Islamic education management has a strategic role in integrating spiritual values with modern managerial principles to strengthen the quality of Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to conceptually examine the five fundamental pillars of Islamic education management, namely value-based planning, prophetic leadership, adaptive Islamic curriculum, holistic human resource development, and character-oriented evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The data sources in this study are 17 secondary sources, including scientific books and reputable national and international journal articles from 2012 to 2025 that are relevant to the theme of Islamic education management. Data was searched using the Publish or Perish application with purposive sampling, i.e., only literature relevant to the five main pillars of the study, namely value-based planning, prophetic leadership, adaptive Islamic curriculum, holistic human resource development, and ethics-oriented evaluation, was used as material for analysis. Data search was conducted using the Publish or Perish application. The results of the study indicate that strengthening these five pillars is the main foundation in developing an integrative Islamic education management that is relevant to the demands of the modern era. The integration of spirituality and rationality in the management of Islamic educational institutions is central to the formation of a generation with excellent character, professionalism, and noble morals. Character is a trait possessed by an individual that is embedded in the soul and body, which is implemented through actions. In this day and age Christian character education is very minimal in Christian students, this can happen due to a lack of provision from parents regarding Christian character. If this continues to happen and is not resolved, it will become one of the obstacles in growing the nation's successors who have the potential to advance the nation. Therefore, the school has a very big role in teaching this to students, so that students have the correct Christian character, especially in dealing with the social life of children in the present. In solving this problem, the authors use the stages which include: Observation, implementation of PKM, and evaluation. The result of this PKM activity is to increase students' awareness of themselves not to continue to be in bad conditions so that the potential they have can be developed properly

The results of the study found that the management of the development of the Islamic boarding school curriculum in preparing a generation with Sufi morals: First, the Islamic boarding school curriculum is included in the traditionalist model of the school, namely by showing its traditional and school character. Second, the organization of the curriculum content consists of the contents of the curriculum, data, concepts, generalizations, and subject matter at the Islamic Boarding School. Third, Curriculum development is categorized as a grass roots model where there are initiatives and efforts coming from below, namely ustadz and Islamic boarding schools in developing a curriculum that is designed by themselves to produce a generation with Sufi morals. Fourth, Curriculum evaluation refers to the Objective Model Evaluation model (objective model) carried out at the end of curriculum development, this assessment activity is often called summative evaluation. Fifth, The impact of curriculum management on the level of morals is shown by the nature of istiqomah, self-control, prioritizing Islamic and basyariyah brotherhood, tolerance, honesty, sincerity, istiqomah, patience, gratitude, politeness and helping each other. Sixth, Traditionalist Hypothetical Management Model of the School.

The school's fifth-grade kids receive jumputan batik instruction with the goal of enhancing both their creative abilities and extracurricular accomplishments. One batik-making technique that makes use of the tie-dye procedure is jumputan batik. Jumputan batik is made by tying thread in specific areas of the material and then dipping it in dye to create a unique design. In order to ensure that activities may be carried out efficiently and have the greatest possible influence on students' development, the process of carrying out this community service is structured from planning to evaluation. As a result, kids are able to freely and creatively express themselves through art-related activities. Students can make their own designs and patterns when making jumputan batik, which promotes original and creative thinking. The ability to create original designs is made possible by the jumputan batik process, which incorporates tie-dye elements. Pupils can use their imagination to create motifs, patterns, and color combinations that represent their own personalities and concepts. Students' critical and creative thinking abilities are greatly enhanced by this creative process. According to the findings, students now possess much greater creativity, self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. In addition to teaching pupils traditional batik techniques, this instruction aids in the development of social and character traits that will benefit them greatly throughout their life. It is anticipated that by exposing more students to Indonesian art and culture, this instruction would be expanded and perpetuated. It is anticipated that by exposing more students to Indonesian art and culture, this instruction would be expanded and perpetuated.

Speaking anxiety among students is a common phenomenon that affects their academic performance and personal development. This study aims to explore the reasons behind students' fear of speaking in various educational settings. Using a literature review method, this research examines previous studies related to psychological, social, and educational factors contributing to students’ reluctance to speak. The findings indicate that speaking anxiety is primarily caused by fear of making mistakes, low self-confidence, and negative social evaluations from peers or teachers. Additionally, classroom environment, teaching methods, and cultural influences also play a significant role in shaping students' willingness to speak. The impact of this fear extends beyond academic performance, affecting students' participation, self-expression, and future communication skills. Several strategies have been identified to reduce speaking anxiety, including fostering a supportive learning environment, encouraging positive reinforcement, and implementing interactive teaching methods. Educators are encouraged to create a more inclusive atmosphere that minimizes students' fear of judgment and enhances their confidence in speaking. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on students' speaking anxiety by summarizing key factors and offering practical implications for teachers, educators, and policymakers. Future research could further explore intervention programs that effectively address students' fear of speaking in different cultural and educational contexts.
