual disabilities can overcome obstacles and improve strong skills because the role of parents is key in helping their children overcome life's challenges so that they can develop optimally. This study aims to determine the parenting patterns applied by parents to children with visual disabilities, to determine the parenting patterns applied to improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities, and to determine and improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities.

The purpose of this activity is to determine the success of the role of efforts to develop the Gorontalo Class IIA Penitentiary for prisoners, one of which is prisoners who have a high level of awareness so that there will be no repetition of narcotics crimes (narcotics recidivism). The research method used is a type of empirical legal research, namely the Sulatul Meltholm research method, which has the ultimate function of seeing law in a real sense and studying how law works in the social environment. The results of the research obtained on the role of Correctional Institutions in efforts to guide recidivist perpetrators of narcotics crimes in Gorontalo Class IIA Prisons have not been effective. The factors that hinder efforts to provide guidance to recidivist narcotics criminals are the lack of differences in guidance between narcotics recidivists and non-recidivist perpetrators, overcapacity in prisons, a lack of officers, and a low level of supervision. The author's suggestions for overcoming existing obstacles are to separate the guidance given to narcotics recidivists and non-recidivists, improve prison infrastructure, including adding officers, which can improve supervision in prisons.

The city of Bandung is developing into a business center that has advantages in several fields, especially in the field of culinary tourism, which is part of the local identity and is growing rapidly. The purpose of this research is to see the potential of street food in Lengkong to increase the interest of culinary tourism in the city of Bandung. This research method is quantitative and phenomenological through field studies and using the internet as one of the means we use to get information about street food places in Lengkong as our analysis material. This study found that Lengkong street food culinary products can improve the economy of Bandung city traders quickly, because many food vloggers review various types of food in Lengkong so that many domestic and foreign tourists are curious about one of the street foods in the city of Bandung. Social media also plays an important role as a development or form of promotion to increase more tourists and advance local SMEs within the scope of the Lengkong area and develop interest in culinary tourism in the city of Bandung.

Education plays a crucial role in enhancing human faith in Allah SWT. This is marked by the significant number of verses in the Quran and Hadith of the Prophet related to education or knowledge. This study aims to describe the prioritized material to serve as the foundation in nurturing the souls of students from the perspective of the Prophet's Hadith in the two authentic books concerning faith. Using a literature approach, the author concludes that the goal of education in the two authentic books is devotion to Allah, instilling noble character in students, promoting a good life in this world and the hereafter, and shaping a strong believer's personality.

Indonesian history records the important role of the Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie (VOC) in shaping culture and government systems. The VOC, a Dutch trading company, was dominant in the colonial era, controlling territory that is now part of Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. In its influence, the VOC not only brought Western culture but also expanded corrupt practices in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods with a focus on literature study. Data was obtained through analysis of primary and secondary sources, as well as interviews with historians. This approach allows for an in-depth understanding of VOC culture and the impact of the corruption it initiated. Corruption started by the VOC is still a continuing problem in Indonesia because it has affected culture, social structure and government. Efforts to overcome this problem require hard and consistent work from the government and society. The VOC's influence not only introduced corruption during the colonial period, but also left a lasting legacy that influences Indonesia to this day. This corruption has become integrated into the culture and system of government, requiring continued efforts to overcome its impacts.

The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

The provision of public services to the community is one of the most important tasks of government. In order to fulfill the needs and interests of the community, public services are provided by the government, private parties acting on behalf of the government, or private parties directly to the community, whether financed or unfinanced. Strategic roles and functions in the field of implementing integrated licensing services in Surabaya City are carried out by the Surabaya City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). This office was formed based on Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 084 of 2021 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Job Description, and Functions and Work Procedures of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Surabaya City. The program carried out by these students aims to increase productivity and efficiency in public services. With this, the expected results are good in terms of productivity, effectiveness and efficiency.

This research investigates the prevalent challenges and identifies strategic approaches for effective resource utilization in secondary schools. Through a mixed-methods study involving quantitative analysis and qualitative interviews, the research highlights significant problems such as budget constraints, outdated educational materials, and disparities in resource distribution between urban and rural schools. The study reveals that 75% of surveyed schools encounter difficulties in resource allocation, with urban schools having better access to technology and trained personnel compared to their rural counterparts. Qualitative findings underscore the importance of several strategies to optimize resource usage. Needs-based allocation is identified as a critical approach, with schools that tailor resources to specific needs reporting improvements in student engagement and achievement. The integration of technology, combined with comprehensive teacher training on digital tools, is pivotal in enhancing learning experiences. Moreover, collaboration with the community and local businesses emerges as a valuable source of additional resources and real-world learning opportunities. The establishment of resource-sharing networks among schools is also noted as an effective measure to mitigate the impact of budget constraints and promote a more equitable distribution of materials and expertise. This study contributes to the discourse on educational equity and efficiency, offering actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and administrators. By emphasizing the need for localized solutions, technological equity, and community engagement, the research points towards a more equitable and efficient educational landscape. Future research directions include exploring the longitudinal impacts of these strategies on educational outcomes and the role of policy reforms in supporting resource optimization efforts.    

In the context of Christian religious education, the role of the family in shaping early childhood communication through role-playing methods is essential. Through this approach, families play a key role in bringing Christian religious values into children's daily lives. Role playing is a means of encouraging active learning, where children are directly involved in the learning experience. Therefore, the aim of writing this article is to explain the role of the family in shaping early childhood communication through role-playing methods from a Christian religious perspective. The writing method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the library research method. Data collection techniques through analysis of books, journal articles and websites that contain data related to research. The results show that this method helps in developing children's social and emotional skills, as well as helping to resolve conflicts and build healthy relationships within the family. By playing roles related to the teachings of the Christian religion, children learn to apply the principles of morality in their daily actions, and strengthen their overall character.
