The aim of the research is to find an empirical evidence concerning the implementation of customer perspective of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in Assalaam Islamic Modern Boarding School Surakarta (AIMBS Surakarta). It is a case study research. Qualitative research design is conducted using semi-structured interviews with 27 members from different stakeholders. Research findings showed that customer perspective of BSC and attributes in strategy map of BSC have been implemented well in AIMBS Surakarta. Besides, the research found supporting factor of implementation of customer perspective of BSC in AIMBS Surakarta, namely: strong commitment from management to adjust the change. The limitation of the research is that the research findings can not be generalized. For future research, it is suggested that the researcher will add the numbers of research object so that the generalization of the research findings can be achieved. Thus, it will give clearer description about implementation of customers perpective of BSC in Islamic boarding schools

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

PT. Nusantara Sakti Salatiga or often referred to as NSS is an automotive company or dealer of two-wheeled motor vehicles with the Honda brand, which is located at JL. Cutting No. 100 Salatiga. This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

Chicken Ranch venture is a business that is environmentally friendly and efficient, the management of maintenance, cage, and the handling of waste should always be considered. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. The collection of data through primary data and secondary data. Methods of presenting data in research conducted in a descriptive way. The analysis used in this thesis is qualitative. ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. The results showed that PT. Hypertension is not infectious disease which occupy the third place in the region’s small-scale Clinics Rowosari Semarang. Less healthy lifestyles as well as stress lead to uncontrolled hypertension and cause various complicatio. Foot reflexiology message is one of complementary therapies with muscle compression techniques giving rise to a relaxing effect and the lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study  is illustrate the aplication of reflexiology message theraphy to lower blood preassurein hypertensive clients.The methods used in this research is a descriptive case study method with case study approach. The subject are 2 people with criteria of age 35-65 years old and suffering from hypertension grade I and II. Intervensions carried out in the form of foot reflexiology massage therapy 30-60  minutes for three days a row. The results of the case study shows that there is a decrease of blood preassure 160/90 mmHg  143/83 mmHg be on subject I and subject II 180/100 mmHg to 155/87 mmHg. Foot reflexiology message therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the client management of clients  with hypertension.

E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs whichhave adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are thefactors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researcheson E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses,while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discussthe adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will includethe factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in thisresearch are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, topmanagement support, organizational readiness, external pressure,and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significantpositive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption onIndonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves theperformance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is thesecond generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enablesresearchers to test the relation between complex variables to get anoverall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a seriesof a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of thisresearch explain that top management support, organizationalreadiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits haveSignificant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and theadoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

The data existing in Trade Service shows out of 5,817 street sellers registered, some of them have not been arranged completely by Surakarta City Government. New Klewer Market opened officially on April 21, 2017 by Trade Service can arrange the placement of sellers better in New Klewer Market. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. Cooperation between City Government and organizers and sellers to maintain the environmental orderliness in Klewer Market is expected to implement the arrangement of Yard Sellers in Klewer Market of Surakarta corresponding to the arrangement program. This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

This paper develops a research model to examine the relationshipamong e-service quality, quality customer problem management, customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. Data from a survey of Bukalapakcustomers were used to test the research model. Confirmatory factoranalysis was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of themeasurement model, and the structural equation modelling technique wasused to test the research model. The analytical results showed that thedimensions of e-service quality, quality customer problem management,affect overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, thelatter in turn are significantly related to customer customer loyalty.

An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. The context of supervision in the millennial century with advances in technology and information requires policy makers and policy makers to understand the work space they carry out. Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

Vegetables are an important commodity, whose prices contribute to the inflation rate in some regions of Indonesia. Inflation and deflation are inseparable from the type of food and vegetable groups because the majority of the population have jobs as vegetable farmers. Selo Boyolali is a vegetable-producing region, but currently can not meet the needs of its own region. Supply of vegetables began to decrease due to pest and vegetable turnover into tobacco. If the delivery of vegetables is hampered there will be a scarcity of vegetables that lead to price increases. The length of the distribution channel has a negative impact, namely the price of commodities set by the middlemen or traders who distribute vegetables from the producers. So sometimes local farmers do not have bargaining power on vegetable pricing. This study aims to analyze the pattern of price formation and vegetable distribution in Boyolali. The analytical framework used in this research is supply chain management framework. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative indepth interview.

The result shown that there is the difference before go public and at the moment of publicly traded. So that presence earning management practice by management of entities in order to collect cash from investor. At the moment of go public, there is no difference, because the performance of entities become better and earning management practice fared well

Hemodialysis is an action used in kidney failure patients to remove and clean up metabolic waste substances and other toxic substances. So you have to undergo hemodialysispatients undergoing hemodialysis must be limited to administration of fluids. The consequences of fluid restriction can lead to complaints of thirst and xerostomia. Giving xylitol gum can stimulate saliva to overcome xerostomia. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of xylitol gum to reduce xerostomia in patients. The method used in this study is Quasy Experiment. The instrument used was SXI-D (Summated Xersotomia Inventory-Dutch Version). Subjects of 2 people over the age of 30 years. The intervention was done in the form of chewing 2 grains of xylitol gum 3 times a day after a large meal and brushing his teeth for 2 consecutive weeks. The results of case studies on subject 1 showed a decrease in xerostomia before being given the first hemodialysis measurement intervention, namely 23 severe xerostomia, on the last day of intervention, 7 mild xerostomia. In subject 2 there was a decrease in xerostomia before the first. gum administration is recommended as a nursing intervention in the management of patients with hemodialysis measurement intervention was given, 23 severe xerostomia, on the last day of intervention, 10 mild xerostomia. This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).
