September 13, 2019, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicine Agency (EMA) issued a warning through the official FDA website, that contaminants were found that were thought to trigger cancer. It is known that the contamination is an impurity or nitrosamine compound or commonly called N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) which is included in chemical contamination originating from chemical elements or compounds that can endanger human health. Symptoms that appear are the skin and the whites of the eyes turning yellow, fatigue, darker urine, and abdominal pain. Based on this, there is a problem that needs to be analyzed, namely how the law protects consumers from consuming these materials, especially in the city of Semarang, are there any obstacles in the effort to protect consumers from consuming drugs containing NDMA. The methodology used in this research is juridical normative with secondary data, which is analyzed by analytical descriptive. The results of the analysis, it is known that the state through various provisions has protected consumers from consuming hazardous materials, including those in Article 8 "Regarding actions that are prohibited for business actors; Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Articles 98, 99, 104 & 106 "Regarding the Security and Use of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Medical Devices" AND Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 101 / MENKES / PER / XI / 2008 concerning Drug Registration. That in this protection effort, the government c.q BPOM is experiencing internal and external obstacles. Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. One of the causes of hypertension that is difficult to control is stress which can worsen the client's condition so that it is needed to handle through stress management. Zikir relaxation therapy is one of the relaxation therapies with an elemental approach to spirituality that is useful for reducing stress. The purpose of this case study is to illustrate the application of Zikir Relaxation Therapy to stress on clients with essential hypertension in the area assisted by the Rowosari Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with the criteria of clients with essential hypertension, level I-II hypertension, and moderate stress levels. The form of intervention is the application of Zikir relaxation therapy 4 times in 2 weeks (twice a week). The analysis is used to determine the stress level using the DSS (Distress Symptom Scale) measuring instrument. The results showed a decrease in stress levels before and after the administration of Zikir therapy from moderate stress to mild stress for subject I with a decrease of 36 scores and from moderate stress to normal for subject II with a decrease in 40 scores. The average reduction in stress levels of the two subjects after Zikir relaxation from an average score of 63 to 38. From the results of these studies, the provision of zikir therapy can be used as an intervention to reduce stress levels in clients with essential hypertension.

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable instrument and can be used to measure the behavior of high school students regarding water pollution. The steps undertaken to develop this instrument are the development of a collection of question items, validation of a collection of question items, taking opinion experts, trials, instrument administration, documentation, calculating the validity and reliability of instruments using trials of this instrument which contains the habits of water pollution. The validation stage was submitted to one high school biology teacher and two biology lecturers. The instrument test was conducted with a group of 20 high school students with 15 questions. The results showed that the Corrected Item-Total Correlation of 15 questions created and validated there were 6 questions that were positive while 9 other questions were negative. Then for the value of Reliability Statistics for Cronbach's Alpha is 0.469 and Cronbach's Alpha Based on Standardized Items is 0.417. Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.

Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia karena terjadi peningkatan setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan obat atau agensi terapi yang efektif dan murah untuk menanggulangi diabetes melitus. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda mempunyai kandungan antosianin dan betakaroten yang memiliki kemampuan menurunkan kadar gula darah, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai obat tradisional yang efektif dan murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit terong Belanda terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah tikus wistar jantan yang diinduksi aloksan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre and post test randomized controlled group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus wistar jantan sebanyak 25 ekor  yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dengan aquadest (kontrol negatif), ekstrak kulit terong Belanda (Solanum betaceum) dosis 0,25 ; 0,75 ; 1,25 g/kg BB dan metformin sebagai obat diabetes dengan dosis 18 mg/tikus (kontrol positif). Semua kelompok diinduksi aloksan sampai dengan kadar gula darahnya mencapai ≥ 200 mg/dL lalu diukur kadar gula darah sebagai data pre test. Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dan pada hari ke – 14 diukur kadar gula darah sebagai post test. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda dosis 0,25; 0,75 dan 1,25 g/kg BB mampu menurunkan kadar gula darah secara signifikan selama 14 hari akan tetapi belum ada dosis yang memiliki efektifitas yang sebanding dengan metformin dalam penurunan kadar gula darah apabila diberikan selama 14 hari.Kata kunci: Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda, diabetes, tikus, aloksanABSTRACT Diabetes melitus is a health problem in the world because the sufferers increase from year to year. So that it is needed an effective and economical drug or therapeutic agency to cope with the disease. Tamarillo peel extract contains anthocyanin and beta-carotene which are capable to reducing blood sugar levels, so that it can be used as an effective and economical traditional medicine. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the administration of Tamarillo peel extract on decreasing blood sugar levels in male wistar rats induced by alloxan. The research method used a pre and post test randomized controlled group design. This study used 25 male wistar rats divided into 5 treatment groups namely aquadest treatment (negative control), metformin as a diabetes drug with a dose of 18 mg / rat (positive control), and Tamarillo skin extract (Solanum betaceum) dose 0, 25; 0.75; 1.25 g / kg BB. All treatment groups were induced by alloxan until their blood glucose levels reached ≥ 200 mg / dL then measured blood sugar levels as the pre test data. The treatment was given for 14 days and on the 14th day blood sugar levels were measured as a post test. Tamarillo peel extract dose of 0.25; 0.75 and 1.25 g / kg BB can significantly reduce blood glucose levels for 14 days but there is no dose that has an effectiveness comparable to metformin in reducing blood glucose levels if given for 14 days.Keywords: Tamarillo peel extract, diabetes, rats, alloxan

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. KSP Surya Melati in calculating and managing its credit administration has used a computerized system. But the system still has shortcomings, namely when the credit installment payment transaction process, the determination of interest rates has not been computerized, in other words credit administration officers still input interest rates when the transaction takes place. This often results in errors in the calculation of interest installments that must be charged to customers. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that is used to store data changes in interest rates that occur in accordance with specified interest rates.
