This research was carried out to find out how the strategy for empowering MSMEs in Kerawang Gayo village, Bebesen district in dealing with free trade in the ASEAN region. By using qualitative methods and based on emerging research strategy patterns. To understand and provide an explanation of the pattern of MSME development methods. And with the existence of social capital originating from Bank Aceh, it plays a role in the pattern of MSME development strategie.

The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.  

The study aims to analyze the content of the Gorontalo Dikili manuscript and its relevance to messages and values ​​of kindness. This research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.  Primary data were collected and identified through documents in the form of manuscripts and written with APG script, totalling 10 main themes and containing 297 couplets. Secondary data in the form of video recordings The data is processed following the stages of philological analysis by reading the manuscript, identification, editing, and interpretation. The interpretation technique is done by directed content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the manuscript in Gorontalo contains messages and values of kindness that can be used as lessons and examples in following the sunnah of the Prophet. The values ​​of goodness include:  The value of spiritual education is related to patience and independence as an orphan. Moral values, in the form of fair behaviour in acting and behaving. Cultural values ​​are related to the recommendation of circumcision which is useful for maintaining genital hygiene for men, maintaining the respectfulness of women to avoid disgraceful attitudes and traits, and tolerant behaviour toward adherents of other religions. Social value is found in the sincere attitude of giving and willing to share, and always giving benefits to others. This research has implications for information about the contents of the dikili manuscript which has not been revealed, so the celebration of the prophet's birthday by re-reading the prophet's life history text needs to be preserved. 

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the community of cultural actors, namely members of the Banjar Begawe and the informants in this study were the head of the Banjar Begawe and religious leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study regarding the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, among others, are as follows: the implementation process includes, preparation stage, implementation stage, stage, closing. The preparatory stage consists of deliberation, and preparing tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of a begawe (party) event. The closing stage consists of praying and remembrance together and eating together. The timing of the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition is uncertain, but the benchmark is if one of the family members of the banjar begawe is married, mate (died), or is going to hold another celebration. the parties involved are members of the banjar begawe, family and relatives who hold the begawe event, and religious leaders. implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the banjar begawe tradition in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency.

The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Strengthening spirituality in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping character and moral values for the future. Baubau City, with its rich cultural heritage and strong Islamic traditions, offers a strategic context for implementing spiritual guidance programs for young learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Kokalukuna in Baubau to provide spiritual guidance for early childhood students. The program employed a storytelling approach, focusing on the exemplary life of the Prophet as a model for cultivating moral values. The findings indicate an improvement in children’s basic understanding of spiritual values, particularly in recognizing the sirah of the Prophet, including his historical legacy and virtuous character. The study recommends collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and the wider community to strengthen children’s spirituality from an early age.

This research aims to examine Self-Submission as a Preventive of Radicalism in Realizing Cross-Cultural Harmonization. Tawakal is a work of the heart, spiritual work, a worship whose meaning is very difficult, but needs to be implemented in reality. Tawakal must be linked to the law of cause and effect, so that tawakal is no longer defined as being silent without any activity. Tawakal will encourage a person to have a sense of optimism and courage in facing all life's problems. All of these values ​​exist in the religions of Islam, Christianity (Protestant and Catholic), Hinduism and Buddhism. The equal value of surrendering oneself to God is manifested in worship activities both individually and in congregation. In all religions there is a value of servitude which includes the value of surrender.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

ABSTRAK Bangsa Indonesia selaku negara yang tidak dapat menjauhi tantangan globalisasi, namun dengan berpegang pada Pancasila selaku panduannya, prinsip Indonesia hendaknya bisa mempertahankan jati diri serta eksistensinya. Riset ini berisi tentang apabila memelihara semangat nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda semenjak masa anak- anak akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap pengaruh negatif serta pergantian moral yang menjadi- jadi di masa globalisasi. Jadi, dengan memantapkan moralitas serta etika lewat pembelajaran Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia bakal lebih siap buat hadapi globalisasi serta mempertahankan fakta diri Indonesia dikala yang bersamaan. So, by reinforcing morality and ethics through pancasila study, the Indonesian younger generation will be better equipped to face globalization and maintain Indonesian fact at the same time. The cultural value of the Indonesian people, such as cooperation, silahturahmi, isa basic privilege that can make indonesians love and preserve their own culture. But the Indonesian people known as a friendly and civilised society have begun to wane since the influx of foreign cultures into Indonesia that Indonesia has not been able to choose well. This research elucidates the impact of globalization on the content and subjects of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study utilizes a combination of literature review and thematic analysis to explore the influence of globalization on the curriculum and the strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to strike a balance between traditional Islamic teachings and global knowledge and skills. The findings reveal that globalization has influenced the content and subjects taught in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum by necessitating the incorporation of global perspectives, emphasizing universal values, and contextualizing global knowledge within an Islamic framework. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces challenges in adapting its curriculum, including the need to ensure the preservation of Islamic teachings, address cultural sensitivities, and navigate societal expectations. Despite challenges, globalization offers opportunities for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to enhance its curriculum and prepare students for a globalized world. This includes fostering intercultural communication, promoting global citizenship, encouraging critical thinking, nurturing tolerance and inclusion, and developing cultural sensitivity. The incorporation of global perspectives significantly impacts students' understanding of diversity and multiculturalism by exposing them to different cultures, challenging stereotypes, promoting intercultural communication, and fostering a sense of global citizenship.

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution
